Claims (1)
- 权利要求书1、 一种 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸的制备方法, 其特征在于, 包括以 下步骤:步骤一、 以式 I所示的氟代乙酰卤衍生物与二甲胺基乙烯基甲基酮缩合反应, 生成式 II所示的 3-二甲胺基亚甲基 -1, 1-二氟代 -2, 4-戊二酮衍生物,式:其中, Ri是氢、 氟或氯原子, R2是氟或氯原子; 步骤二、以所述式 II所示的 3-二甲胺基亚甲基 -1, 1-二氟代 -2, 4-戊二酮衍生 物与甲基肼关环反应, 生成式 III所示的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基 -4-乙酰基吡唑衍生 物,步骤三、 以所述式 III所示的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基 -4-乙酰基吡唑衍生物在碱 性条件下氧化, 再酸化, 生成式 IV所示的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸,2、 根据权利要求 1所述的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸的制备方法, 其 特征在于: 所述步骤一中, 将所述式 I所示的氟代乙酰卤衍生物气体直接通入二 甲胺基乙烯基甲基酮的二氯甲垸溶液中, 反应温度为 -5°C〜0°C。3、 根据权利要求 1所述的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸的制备方法, 其 特征在于: 所述步骤二中, 反应温度为_40 〜0 , 反应时间为 lh〜8h, 所述甲 基肼与所述式 II所示的 3-二甲胺基亚甲基 -1, 1-二氟代 -2, 4-戊二酮衍生物的摩 尔比为 1. 1: 1〜1. 5: 1。4、 根据权利要求 3所述的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸的制备方法, 其 特征在于: 所述步骤二中, 反应温度为 -25°C〜20°C, 反应时间为 lh〜2h。5、 根据权利要求 1所述的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸的制备方法, 其 特征在于: 所述步骤三中, 在碱性条件下氧化所采用的是次氯酸钠溶液或者次溴 酸钠溶液, 所述次氯酸钠溶液是通过将氯气通入氢氧化钠水溶液中制备的, 所述 次溴酸钠溶液是通过将液溴通入氢氧化钠水溶液中制备的。6、 根据权利要求 1所述的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸的制备方法, 其 特征在于: 所述步骤三中, 反应温度为 0°C〜50°C, 反应时间为 lh〜5h。7、 根据权利要求 6所述的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸的制备方法, 其 特征在于: 所述步骤三中, 反应温度为 10°C〜20°C, 反应时间为 2h〜3h。8、 根据权利要求 6所述的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸的制备方法, 其 特征在于: 所述步骤三中, 酸化所采用的是盐酸溶液, 最终调节至 ra值为 1〜2。9、 根据权利要求 1所述的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸的制备方法, 其 特征在于: 所述式 I所示的氟代乙酰卤衍生物是二氟乙酰氟, 所述式 IV所示的 3- 氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸是 3- (二氟甲基) -1-甲基 -1H-吡唑 -4-羧酸。10、 一种如权利要求 1 所述的制备方法制得的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4- 羧酸。11、 一种制备农药的方法, 包括根据权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的方法。12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的制备农药的方法, 其特征在于: 所述农药是酰 胺类杀菌剂, 优选是联苯吡菌胺、 氟唑菌酰胺、 吡唑萘菌胺或氟唑环菌胺。13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的制备农药的方法, 其特征在于: 包括将 3- 氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸转化为活化的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸,优 选是羧酸卤化物, 再将所述活化的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸与胺, 优选是 苯胺, 反应以获得所述农药, 优选是酰胺类杀菌剂。 14、 根据权利要求 10所述的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸作为制备农药 的中间体的用途。15、 根据权利要求 14所述的 3-氟代垸基 -1-甲基吡唑 -4-羧酸的用途, 其特 征在于: 所述农药是酰胺类杀菌剂, 优选是联苯吡菌胺、 氟唑菌酰胺、 吡唑萘菌 胺或氟唑环菌胺。
