附图所示的、根据本发明的泵组1具有电动机2、传动装置3和作为液压泵10的活塞—缸—单元4,该液压泵能够利用所述电动机2经由所述传动装置3来驱动。所述传动装置3具有行星传动装置5和螺旋传动装置6。所述行星传动装置5安置在该电动机2的壳体7中并且用作减速器,该减速器降低该电动机2的转速并且转化该电动机2的力矩。所述电动机2经由所述行星传动装置5驱动所述螺旋传动装置6,该螺旋传动装置能够例如实施为滚珠丝杠。所述螺旋传动装置6将该行星传动装置5的旋转运动转化为推移,并且驱动该活塞—缸—单元4的活塞8进行在轴向上在该活塞—缸—单元4的缸9中来回的往复运动。因此,所述螺旋传动装置6通常也能够理解为转换器或者转换传动装置,该转换传动装置将旋转运动转化为推移。该活塞8在所述缸9中的来回的往复运动将制动液交替地挤出和吸进所述缸9,由此产生制动压力和/或输送制动液,如由活塞泵已知的那样。所述活塞—缸—单元9能够因此也被理解为活塞泵并且通常被理解为液压泵10。所述活塞—缸—单元9与所述电动机2和所述传动装置3一起形成泵组11,该泵组用于产生用于运行制动的制动压力,利用液压外力车辆制动系统12,其利用外力。此外,所述泵组11还用于产生制动压力和/或用于输送制动液用以利用所述液压车轮制动系统12进行滑动调节。
所述泵组11安置在液压块13处或者中,该液压块用于机械地紧固并且液压地连接制动力调节装置的液压组件14。除了所述泵组11之外,这样的液压组件14是电磁阀、止回阀、液压存储器和缓冲室,这些在附图中象征性地通过电磁阀示出。
液压车轮制动器15与所述液压块13连接,所述液压车轮制动器的车轮制动压力能够车轮个体地利用所述液压组件14来调节。
除了所述液压组件14和所述泵组11之外,在所述液压块13中布置有肌肉力能够操纵的主制动缸16,该主制动缸用于当该泵组11发生故障时进行辅助制动。正如已说过的那样,通过外力实现运行制动,用于运行制动的制动压力利用所述泵组11来产生。对于运行制动而言,所述主制动缸16仅用作用于制动压力的额定值传感器,该制动压力利用所述液压组件14来控制或者调节。同样地,利用所述液压组件14来实现滑动调节,车轮个体的制动压力调节利用所述液压组件是可能的。这样的滑动调节例如是防抱死调节、驱动滑动调节、行驶动力调节和/或电子稳定程序,对于这些而言常用缩写ABS、ASR、FDR和ESP。这样的滑动调节和用于利用外力的运行制动的制动力调节是众所周知的,在这里不进行详述。
同样地,已知液压外力车辆制动系统和/或滑动调节的车辆制动系统的液压块13。典型地,它是扁平的、方形的金属块,多数情况下由铝合金制成,所述金属块的厚度大约是宽度或者长度的1/4至1/3。通过切削加工,所述液压块13具有直径分层的或者未分层的盲孔和/或通孔,用以容纳所述液压组件14、所述主制动缸16和所述活塞—缸—单元4,他们通过该液压块13的钻孔相互液压连接。替代所示出的单回路主制动缸16地,所述液压块13也能够具有双回路或者多回路主制动缸(未示出)。
在低压侧或者无压侧上,该活塞—缸—单元4的缸9与容器17连通,可能的泄漏液体、即从所述活塞—缸—单元4中无意间逸出的制动液积聚在所述容器中。
为了控制或者调节制动力或者制动压力,所述液压块13具有电子调节装置18,该电子调节装置也能够被理解为电子控制器。所述电子调节装置18控制或者调节所述液压组件14和所述泵组11,其中,车轮个体的制动力调节和制动压力调节是可能的。所述液压块13具有强制的或者无论如何都要设置的安装位置,在所述安装位置中,所述电子调节装置18位于所述活塞—缸—单元4下方,位于所述传动装置3和/或所述电动机2下方。所述电子调节装置18具有液体传感器19,在无意间从所述活塞—缸—单元4中逸出的制动液进入所述电动机2之前,能够利用所述液体传感器确定所述制动液。例如,对在该电子调节装置18的电路板上的两点之间的电阻进行测量,所述电路板由于可能的制动液而变得导电。在此,所述制动液量如此小,使得该电子部件的功能不受损害。别的液体传感器19也是可能的。借助于该液体传感器19能够在已经有少量的制动液从所述缸9中逸出时给出进行必要的保养或者维修的提示,所述少量的制动液不会损害该电子调节装置18的和该电动机2的功能。

Claims (9)

1.用于液压车辆制动系统的泵组,其具有电动机(2)和液压泵(10),所述液压泵能够利用所述电动机(2)来驱动,其特征在于液体传感器(19),所述液体传感器用于确定逸出的制动液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵组,其特征在于,所述液体传感器(19)布置在所述液压泵(10)与所述电动机(2)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的泵组,其特征在于,所述液体传感器(19)在所述泵组(13)的安装位置中布置在所述液压泵(10)和/或所述电动机(2)下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的泵组,其特征在于,所述泵组(11)具有传动装置(3),所述传动装置能够利用所述电动机(2)来驱动并且所述传动装置驱动所述液压泵(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的泵组,其特征在于,所述液压泵(10)具有活塞—缸—单元(4)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的泵组,其特征在于,所述泵组(11)具有液压块(13),所述液压块用于机械地紧固和液压地连接所述电动机(2)、所述液压泵(10)和机动车制动系统的制动力调节装置的液压组件(14)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的泵组,其特征在于,所述液压块(13)具有主制动缸(16)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的泵组,其特征在于,所述泵组(11)具有电子调节装置(18)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的泵组,其特征在于,所述电子调节装置(18)具有液体传感器(19)。
