技术领域
本发明涉及膜状剂型。本发明尤其是涉及一种用于标识膜状剂型的方法以及用该方法标识的膜状剂型。
背景技术
医药产品的制造商越来越频繁地被要求:不仅使药品的初级包装设有识别产品的标识,而且使剂型本身也设有识别产品的标识。对固体剂型、如胶囊、片剂或薄片的识别通常通过使其印刷有标识来实现。
然而,口服或经口服用的固体剂型的印刷是有争议的和/或有问题的。即例如争论:将印刷油墨施加到剂型上是否会通过服用经印刷的剂型给病患带来增加的过敏风险。此外,在膜状剂型含有高比例的油性成分、例如增塑剂或芳香油的情况下,不能使用含水印刷油墨进行印刷,因为这些印刷油墨不会粘附到膜状剂型上。
作为印刷膜状剂型的替代方案,欧洲专利EP0949908B1提出:为膜状剂型设置水印,从而膜状剂型具有在观察时可看出的厚度不同的表面区域。然而,为了制造具有水印的膜状剂型,需要特殊的载体,例如具有可不同调温的区域的结构化基体或载体。
用于标记膜状剂型的一种备选方案在于,为剂型设置压印。然而已经证实:在对各膜状剂型单独包装之前对膜状剂型压印不会获得持久的剂型标记。膜状剂型的压印由于其单独包装所需的密封包装而消退,因为将各个膜状剂型密封包装到边缘密封袋中所需的大约150℃到大约200℃的温度能够使膜状剂型本身软化,从而使之前获得的压印消退。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种为膜状剂型设置标识的方法,所述标识即使在密封包装到边缘密封袋中之后也会存在并且持久地保持。
该目的通过一种方法得以实现,其中,对已经密封包装的膜状剂型进行素压印,其中,膜状剂型的素压印通过使用高压并且在避免热的情况下透过包装材料来实现。
意料之外地发现:透过包装材料对膜状剂型的压印获得持久的压印并且因此实现对剂型的标识。可以认为:包装材料随同压印的变形显著地使膜状剂型的压印稳定,从而该压印持久地保持。

在该方法中,将膜状剂型放置在两层可密封的包装材料之间。按照一种实施形式,所述两层可密封的包装材料以幅状卷材的形式提供。在此实施形式中,包装材料幅材从卷筒退卷并且输送给站点,在所述站点中,剂型被放置到其中一个包装材料幅材上,第二包装材料幅材被引导到所述一个包装材料条上并且密封。该实施形式能实现特别快速且可靠的机器包装和对膜状剂型的标识。
可密封的包装材料对于在膜状剂型中包含的有效成分是不可渗透的。在一种优选的实施形式中,可密封的包装材料为层压件,其包括金属薄膜、例如铝薄膜,所述金属薄膜在其两个面之一上被可密封的塑料涂覆。

Claims (12)

1.用于标识膜状剂型的方法,该方法至少包括如下步骤:
-将膜状剂型放置在两层可密封的包装材料之间;
-局部地将所述两层可密封的包装材料热压密封成包含膜状剂型的边缘密封袋;
-在避免热的情况下透过所述边缘密封袋的两个包装材料层中的至少一个包装材料层对包含在边缘密封袋中的膜状剂型进行素压印。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述两层可密封的包装材料以幅状卷材的形式被提供。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,以至少2巴且不高于10巴的压力进行所述素压印。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,用于所述素压印的压印工具被冷却。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述素压印从包括平压印和凸纹压印的组中选出。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述素压印利用压印工具实现,所述压印工具从包括压印头、压印轮和压印辊的组中选出。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述标识从包括数字、字母、符号、形状和它们的组合的组中选出。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:分离成单独的边缘密封袋。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述分离在素压印之前或者之后进行。
10.膜状剂型,所述膜状剂型具有压印形式的标识,其特征在于该膜状剂型利用按照权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法进行标识。
11.如权利要求10所述的膜状剂型,其中,所述膜状剂型存在于边缘密封袋中。
12.如权利要求10或11所述的膜状剂型,其中,所述膜状剂型为高油性膜。
