技术领域
本发明涉及一种大复方制剂,特别涉及一种可降血压的复方营养粉剂。
背景技术
高血压是最常见的慢性病,也是心脑血管病最主要的危险因素,以体循环动脉血压(收缩压和/或舒张压)增高为主要特征(收缩压≥140毫米汞柱,舒张压≥90毫米汞柱)。高血压病的早期症状为头晕、头痛、心悸、失眠、紧张烦燥、疲乏等。以后可逐渐累及心、脑、肾器官,严重时可并发高血压性心脏病、肾功能衰竭、脑血管意外等病变。高血压影响工作和生活,高血压又是冠心病、脑血管病最重要的危险因素。心肌梗塞病人中50%是高血压患者,脑卒中病人76%的人有高血压病史。因此高血压的危险性在于突然死亡或致残。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,高血压患者也越来越多,而且在儿童及青年人中亦常发现高血压病人。患者通常只注意药物治疗,而忽视饮食治疗,或饮食治疗不合理,常常导致治疗上的失败。研究表明,高血压与生活方式密切相关,膳食结构不合理,如过多的钠盐、低钾饮食、大量饮酒、摄入过多的饱和脂肪酸均可使血压升高。高血压患者要学会生活调养,以控制病情的发展。高血压患者要控制总体热量的摄入量,限制脂肪的摄入,并适当摄入优质蛋白质,并多吃含钾、钙丰富而低钠的食品。但是在日常生活中,因为种种原因,常有高血压患者无法进行合理的膳食管理。本发明的研制初衷正是源于此,通过合理的食物配比来达到保证营养的同时,还能有效控制高血压患者血压的目的,同时食用方便,让现代人在快节奏的生活方式中依然能便捷地进行健康的膳食管理。

本发明的目的在于公开一种可降血压的复方营养粉剂。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明公开了一种可降血压的复方营养粉剂,由下述重量份的原料组成:小麦20-30份、燕麦20-30份、苦荞麦20-30份、鱼肉15-20份、芹菜4-8份、葱4-8份、洋葱4-8份、海带4-8份、黑木耳4-8份、萝卜4-8份、蘑菇4-8份、韭菜4-8份、芋头4-8份、土豆4-8份、茄子4-8份、冬瓜4-8份、玉米4-8份、黄豆4-8份、花生4-8份、绿豆4-8份、苹果2-5份、山楂2-5份、黑枣2-5份、生姜2-5份、罗布麻茶3-4份、杜仲雄花茶3-4份、醋2-3份。
进一步地,原料组成按重量份的配比为:小麦25份、燕麦25份、苦荞麦25份、鱼肉18份、芹菜6份、葱6份、洋葱6份、海带6份、黑木耳6份、萝卜6份、蘑菇6份、韭菜6份、芋头6份、土豆6份、茄子6份、冬瓜6份、玉米6份、黄豆6份、花生6份、绿豆6份、苹果4份、山楂4份、黑枣4份、生姜3份、罗布麻茶4份、杜仲雄花茶3份、醋2份。
本发明还公开了一种可降血压的复方营养粉剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1 精选优质原料;
步骤2 清洗新鲜活鱼,取无骨鱼肉后,将鱼肉蒸熟,于85℃烘箱中烘烤2~3h,烘干后,研碎成粉末状;
步骤3 清洗小麦、燕麦、苦荞麦,按配比混合后进行粉碎,放入95~105℃烘箱中烘烤1~2h;
步骤4 将花生与醋按比例混合浸泡1周;
步骤5 将芹菜、葱、洋葱、海带、黑木耳、萝卜、蘑菇、韭菜、芋头、土豆、茄子、冬瓜、玉米、黄豆、绿豆、苹果、山楂、黑枣、生姜、罗布麻茶、杜仲雄花茶与步骤4制得的花生按比例进行混合,进行粉碎,放入90~100℃烘箱中烘烤1~1.5h;
步骤6 将步骤5与步骤2、步骤3中的物质按配比进行混合,超微成粉,过100目筛,装袋、杀菌即得所述可降血压的复方营养粉剂。
本发明的营养食品的原料的作用如下:
1.小麦:小麦含有大量纤维,有益于肠内细菌繁殖,重新生成泛酸,泛酸有助于防治高血压病,且小麦纤维本身也有助于胆固醇含量的降低。
2.燕麦:燕麦含有丰富的亚油酸和皂甙素等,可防治动脉粥样硬化。
3.苦荞麦:苦荞富含生物类黄酮,其主要成分是芦丁,又名维生素P,具有维持血管抵抗力、降低其通透性、减少脆性、提高人体对胰岛素敏感度等作用,有调节血糖血脂和血压的作用。
4.鱼肉:富含优质蛋白和不饱和脂肪酸,尤其富含廿十碳五烯酸(EPA)和廿二碳六烯酸(DHA),这些成分能改善血脂,降低血液粘稠度,防止血小板聚集,对预防心脑血管病大为有益。
5.芹菜:有保护血管和降低血压的功效,且有镇静作用。
6.葱:有协同降低血压之效,能减少胆固醇在血管壁上的积淀。
7.洋葱:有降血脂,预防血栓形成的功效,亦能使高血压下降。
8.海带:海带富含牛黄酸,食物纤维藻酸,可降低血脂及胆汁中的胆固醇,防止脂肪在动脉壁沉积,有利降压。
9.黑木耳:黑木耳被称为“素中之荤”,其降压作用不是直接的,而是通过改善血管间接降压,适用于各种高血压病,尤适用于高血压病伴有动脉粥样硬化、眼底出血的患者。
10.萝卜:味辛甘性凉。可消积滞、化痰热、散瘀血、解解毒、降血脂、软化血管,常吃能预防冠心病和动脉硬化。
11.蘑菇:蘑菇是天然食品中维生素、微量元素的重要来源,含有大量对人体有益的营养物质,有降血脂、降血压、调节人体新陈代谢的作用,对高血压、心脑血管病、肝硬变、糖尿病等都有很好的预防和食疗作用,并能提高免疫功能,增强抗病能力。
12.韭菜:韭菜除了含钙、磷、铁、糖和蛋白、维生素A、C外,还含有胡萝卜素和大量的纤维等,能增强胃肠蠕动,有很好的通便作用,能排除肠道中过多的营养,其中包括多余的脂肪。
13.芋头:芋头中含有黏蛋白、镁、锌、维生素B1等有效成分,它还含有半乳聚糖,能有效降低血压和胆固醇。
14.土豆:土豆中钾和钙的平衡对于心肌收缩有显著作用,能防止高血压和保持心肌的健康。土豆能供给人体大量有特殊保护作用的黏液蛋白,预防心血管系统脂肪沉积,保持血管的弹性,有利于预防动脉粥样硬化的发生。土豆所含的钾能取代体内的钠,同时能将钠排出体外,有利于高血压和肾炎水肿患者的康复。
15.茄子:紫色皮中含有丰富的维生素E、维生素P,维生素P具有增加毛细血管弹性、改善微循环的作用,对高血压、动脉硬化及坏血病均有一定的预防作用。而茄子纤维中所含的特殊物质,具有降低胆固醇的功效。
16.冬瓜:冬瓜,又称白瓜,味甘、淡、性微寒,不仅可以作为蔬菜食用,而且它的药用价值也很高。中医指出,经常食用冬瓜可有效地稳定血压,并且经过现代的医学研究也证实,在冬瓜中含钠量较低,因而是肾胀病、浮肿病、高血压患者的理想蔬菜,并且其降压的效果非常的显著。
17.玉米: 味甘性微寒。能清胃热、利小便,降血脂。
18.黄豆: 味甘性寒。可补脾和胃,养血安神,益气生津,滋补肝肾,降胆固醇。
19.花生:花生油中的脂肪酸主要是油酸,油酸可降低血脂、降低总胆固醇和有害的胆固醇,保护有益的胆固醇。
20. 绿豆:不仅有助于降压,减轻症状,而且常吃绿豆还有防止血脂升高的功效。
21. 苹果:能防止血中胆固醇的增高,高血压病,动脉粥样硬化症,冠心病患者。
22. 山楂:味酸甘性微温。可消食积,散瘀血,驱绦虫,止痢疾,并可强心、扩张血管和降血压、降低胆固醇等。
23. 黑枣:味甘性温,可健脾宽中、润燥消火、降胆固醇。
24. 生姜:生姜内含有一种类似水杨酸的有机化合物,该物质的稀溶液是血液的稀释剂和防凝剂,对降血脂,降血压,防止血栓形成有非常好的作用。
25. 罗布麻茶:可辅助治疗高血压,罗布麻泡茶喝对高血压、高血脂、有较好的疗效,尤其对头晕症状、改善睡眠质量有明显效果,同时具有增强免疫、预防感冒、平喘止咳、消除抑郁、活血养颜、解酒护肝、软化血管、通便利尿等功效,对以上症状有较好的治疗效果。
26. 杜仲雄花茶:杜仲是世界公认的天然降压中药,杜仲雄花主要营养成分:杜仲黄酮(槲皮素)、绿原酸、京尼平苷酸、桃叶珊瑚苷等天然活性物质,硒、锌、钙、镁等多种矿质元素,Ve、Vb、Vc等天然维生素及18种人体必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸,有很好的强肝补肾作用,提高身体机能,从而达到提高自身调节血压血脂的能力,可用于高血压、高血脂的辅助治疗。
27. 醋:适量的醋可减少血液流通的阻塞,对高血压和血管硬化患者有一定帮助。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明是采用水果、蔬菜、肉类、谷物等营养组分按一定比例得到的复方营养粉剂,其中采用的食物原材料多为降压相关的天然食材,适合高血压患者食用,在提供全面均衡营养的同时,还能起到降低血压的作用。另外,本发明的食品加工成粉末状,适合高血压患者在需要的情况下立即开水冲泡饮食,方便快捷。

实施例一
一种可降血压的复方营养粉剂,原料组成按重量份的配比为:小麦25份、燕麦25份、苦荞麦25份、鱼肉18份、芹菜6份、葱6份、洋葱6份、海带6份、黑木耳6份、萝卜6份、蘑菇6份、韭菜6份、芋头6份、土豆6份、茄子6份、冬瓜6份、玉米6份、黄豆6份、花生6份、绿豆6份、苹果4份、山楂4份、黑枣4份、生姜3份、罗布麻茶4份、杜仲雄花茶3份、醋2份。
实施例二
一种可降血压的复方营养粉剂,原料组成按重量份的配比为:小麦20份、燕麦30份、苦荞麦20份、鱼肉15份、芹菜4份、葱4份、洋葱4份、海带4份、黑木耳8份、萝卜8份、蘑菇8份、韭菜8份、芋头8份、土豆4份、茄子4份、冬瓜4份、玉米4份、黄豆4份、花生8份、绿豆4份、苹果2份、山楂5份、黑枣2份、生姜5份、罗布麻茶3份、杜仲雄花茶4份、醋3份。
实施例三
一种可降血压的复方营养粉剂,原料组成按重量份的配比为:小麦30份、燕麦20份、苦荞麦30份、鱼肉20份、芹菜8份、葱8份、洋葱8份、海带8份、黑木耳4份、萝卜4份、蘑菇4份、韭菜4份、芋头4份、土豆8份、茄子8份、冬瓜8份、玉米8份、黄豆8份、花生4份、绿豆8份、苹果5份、山楂2份、黑枣5份、生姜2份、罗布麻茶4份、杜仲雄花茶3份、醋2份。
以上三种实施例均采用以下制备方法得到最终产品,具体步骤如下:
步骤1 精选优质原料;
步骤2 清洗新鲜活鱼,取无骨鱼肉后,将鱼肉蒸熟,于85℃烘箱中烘烤2~3h,烘干后,研碎成粉末状;
步骤3 清洗小麦、燕麦、苦荞麦,按配比混合后进行粉碎,放入95~105℃烘箱中烘烤1~2h;
步骤4 将花生与醋按比例混合浸泡1周;
步骤5 将芹菜、葱、洋葱、海带、黑木耳、萝卜、蘑菇、韭菜、芋头、土豆、茄子、冬瓜、玉米、黄豆、绿豆、苹果、山楂、黑枣、生姜、罗布麻茶、杜仲雄花茶与步骤4制得的花生按比例进行混合,进行粉碎,放入90~100℃烘箱中烘烤1~1.5h;
步骤6 将步骤5与步骤2、步骤3中的物质按配比进行混合,超微成粉,过100目筛,装袋、杀菌即得所述可降血压的复方营养粉剂。

1.一种可降血压的复方营养粉剂,其特征在于由下述重量份的原料组成:小麦20-30份、燕麦20-30份、苦荞麦20-30份、鱼肉15-20份、芹菜4-8份、葱4-8份、洋葱4-8份、海带4-8份、黑木耳4-8份、萝卜4-8份、蘑菇4-8份、韭菜4-8份、芋头4-8份、土豆4-8份、茄子4-8份、冬瓜4-8份、玉米4-8份、黄豆4-8份、花生4-8份、绿豆4-8份、苹果2-5份、山楂2-5份、黑枣2-5份、生姜2-5份、罗布麻茶3-4份、杜仲雄花茶3-4份、醋2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降血压的复方营养粉剂,其特征在于所述原料组成按重量份的配比为:小麦25份、燕麦25份、苦荞麦25份、鱼肉18份、芹菜6份、葱6份、洋葱6份、海带6份、黑木耳6份、萝卜6份、蘑菇6份、韭菜6份、芋头6份、土豆6份、茄子6份、冬瓜6份、玉米6份、黄豆6份、花生6份、绿豆6份、苹果4份、山楂4份、黑枣4份、生姜3份、罗布麻茶4份、杜仲雄花茶3份、醋2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降血压的复方营养粉剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:
步骤1 精选优质原料;
步骤2 清洗新鲜活鱼,取无骨鱼肉后,将鱼肉蒸熟,于85℃烘箱中烘烤2~3h,烘干后,研碎成粉末状;
步骤3 清洗小麦、燕麦、苦荞麦,按配比混合后进行粉碎,放入95~105℃烘箱中烘烤1~2h;
步骤4 将花生与醋按比例混合浸泡1周;
步骤5 将芹菜、葱、洋葱、海带、黑木耳、萝卜、蘑菇、韭菜、芋头、土豆、茄子、冬瓜、玉米、黄豆、绿豆、苹果、山楂、黑枣、生姜、罗布麻茶、杜仲雄花茶与步骤4制得的花生按比例进行混合,进行粉碎,放入90~100℃烘箱中烘烤1~1.5h;
步骤6 将步骤5与步骤2、步骤3中的物质按配比进行混合,超微成粉,过100目筛,装袋、杀菌即得所述可降血压的复方营养粉剂。
