随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重对自身的保健。三高症是现代社会的富贵病,是40岁以上中老年人的常见病,可能单独或同时存在。三高初期大多始于肝,进而影响脾,形成肝阴不足、肝阳上亢的三高疾病。三高的头痛眩晕等阳亢实证是表象,而阴血亏虚为本质。因此治疗高血压不能单纯求诸降脂、降压,否则用时则降停时则升,而要首先供给重要器官所需的气血,使周身气血通畅才能达到降脂降压目的。
而现有市面上关于调节血脂血压的保健食品大多为西药制剂,西药制剂虽然对短时间的调节血压血脂具有较好的效果,但是不能对高血压和高血脂达到根除的目的;另外,西药也具有一定的副作用,不适合人体长期使用。
决明子、葛根、山楂、杏仁等食物或者药物中,经研究均对降血压或者降血脂多少起到促进作用,但是缺少具有一定疗效作用且适宜三高患者食用的综合食品。因此有必要提供一种适应三高患者食用的食品。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种降脂降压组合物,以适宜三高患者食用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的降脂降压组合物包括以下重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3~4份、山楂4~5份、肉豆蔻0.8~1.3份、甘草0.8~1.3份、酸枣仁2.5~4份、莱菔子2.5~4份、茯苓2.5~4份、火麻仁2.5~4份、昆布1.5~2.5份、槐米1.5~2.5份、菊花1.5份~2.5份、葛根2.5~4份、决明子2.5~4份,所述降脂降压组合物粉末颗粒状。
进一步地,包括以下重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3.5份、山楂4.5份、肉豆蔻1份、甘草1份、酸枣仁3份、炒莱菔子3份、茯苓3份、火麻仁3份、昆布2份、槐米3份、菊花2份、葛根3份、决明子3份。
进一步地,所述决明子为炒决明子,所述酸枣仁为炒酸枣仁,所述的莱菔子为炒莱菔子。
进一步地,所述降脂降压组合物中还包括糊精和/或麦芽糊精中。
本发明还提供一种降脂降压组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3~4份、山楂4~5份、肉豆蔻0.8~1.3份、甘草0.8~1.3份、酸枣仁2.5~4份、炒莱菔子2.5~4份、茯苓2.5~4份、火麻仁2.5~4份、昆布1.5~2.5份、槐米1.5~2.5份、菊花1.5份~2.5份、葛根2.5~4份、决明子2.5~4份和纯水煎煮后进行提取,获得提取液;
步骤二:将所述提取液进行浓缩至得到相对密度为1.25~1.30(60℃)的稠膏;
步骤三:对稠膏进行真空干燥,得干膏;
步骤四:在所述干膏中加入麦芽糊精和糊精混合均匀后粉碎,然后加入85%~95%乙醇,然后进行制粒,并沸腾干燥得干燥颗粒。
进一步地,所述步骤一的具体操作为:将按照重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3~4份、山楂4~5份、肉豆蔻0.8~1.3份、甘草0.8~1.3份、酸枣仁2.5~4份、莱菔子2.5~4份、茯苓2.5~4份、火麻仁2.5~4份、昆布1.5~2.5份、槐米1.5~2.5份、菊花1.5份~2.5份、葛根2.5~4份、决明子2.5~4份和第一重量份纯水煎煮后进行第一次提取并获得初次提取物;
对初次提取物进行过滤,分别获得初次提取液和滤渣,将滤渣置于加入第二重量份纯水,进行第二次提取并获得二次提取物;
对二次提取物进行过滤,分别获得二次提取液和滤渣,将初次提取液与二次提取液合并获得所述提取液。
进一步地,所述步骤二的具体操作为:
将所述提取液进行减压浓缩至得到相对密度1.05~1.10(60℃)的清膏,静置18~36小时;
过滤后,滤液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.25~1.30(60℃)的稠膏。
进一步地,所述步骤二中减压浓缩的浓缩温度为70℃~80℃,压力值为-0.06MPa~-0.08MPa;所述步骤三中真空干燥的干燥温度为70℃~80℃,压力值为-0.06MPa~-0.08MPa。
进一步地,所述步骤四具体包括:按照干膏:麦芽糊精:糊精=5∶6∶4,在所述干膏中加入麦芽糊精和糊精混合均匀后粉碎,然后加入含有三氯蔗糖、罗汉果甜苷的85%~95%乙醇,然后进行制粒,并沸腾干燥得干燥颗粒。
进一步地,所述第一重量份纯水为各成分组成的混合物的总重量的7-10倍量;所述第二重量份纯水为步骤一中各成分组成的混合物的总重量的5-8倍量。
本发明中的降脂降压组合物中的炒酸枣仁、山楂、炒莱菔子、槐米、葛根、炒决明子、火麻仁具有降血压作用;山楂、槐米、炒酸枣仁、甘草、薏苡仁、茯苓、昆布、葛根、炒决明子降脂降粘,诸药合用,共奏理气活血、滋补肝阴、降脂降压降粘之功效;可用于改善肝细胞疏泄功能,有效防止动脉粥样硬化,养肝清脂、降压、降粘、减肥、通脉护心脑。特别适用于高血压、高血脂、肥胖、脂肪肝及动脉粥样硬化、心梗、脑梗、脑供血不足等心脑血管疾病人群的健康养生,尤其降三高和减肥效果尤佳,健康人群长期服用可清脂养脉、强心健脑、擅身减肥。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
另外,本发明各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种降脂降压组合物,该降脂降压组合物包括以下重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3~4份、山楂4~5份、肉豆蔻0.8~1.3份、甘草0.8~1.3份、酸枣仁2.5~4份、炒莱菔子2.5~4份、茯苓2.5~4份、火麻仁2.5~4份、昆布1.5~2.5份、槐米1.5~2.5份、菊花1.5份~2.5份、葛根2.5~4份、决明子2.5~4份,所述降脂降压组合物粉末颗粒状。
本发明提供的降脂降压组合物中的炒酸枣仁、山楂、炒莱菔子、槐米、葛根、炒决明子、火麻仁具有降血压作用;山楂、槐米、炒酸枣仁、甘草、薏苡仁、茯苓、昆布、葛根、炒决明子降脂降粘,诸药合用,共奏理气活血、滋补肝阴、降脂降压降粘之功效;可用于改善肝细胞疏泄功能,有效防止动脉粥样硬化,养肝清脂、降压、降粘、减肥、通脉护心脑。特别适用于高血压、高血脂、肥胖、脂肪肝及动脉粥样硬化、心梗、脑梗、脑供血不足等心脑血管疾病人群的健康养生,尤其降三高和减肥效果尤佳,健康人群长期服用可清脂养脉、强心健脑、擅身减肥。
需要说明的是,所述决明子为炒决明子,所述酸枣仁为炒酸枣仁,所述的莱菔子为炒莱菔子。炒熟的酸枣仁能更好地发挥安神敛汗的药效。
进一步地,所述降脂降压组合物中还包括糊精和麦芽糊精,以便改善组合物颗粒的粘性,使其具有一定粘度又容易溶于水。
进一步地,本发明提出的降脂降压组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3~4份、山楂4~5份、肉豆蔻0.8~1.3份、甘草0.8~1.3份、酸枣仁2.5~4份、莱菔子2.5~4份、茯苓2.5~4份、火麻仁2.5~4份、昆布1.5~2.5份、槐米1.5~2.5份、菊花1.5份~2.5份、葛根2.5~4份、决明子2.5~4份和纯水煎煮后进行提取,获得提取液;
步骤二:将所述提取液进行浓缩至得到相对密度为1.25~1.30(60℃)的稠膏;
步骤三:对稠膏进行真空干燥,得干膏;
步骤四:在所述干膏中加入麦芽糊精和糊精混合均匀后粉碎,然后加入85%~95%乙醇,然后进行制粒,并沸腾干燥得干燥颗粒。
可以理解的是,所述步骤四之后还可以包括整粒过筛、内包和外包等包装工艺。
以下通过具体实施例对本发明提出的降脂降压组合物及其制备方法进行具体说明:
实施例一
一种降脂降压组合物,包括以下重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3.5份、山楂4.5份、肉豆蔻1份、甘草1份、酸枣仁3份、炒莱菔子3份、茯苓3份、火麻仁3份、昆布2份、槐米3份、菊花2份、葛根3份、决明子3份。
该降脂降压组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:分别称取上述各成分:薏苡仁175g、山楂225g、肉豆蔻50g、甘草50g、酸枣仁150g、莱菔子150g、茯苓150g、火麻仁150g、昆布100g、槐米100g、菊花100g、葛根150g、决明子150g的混合物,将上述混合物置于提取罐中,加入上述混合物总重量8倍量份的纯水,设置提取温度为100℃,提取120分钟,进行200目滤网过滤,分别获得初次提取液和滤渣,将滤渣置于提取罐中,并加入步骤一中混合物总重量6倍量份的纯水,设置提取温度为100度,提取60分钟,进行200目滤网过滤,分别获得二次提取液和滤渣,将初次提取液与二次提取液合并获得所述提取液;
步骤二:将所述提取液进行减压浓缩(温度:75~85℃,真空度:-0.06~-0.08Mpa)至得到相对密度1.05~1.10(60℃)的清膏,静置18~36小时,用350目滤布过滤后,滤液减压浓缩(温度:70~80℃,真空度:-0.06~-0.08Mpa)至相对密度为1.25~1.30(60℃)的稠膏;
步骤三:对稠膏进行真空干燥(温度:75~85℃,真空度:-0.06~-0.08Mpa),得干膏约335g;
步骤四:以制粒、干燥、整粒、颗粒收率为考察指标,确定本品的干膏辅料比为干膏:麦芽糊精:糊精=5∶6∶4;加入麦芽糊精和糊精、含有三氯蔗糖、罗汉果甜苷的85%~95%乙醇,然后进行制粒,并沸腾干燥至含水量小于5%,12目筛整粒,得干燥颗粒1000g。
实施例二
一种降脂降压组合物,包括以下重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3.5份、山楂4.5份、肉豆蔻1份、甘草1份、酸枣仁3份、莱菔子3份、茯苓3份、火麻仁3份、昆布2份、槐米3份、菊花2份、葛根3份、决明子3份。
该降脂降压组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:分别称取上述各成分:薏苡仁3.5份、山楂4.5份、肉豆蔻1份、甘草1份、酸枣仁3份、莱菔子3份、茯苓3份、火麻仁3份、昆布2份、槐米3份、菊花2份、葛根3份、决明子3份的混合物,将上述混合物置于提取罐中,加入上述混合物总重量8倍量份的纯水,设置提取温度为100℃,提取120分钟,进行200目滤网过滤,分别获得初次提取液和滤渣,将滤渣置于提取罐中,并加入步骤一中混合物总重量6倍量份的纯水,设置提取温度为100度,提取60分钟,进行200目滤网过滤,分别获得二次提取液和滤渣,将初次提取液与二次提取液合并获得所述提取液;

典型病例/临床试验结果:
以下对降脂降压组合物进行临床试验:选择30~40岁年纪阶段出现了三高症状的男女各100名,分为5组,各组包括20名男性,20名女性。分别服用实施例1~4中的降脂降压组合物冲剂,第5组服用等量空白安慰剂。其中实施例1~4中的降脂降压组合物为一剂(2袋)的用量,早晚饭后1小时空腹各服用1袋。服用一个月后对服用者的血脂血压情况进行考察,考察结构请参照表1。

患者一,女,33岁,经常头痛眩晕,肝火旺盛,中度肥胖,且血脂较高,中医诊断为肝阴不足、肝阳上亢。服用本发明实施例1制备得到的降脂降压固体饮料,一天三次,一次15g,饭后服用,服用三个月后好转,继续服用三个月后以上症状消失,血脂恢复正常,体重稍有下降。
患者二,男,45岁,经常头晕目眩且体型肥胖、虚经常出汗,中医诊断为肝阴不足、肝阳上亢。服用本发明实施例2制备得到的降脂降压固体饮料,一天三次,一次15g,饭后服用,服用半年后效果明显,继续服用半年后不再出现头脑晕眩、且体重不再增长。
患者三,女,48岁,经常头晕目眩且体型肥胖、血压高,中医诊断为肝阴不足、肝阳上亢。服用本发明实施例2制备得到的降脂降压固体饮料,一天三次,一次15g,饭后服用,服用半年后效果明显,继续服用半年后不再出现头脑晕眩、且体重不再增长、血压基本正常。
患者四,男,36岁,重度肥胖、虚经常出汗、四肢乏力,中医诊断为肝阴不足、肝阳上亢。服用本发明实施例1制备得到的降脂降压固体饮料,一天三次,一次15g,饭后服用,服用半年后效果明显,继续服用半年并配合适量运动体重得到明显控制、体质得到增强虚汗症状缓解。
请参阅表2,表2为食用本发明降脂降压组合物组成的固体饮料后的血压和血脂检测表。

由表2可观察到本实施例中制备的降脂降压组合物组成的固体饮料,患者的血压和血脂明显改善。
以上病例表明本发明提供的降脂降压固体饮料具有养肝清脂、降压、降粘等功效,对于肝阴不足、肝阳上亢导致高血压、高血脂、肥胖、脂肪肝及动脉粥样硬化、心梗、脑梗、脑供血不足等心脑血管疾病人群的健康养生具有显著疗效,同时本发明提供的降脂降压固体饮料临床未发现不良反应,用药安全可靠。

1.一种降脂降压组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3~4份、山楂4~5份、肉豆蔻0.8~1.3份、甘草0.8~1.3份、酸枣仁2.5~4份、莱菔子2.5~4份、茯苓2.5~4份、火麻仁2.5~4份、昆布1.5~2.5份、槐米1.5~2.5份、菊花1.5份~2.5份、葛根2.5~4份、决明子2.5~4份,所述降脂降压组合物粉末颗粒状。
2.如权利要求1所述的降脂降压组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3.5份、山楂4.5份、肉豆蔻1份、甘草1份、酸枣仁3份、莱菔子3份、茯苓3份、火麻仁3份、昆布2份、槐米3份、菊花2份、葛根3份、决明子3份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的降脂降压组合物,其特征在于,所述决明子为炒决明子,所述酸枣仁为炒酸枣仁,所述莱菔子为炒莱菔子。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的降脂降压组合物,其特征在于,所述降脂降压组合物中还包括糊精和/或麦芽糊精。
5.一种降脂降压组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照重量份的各成分:薏苡仁3~4份、山楂4~5份、肉豆蔻0.8~1.3份、甘草0.8~1.3份、酸枣仁2.5~4份、莱菔子2.5~4份、茯苓2.5~4份、火麻仁2.5~4份、昆布1.5~2.5份、槐米1.5~2.5份、菊花1.5份~2.5份、葛根2.5~4份、决明子2.5~4份和纯水煎煮后进行提取,获得提取液;
步骤二:将所述提取液进行浓缩至得到相对密度为1.25~1.30(60℃)的稠膏;
步骤三:对稠膏进行真空干燥,得干膏;
步骤四:在所述干膏中加入麦芽糊精和糊精混合均匀后粉碎,然后加入85%~95%乙醇,然后进行制粒,并沸腾干燥得干燥颗粒。
