Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体涉及保健用软胶囊。
背景技术
现代医学科学发现,免疫是一个与衰老有密切关系的因素,免疫功能减退是衰老的最重要原因之一。机体免疫系统的一些特殊细胞能将入侵体内的细菌、病毒和体内已衰老死亡的细胞、已突变的细胞以及引起变态反应的物质,统统地加以吞噬和消灭,从而维持体内环境的稳定,保持机体健康。但机体免疫功能在 30 岁左右就开始减迟,这种变化是悄然、缓慢、持续地进行。免疫力是人体自身的防御机制,是人体识别和消灭外来侵入的任何异物,处理衰老、损伤、死亡、变性的自身细胞以及识别和处理体内突变细胞和病毒感染细胞的能力。免疫功能失调或低下时,会降低机体对抗感染的能力,降低识别和清除自身衰老的组织细胞能力,降低杀伤和清除异常突变细胞在体内的能力,导致人体抗病力和自愈力的下降。
保健食品是以辅助治疗为目的,不能代替药物,但必须满足保健食品的卫生要求,且无毒副作用。目前,市场上增强免疫力的保健品种类繁多,但对于增强免疫力的真正效果微弱,人们长期服用会出现一定的毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种设计合理的保健用软胶囊,它采用软胶囊剂型以及软胶囊生产的工艺技术条件,原辅料符合相关标准,且车间内进行严格的消毒、除尘处理,从而保证产品品质,总黄酮和红景天苷的成分对于增强免疫力效果显著。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:它的配方包括原料和辅料;所述原料的成分和含量如下:共轭亚油酸400-600g、沙棘提取物100-150g、红景天提取物50-80g;所述辅料的成分和含量如下:明胶150-250g、纯化水150-250g、甘油60-100g、蜂蜡10-15g、焦糖色0.2-0.8g、二氧化钛0.2-0.8g、可可壳色0.1-0.3g。
它的生产工艺流程如下:
(1)原料前处理:各原辅料检验合格后脱去外包装,进入洁净区;
(2)过筛、称量:将沙棘提取物、红景天提取物过100目筛,按生产配方准确称取沙棘提取物、红景天提取物、共轭亚油酸、蜂蜡、明胶、甘油、纯化水、焦糖色、可可壳色素、二氧化钛;
(3)配料:将共轭亚油酸加热至65℃左右,加入蜂蜡,加热熔融,得油蜡液,冷却后,将沙棘提取物和红景天提取物加入到油蜡液中,边加边搅拌,过胶体磨2~3次,(-0.06~-0.08)MPa脱尽气泡,得囊芯料液,备用;
(4)溶胶:将二氧化钛加适量甘油搅拌均匀,过胶体磨2~3遍,100目筛过滤,备用,取焦糖色、可可壳色素用少量纯化水溶解,备用,将甘油和纯化水投入到化胶罐中,加热至60~65℃,在搅拌状态下将明胶加入,升温至70~80℃搅拌溶解,再加入上述调配好的二氧化钛溶液和色素溶液,搅拌均匀,(-0.06~-0.08)Mpa脱尽气泡,100目筛过滤,55~65℃保温备用;
(5)压丸:用石蜡油对压丸机进行调试,测量丸差符合质量要求(1±7.5%)×0.7g/粒,查外观,胶皮两边薄厚一致、接口牢固等,各项指标合格后即可进行正常压丸,规格0.7g/粒,30min左右核对一次,室内温度18-26℃,湿度30-40%;
(6)定型:将压丸机压制出的软胶囊用输送带输送到滚笼中,使软胶囊定型,室内温度18-26℃,相对湿度30-40%,时间4h左右;
(7)洗丸:将定型后的软胶囊倾入洗丸机中,用95%食用酒精洗涤,用95%食用酒精浸没软胶囊,开动洗丸机,洗去软胶囊表面的油蜡等脂溶性粘附物,放出乙醇洗液,沥干,待干燥;
(8)干燥:将洗涤后的软胶囊送入干燥室内干燥,控制干燥室内的温度为24-28℃,控制湿度20-30%,干燥13-18h;
(9)灯检:将干燥好的软胶囊放在灯检机上,人工将异形丸、瘪丸、薄壁丸、大小不一致丸等不合格丸选出,合格软胶囊待包装;
(10)内包装:将合格软胶囊装入口服固体药用高密度聚乙烯瓶中,每瓶装60粒,质量标准符合YBB 00122002的要求;
(11)外包装:装箱,得成品;
(12)检验、入库:成品按本品规定的各项质量指标分别逐项检验,经质检部门检验合格后入库。
本发明有益效果为:它采用软胶囊剂型以及软胶囊生产的工艺技术条件,原辅料符合相关标准,且车间内进行严格的消毒、除尘处理,从而保证产品品质,总黄酮和红景天苷的成分对于增强免疫力效果显著。

下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明作进一步的说明。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施方式,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它的配方包括原料和辅料;所述原料的成分和含量如下:共轭亚油酸500g、沙棘提取物125g、红景天提取物62g;所述辅料的成分和含量如下:明胶205.1g、纯化水205.1g、甘油88.5g、蜂蜡13g、焦糖色0.51g、二氧化钛0.51g、可可壳色0.26g。
它的生产工艺流程如下:
(1)原料前处理:各原辅料检验合格后脱去外包装,进入洁净区;
(2)过筛、称量:将沙棘提取物、红景天提取物过100目筛,按生产配方准确称取沙棘提取物、红景天提取物、共轭亚油酸、蜂蜡、明胶、甘油、纯化水、焦糖色、可可壳色素、二氧化钛;
(3)配料:将共轭亚油酸加热至65℃,加入蜂蜡,加热熔融,得油蜡液,冷却后,将沙棘提取物和红景天提取物加入到油蜡液中,边加边搅拌,过胶体磨3次,-0.08MPa脱尽气泡,得囊芯料液,备用;

(8)干燥:将洗涤后的软胶囊送入干燥室内干燥,控制干燥室内的温度为28℃,控制湿度30%,干燥18h;
(9)灯检:将干燥好的软胶囊放在灯检机上,人工将异形丸、瘪丸、薄壁丸、大小不一致丸等不合格丸选出,合格软胶囊待包装;
(10)内包装:将合格软胶囊装入口服固体药用高密度聚乙烯瓶中,每瓶装60粒,质量标准符合YBB 00122002的要求;
(11)外包装:装箱,得成品;
(12)检验、入库:成品按本品规定的各项质量指标分别逐项检验,经质检部门检验合格后入库。
本品每100g含总黄酮3.3g、红景天苷0.11g,适宜人群:免疫力低下者,不适宜人群:少年儿童、孕妇、乳母期妇女。
红景天提取物是红景天根部的提取物,气香甜、味苦涩,主要成份为红景天苷和甙元酪醇、络塞维,具有增强免疫功能、保护心脑血管及抗癌抗抑郁的功效,红景天主要含苯丙酯类和类黄酮类。
沙棘是植物和其果实的统称,沙棘为药食同源植物,沙棘的根、茎、叶、花、果,特别是沙棘果实,含有丰富的营养物质和生物活性物质。
共轭亚油酸(CLA)由红花提炼,是一系列双键亚油酸,具有清除自由基、增强人体的抗氧化能力和免疫能力、促进生长发育、调节血液胆固醇和甘油三酸脂水平、防止动脉粥样硬化、促进脂肪氧化分解、促进人体蛋白合成、对人体进行全面的良性调节等作用。
生物总黄酮是指黄酮类化合物,是一大类天然产物,广泛存在于植物界,是许多中草药的有效成分。
本品的感官要求符合如下规定:

Claims (3)
1.保健用软胶囊,其特征在于配方包括原料和辅料;所述原料的成分和含量如下:共轭亚油酸400-600g、沙棘提取物100-150g、红景天提取物50-80g;所述辅料的成分和含量如下:明胶150-250g、纯化水150-250g、甘油60-100g、蜂蜡10-15g、焦糖色0.2-0.8g、二氧化钛0.2-0.8g、可可壳色0.1-0.3g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健用软胶囊,其特征在于配方包括原料和辅料;所述原料的成分和含量如下:共轭亚油酸500g、沙棘提取物125g、红景天提取物62g;所述辅料的成分和含量如下:明胶205.1g、纯化水205.1g、甘油88.5g、蜂蜡13g、焦糖色0.51g、二氧化钛0.51g、可可壳色0.26g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健用软胶囊,其特征在于生产工艺流程如下:
(1)原料前处理:各原辅料检验合格后脱去外包装,进入洁净区;
(2)过筛、称量:将沙棘提取物、红景天提取物过100目筛,按生产配方准确称取沙棘提取物、红景天提取物、共轭亚油酸、蜂蜡、明胶、甘油、纯化水、焦糖色、可可壳色素、二氧化钛;
(3)配料:将共轭亚油酸加热至65℃,加入蜂蜡,加热熔融,得油蜡液,冷却后,将沙棘提取物和红景天提取物加入到油蜡液中,边加边搅拌,过胶体磨2~3次,(-0.06~-0.08)MPa脱尽气泡,得囊芯料液,备用;
(4)溶胶:将二氧化钛加甘油搅拌均匀,过胶体磨2~3遍,100目筛过滤,备用,取焦糖色、可可壳色素用纯化水溶解,备用,将甘油和纯化水投入到化胶罐中,加热至60~65℃,在搅拌状态下将明胶加入,升温至70~80℃搅拌溶解,再加入上述调配好的二氧化钛溶液和色素溶液,搅拌均匀,(-0.06~-0.08)Mpa脱尽气泡,100目筛过滤,55~65℃保温备用;

(7)洗丸:将定型后的软胶囊倾入洗丸机中,用95%食用酒精洗涤,用95%食用酒精浸没软胶囊,开动洗丸机,洗去软胶囊表面的油蜡脂溶性粘附物,放出乙醇洗液,沥干,待干燥;
(8)干燥:将洗涤后的软胶囊送入干燥室内干燥,控制干燥室内的温度为24-28℃,控制湿度20-30%,干燥13-18h;
(9)灯检:将干燥好的软胶囊放在灯检机上,人工将异形丸、瘪丸、薄壁丸、大小不一致丸多种不合格丸选出,合格软胶囊待包装;
(10)内包装:将合格软胶囊装入口服固体药用高密度聚乙烯瓶中,每瓶装60粒,质量标准符合YBB 00122002的要求;
(11)外包装:装箱,得成品;
(12)检验、入库:成品按本品规定的各项质量指标分别逐项检验,经质检部门检验合格后入库。
