技术领域
本发明属于药物或保健品领域,涉及一种由葛根、葛花、枳椇子、西瓜粉、莴苣叶、牡蛎、脱氢酶、B族维生素组成的具有具有解酒作用的药物、特膳或保健品组合物。
背景技术
喝酒是中国文化的一部分,但是喝酒对身体有害,如何解救在日常生活中
也有各种各样的方法、措施或者产品。比如以下几种:
1 . 以中草药浸提物为功效成分的产品
中草药解酒产品中,有以人参、葛花、葛根、三七、刺五加等单味中药为主要原料的,也有以五苓散、小柴胡汤、大柴胡汤等传统方剂为主要原料的。产品类型主要有口服液、冲剂、茶剂、胶囊、片剂等。
另外,绿豆、五味子等中草药成分,经研究也具有一定的解酒护肝功效。如取50克绿豆、10克甘草,加适量红糖煎服,可醒酒,如单用绿豆煎汤,亦有一定功效。五味子,性味酸、甘、温,有敛肺滋肾、生津敛汗、涩精止泻之功《,大明本草》中记载,其具有“止渴除烦热,解酒毒,壮筋骨”的功效,用五味子10~12克,水煎服,亦具有解酒功效。
目前解酒产品有些为多种中药材的复合制剂,可有效利用多种中药材中的有效成分,如葵花护肝片,由柴胡、茵陈、板蓝根、五味子、猪胆粉、绿豆六味中药组成,具有疏肝理气、健脾消食、降低转氨酶的功效,解酒、降脂、解毒、抗炎等功效也很显著,对酒精造成的肝细胞损伤还具有一定的修复作用,经过毒理试验,无毒副作用,是目前比较有效的解酒护肝片产品。
2 . 以肽为功效成分的产品
以肽作为主要功效成分开发的解酒产品,正越来越引起人们的关注。目前,报道比较多的是玉米肽及花生蛋白肽类解酒产品,其作用机理源于玉米肽或花生蛋白肽,可显著提高血清中的丙氨酸及亮氨酸浓度,有助于产生稳定的辅酶NAD+,从而抑制血液中乙醇浓度的升高。产品类型主要为饮料、片剂等。
3 . 以蛋白为功效成分的产品
目前,以蛋白为功效成分开发的解酒产品主要是各种解酒乳饮料。其应用的原理是乳制品与酒精混合后,会促使蛋白质凝固沉积,在胃表面形成一层保护膜,隔离酒精在胃内的进一步吸收,减轻醉酒程度。同时乳制品中钙含量丰富,可有效缓解酒后烦躁。
4 . 以蜂蜜为功效成分的产品
蜂蜜解酒产品主要是利用蜂蜜中的特殊果糖,可有效分解和吸收酒精,从而起到快速醒酒的作用,消除酒后头痛、头晕现象。产品类型为饮料、口服液等。
5 . 以维生素为功效成分的产品
维生素在人体代谢中发挥重要作用,帮助机体维持健康。醉酒者可通过适时补维生素制品,有效缓解酒醉状态,预防酒精中毒。目前在解酒产品中,广泛使用的维生素主要包括VC、VB1、VB6、VB12等,维生素解酒产品主要利用维生素可有效促进酒精在体内分解的原理。产品类型主要包括饮料、片剂、解酒糖等。
通过上办法在解酒的时候,多会对人体肝脏造成损伤,不适于长期使用。
葛根:含大豆甙,它能分解乙醛毒性,阻止酒精对大脑抑制功能的减弱,抑制肠胃对酒精的吸收,促进血液中酒精的代谢和排泄。而且葛根本身发汗解表的能力很强,就算普通人,喝了之后也很容易出汗,酒精通过汗液散发,从而达到解酒的效果。葛根花:为豆科植物葛的干燥花蕾。具有解毒醒脾的功能。性味甘平,善解酒毒,醒脾和胃解渴,主治饮酒过度头痛头昏、烦渴呕吐、胸膈饱胀等症。枳椇子:李时珍的《本草纲目》中曾记载“其枝、叶,止呕逆,解酒毒,辟虫毒”。莴苣叶:对消除宿醉、解毒保肝都有作用。《本草拾遗》中记载莴苣叶“利五脏,通经脉,开胸膈。”,堪称解酒护肝的看家蔬菜。叶中的维生素B1含量是茎的3倍,维生素B1可改善精神状况,消除疲劳。
牡蛎:牡蛎精中含有的糖原、氨基酸可以提高肝脏功能促进解毒作用,可使乙醛被迅速分解,变成无毒物质,且牡蛎精能明显保护胃粘膜免受乙醇损伤,它能加快酒精在人体内的代谢过程,解除乙醇和甲醛对肝细胞的直接损伤,从而对酒精中毒有明显的预防和治疗作用,使醉酒现像减轻,明显缩短醒酒时间,加快酒后不适的恢复。
西瓜:《本草纲目》中说西瓜甘寒无毒,“宽中下气,利小水,解酒毒”。酒后来杯西瓜汁对预防醉酒十分有益,因为它进入人体后,可以对酒精的吸收产生竞争性抑制,减少酒精进入血液的数量。另一方面,西瓜汁具有明显的利尿作用,可以促进酒精更快地排泄体外。脱氢酶:包括乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶。酶的本质是蛋白质,酒精遇到蛋白质会变性 酒精与蛋白质发生了化学反应,可解酒。
B族维生素:喝酒过多等导致肝脏损害,在许多场合下是和维生素B缺乏症并行的。维生素B可以促进、肝脏的代谢和保护饮酒者的肝脏。
本发明提供了一种具有解酒作用的药物组合物,研究表明该组合物对醉酒和保肝、健脾具有较好的治疗效果。

一种具有具有解酒作用的药物组合物,该药物组合物是由以下重量份的原料制成的:葛根5~50,葛花5~50,枳椇子5~50,西瓜粉 5~50,莴苣叶5~50,牡蛎5~50,脱氢酶0.1-5,维生素B1为0 .1-5,维生素B6为0 .1-5,维生素B2为0 .1-5,维生素B12为0 .1-5。

本发明所述的由天然葛根,葛花,枳椇子,西瓜粉,莴苣叶,牡蛎,脱氢酶,维生素B族加工而成。它能够促进人体内乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的分泌,并提高这两种酶的活性,从而加快酒精在体内的分解,形成乙酸保肝因子,减轻有毒物质对肝细胞的损害,达到护肝解酒双重功效。
酒前食本发明所述的制剂,可保护肠胃,在胃内形成保护膜,对人体摄入的酒精进行自分解从而减少酒精对人体的伤害。在自分解后的酒精进入到肝脏后,酒精中对人体有损害的成份明显减少。
酒后食用发明所述的制剂,可有效的参与酒精代谢、分解;保肝护肝,消除酒后疲劳,对因过度饮酒引起的头晕、头痛,隔夜宿醉等具有明显的作用,在酒后30至60分钟内,即酒精代谢高峰到来之前有效分解酒精,缓解肝脏压力,增快肝脏排毒,减少肝脏受损,保证第二天正常工作。
本发明的配方中有就能分解甲醇和乙醛的成分,增强了人体肝功能的排毒速度和进程,使其肝脏损伤程度降到最低。实验表明食用本发明所述的制剂的人群比不食用本制剂的人群肝受损程度小于等于30%。

处方:葛根50g,葛花50g,枳椇子50g,西瓜粉50g,莴苣叶50g,牡蛎50g,脱氢酶0.5g,维生素B1为0.5g,维生素B6为0.5g,维生素B2为0.5g,维生素B12为0.5g。
制法:取干燥的葛根50g,葛花50g,枳椇子50g,莴苣叶50g,牡蛎50g,加500mL水煎煮,煎煮2次,每次1小时,提取液合并,滤过,滤液浓缩,加入西瓜粉50g、脱氢酶0.5g,维生素B1为0.5g,维生素B6为0.5g,维生素B2为0.5g,维生素B12为0.5g,干燥,加入适量糊精,混匀,制成颗粒,装入胶囊,制成硬胶囊剂100粒。
实施例2:
处方:葛根50g,葛花40g,枳椇子30g,西瓜粉20g,莴苣叶10g,牡蛎10g,脱氢酶0.4g,维生素B1为0.4g,维生素B6为0.4g,维生素B2为0.4g,维生素B12为0.4g。
制法:取干燥的葛根50g,葛花40g,枳椇子30g,莴苣叶10g,牡蛎10g,加800mL水煎煮,煎煮2次,每次1小时,提取液合并,滤过,滤液浓缩,加入西瓜粉20g,脱氢酶0.4g,维生素B1为0.4g,维生素B6为0.4g,维生素B2为0.4g,维生素B12为0.4g,加入适量淀粉、硬脂酸镁,混匀,制成颗粒,干燥,压制成片,包衣,制成100片。
实施例3:
处方:葛根10g,葛花20g,枳椇子30g,西瓜粉20g,莴苣叶20g,牡蛎20g,脱氢酶0.3g,维生素B1 0.3g,维生素B6 0.3g,维生素B2 0.3g,维生素B12 0.3g。
制法:取干燥的葛根10g,葛花20g,枳椇子30g,莴苣叶20g,牡蛎20g,加700mL水煎煮,煎煮3次,每次0 .5小时,提取液合并,滤过,滤液浓缩,加入西瓜粉20g、脱氢酶0.3g,维生素B1为0.3g,维生素B6为0.3g,维生素B2为0.3g,维生素B12为0.3g,加入适量淀粉,泛制成丸,干燥,制成500丸。
实施例4:
处方:葛根30g,葛花40g,枳椇子20g,西瓜粉30g,莴苣叶10g,牡蛎30g,脱氢酶0.1g,维生素B1为0.1g,维生素B6为0.1g,维生素B2为0.1g,维生素B12为0.1g。
制法:取干燥的葛根30g,葛花40g,枳椇子20g,莴苣叶10g,牡蛎30g,加600mL水煎煮,煎煮4次,每次2小时,提取液合并,滤过,加入西瓜粉30g、脱氢酶0.1g,维生素B1为0.1g,维生素B6为0.1g,维生素B2为0.1g,维生素B12为0.1g,滤液加水调整总量至5000mL,灌装,每支10mL,灭菌,制成口服液500支。
实施例5:
处方:葛根10g,葛花10g,枳椇子20g,西瓜粉20g,莴苣叶10g,牡蛎30g,脱氢酶1g,维生素B1为0.8g,维生素B6为0.6g,维生素B2为0.7g,维生素B12为0.4g。
制法:取干燥的葛根10g,葛花10g,枳椇子20g,莴苣叶10g,牡蛎30g,加900mL水煎煮,煎煮3次,每次1 .5小时,提取液合并,滤过,加入西瓜粉20g、脱氢酶1g,维生素B1为0.8g,维生素B6为0.6g,维生素B2为0.7g,维生素B12为0.4g,加入适量淀粉、乳糖、硬脂酸镁,混匀,制成颗粒剂或粉剂1000g。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。 解酒功能测试
1、试验方法:取昆明小鼠40只,♀♂各半,随机分为5组,Ⅰ组为空白组,Ⅱ组为对照组,Ⅲ为实验组。Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组均灌注生理盐水0 .2ml/10g体重,Ⅲ组灌本发明的口服液制剂 0.2ml/10g体重;30分钟后,Ⅰ组灌注生理盐水0 .2ml/10g体重;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均灌胃白酒(56 °),各组分别在灌胃白酒30分钟、60分钟、90分钟、150分钟后分组抽取静脉血,并用气相色谱法测定血液中乙醇的浓度。
2、实验结果:见表1:各组小鼠不同时间乙醇浓度比较
表1的数据显示,本发明药物制剂的可显著降低饮酒小鼠血液中的酒精浓度,说明本发明的中药制剂具有很好的解酒作用。
临床观察和测试
1、受试对象:选10例身体健康的成人男士作为受试对象。
2、试验方法:随机选5例第一组作为实验组,在饮酒前30min服用本发明的颗粒剂药物;另外5例第二组作为对照组,饮酒前不服用任何解酒药物。受试对象每人饮用53 °白酒250mL;30分钟以后,检测所有受试对象血液中乙醇含量。
3、实验结果:见表2:检测受试对象血液中乙醇浓度含量(mg/100ml)
由表2的检测数据我们可以看出,饮用本发明药物后饮酒较直接饮酒者血液中的乙醇含量明显降低,表明本发明药物具有快速解酒的效果。
同时,通过观察两组受试者饮用53 °白酒后的身体感受,发现饮用本发明的药物后饮酒者酒后基本没有发生呕吐的现象,而直接饮酒者有明显的不舒服感,而且有1例发生呕吐现象。
另外,实验还证明,本发明的药物在酒后服用,也具有很好的解酒作用。如酒前、酒后30min结合服用,则解酒效果更佳;而且男女老少均适宜。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有解酒作用的药物组合物,其特征在于,该药物组合物是由以下重量份的原料制成的:葛根5~50,葛花5~50,枳椇子5~50,西瓜粉 5~50,莴苣叶5~50,牡蛎5~50,脱氢酶0 .1-5,维生素B1为0 .1-5,维生素B6为0 .1-5,维生素B2为0 .1-5,维生素B12为0.1-5。
2.如权利要求1所述的药物组合物,其特征在于,该药物组合物是由以下重量份的原料制成的:葛根50,葛花50,枳椇子50,西瓜粉50,莴苣叶50,牡蛎50,脱氢酶0.5,维生素B1为0.5,维生素B6为0.5,维生素B2为0.5,维生素B12为0.5。
3.如权利要求1所述的药物组合物,其特征在于,该药物组合物是由以下重量份的原料制成的:葛根50,葛花40,枳椇子30,西瓜粉20,莴苣叶10,牡蛎10,脱氢酶0.4,维生素B1为0.4,维生素B6为0.4,维生素B2为0.4,维生素B12为0.4。
4.如权利要求1所述的药物组合物,其特征在于,该药物组合物是由以下重量份的原料制成的:葛根10,葛花20,枳椇子30,西瓜粉20,莴苣叶20,牡蛎20,脱氢酶0.3,维生素B1为0.3,维生素B6为0.3,维生素B2为0.3,维生素B12为0.3。
5.如权利要求1所述的药物组合物,其特征在于,该药物组合物是由以下重量份的原料制成的:葛根30,葛花40,枳椇子20,西瓜粉30,莴苣叶10,牡蛎30,脱氢酶0.1,维生素B1为0.1,维生素B6为0.1,维生素B2为0.1,维生素B12为0.1。
6.如权利要求1~5任意一项所述的药物组合物,其特征在于,该药物组合物采用药学中常规的制药方法制备成口服制剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的药物组合物,其特征在于,该药物组合物采用药学中常规的制药方法制备成粉剂、片剂、丸剂、硬胶囊剂、颗粒剂、口服液。
8. 如权利要求7所述的药物组合物,其特征在于,该药物组合物采用如下方法制备:取葛根提取物、葛花、枳椇子、牡蛎混合,加入5~10倍量的水煎煮2~4次,每次0 .5~2小时,提取液合并,滤过,滤液浓缩,加入西瓜粉、脱氢酶,维生素B1,维生素B6,维生素B2,维生素B12,干燥,粉碎成细粉,加入辅料,混匀,装入硬胶囊,即得。
9.如权利要求1~5任意一项所述的药物组合物在制备解酒药物、特膳食品或保健品中的应用。
