粘合衬是服装领域中一种重要的辅料,它虽然在服装中不像面料一样看得见,但它与面料复合后,在服装各部位起重要的骨架作用,使服装易于加工,方便造型保型,保持服装穿着舒适性等等方面有重要作用。
现在人们对穿着舒适性要求越来越高,而充足的弹性和保型性能是面料和服装舒适性的重要两个方面,此外易打理可机洗也是市场对含毛西服或外套的迫切要求。人们在运动或者受力情况下需要面料和服装有充分的弹性来受力伸长,在外力消失后又需要服装和面料完全回复到原始形态,残留变形(蠕性变形)要尽可能小。这就要求如果服装面料有弹性和回复能力,与之匹配的衬布或者其他复合材料也必须有充分的弹性伸长和形态回复能力。
经编全幅衬纬拉毛衬是上世纪80年代非常主流的粘合衬产品,它由经向FDY(Fully drawn yarn,简称FDY,中文名称为全拉伸丝)涤纶或者尼龙长丝编织在全幅衬纬的纬纱上形成坯布,坯布经过起绒(拉毛)定型和粉点涂层处理而成的热熔粘合衬产品。它具有透气性能好,手感丰满,含黏胶纤维有利于保持毛料服装的湿热舒适性,与含毛粗纺外套面料配伍性良好等优点。
但是传统全幅衬纬经编拉毛衬产品也具有较多缺点:一是经纬向基本都没有什么明显弹性,对弹性面料的匹配性较差,影响服装的运动舒适性。二是起绒工序会将部分纬纱短纤从纬纱中抽出部分长度形成拉毛效果,也会有少量(大约5%左右)的纬纱纤维被全部抽离纬纱而使底布丢失部分重量,这是一种材料成本浪费。同时纬纱中被抽出的自由短纤会飘散而污染加工环境,影响工人健康。三是起绒工序造成的纬纱短纤容易飞散,也影响后续的定型工作环境,定型机内部热风循环过滤网也必须加大清洁频率,而且在后续生产其它产品时易造成污染。最后是虽然通过起绒工序改善衬布底布的孔隙率,但也难以改善粉点涂层在这类底布上的高背透现象,容易在与面料粘合时污染面料或弄脏粘合机毯带,如果换成现在流行的防背透效果优良的双点涂层工艺,又因为起绒工序造成底布上被拉出的自由短纤而容易在浆点涂层的圆网表面越粘越多从而造成涂层工序难以持续进行。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种生产不易掉毛的经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬的制造方法,以解决上述问题。
变化双梳经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬,其组织结构为全幅衬纬经编组织。该全幅衬纬经编组织中的经线为经低张力热处理的涤纶低弹丝。在纺织所述全幅衬纬经编组织时所使用的花盘包括一个第一组织花盘和一个第二组织花盘。所述第一组织花盘的参数为:23/32/23/32/10/01/10/01,并采用一空一穿。所述第二组织花盘的参数为:10/01/10/01/23/32/23/32,也采用一空一穿。
进一步地,所述全幅衬纬经编组织中的纬纱包括经低张力热处理的涤纶低弹丝以及涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱。
进一步地,在所述纬纱中,在所述涤纶低弹丝经低张力热处理时所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱被动弯曲收缩。
进一步地,在所述纬纱中,所述经低张力热处理的涤纶低弹丝与所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱交替排列。
进一步地,在所述经纱中,所述涤纶低弹丝的材料规格为28D~150D。
进一步地,所述全幅衬纬经编组织由一个衬纬经编机完成,该衬纬经编机的针密为20针/英寸~32针/英寸。
进一步地,所述全幅衬纬经编组织中的纬纱包括涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱。
变化双梳经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:
提供多根经纱,该经纱为涤纶低弹丝;
提供多根纬纱,该纬纱包括涤纶低弹丝以及涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱或仅为所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱,且当所述纬纱包括涤纶低弹丝以及涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱时所述涤纶低弹丝与所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱交替排列;
织布:采用衬纬经编机将上述提供的经线与纬纱进行织布以得到坯料,所述衬纬经编机的组织花盘参数包括一个第一组织花盘和一个第二组织花盘,所述第一组织花盘的参数为:23/32/23/32/10/01/10/01,并采用一空一穿,所述第二组织花盘的参数为:10/01/10/01/23/32/23/32,也采用一空一穿;
溢流制程:
提供热水以及助剂,并将底布放入该热水中进行热处理并在该热水溢流时对该底布进行低张力处理;
将具有助剂的热水排尽后再将该底布放入30度~40度的热水中加入标准为0.5g/l-1g/l的冰醋酸,酸洗后出布;
定型:采用布车进行定型,该布车具有一个定型整理轧槽,该定型整理轧槽中的定型液,温度在195度~202度下进行定型以形成底布;
双点涂层工序:
提供圆网,该圆网上设置有无规则的圆孔;
提供热熔胶粉与底浆,所述底浆包括自来水,聚丙烯酸脂乳液,以及增稠剂;
将所述圆网放置在所述底布上,并将所述底浆涂刷在所述圆网上,然后均匀撒上热熔胶粉;
提供一个吸粉装置,使用该吸粉装置将未被所述底浆粘附的热熔胶粉全部吸掉;
将粘满热熔胶粉的底布送入固化烘房中进行高温固化,同时使热熔胶粉受热融化覆盖在底浆点上以得到所述经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬。
进一步地,当所述底布为白色,在溢流制程步骤中,所述助剂包括重量比为1.2g/l的多功能精炼剂,重量比为1.5g/l的去油灵,重量比为0.5g/l的NaOH片碱。
进一步地,当所述底布为彩色时,在溢流制程步骤中,还包括所需要的染料,该染料为分散染料和直接染料,所述助剂为染色助剂,该染色助剂包括重量比为1.5g/l~2g/l的匀染分散螯合三和一多效染色剂,重量比为0.6g/l~0.8g/l的染色酸,重量比为10g/l的元明粉。
与现有技术相比,上述的制造方法使得向坯布的经、纬纱中都加入了经低张力热处理的绦纶低弹丝成为现实,而由于只有经纱包含有该经低张力热处理的绦纶低弹丝或经纬纱中都包含有该经低张力热处理的绦纶低弹丝,以及对花盘参数的设计,使得这两个方向都具有弹性成为现实,且其膨化后大大增加了纤维覆盖度和改善了手感从而起到了传统全幅衬纬经编拉毛衬起绒的效果,使用溢流制程中进行预缩(或染色),顺便水洗除油除杂,工艺简单,设备通用,投资少。而且在整个制造工艺中,不会造成纤维掉毛,解决了现有技术中的传统全幅衬纬经编拉毛衬产品因自由短纤被抽出而造成的众多缺点。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
所述的经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬的组织结构为全幅衬纬经编组织。根据现有技术,衬纬经编组织是指在经编织物的圈干与延展线之间,周期地衬入一根或几根不成圈的纬纱的组织。而全幅衬纬经编组织是将长度等于坯布幅宽的纬纱夹在线圈主干和延展线之间的经编组织。该全幅衬纬经编组织中的经线为经低张力热处理的涤纶低弹丝,纬纱为经低张力热处理的涤纶低弹丝以及涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱或者是只有所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱。所述涤纶低弹丝(Draw texturing yarn简称DTY,中文又名拉伸变形丝),其是在一台机器上进行连续或同时拉伸、变形加工后的成品丝,它是以聚酯切片(PET)为原料,采用高速纺制涤纶预取向成丝(POY),再经牵伸假捻加工而成。涤纶低弹丝除具有一般涤纶断裂强度和弹性模量高、热定型性优异、回弹性能好、耐热性、耐光性、耐腐蚀性强、易洗快干等特点外,还具有膨松性高、隔热性好、手感舒适、光泽柔和等特点。所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱(Terylene/Rayon纱,简称T/R纱)。众所周知,涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,是我国聚酯纤维的商品名称。粘胶纤维,又称人造丝,是一种人工制造的纤维。由天然的植物纤维素加工制造而成。纬纱用涤纶低弹丝和T/R短纤纱交替被经纱编织。在所述纬纱中,经低张力热处理的涤纶低弹丝与所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱交替排列,意即一根所述涤纶低弹丝,然后一根所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱,然后再一根所述涤纶低弹丝,从而交替排列。在所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱中,所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的比例可以为65:35。在纺织所述全幅衬纬经编组织时所使用的组织花盘参数包括一个第一组织花盘和一个第二组织花盘。所述第一组织花盘的参数为:23/32/23/32/10/01/10/01,并采用一空一穿,所述第二组织花盘的参数为:10/01/10/01/23/32/23/32,也采用一空一穿。
本发明提供的所述经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬的制造方法,其包括如下步骤:
S101:提供多根经纱,该经纱为涤纶低弹丝;
S102:提供多根纬纱,该纬纱包括涤纶低弹丝与涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱或者仅涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱,且当该纬线为涤纶低弹丝与涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱时,所述涤纶低弹丝与所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱交替排列;
S103:织布:采用衬纬经编机将上述提供的经线与纬纱进行以单梳节满穿方式织布以得到坯料,所述衬纬经编机的组织花盘参数包括一个第一组织花盘和一个第二组织花盘。所述第一组织花盘的参数为:23/32/23/32/10/01/10/01,并采用一空一穿,所述第二组织花盘的参数为:10/01/10/01/23/32/23/32,也采用一空一穿;
溢流制程:
S104:提供热水以及助剂,并将底布放入该热水中进行热处理并在该热水溢流时对该底布进行低张力处理;
S105:将具有助剂的热水排尽后再将该底布放入30度~40度的热水中加入标准为0.5g/l-1g/l的冰醋酸,酸洗后出布;
S106:定型:采用布车进行定型,该布车具有一个定型整理轧槽,该定型整理轧槽中的定型液,温度在195度~202度下进行定型以形成底布;
双点涂层工序:
S107:提供圆网,该圆网上设置有无规则的圆孔,每平方厘米上有80个孔点,每个孔点的直径为0.28mm,每个孔点的壁厚为0.17mm~0.2mm;
S108:提供热熔胶粉与底浆,所述底浆包括自来水,聚丙烯酸脂乳液,以及增稠剂,其中所述聚丙稀酸酯乳液占总质量的20%~25%;
S109:将所述圆网放置在所述底布上,并将所述底浆涂刷在所述圆网上,然后均匀撒上热熔胶粉;
S110:提供一个吸粉装置,使用该吸粉装置将未被所述底浆粘附的热熔胶粉全部吸掉;
S111:将粘满热熔胶粉的底布送入固化烘房中进行高温固化,其中该烘房的温度大于130度以使所述热熔胶发生热交联反应,同时使热熔胶粉受热融化覆盖在底浆点上以得到所述经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬。
在步骤S101和S102后,所述经纱与纬纱的型号不同,其所制成的布料参数也不同。在所述经线中,所述涤纶低弹丝的材料规格为28D~150D。众所周知的是,D为纱线为9000米时的重量值,单位为克。例如当所述经纱的涤纶低弹丝的型号为30D/24F,纬纱的涤纶低弹丝的型号100D/72F,涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱型号为40S时,上机门幅为185cm,上机纬密为每厘米16根,下机坯布长度为710米~760米以利于后序工序工人损伤方便。当所述经纱的涤纶低弹丝的型号为50D/48F,纬纱的涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱,且型号为20S时,上机门幅为178cm,上机纬密为每厘米11.4根,下机坯布长度为450米~550米。而当所述经纱的涤纶低弹丝的型号为50D/48F,纬纱的涤纶低弹丝的型号为100D/48F,纬纱采用65/35比例的T/R混纺纱,型号为16S时,上机门幅为178cm上机纬密为每厘米10根~11根,下机坯布长度为450米~560米。
在步骤S103中,使用衬纬经编机来织布,至于所述衬纬经编机,其为一种现有技术,在此不再赘述。在织布时,经编包括所述第一组织花盘和第二组织花盘。所述第一组织花盘的参数为:23/32/23/32/10/01/10/01,并采用一空一穿,所述第二组织花盘的参数为:10/01/10/01/23/32/23/32,也采用一空一穿。该衬纬经编机的针密为20针/英寸~32针/英寸。为了让经纱中的绦纶低弹丝材料在纬纱上有足够的覆盖度,同时它在纬纱上的编织组织也具备较好的形态稳定性,我们要选择两把经纱空穿,采用GB1:23/32/23/32/10/01/10/01;GB2:10/01/10/01/23/32/23/32,它在每4根纬纱(两个纬纱循环)上编织成六边形基本形状。这样的形状既具有很好的形态和尺寸稳定性,也可以通过弹性材料来获得适当的弹性变形能力。
在步骤织布S103之前,还可以包括整经步骤,即将所述经线进行整理拉伸,使其每一根经线的张力一致以提高经线的平整度。在整经过程中,给所述经线添加油剂以防止经丝之间相互粘连。
在步骤S104和S105中,所述涤纶低弹丝在低张力热处理时收缩膨化,产生弹性。它可以使产品在经向上不仅具有组织弹性,同时也具有材料弹性,从而使传统全幅衬纬经编拉毛衬经向弹性非常小的问题得以改善。同时,膨化的经线可以很好地成圈覆盖在两种纬纱上,从而可以使这种全幅衬纬经编坯布通过传统溢流制程来进行染色或者预缩处理而不产生勾丝擦伤,而且通过这种保护让纬纱中T/R纱减少短纤被水流冲击和摩擦出来的概率。
同时在步骤S104和S105中,当所述纬纱为涤纶低弹丝与涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱时,在所述涤纶低弹丝经低张力热处理时所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱被动弯曲收缩,从而可以使定型后的底布纬向具有一定弹性,然后在定型工艺条件下保持下来,而不需要像传统的FDY+T/R材料构成的全幅衬纬经编拉毛衬基布必须通过起绒整理来改善基布覆盖度和手感。同时,热处理后膨化的无网或者轻网的涤纶低弹丝大大增加了底布的覆盖度,使后续的涂层点有良好的承托基础。从而改善了涂层效果,蓬松的纱线结构增加了剥离强度和减少背透的可能性。所述粘胶纤维的黏胶成分也保留了粘合衬需要的湿热舒适性。当所述纬纱仅为涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱时,经纱的绦纶低弹丝会在低张力热处理时将纬纱弯曲收缩,同时纬纱也会在水中会膨胀,干燥过程中会收缩,从而起到改善基布覆盖度和手感的效果。
当织好布,成为坯料后,可以根据需要,需要对该坯料进行预处理。当然不进行预处理也可以,只是会降低成品布的质量。当在步骤S106的定型步骤所定型的底布为白色时,在溢流制程步骤中,所述助剂包括重量比为1.2g/l的多功能精炼剂,重量比为1.5g/l的去油灵,重量比为0.5g/l的NaOH片碱。而当所述底布为彩色时,在溢流制程步骤中,还包括所需要的染料,该染料为分散染料和直接染料。所述助剂为染色助剂,该染色助剂包括重量比为1.5g/l~2g/l的匀染分散螯合三和一多效染色剂,重量比为0.6g/l~0.8g/l的染色酸,重量比为10g/l的元明粉。所述染料为本领域技术人员习知的技术,在此不对其详细一一说明。
在步骤S111中,所述烘房的温度可以控制在170度~185度之间。
在上述步骤制得的经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬,由于黏胶纤维在水中会膨胀,干燥过程中会收缩,其纱线尺寸收缩率在6-8%,让其自由收缩可以让纱线中纤维蓬松,纱线直径也会适当增大,预留了该种纱线将来在水洗干燥过程中纤维形态及尺寸变化的空间,避免了影响布面尺寸及外观;涤纶低弹丝在高温热处理和定型条件下其自身绝对长度会减少8-10%,其膨化后手感柔软,覆盖度良好,回弹性良好。在溢流预缩和定型时,保持底布纬向预缩率在10-15%范围,既能达到良好的布面外观和适度的弹性,又能平衡黏胶纱水洗带来的外观变化。例如:坯布上机门幅185cm,定型后涂层前底布门幅154cm,保证涂层后成品门幅大于152cm。这个预缩比例,可以使这种全幅衬纬经编仿拉毛衬不需要提供树脂整理就可以得到很好的水洗外观平整度。同时也不会因为过度预缩使刚度较大的T/R纱,被迫凸起在底布上影响外观和手感。
另外,因为经纱和纬纱在溢流制程中涤纶低弹丝会膨化,使得该涤纶低弹丝纤维散开后会很好地遮盖在T/R纱的短纤上,同时不使用传统起绒工序改善手感和覆盖度,避免了将T/R纱的短纤从纱线中部分抽出形成的自由纤维,防止它在后续双点涂层时粘在涂层圆网表面,从而影响涂层效果。传统全幅衬纬经编拉毛衬因为布面掉毛和不拒水问题,只能选用涂层时底布需要高温高压的粉点涂层工艺。所以,传统全幅衬纬经编拉毛衬,相对于现在流行的喷水梭织弹力双点粘合衬手感都比较硬板,产品不能水洗。对于底布纱线密度较低的全幅衬纬经编拉毛衬,使用粉点涂层时,产品的抗热熔胶在与面料粘合时抗反渗胶效果是非常差的,而这种通过坯布和整理工艺改良过的新型全幅衬纬经编仿拉毛衬,它非常适合双点涂层工艺,即便底布经纬密度较稀疏,也因为涤纶低弹丝的膨化作用和以及膨化后的涤纶低弹丝在纬纱两面的成圈覆盖和无粉双点涂层的底浆在粘合时对上层热熔胶的抗反渗作用而使衬布与面料粘合时背透大幅度减少或杜绝背透。另外,在整个制造方法中,因为没有通过起绒工序,且涤纶低弹丝对T/R纱线表面的覆盖保护作用,该全幅衬纬经编仿拉毛衬,基本没有散纤维飞散在加工和使用过程中,它改善了加工环境,有利于工人身体健康,避免污染面料和服装的外观品质。同时,因为该经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬含有黏胶纤维而改善了服装的湿热舒适性。
与现有技术相比,上述的制造方法使得向坯布的经纬纱中都加入了绦纶低弹丝成为现实,而由于经纬纱中都包含有该经低张力热处理的绦纶低弹丝,使得这两个方向都具有弹性,且其膨化后大大增加了纤维覆盖度和改善了手感从而起到了传统全幅衬纬经编拉毛衬起绒的效果,使用溢流制程进行预缩(或染色),顺便水洗除油除杂,工艺简单,设备通用,投资少。而且在整个制造工艺中,不会造成纤维掉毛,解决了现有技术中的传统全幅衬纬经编拉毛衬产品因自由短纤被抽出而造成的众多缺点。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用于局限本发明的保护范围,任何在本发明精神内的修改、等同替换或改进等,都涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。

1.变化双梳经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬,其特征在于:所述变化双梳经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬的组织结构为全幅衬纬经编组织,该全幅衬纬经编组织中的经线为经低张力热处理的涤纶低弹丝,在纺织所述全幅衬纬经编组织时所使用的花盘包括一个第一组织花盘和一个第二组织花盘,所述第一组织花盘的参数为:23/32/23/32/10/01/10/01,并采用一空一穿,所述第二组织花盘的参数为:10/01/10/01/23/32/23/32,也采用一空一穿。
2.如权利要求1所述的变化双梳经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬,其特征在于:所述全幅衬纬经编组织中的纬纱包括经低张力热处理的涤纶低弹丝以及涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱。
3.如权利要求2所述的变化双梳经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬,其特征在于:在所述纬纱中,在所述涤纶低弹丝经低张力热处理时所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱被动弯曲收缩。
4.如权利要求2所述的变化双梳经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬,其特征在于:在所述纬纱中,所述经低张力热处理的涤纶低弹丝与所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱交替排列。
5.如权利要求1所述的变化双梳经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬,其特征在于:在所述经纱中,所述涤纶低弹丝的材料规格为28D~150D。
6.如权利要求1所述的变化双梳经编衬纬双向微弹仿拉毛衬,其特征在于:所述全幅衬纬经编组织由一个衬纬经编机完成,该衬纬经编机的针密为20针/英寸~32针/英寸。

提供多根经纱,该经纱为涤纶低弹丝;
提供多根纬纱,该纬纱包括涤纶低弹丝以及涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱或仅为所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱,且当所述纬纱包括涤纶低弹丝以及涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱时所述涤纶低弹丝与所述涤纶和粘胶纤维的混纺纱交替排列;
