[0003] 梭织组织织物在经炜向受力情况下组织结构的稳定性比较好,组织不容易被外力所破坏,比较保型。但在经炜纱密度较低情况下纱线间抱合力不够,组织结构不稳定,特别是斜向拉伸,组织稳定性不够,变形后织物形态和尺寸不易回复原状。而且梭织组织,如果纱线本身没有弹性情况下,织物很难获得适度弹性,严重影响人体运动时的穿着舒适性。

[0009] A、织布:选择50D-150D DTY微网经纱、20D-50D FDY捆绑纱和50D-300D DTY微网高收缩炜纱为原材料,经纱上机经密为4-10根/厘米,炜纱上机炜密为7-14根/厘米,然后在经编衬炜经编机上选三把梳节织造,即,制得经衬炜经编底布;[〇〇1〇] B、预缩:在预缩装置内对底布进行预缩处理,S卩,制得经向收缩率为23-30%,炜向收缩率为20-35 %的预缩底布;

[0014] 浮法经编织物在纺织学上又称衬经衬炜经编织物或双轴向经编织物。它的衬经纱平铺在衬炜纱上面,这两组纱并没有交织,靠另外一把梳节的较细经线按设计的成圈方式捆绑在一起,这一组经纱又称捆绑纱。本申请涉及一种力学性能优异的衬布组织结构,具体来说是利用衬经衬炜经编结构来开发的一类衬布品种。它既具有梭织组织结构稳定,产品保型性能良好,又具有编织组织(圈状组织)良好的随身变形能力,舒适性良好。

1.一种双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬炜经编织物的生产工艺,其特征在于,本工艺包括如 下步骤:A、 织布:选择50D-150D DTY微网经纱、20D-50D FDY捆绑纱和50D-300D DTY微网高收缩 炜纱为原材料,经纱上机经密为4-10根/厘米,炜纱上机炜密为7-14根/厘米,然后在经编衬 炜经编机上选三把梳节织造,即,制得经衬炜经编底布;B、 预缩:在预缩装置内对底布进行预缩处理,S卩,制得经向收缩率为23-30%,炜向收缩 率为20-35 %的预缩底布;C、 布面整理:选用平幅精炼工艺或者经轴染色工艺或者溢流工艺对布面进行整理,即, 制得整理底布;D、 定型:在定型乳车内配置定型助剂,然后将整理后的底布浸乳定型助剂并在200-206 °(:温度下进行定型处理,S卩,制得定型底布;E、 涂胶:将定型后的底布放入双点衬涂层机中,定型底布的一面先进行浆点涂层,再进 行撒粉涂层加工,然后进行吹吸粉,以及在烘房中加热使撒粉涂层的热熔胶粉熔化从而与 浆点涂层粘结,制得双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬炜编织物。

3.根据权利要求1所述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬炜经编织物的生产工艺,其特征在 于,在上述的A步骤中,三把梳节的花盘分别为:GB1:000/000/000/000,GB2:000/000/000/ 000,GB3:211/011 或者 GB1:000/000/111/000,GB2:111/000/000/000,GB3:211/011。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬炜经编织物的生产工 艺,其特征在于,在步骤E之后还包括验收测试的步骤:从成品中抽样粘合试验,将样品与标 准面料贴好放入粘合机内,将粘合机升温至130°,施加2.5千克/平方厘米的压力,时间14 秒,然后使样品与标准面料粘合固定;判断样品与标准面料粘合后是否满足以下条件:剥离 强度>25N/5cm,160°C经向热缩〈-2%,炜向〈-1.6%.涂层后手感柔软丰满。

10.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的双点涂层双向弹性衬经衬炜经编织物的生产工 艺,其特征在于,在上述的E步骤中,所述的双点涂层由以下步骤加工形成:el、选用孔密度7-100孔/每平方厘米的双点涂层圆网,涂层量为7-15克/平方米;e2、通过圆网先在定型底布的一面上进行浆点涂层,所述浆点涂层的原料为聚氨酯PU 热固性浆料;e3、在浆点涂层上进行撒粉涂层加工,所述撒粉涂层的原料为聚酰胺PA类热熔胶粉,然 后进行吹吸粉,最终在烘房中加热使热熔胶粉熔化从而与浆点涂层粘结。
