Abstract
一种自行车座垫,包含有一底壳,一弹性垫,以及一表层。该底壳用来将该座垫固定于自行车车架上,该弹性垫是布置于该底壳顶面,该表层是包覆于该弹性垫表面。另外,该弹性垫包含有一支撑层以及一承压层,该支撑层是由第一塑料发泡材料所制成,且布置于该底壳顶面;一承压层是由第二塑料发泡材料所制成,且布置该支撑层上表面,该第二塑料发泡材料于受压后回弹的速度较该第一塑料发泡材料为慢。

技术领域
本发明是与交通或运动工具的座垫有关,特别是指一种兼具支撑与舒适效果的自行车座垫。
背景技术
为了改进自行车座垫骑乘时的舒适度,美国第5,108,076号专利案提供了一个解决方案,此方案除了在座垫底壳与表层之间布置一塑料发泡物制成的弹性层外,更在该弹性层与表层之间布置了一凝胶(Gel)层。就理论上而言,该方案应可改进自行车座垫的舒适度,但是其存在着一个严重的缺点,此缺点是该方案必须将该凝胶层布置于对应骑乘者坐骨骨盆以及生殖器官的区域,以及控制在一定的厚度,否则,在骑乘时会在骑乘者臀部、胯部与座垫之间引起过度的相对运动,反而降低舒适度。
发明内容
本发明的提出即是用来解决前揭先前技术的缺点,进一步言之,本发明是在提供一种自行车座垫,该座垫包含有一底壳,一弹性垫,以及一表层。该底壳用来将该座垫固定于自行车车架上,该弹性垫是布置于该底壳顶面,该表层是包覆于该弹性垫表面。另外,该弹性垫包含有一支撑层以及一承压层,该支撑层是由第一塑料发泡材料所制成,且布置于该底壳顶面;一承压层是由第二塑料发泡材料所制成,且布置该支撑层上表面,该第二塑料发泡材料于受压后回弹的速度较该第一塑料发泡材料为慢。
更详细的说,前述弹性垫的承压层,可以一般市面上所售的惰性塑料泡棉材料来制成,因此,当该自行车座垫受到骑乘者臀部的压迫时会发生“流动”(Flow)而移位以贴合该臀部的接触面轮廓,从而将压力均匀分散至整个接触面,而当压力消除时会慢慢恢复到原来的形状,如此,即可提升骑乘者骑乘时的舒适度。

具体实施方式
请参阅各附图,依据本发明技术思想所实施的一种自行车座垫如图号10所示,其包含有一底壳20,一弹性垫30,以及一表层40。
该底壳20通常是以硬质或半硬质的塑料材料模塑成型,在形状上一般具有一窄前部22,如图3所示,一宽后部24,如图2所示,以及一自该窄前部22往该宽后部24延伸的长轴X-X’。
该弹性垫30包含有一支撑层50以及一承压层70。该支撑层50是由一种具高回弹性的PU发泡材料所制成,而且以一第一预定平均厚度的方式布置于该底壳20的顶面,该承压层70是由惰性发泡材料所制成,于本实施例,该惰性发泡材料为一种具低回弹性的PU发泡材料,而且以一第二预定平均厚度的方式布置于该支撑层50的顶面,一般而言,该第二预定平均厚度是小于第一预定平均厚度。
该支撑层50包含有一前支撑层52,是对应该底壳20的窄前部22,一后支撑层54,是对应该底壳20的宽后部24。该后支撑层54于本实施例设有一沿该长轴延伸的槽沟56,将其界定出对等的一第一支撑部58以及一第二支撑部60,当然,该槽沟56亦可延伸至窄前部22的一部分。各该支撑部58、60分别具有一第一上表面582、602,一第一侧表面584、604,一连接该第一上表面582、602与该第一侧表面584、604的第一凸弧面586、606以及一贴附于该底壳20顶面的第一下表面588、608。
该承压层70包含有一第一承压部72以及第二承压部74,各该承压部72、74分别具有一第二上表面722、742,一第二侧表面724、744,一连接该第二上表面722、742与该第二该侧表面724、744的第二凸弧面726、746,以及一第二下表面728、748,各该第二下表面728、748分别具有一凹弧部730、750。各该第二上表面722、742,各该第二凸弧面726、746,以及各该第二该侧表面724、744是分别与该表层40贴附在一起,如此,可使骑乘者的臀部与胯部可舒适的与该座垫触接。各该第二下表面728、748是分别贴附于该支撑层50的各该第一上表面582、602上,而各该凹弧部730、750是分别贴附于各该第一凸弧面586、606上。再者,各该第二侧表面724、744的下侧端与各该凹弧部730、750的下侧端是接合在一起,用以界定出一周边732、752,各该周边732、752是与各该第一侧表面584、604的上侧端连接在一起,如此,将可使该弹性垫30具有一平整的外侧面。
该表层40一般而言是由布质,皮质,人造皮或其他合成材料所制成,是包覆于该弹性垫30的表面。
由前述可知,依据本发明技术思想所实施的自行车座垫10,具有一弹性垫30,而该弹性垫30又由一支撑层50以及一承压层70结合而成,该支撑层50由于是由一种具高回弹性的PU发泡材料所制成,因此,一方面提供了该座垫10适当的弹性,另一方面也提供了适当的支撑。而更佳的是,该承压层70是由惰性发泡材料所制成,因此,当该自行车座垫10受到骑乘者臀部的压迫时会发生“流动”(Flow)而移位以贴合该臀部的接触面轮廓,从而将压力均匀分散至整个接触面,而当压力消除时会慢慢恢复到原来的形状,如此,对于骑乘者而言,该自行车座垫10当然较已知的座垫可提供更高的舒适度。
上述实施例仅是为了方便说明而举例而已,本发明所主张的权利范围自应以权利要求范围所述为准,而非仅限于上述实施例。
Claims (11)
1.一种自行车座垫,包含有:
一底壳,用来将该座垫固定于自行车车架上;
一弹性垫,布置于该底壳顶面;
一表层,包覆于该弹性垫表面;以及
该弹性垫包含有:
一支撑层,布置于该底壳顶面,由第一塑料发泡材料所制成;
一承压层,布置该支撑层上表面,由第二塑料发泡材料所制成,该第二塑料发泡材料于受压后回弹的速度较该第一塑料发泡材料为慢。
2.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫,其中该第一塑料发泡材料为一种PU发泡材料。
3.如权利要求2所述的自行车座垫,其中该第二塑料发泡材料为一种惰性泡棉。
4.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫,其中该支撑层具有一第一预定平均厚度,该承压层具有一第二预定平均厚度,该第二平均预定厚度小于第一预定平均厚度。
5.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫,其中该支撑层包含有一第一上表面,一第一侧表面,一连接该第一上表面与第一该侧表面的第一凸弧面,以及一贴附于该底壳顶面的第一下表面;该承压层包含有一第二上表面,一第二侧表面,一连接该第一上表面与第一该侧表面的第二凸弧面,以及一贴附于该第一上表面的第二下表面,该第二下表面具有一凹弧部用以贴附于该支撑层的第一凸弧面上。
6.如权利要求5所述的自行车座垫,其中该承压层第二侧表面的下侧端与该第二下表面凹弧部的下侧端接合并界定出一周边,该周边与该支撑层第一侧表面的上侧端是连接在一起。
7.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫,其中该底壳包含一长轴,一窄前部,以及一宽后部;该支撑层包含有一前支撑层,对应该底壳的窄前部,一后支撑层,对应该底壳的宽后部;该后支撑层具有一沿该长轴延伸的槽沟,将其界定出一第一支撑部及一第二支撑部;该承压层包含有一第一承压部以及第二承压部,该第一承压部布置于该第一支撑部上,该第二承压部布置于该第二支撑部上。
8.如权利要求7所述的自行车座垫,其中各该支撑部分别具有一第一上表面,一第一侧表面,以及一贴附于该底壳顶面的第一下表面;各该承压部分别具有一第二上表面,一第二侧表面,以及一第二下表面,各该第二下表面贴附于各该支撑部的第一上表面上。
9.如权利要求8所述的自行车座垫,其中各该支撑部还分别具有一连接该第一上表面与第一该侧表面的第一凸弧面;各该承压部的第二下表面分别具有一凹弧部,各该凹弧部贴附于各该支撑部的第一凸弧面上。
10.如权利要求8所述的自行车座垫,其中各该承压部还分别具有一连接该第二上表面与第二该侧表面的第二凸弧面。
11.如权利要求9所述的自行车座垫,其中各该承压部第二侧表面的一下侧端与各该第二下表面凹弧部的一下侧端接合并界定出一周边,该周边与各该支撑部第一侧表面的一上侧端连接在一起。
