Abstract
一種結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊,係在一座墊中包括有一發泡材料層與覆蓋在發泡材料層的表面的一表層。複數個彼此間隔的貫孔,形成在發泡材料層。一凝膠層形成在發泡材料層的底面。複數個凝膠模塊一一地填充於發泡材料層的複數個貫孔,每一個凝膠模塊的頂端接觸於表層的底面,而底端則一體地連結於凝膠層。凝膠層提供騎車者在騎坐該座墊時具有舒適的騎座感及抗菌效果。
Description
本創作係關於一種座墊結構,特別是一種結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊。
傳統的自行車或電動車座墊結構設計中,為了要使使用者在騎自行車或電動車時不致承受太大的振動並增加其騎座時的舒適性,故大部份在座墊底部結合一層發泡材料層、泡綿、記憶泡棉層或其它軟墊材料,以吸收部分的振動。在另一種產品設計中,有業者在座墊內部設置一整片式凝膠層,作為吸振材料。
然而,傳統座墊在使用久之後,往往會有座墊材料受潮發霉、細菌滋生、臭味增生的問題。目前的座墊產品均沒有針對此一問題提供解決的方案。再者,採用整片式凝膠層的座墊作為吸振材料時,會使得整個座墊的重量增加,且該整片式凝膠層往往會不利於人體接觸面的涼爽、通風。
緣此,本創作之主要目的即是提供一種結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊,以期提供自行車或電動車座墊在使用時的較佳舒適性並具有抗菌效果。
為達到上述目的,本創作係在座墊中包括有一發泡材料層與覆蓋在該發泡材料層的表面的一表層。複數個彼此間隔的貫孔形成在發泡材料層中。一凝膠層形成在發泡材料層的底面。複數個凝膠模塊一一地填充於發泡材料層的複數個貫孔,每一個凝膠模塊的頂端接觸於表層的底面,而底端則一體地連結於凝膠層。
其中,該發泡材料層的底面還結合一底材。
其中,該發泡材料層和該表層之間還包括一吸振材料層。
其中,該貫孔係一柱狀貫孔、三角錐狀貫孔之一。
其中,該複數個凝膠模塊係佈設在該發泡材料層的整個區域。
其中,該複數個凝膠模塊係佈設在該發泡材料層對應於坐骨承壓區的位置處。
其中,該複數個凝膠模塊係佈設在該發泡材料層對應於腿部接觸區的位置處。
其中,該複數個凝膠模塊係佈設在該發泡材料層對應於中線連通區的位置處。
在效果方面,當騎乘者騎坐在座墊上時,本創作中的凝膠層提供騎車者在騎坐該座墊時具有舒適的騎座感及抗菌效果,且藉由該凝膠層與發泡材料層的整合結構可增進騎車者的局部血液循環效果。
相較於傳統的整片式凝膠層的設計,本創作的結構設計可以減少產品重量並使騎座者騎坐在座墊上時,具有良好的通風效果。
本創作的結構設計保有凝膠層的柔軟特性、呼吸性和減震的重要特性。亦即,本創作的座墊具備了可抑制細菌滋生、提供騎車者良好的局部血液循環效果、適度的柔軟度、涼爽、通風效果。
由於本創作的凝膠模塊分佈型式可選擇位在座墊的整個區域、對應於騎車者坐骨承壓區、兩腿部接觸區或中線連通區,故本創作有效提供了騎車者在騎車時的局部位置釋壓效果。
本創作所採用的具體技術,將藉由以下之實施例及附呈圖式作進一步之說明。
請同時參閱圖1-2所示,其顯示本創作結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊的側視示意圖,而圖2顯示圖1中A-A斷面的剖視圖。如圖所示,一座墊100的底部結合有一承架1,而承架1再結合一立柱11。座墊100可為一自行車、電動車、汽車或其它應用場合的座墊。
如圖2所示,座墊100主要包括有一發泡材料層2與覆蓋在該發泡材料層2的表面的一表層3。發泡材料層2可選自PU(Polyurethanes,聚氨酯)、EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate,乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)、PP(Polypropylene,聚丙烯)、TPR(Themoplastic Rubber,熱塑性橡膠)、PVC(PolyVinyl Chloride,聚氯乙烯)。
發泡材料層2亦可由TPU(Thermoplastic Polyurethane,熱可塑性聚氨酯彈性體)所製成,此材料係由複數個發泡單體彼此以適當的黏合材料將多數個發泡單體相互黏連或以熱熔發泡單體的表面而使相鄰的多數個發泡單體相互黏連,每一個該發泡單體經發泡工序而在內部形成複數個發泡微孔,如此構成具有重量輕及高彈性特性的材料層。
本創作設計中,發泡材料層2中形成複數個彼此間隔的貫孔21。每一個貫孔21係呈柱狀貫孔,亦即貫孔21的底部開口和頂部開口的直徑係相同的。
一凝膠層4形成在該發泡材料層2的底面。複數個凝膠模塊5一一地填充於該發泡材料層2的該複數個貫孔21。每一個該凝膠模塊5的頂端接觸於該表層3的底面,而底端則一體地連結於該凝膠層5。
凝膠層4與凝膠模塊5是指以凝膠(Gel)材料製成的彈性體凝膠,例如該凝膠材料為為聚氨基甲酸乙酯凝膠(polyurethane-based Gel)、矽基凝膠(silicone-based gels)、PVC基凝膠(PVC-based Gel)、丙烯酸基凝膠(acrylic-based gel)等。
本創作在凝膠層4與凝膠模塊5的凝膠材料中添加或被覆抗菌材料。抗菌材料可包括抗菌微生物,藉由該抗菌微生物所產生之揮發性成分,具有可藉由空氣抑制菌類之發育、分解臭味成分之作用。
又例如該抗菌材料可包括銀奈米微粒,而該銀奈米微粒係摻雜在凝膠層4與凝膠模塊5中或塗佈在該凝膠模塊5的表層。該銀奈米微粒亦具有抑制菌類之作用。
前述座墊結構可製成座墊套的型式,以適合包覆在現有自行車座墊的表面。亦可直接在該發泡材料層2的底面結合一底材6,而可在結合如圖1所示的承架1後再結合立柱11,作為自行車的座墊。
圖3顯示本創作中的凝膠模塊分佈在座墊的分佈示意圖一。如圖所示,座墊100的整個表面區域均佈設貫孔21。亦即,凝膠模塊5係佈設在該發泡材料層2的整個區域。
圖4顯示本創作中的凝膠模塊分佈在座墊的分佈示意圖二。如圖所示,座墊100對應於一騎乘者的兩個坐骨位置處的局部區域係定義為坐骨承壓區P1,而該複數個凝膠模塊5係佈設在該發泡材料層2對應於該坐骨承壓區P1的位置處。
圖5顯示本創作中的凝膠模塊分佈在座墊的分佈示意圖三。如圖所示,座墊100的前緣至後緣的中線局部區域係定義為中線連通區P2,而該複數個凝膠模塊5係佈設在該發泡材料層2對應於該中線連通區P2的位置處。
圖6顯示本創作中的凝膠模塊分佈在座墊的分佈示意圖四。如圖所示,座墊100對應於一騎乘者的兩個大腿內側的局部區域係定義為腿部接觸區P3,而該複數個凝膠模塊5係佈設在該發泡材料層2對應於該腿部接觸區P3的位置處。
圖7顯示本創作第二實施例結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊的剖視圖。本實施例的組成構件與第一實施例大致相同,故相同元件乃標示相同的元件編號,以資對應。在本實施例中,發泡材料層2和表層3之間還包括一吸振材料層7。例如該吸振材料層7可為記憶泡棉層或泡棉層之一。記憶泡棉層(Memory Foam)一般是以聚氨酯高分子聚合物材料所製成,其具有兼具黏滯性(Viscosity)和彈性(Elasticity)的特性,當外力使該記憶泡棉層變形後,該記憶泡棉層會緩慢地回復原先形狀,以吸收衝擊動能。
圖8顯示本創作第三實施例結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊的剖視圖。本實施例中,發泡材料層2中係形成複數個三角錐狀貫孔21a。亦即,三角錐狀貫孔21a具有一較小直徑的頂部開口以及一較大直徑的底部開口。當然該三角錐狀貫孔21a亦可為具有較小直徑的底部開口以及較大直徑的頂部開口的倒置三角錐狀貫孔。

- 一種結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊,係在一座墊中包括有一發泡材料層與覆蓋在該發泡材料層的表面的一表層,其特徵在於: 複數個彼此間隔的貫孔,形成該發泡材料層; 一凝膠層,形成在該發泡材料層的底面; 複數個凝膠模塊,一一地填充於該發泡材料層的該複數個貫孔,每一個該凝膠模塊的頂端接觸於該表層的底面,而底端則一體地連結於該凝膠層。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊,其中該發泡材料層的底面還結合一底材。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊,其中該發泡材料層和該表層之間還包括一吸振材料層。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊,其中該貫孔係一柱狀貫孔、三角錐狀貫孔之一。
- 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之結合生物凝膠結構的自行車座墊,其中該複數個凝膠模塊係佈設在該發泡材料層的整個區域。
