Abstract
一种自行车座垫的制法,首先是将一座垫表层以真空吸附方式布置于一下模的模穴内壁,继之,将预定量的第二塑料发泡材料注入该模穴内,之后,将一中模布置于该模穴内,用以界定出一第一部分,供该第二塑料发泡材料发泡形成一座垫承压层;再继之,将该中模维持于前述的状态一第一预定时间后将其移开,然后将预定量的第一塑料发泡材料注入该模穴内;而后,将一座垫底壳布置于一上模表面,并将该上模盖合于该下模上,用以界定出一第二部分,供该第一塑料发泡材料发泡形成一座垫支撑层;最后,将该上模维持于前述的状态一第二预定时间后将该上模及压框移开,并取出该成品。
Description
技术领域
本发明是与自行车座垫有关,特别是关于一种自行车座垫的制法,依该制法所生产出的自行车座垫除了可支撑骑乘者的重量外,更可提供骑乘时的舒适感。
背景技术
美国第5,441,676号专利案揭露了一种自行车座垫的制法,依该制法所制成的自行车座垫具有一凝胶层,借着该凝胶层的流动弹性来提供乘座时的舒适感,而该制法,主要是先将座垫的外覆层以真空吸引方式贴附于一模具的模穴内壁,然后将凝胶以及PU发泡材料分别灌注到模穴内,使外覆层的内表面先后堆叠出一凝胶层与一发泡层,再让座垫内壳结合于外覆层及发泡层而完成整体自行车座垫。该种制法的缺点如该专利案的图2所示,该座垫凝胶层与发泡层的交接处会形成有阶部,此阶部将使骑乘者的胯部与腿部无法与座垫平顺地接触,当骑乘的时间一长,骑乘者的胯部及腿部会因过度摩擦而不舒服甚而受伤。
基此,一种可改进现有自行车座垫制法缺点的新制法有待被提出。
发明内容
本发明即是在提供一种新的自行车座垫制法,该自行车座垫通常具有一底壳,一弹性垫,以及一表层,该弹性垫具有一支撑层以及一承压层,该支撑层是由一第一塑料发泡材料所制成;该承压层是由一第二塑料发泡材料所制成。该制法在实施时,必须使用一模具,该模具包含有一下模,一中模,一上模,以及一压框,该下模具有一开口朝上的模穴,该中模是以可置入或移开的方式布置于该模穴内。该制法首先是将该表层布置于该下模的模穴壁面,并使该表层具有一超出该模穴顶缘的外围;接着,将该压框叠置于该模穴顶缘用以将该表层的外围拘束于该压框与该模穴顶缘之间;然后,以真空方式使该表层紧密地贴附于该模穴的内壁;继之,将预定量的第二塑料发泡材料注入该模穴内;之后,将该中模布置于该模穴内,用以在在该模穴界定出一第一部分,供该第二塑料发泡材料发泡形成该承压层;再继之,将该中模维持于前述的状态一第一预定时间后将其移除;接着,将预定量的第一塑料发泡材料注入该模穴内,该第一塑料发泡材料于受压后回弹的速度较该第二塑料发泡材料为快;而后,将该底壳布置于该上模表面,并盖合于该下模上,用以于该底壳与该承压层之间界定出一第二部分,供该第一塑料发泡材料发泡形成该支撑层;然后,将该上模维持于前述的状态一第二预定时间后将该上模及压框移开,并取出该成品。
本发明的有益效果是,其可使骑乘者的胯部及腿部因过度摩擦而不会不舒服甚而受伤。

具体实施方式
首先请参阅图1至图3,图号10所示的为依据本发明一较佳实施所制成的自行车座垫,其包含有一底壳20,一弹性垫30,以及一表层40。
该底壳20在形状上一般具有一窄前部22,如图3所示,一宽后部24,如第2图所示,以及一自该窄前部22往该宽后部24延伸的长轴X-X’。
该弹性垫30包含有一支撑层50以及一承压层70。该支撑层50是布置于该底壳20的顶面,该承压层70是布置于该支撑层50的顶面。该支撑层50具有一第一上表面502,一第一侧表面504,一连接该第一上表面502与该第一侧表面504的第一凸弧面506,以及一贴附于该底壳20顶面的第一下表面508。
该承压层70具有一第二上表面702,一第二侧表面704,一连接该第二上表面702与该第二该侧表面704的第二凸弧面706,以及一第二下表面708,该第二下表面具有一凹弧部710。该第二上表面702,该第二凸弧面706,以及该第二该侧表面704是与该表层40贴附在一起。该第二下表面708是贴附于该支撑层50的该第一上表面502上,而该凹弧部710是贴附于该第一凸弧面506上。再者,该第二侧表面704的下侧端与该凹弧部710的下侧端是接合在一起,用以界定出一周边712,该周边712是与该第一侧表面504的上侧端连接在一起,如此,将可使该弹性垫30具有一平顺的外侧面。也就是说,该座垫承压层70与支撑层50的交接处不会有阶部形成,骑乘者的胯部与腿部与该座垫是平顺地接触,因而可减少骑乘时所产生的不舒服感。
本发明所提供的制法是用来制造前揭的自行车座垫10,以下请配合图4a-图4g对该制法的一较佳实施例做详细的说明。
请参阅图4a-图4g,该自行车座垫10通常是以一组模具所制成,该组模具包含有一下模80,一中模82,一上模84,以及一介于该上、下模80、84之间的压框86。该下模80具有一开口朝上的模穴802,该中模82是以可置入或移开的方式布置于该模穴802内。
请参阅4b,首先是将该表层40布置于该模穴802壁面,并使该表层40具有一超出该模穴顶缘的外围401,一般而言,该表层40可以布质,皮质,人造皮或其他合成材料制成。
接着,将该压框86叠置于该模穴802顶缘用以将该该表层40的外围401拘束于该压框86与该模穴802顶缘之间,在此同时,可以真空吸附方式使该表层40紧密地贴附于该模穴802内壁。

再请参阅图4d,当该第二塑料发泡材料被注入该模穴802后,接着,将该中模82布置于该模穴802的一适当位置,用以在该模穴802界定出一第一部分804,供该第二塑料发泡材料发泡形成该承压层70。一般而言,该中模82具有一底面820,当该中模82被布置于该模穴802内时,可由该底面820与该模穴802的壁面形成该第一部分804的形状。再者,为了使该中模82固定在该模穴802内,本制法是在该中模82布置于该模穴802后,再以该上模84压制该中模82。另外,于本实施例,该模穴802具有一呈凹弧状的侧壁面,该中模82的底面820具有一凸弧部822,该凸弧部822可贴合于该侧壁面的一部分,用以使该模穴802的第一部分804具有一呈弯月状的侧边806。如此设计,即可形成该承压层70的第二凸弧面706,凹弧部710以及周边712。

再接着,请参阅图4f,将该底壳20布置于该上模84表面,并盖合于该下模80上,用以于该底壳20与该承压层40之间界定出一第二部分808,供该第一塑料发泡材料发泡形成该支撑层50,该底壳20通常是以硬质或半硬质的塑料材料模塑成型。
最后,请参阅图4g,使该上模84及压框86维持于前述的状态一第二预定时间后,再将该上模84与该压框86打开,此时,即可自该下模80取出该自行车座垫10,于本实施例,该第二预定时间约为4至6分钟,最佳约为5分钟。

Claims (11)
1.一种自行车座垫的制法,该座垫具有一底壳,一弹性垫,以及一表层,该弹性垫具有一支撑层以及一承压层,该支撑层由一第一塑料发泡材料所制成;该承压层由一第二塑料发泡材料所制成;该制法使用一模具,该模具包含有一下模,一中模,一上模,以及一压框,该下模具有一开口朝上的模穴,该中模以可置入或移开的方式布置于该模穴内;该制法包含有如下的步骤:
将该表层布置于该下模的模穴壁面,并使该表层具有一超出该模穴顶缘的外围;
将该压框叠置于该模穴顶缘用以将该表层的外围拘束于该压框与该模穴顶缘之间;
以真空吸附方式使该表层紧密地贴附于该模穴的内壁;
将预定量的第二塑料发泡材料注入该模穴内;
将该中模布置于该模穴内,用以在该模穴界定出一第一部分,供该第二塑料发泡材料发泡形成该承压层;
将该中模维持于前述的状态一第一预定时间后将其移除;
将预定量的第一塑料发泡材料注入该模穴内,该第一塑料发泡材料于受压后回弹的速度较该第二塑料发泡材料为快;
将该底壳布置于该上模表面,并一起盖合于该下模上,用以于该底壳与该承压层之间界定出一第二部分,供该第一塑料发泡材料发泡形成该支撑层;以及
将该上模维持于前述的状态一第二预定时间后,再将该上模与该压框打开,并取出该成品。
2.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中在将该中模布置于该模穴内的步骤后,还包含了以该上模压制该中模的步骤。
3.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中将该下模维持在45℃的状态下,将预定量的第二塑料发泡材料注入该模穴内。
4.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中将该下模维持在45℃的状态下,将预定量的第一塑料发泡材料注入该模穴内。
5.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该第一预定时间为3至5分钟。
6.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该第二预定时间为4至6分钟。
7.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该第一塑料发泡材料为一种具高回弹性的PU发泡材料。
8.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该第二塑料发泡材料为一种惰性泡棉。
9.如权利要求8所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该第二塑料发泡材料为一种低回弹性的PU发泡材料。
10.如权利要求1所述的自行车座垫的制法,其中该中模具有一底面,当该中模被布置于该模穴内时,可由该底面与该模穴的壁面界定出该第一部分的形状。
