背景技术
大倾角输送机(large angel conveyor)被用于相对于陡峭的斜坡向上或向下传输物料。可以在Continental Conveyor and Equipment Company,Inc.(大陆输送机和设备公司)的第4,609,097号美国专利中找到一种典型的大倾角输送机。只要大倾角输送机在制造商规定的能力内运行,大倾角输送机就能恰当地根据设计发挥作用。然而,当大倾角输送机的装载超出其设计能力时(即,在规定的能力以外),就会引起操作大倾角输送机的问题。例如,在某些情况下,超过最大块状尺寸限制的大物体或材料被放置在上下输送带之间。如果输送机的按压组件偏转太大以容纳大的物体或材料,则按压组件的一个或多个弹簧可能压缩到弹簧弹离原位置的程度。有弹簧变得自由是不期望的,因为弹簧可能会掉落很远的距离,造成损害和伤害。

具体实施方式
参照图1,所示的大倾角输送机10具有框架14、下连续输送带18、上连续输送带22和按压组件26。下输送带18和上输送带22被安排成连续的夹心结构,从而以相对于水平面的大角度输送在下输送带18和上输送带22之间的材料30(图3)。例如,大倾角输送机10能够以高达90°垂直的陡峭的输送角度来输送材料30。

只要大倾角输送机在制造商的规定的能力内运行,大倾角输送机就能恰当且根据设计发挥作用。然而,当大倾角输送机的装载超出它的设计能力时(即,规定的能力以外),就会引起操作大倾角输送机的问题。例如,在某些情况下,超过最大块状尺寸限制的大物体被放置在输送带28、22之间。当大量材料30或大的物体被放置在输送带28、22之间并且传送到按压组件26下方时,弹簧130变得过度压缩。当弹簧130变得过度压缩时,弹簧130被压出(即,被逐出)上弹簧底座126和下弹簧底座134。换句话说,当按压组件26为了容纳大的材料30而偏转太多时,弹簧130变为被压缩到下述程度:由弹簧130生成的弹力使得弹簧130弹出适当位置(即,弹簧130弯曲并从弹簧底座126、134脱出)。使弹簧130变为从弹簧底座126、134脱出是不期望的,因为弹簧130有可能掉落较大的距离,从而造成损坏和伤害。弹簧130变为从弹簧底座126、134脱出的这个问题对于本领域技术人员一直不是明显的问题,因为在正常运行条件下,弹簧130被充分地保持在适当的位置。据此,按压组件26的弹簧130由于过分压缩而变为脱出的问题在这里连同解决问题的各种实施例一起被首次提出。
参照图1-4,其示出了根据本发明第一实施例的弹簧保持件150。弹簧保持件150将弹簧130耦接到框架14、支架86或弹簧支座106中的至少一个上。在所示的实施例中,弹簧保持件150被显示为将弹簧130直接耦接到框架14(即,顶部框架构件34)。弹簧保持件150包括缆绳154(例如,钢丝绳)。弹簧保持件150还包括在缆绳154的第一末端162处的第一嵌环(thimble)158和在缆绳154的第二末端170处的第二嵌环166。具体地,参照图4,配件172将第一嵌环158和第二嵌环166固定到缆绳154。弹簧保持件150还包括耦接到框架14的环头螺栓(eye bolt)174。在替换的实施例中,环头螺栓174可以是任何适当的紧固件,缆绳154的第二末端170可以固定到该紧固件上。在另外的替换例中,缆绳154可以是带有尼龙涂层的高强度缆绳(例如,航用缆绳)、束线带、或具有足够强度的任何其它合适的缆绳。
参照图4,第一嵌环158被耦接到弹簧130,并且第二嵌环166被耦接到环头螺栓174。具体地,第一嵌环158环绕弹簧130的圆形截面部分178放置,从而使第一嵌环158和对应的缆绳154可操作地相对于弹簧130移动,而不会造成过分的磨损。同样地,第二嵌环166环绕环头螺栓174的圆形截面部分182放置,从而使得第二嵌环166和对应的缆绳可操作地相对于环头螺栓174移动,而不会造成过分的磨损。据此,缆绳154的第一末端162被耦接到弹簧130,以及缆绳154的第二末端170被耦接到框架14。在替换实施例中,缆绳154的第二末端170被耦接到环绕弹簧130的任何适当的固定结构。例如,在另一替换实施例中,缆绳154的第二末端170被耦接到支架86或弹簧支座106中的任一个。
由于弹簧保持件150,弹簧130被约束在环绕弹簧支座106和支架86的位置。据此,如果由于过大的材料传送通过大倾角输送机10而使弹簧130变为从上弹簧底座126和下弹簧底座134脱出,弹簧130将通过弹簧保持件150而保持固定到大倾角输送机10的其余部分。通过这种方式,弹簧130不会自由下落,而是被固定到(即,被锚定到)直接围绕弹簧130的区域(即,框架14、弹簧支座106、支架86等等)。
参照图5和6,其示出了根据本发明的第二实施例的弹簧保持件250。弹簧保持件250包括紧固件254(例如,L形螺栓)。L形螺栓254包括被耦接到弹簧支座106的下板118的第一末端258和被耦接到圆柱形弹簧底座126B的第二末端262。换句话说,L形螺栓254在下板118与圆柱形底座126B之间延伸。圆柱形弹簧底座126B类似于图1-4的圆柱形弹簧底座126,除了圆柱形弹簧底座126B具有较小的直径,以使弹簧130环绕圆柱形弹簧底座126B放置。
继续参照图5和6,L形螺栓254的第一末端258带有螺纹,并且穿过在下板118中形成的孔洞266。对应的螺母270将第一末端258固定到下板118。第二末端262穿过在圆柱形弹簧底座126B中形成的孔洞278。在所示的实施例中,孔洞266和孔洞278的直径大于L形螺栓254,从而使L形螺栓254可以例如通过下述方式组装:将第二末端262先插入孔洞278,然后再将第一末端插入孔洞266。据此,L形螺栓254延伸到由弹簧130的外周界286所限定的内部空间282中(图6)。换句话说,L形螺栓254的一部分延伸到弹簧130中(即,在弹簧圈之间穿过)。类似于弹簧保持件150,弹簧保持件250将弹簧130约束在弹簧支座106附近的位置,从而将弹簧130固定到大倾角输送机10的其余部分。
参照图7和8,其示出了根据本发明的第三实施例的弹簧保持件350。弹簧保持件350包括U形支架354,U形支架具有第一支柱358、第二支柱362和在第一支柱358与所述第二支柱361之间延伸的中间部分366。U形支架354的中间部分366延伸穿过弹簧130,并且第一支柱358和第二支柱362中的每一个均被耦接到弹簧支座106的圆柱形底座126。具体地,紧固件370将第一支柱358和第二支柱362固定到圆柱形底座126。中间部分366部分覆盖由圆柱形底座126限定的开孔128,在所述圆柱形底座126中接纳弹簧130。据此,一旦弹簧保持件350被组装,弹簧130就被固定到弹簧支座106。类似于弹簧保持件150、250,弹簧保持件350将弹簧130约束在弹簧支座106附近的位置,从而将弹簧130固定到大倾角输送机10的其余部分。
参照图9和10,其示出了根据本发明的第四实施例的弹簧保持件450。弹簧保持件450包括紧固件454(即,L形螺栓)。L形螺栓454包括耦接到弹簧支座106的下板118的第一末端458和耦接到圆柱形弹簧底座126的第二末端462。换句话说,L形螺栓454在下板118与圆柱形底座126之间延伸。在所示的实施例中,弹簧130被接纳在圆柱形底座126内。L形螺栓454的第一末端458带有螺纹,并且穿过在下板118的中心中形成的孔洞466。对应的螺母470将该第一末端458固定到下板118。第二末端462穿过在圆柱形弹簧底座126中形成的孔洞478。在所示的实施例中,孔洞466和孔洞478的直径大于L形螺栓454,以便于组装。据此,L形螺栓454延伸到由弹簧130的外周界486限定的内部空间中(图10)。换句话说,L形螺栓454的一部分延伸到弹簧130中(即,在弹簧圈之间穿过)。类似于弹簧保持件150、250、350,弹簧保持件450将弹簧130约束在弹簧支座106附近的位置,从而将弹簧130固定到大倾角输送机10的其余部分。

Claims (20)

1.一种大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述大倾角输送机包括:
框架;
下输送带;
上输送带;以及
按压组件,所述按压组件包括:
耦接到所述框架的支架,
支撑在所述支架上的滚轴,
定位于所述支架与框架之间的弹簧,以及
弹簧保持件,所述弹簧保持件将所述弹簧耦接到从由所述框架和支架组成的组中选择的至少一个部件;
其中所述弹簧朝所述上输送带推动所述支架和滚轴,从而使所述按压组件朝所述下输送带偏置所述上输送带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述弹簧保持件包括缆绳。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述弹簧保持件包括在所述缆绳的第一末端处的第一嵌环和在所述缆绳的第二末端处的第二嵌环。
4.根据权利要求3所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述弹簧保持件还包括被耦接到所述框架的环头螺栓。
5.根据权利要求4所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述第一嵌环被耦接到所述弹簧,所述第二嵌环被耦接到所述环头螺栓。
6.根据权利要求2所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述缆绳包括被耦接到所述弹簧的第一末端和被耦接到所述框架的第二末端。
7.根据权利要求2所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述缆绳包括被耦接到所述弹簧的第一末端和被耦接到所述支架的第二末端。
8.根据权利要求1所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述按压组件还包括被耦接到所述框架的弹簧支座,其中所述弹簧支座包括板和与所述弹簧同轴对准的圆柱形底座。
9.根据权利要求8所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述弹簧被放置在所述圆柱形底座内。
10.根据权利要求8所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述弹簧围绕所述圆柱形底座放置。
11.根据权利要求8所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述弹簧保持件包括紧固件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述紧固件在所述板与所述圆柱形底座之间延伸。
13.根据权利要求11所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述紧固件延伸到由所述弹簧的外周界限定的内部空间。
14.根据权利要求8所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述弹簧保持件包括支架,所述支架具有第一支柱、第二支柱以及在所述第一支柱与所述第二支柱之间延伸的中间部分。
15.根据权利要求14所述的大倾角输送机,其特征在于,所述支架的中间部分延伸穿过所述弹簧,并且所述第一支柱与所述第二支柱被耦接到所述弹簧支座的圆柱形底座。
16.一种用于输送机的按压组件,其特征在于,所述按压组件包括:
支撑滚轴的支架;
弹簧支座;
放置在所述支架与所述弹簧支座之间的弹簧;以及
弹簧保持件,所述弹簧保持件将所述弹簧耦接到从由所述框架和支架组成的组中选择的至少一个部件;
其中所述弹簧促使所述支架和所述滚轴远离所述弹簧支座。
17.根据权利要求16所述的按压组件,其特征在于,所述弹簧保持件包括缆绳,所述缆绳具有在第一末端处的第一嵌环,并且所述第一嵌环被耦接到所述弹簧的圆形部分。
18.根据权利要求16所述的按压组件,其特征在于,所述弹簧支座包括板和圆柱形底座,并且所述弹簧保持件包括在所述板与圆柱形底座之间延伸的紧固件,并且所述紧固件延伸到由所述弹簧的外周界限定的内部空间。
19.根据权利要求18所述的按压组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件延伸穿过在所述圆柱形底座内形成的孔洞。
20.根据权利要求16所述的按压组件,其特征在于,所述弹簧支座包括圆柱形底座,并且所述弹簧保持件包括支架,所述支架延伸穿过弹簧并且被耦接到所述圆柱形底座。
