癌症是严重威胁人类生命健康的恶性疾病,每年会带走大量人的生命,给家庭、社会、国家造成了沉重的负担。由于癌症早期常无特殊症状,甚至毫无症状。目前常规的诊断方法诊断结果基本都为癌症中晚期,错过了最佳的治疗时机,因此癌症的死亡率非常高。长期以来,放化疗是癌症治疗的主要手段之一,然而,放疗和化疗在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,也将正常细胞和免疫细胞一同杀灭,导致患者免疫功能受损,免疫力低下,给患者的身体造成了极大的损害。
中医认为药食同源。合理健康的膳食不仅对正常人体健康有重要的意义,而且在恶性肿瘤病人治疗中也起着中药的辅助作用。近代医家张锡纯《医学衷中参西录》中所说,食物“病人服之,不但治病,并可充饥;不但充饥,更可适口,用之对症,病自渐愈,即不对症,亦无他患”。
目前现有技术中的抗癌功能性食品效果不够显著,提供一种抗癌功能显著的功能食品,亟待解决。

为解决现有技术中功能食品的防癌抗癌效果不够显著的技术问题,本发明提供一种抗癌效果显著的功能食品,达到不仅能均衡营养,还能起到防癌抗癌的技术效果。
为了实现上述目的,通过如下技术方案予以实现:
一种具有抑制癌细胞增生的功能食品,包含如下原料:燕窝萃取胶原蛋白、蜂蜜、樱桃、蓝莓、石榴、橄榄油、山药粉、黄芪、黄连素。
优选的,所述功能食品包含如下重量份原料:燕窝萃取胶原蛋白20~50份、蜂蜜5~20份、樱桃2~25份、蓝莓3~15份、石榴10~20份、橄榄油1~20份、山药粉5~15份、黄芪1~30份、黄连素5~20份。

(5)将水提物滤渣,加入新鲜燕窝重量10~15倍量水,用重量百分比为0.1~5%的氢氧化钠水溶液调PH至8~9,升温至40~60℃,降至室温,用盐酸溶液调PH至中性,减压浓缩,得到燕窝碱水解产物。
(6)将上述燕窝乙醇提取物、燕窝水提物、燕窝碱水解产物合并,冻干,得到的粉末为燕窝萃取胶原蛋白。
如上所述功能食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包含如下制备步骤:
(1)按重量份称取原料;
(2)将称取好的新鲜樱桃、蓝莓、石榴加水打成果浆;
(3)黄芪加8~12倍水,水提取4~6h,过滤,得到黄芪水提物;
(4)将果浆、黄芪水提物、燕窝萃取胶原蛋白、橄榄油、山药粉、黄连素混匀,浓缩干燥成膏或粉。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中浓缩干燥后原料的干燥率为70~80%。

(6)将上述燕窝乙醇提取物、燕窝水提物、燕窝碱水解产物合并,冻干,得到的粉末为燕窝萃取胶原蛋白。
如上所述功能食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包含如下制备步骤:
(1)按重量份称取原料;
(2)将称取好的新鲜樱桃、蓝莓、石榴加水打成果浆;
(3)黄芪加12倍水,100℃水提取6h,过滤,得到黄芪水提物;
(4)将果浆、黄芪水提物、燕窝萃取胶原蛋白、橄榄油、山药粉、黄连素混匀,浓缩干燥成稿,干燥率75%。
实验检测:
将实施例1、2、3成品,每个实施例成品调制出以下6种浓度:10μg/ml、 20μg/ml、40μg/ml、80μg/ml、160μg/ml、320μg/ml,对照组为市售抗癌功能食品,配置成相同的浓度。然后将其分别加入不同细胞株的各组中,来观察对培养细胞的影响。
细胞株的来源
人体急性白血病细胞(HL-60)(CCL-240,ATCC)
人体慢性白血病细胞(K562) (CCL-243, ATCC)
实体瘤(S 180) (TIB-66,ATCC)
人体乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7) (HTB-22, ATCC)
人体肝癌细胞(HepG2) (HB-8065, ATCC)
正常猴肾细胞(VERO) (CCL-81,ATCC)
培养液
主要有两种培养液:RPMI-1640 (Sigma,R-6540)和DMEM (GIBCO,12100-046)。在使用之前加入10%胎牛血清(GIBCO, 26140-079), 1%青霉素一链霉素(GIBCO, P0781)及0.1%两性霉素B (GIBCO,15290-018)。
培养条件与检测方法
各组细胞(HL-60, K562,S180)培养72小时后,加入等量的0.4%台盼蓝(Trypan blue)进行染色,在显微镜下计数活细胞,从而计算出细胞生长抑制率。
在细胞(MCF-7,HepG2,VERO)培养72h后,以噻唑蓝(MTT)比色法作为测定方法。MTT被加进细胞后会放置在保温箱5小时,然后倒去所有培养液(包括MTT),再加入异丙醇作为溶液,待其完全溶解后在酶联反应仪上测量于570 nm波长的吸光度值,从而计算出细胞生长抑制率。

由以上实验数据表明,本发明产品对癌细胞具有非常好的抑制作用,相对于市售产品,具有显著性差异,其中,本发明实施例2的产品,具有最佳的抑制癌细胞增殖的效果,对人体慢性白血病细胞(K562)的抑制率,在浓度为320μg/ml时,抑制率可以达到99%。

Claims (8)

1.一种抑制癌细胞增生的功能食品,其特征在于,包含如下原料:燕窝萃取胶原蛋白、蜂蜜、樱桃、蓝莓、石榴、橄榄油、山药粉、黄芪、黄连素。
2.根据权利要求1所述功能食品,其特征在于,所述功能食品包含如下重量份原料:燕窝萃取胶原蛋白20~50份、蜂蜜5~20份、樱桃2~25份、蓝莓3~15份、石榴10~20份、橄榄油1~20份、山药粉5~15份、黄芪1~30份、黄连素5~20份。
3.根据权利要求2所述功能食品,其特征在于,所述功能食品包含如下重量份原料:燕窝萃取胶原蛋白20~30份、蜂蜜5~10份、樱桃2~10份、蓝莓3~10份、石榴10~15份、橄榄油1~15份、山药粉5~10份、黄芪1~20份、黄连素10~15份。
4.根据权利要求3所述功能食品,其特征在于,所述功能食品包含如下重量份原料:燕窝萃取胶原蛋白25份、蜂蜜8份、樱桃8份、蓝莓8份、石榴13份、橄榄油10份、山药粉8份、黄芪15份、黄连素12份。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述所述功能食品,其特征在于,所述燕窝萃取胶原蛋白的制备包含如下制备步骤:
(1)将新鲜燕窝洗净,与体积比为60~80%的乙醇按重量比1:60~1:70混合,浸泡至燕窝吸水完全;
(2)将浸泡液升温至30~60℃,保持温度4~6h;
(3)将步骤(2)过滤,得到滤液和滤渣,滤液用40~60℃减压浓缩,得到乙醇提取物;
(4)滤渣则加入新鲜燕窝重量的50~60倍水,加热至60~90℃,保持温度4~6h,过滤,得到滤液和滤渣,滤液减压浓缩,得到燕窝水提物;
(5)将水提物滤渣,加入新鲜燕窝重量10~15倍量水,用重量百分比为0.1~5%的氢氧化钠水溶液调PH至8~9,升温至40~60℃,降至室温,用盐酸溶液调PH至中性,减压浓缩,得到燕窝碱水解产物;
(6)将上述燕窝乙醇提取物、燕窝水提物、燕窝碱水解产物合并,冻干,得到的粉末为燕窝萃取胶原蛋白。
6.权利要求1~4任一所述功能食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包含如下制备步骤:
(1)按重量份称取原料;
(2)将称取好的新鲜樱桃、蓝莓、石榴加水打成果浆;
(3)黄芪加8~12倍水,水提取4~6h,过滤,得到黄芪水提物;
(4)将果浆、黄芪水提物、燕窝萃取胶原蛋白、橄榄油、山药粉、黄连素混匀,浓缩干燥成膏或粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述功能食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中浓缩干燥后原料的干燥率为70~80%。
8.根据权利要求6所述功能食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中水提温度为60~100℃。
