Abstract

提供能够抑制容易剥离的树脂块的形成的砧座以及超声波密封装置。一种砧座(4),其是超声波密封装置(1)中的砧座(4),该超声波密封装置(1)通过在焊头(3)的前端面形成的带状的振动施加面(3a)和在砧座(4)的前端面形成的抵接面(4A)对重叠有作为大于或等于2个片体的包装材料的层叠体进行夹持,通过向振动施加面(3a)传递的超声波振动将设置于片体的热塑性树脂熔融,从而将该层叠体接合。在抵接面(4A)具有带状的熔接面部(10)和多个块体(11),该带状的熔接面部(10)向焊头(3)侧凸出,且前端面与振动施加面(3a)相对,该多个块体(11)位于带状的熔接面部(10)的侧方,沿与熔接面部(10)的延伸方向相同的方向排列且彼此不接触,多个块体(11)的高度小于或等于熔接面部(10)的高度。

Description

砧座及超声波密封装置
技术领域
本发明是一种涉及用于在带状的密封位置将重叠有大于或等于2个片体的层叠体进行接合的超声波密封装置的技术,特别是涉及适合于对将液体、固体物质等收容的纸容器进行封装的技术。
背景技术
液体用纸容器广泛用于对果实饮料、茶、咖啡、乳饮料、汤等液体饮料、日本酒、烧酒等酒类进行收容的简便的容器。该液体用纸容器中存在屋顶式、方砖式、或者圆筒型等形状的容器。
例如,在对方砖式形状的容器进行制作的情况下,首先,针对在纸层的表背面具有热塑性树脂层的包装材料施加容器用边框线,在包装材料的端部粘贴边缘保护带,将该包装材料成型为筒状而将该包装材料端部彼此重叠粘贴,从而形成为筒形状的包装体。并且,在横断方向上将该筒状包装体的下端部接合而对下端部进行密封(封装)。然后,在将内容物填充于筒状包装体中的状态下,在横断方向上对形成容器的口的位置进行液中的密封而将其分隔,然后成型为立体形状,由此形成最终形态的容器形状。
针对上述筒状包装体的横断方向上的密封例如通过如专利文献1所记载的超声波密封装置而实施。
基于超声波密封装置的密封以下述方式实施,即,通过相对的焊头的前端面和砧座的前端面对容器的密封位置进行按压,使焊头进行超声波振动,由此通过在包装材料界面(互相重叠的片体彼此的接触面位置)产生的热使存在于包装材料表面的热塑性树脂熔融。
在这里,液体容器的密封是重要的,对于密封而言,需要能够保护内容物、经得住搬运、落下冲击的强度。因此,在方砖式液体纸容器的生产中,通常,在生产开始时以及生产中按照一定的生产个数分别进行密封状态的确认。其确认方法是拉伸试验、泄漏试验等所谓的破坏检查。
从确保充分的密封的观点出发,优选通过焊头的前端面(振动施加面)和砧座的前端面(抵接面)使大于或等于规定树脂量的热塑性树脂熔融而使其密封成带状。然而,在熔融的热塑性树脂过量的情况下,有时在密封位置的侧方熔融的树脂间断且不规则地渗出,向密封位置侧方产生不规则的树脂块。
在上述密封位置的侧方形成的不规则的树脂块有可能容易从包装材料表面剥离,向内容物侧脱落。

发明内容
本发明就是着眼于上述问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供能够抑制容易剥离的树脂块的形成的砧座及超声波密封装置。
为了解决问题,本发明的一个方式的砧座是超声波密封装置的砧座,该超声波密封装置通过在焊头的前端面形成的带状的振动施加面和在上述砧座的前端面形成的抵接面对重叠有大于或等于2个片体的层叠体进行夹持,通过向上述振动施加面传递的超声波振动将设置于上述片体的热塑性树脂熔融,从而将该层叠体接合,上述砧座的特征在于,在上述抵接面具有带状的熔接面部和多个块体,该带状的熔接面部向上述焊头侧凸出,且前端面与上述振动施加面相对,该多个块体位于上述带状的熔接面部的侧方,沿与上述熔接面部的延伸方向相同的方向排列且彼此不接触,上述多个块体的高度小于或等于上述熔接面部的高度。
发明的效果
根据本发明的方式,位于焊头的振动施加面与砧座的熔接面部的前端面之间的热塑性树脂熔融,位于振动施加面与熔接部前端面之间的层叠了大于或等于2个的片体在带状的密封位置处熔接而进行接合。
此时,通过由焊头的振动施加面和砧座的熔接部前端面实现的按压以及超声波振动的附加,密封位置的热塑性树脂被加热以及加压,但是在该热塑性树脂的量过量的情况下,该热塑性树脂被以规定的压力向密封位置的侧方按压而流动。
与此相对,根据本发明的方式,在带状的熔接面部的侧方使多个块体排列,由此从密封位置挤出的热塑性树脂向在熔接面部与块体的列之间形成的空间(以下也称为空隙部)流入,通过多个块体的列抑制了进一步向外侧移动。即,被挤出的热塑性树脂的移动被多个块体的列阻挡。另外,此时,在熔融的热塑性树脂以规定的压力向空隙部移动时,存在于上述空隙部的空气从块体之间的间隙向外侧排出而进行降压。因此,抑制了空气相对于向上述空隙部移动的熔融状态的热塑性树脂的混入,并且能够防止被阻挡的热塑性树脂的形状不良。
通过以上述方式排列成一列的多个块体,能够控制由渗出的热塑性树脂形成的树脂块的厚度和宽度。因此,即使在热塑性树脂过量地熔融的情况下,也能够抑制不规则的、容易剥离的熔融树脂块的形成。
其结果,能够抑制树脂块向容器的内容物侧的混入。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
如作为示意图的图1所示,超声波密封装置1具有:超声波振荡器9、作为超声波振子的转换器2、焊头3以及砧座4。标号5表示卡爪(jaw)。标号6表示对焊头3进行保护的焊头罩。
转换器2被从超声波振荡器9供给电力而产生超声波振动,将产生的振动向焊头3传递,该焊头3的前端部进行超声波振动。
本实施方式是同时进行2条密封的情况。因此,如图2所示,焊头3的前端部分支成两股,在其2个前端面形成2条振动施加面3a。各振动施加面3a形成带状(或者长方形状)的形状,2条振动施加面3a彼此平行地延伸。此外,在图1以及图2中,2条振动施加面3a在纸面正交方向上延伸。另外,在2条振动施加面3a之间形成有槽。
砧座4的前端面构成朝向焊头3侧的抵接面4A,通过该抵接面4A和在焊头3的前端面形成的振动施加面3a,能够从厚度方向以规定的压力对重叠有大于或等于2个片体的层叠体进行夹持。
在该抵接面4A形成有朝向各振动施加面3a凸出的2条熔接面部10。该各熔接面部10的前端面(以下,也称为熔接按压面10a)隔着重叠的片体,与振动施加面3a相对。
在本实施方式中,如作为放大示意图的图2所示,熔接按压面10a的宽度设定为比振动施加面3a的宽度短。
另外,在带状的熔接面部10的侧方具有多个块体11。多个块体11的列沿与熔接面部10的延伸方向相同的方向排列,且相邻的块体11成为彼此不接触的状态。
多个块体11也可以存在于各熔接面部10的两侧,但在本实施方式中,例示出将多个块体11的列配置于在中间隔着2条熔接面部10的两侧的情况。
另外,各块体11的顶面(前端的面)设定为其高度低于熔接面部10的高度、或者与熔接面部10的前端面成为同一平面。
在图2中,例示出从块体11的凸出方向(由焊头3和砧座4实现的夹持方向)观察,静止状态的振动施加面3a与块体11不重叠的情况。在静止状态的振动施加面3a与块体11重叠的情况下,优选各块体11的高度低于熔接面部10的高度。
如图3所示,各多个块体11设定为沿熔接面部10的延伸方向而排列。
在这里,例如如图4所示,形成容器的包装材料30(片体)在由纸构成的基材层30a的表面侧形成有外装用树脂层30b。另外,在基材层30a的背面侧按顺序形成有树脂薄膜30c、阻隔层30d以及内装用树脂层30e。作为构成外装用树脂层30b、树脂薄膜30c、内装用树脂层30e的树脂,可以例示聚乙烯树脂,但并不限定于此。但是,至少内装用树脂层30e由热塑性树脂构成。阻隔层30d由在树脂薄膜30c蒸镀有的蒸镀膜、铝薄板等构成,在容器中确保与收容的内容物相对应的阻隔性。
在这里,外装用树脂层30b的厚度例如是15μm,基材层30a的厚度例如是250μm,树脂薄膜30c的厚度例如是15μm,阻隔层30d的厚度例如是12μm,内装用树脂层30e的厚度例如是50μm。
如图5所示,将上述包装材料30成型为使内装用树脂层30e侧朝向内侧,将端部彼此重叠的筒状的包装体31。该筒状包装体31成为长条状的筒形状。在这里,将在形成上述筒状包装体31时重叠的、包装材料30的端部31a与端部31b重叠的区域记载为重叠部分R。该重叠部分R沿长条状的筒状包装体31的轴向延伸。
如图5的(b)所示,在该重叠部分R粘贴有边缘保护带32。边缘保护带32粘贴于筒状包装体31的内表面侧。
在这里,至少在进行密封时,如图5的(b)那样,筒状包装体31成为被压成扁平的形状。即,从图5的(b)中的纸面上下方向通过焊头3和砧座4进行按压,在密封位置处成为构成片体的包装材料30A、30B两层互相重叠的层叠体的状态。但是,对于上述重叠部分R,如果包含边缘保护带32,则成为片体四层互相重叠的状态。
由此,如图3所示,由于在重叠部分R处层叠数较多,因此在与该重叠部分抵接的熔接面部10的前端面形成有与其层叠相对应的凹部。将该凹部10b的形状的一个例子示于图3。
另外,上述说明中,如图3那样,例示出块体11相对于熔接面部10的间隔距离均匀相等的情况,但并不限定于此。例如,在重叠部分R处,呈现出在进行密封时产生的热塑性树脂的熔融量相对地变多的趋势,因此如图6所示,在该位置处,优选块体11相对于熔接面部10的间隔距离A′比其他位置的间隔距离A宽。
另外,相邻的块体11之间的间隙例如设定为大于或等于0.1mm而小于或等于2mm。
这是由于,在间隙低于0.1mm时,在片体之间不易形成有与空气排出对应的缝隙,另一方面,如果间隙超过2mm,则熔融的树脂有可能向外侧移动。
另外,如图1那样,在2条熔接面部10之间的槽配置有裁断刃7。裁断刃7朝向焊头3侧且设置为能够进退,用于将2条密封位置之间切断而进行分离。
(其他动作)
图1示出将容器下端部封装,对在内部填充了液体的方砖式液体纸容器的口(上端部)进行密封的同时,对下一个容器的下端部进行密封之前的状态。
在该图1的状态下,通过焊头3的振动施加面3a和砧座4的抵接面4A从两侧以规定的压力对筒状包装体31进行夹持,将包装体31设为层叠体的状态,使焊头3的振动施加面3a进行超声波振动。由此,将内装用树脂层30e熔融而在纸面正交方向上对2条密封位置进行密封。如果密封结束,则使裁断刃7凸出而将2条密封位置之间分断。由此,在当前容器的封装结束的同时,对位于上侧的下一个容器的下端部进行密封。
在这里,如图7所示,如果通过焊头3的振动施加面3a和砧座4的抵接面4A从两侧对筒状包装体31进行按压,则砧座4侧的包装材料30B部分变形为沿该砧座4的抵接面4A的形状。即,在振动施加面3a与熔接按压面10a(熔接面部10的前端面)之间的密封位置处,互相重叠的2张包装材料30A、30B成为密接状态,但是在其侧方形成有沿密封位置的带状的空隙部S。该空隙部S的剖面形状由块体11相对于熔接面部10的间隔距离、块体11的高度规定。
此时,由于在多个块体11之间存在间隙,因此上述带状的空隙部S不会成为密封空间状态。因此,容易在2张包装材料30之间,形成在块体11之间的位置处与外侧连通的间隙。
在上述状态下,如果使焊头3的振动施加面3a进行超声波振动,则位于振动施加面3a与熔接按压面10a之间的热塑性树脂熔融,由此对在位于振动施加面3a与熔接按压面10a之间的密封位置处层叠的包装体31进行密封(封装)。
此时,在位于振动施加面3a与熔接按压面10a之间的热塑性树脂过量的情况下,熔融的热塑性树脂的一部分被以规定的压力从密封位置挤出至侧方。
该被挤出的热塑性树脂流入上述带状的空隙部S,但是通过多个块体11的列抑制了进一步向外侧移动。即,被挤出的热塑性树脂的移动由多个块体11的列进行阻挡。
另外此时,熔融的热塑性树脂应该会以规定的压力向空隙部S流入,但是存在于上述空隙部S的空气从块体11之间的间隙排出至外侧而进行降压。因此,抑制了空气相对于向上述空隙部S移动的熔融状态的热塑性树脂的混入。即,防止了由空气向熔融树脂块的混入引起的熔融树脂块的变形。
另外,熔融树脂块的形状能够设为沿上述空隙部S的形状。即,能够防止热塑性树脂的形状不良。
通过以上述方式排列成一列的多个块体11,能够控制由渗出的热塑性树脂形成的树脂块的厚度和宽度。因此,即使在热塑性树脂过量地熔融的情况下,也能够抑制不规则的、容易剥离的熔融树脂块的形成。
其结果,能够抑制树脂块向容器的内容物侧的混入。
另外,在作为包装材料30互相重叠的阶梯部分的上述重叠部分R、具有贴于筒状包装体31的长度方向的边缘保护带的部分处,层叠数增加到3层或4层,与其他位置相比热塑性树脂的熔融量变多。然而,如图6那样,通过将间隔距离设定得相对较宽,能够防止熔融的熔融树脂块从空隙部S溢出而形成有波纹的不规则熔融树脂块。其结果,具有防止树脂块向容器的内容物侧混入的效果。
在这里,在上述实施方式中,例示出将块体11的形状从直立设置方向观察时的矩形形状的情况,但并不限定于该形状。例如,如图8那样,将块体11的角部倾斜地进行倒角,空隙部S的空气也可以从块体11之间的间隙容易排出。
另外,空隙部S的底面位置和块体11之间的间隙为相同高度,因此在块体11之间的间隙过大的情况下,移动至空隙部S的熔融后的树脂的一部分从该间隙进入至间隙位置的可能性变大。因此,与熔接面部10与块体11的列之间的面(空隙部S的底面)相比,也可以提升块体11之间的间隙的高度。例如设为块体11的高度的大于或等于10%而小于或等于50%的范围的提升量。例如,通过在位于熔接面部10与块体11的列之间的抵接面4A形成1条半圆弧状的凹部,从而相对地使该熔接面部10与块体11的列之间的间隔降低。

另外,本实施方式例示出了用于使本发明的技术思想实现具体化的结构,本发明的技术思想并不是确定结构部件的材质、形状、构造、配置等。对于本发明的技术思想,可以在权利要求书中记载的权利要求所规定的技术范围内施加各种变更。

Claims (5)

1.一种砧座,其是超声波密封装置的砧座,该超声波密封装置通过在焊头的前端面形成的带状的振动施加面和在所述砧座的前端面形成的抵接面,对重叠有大于或等于2个片体的层叠体进行夹持,通过向所述振动施加面传递的超声波振动将设置于所述片体的热塑性树脂熔融,从而将该层叠体接合,
所述砧座的特征在于,
在所述抵接面具有带状的熔接面部和多个块体,该带状的熔接面部向所述焊头侧凸出,且前端面与所述振动施加面相对,该多个块体位于所述带状的熔接面部的侧方,沿与所述熔接面部的延伸方向相同的方向排列且彼此不接触,
所述多个块体的高度小于或等于所述熔接面部的高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砧座,其特征在于,
形成有2条所述带状的熔接面部,在中间隔着该2条熔接面部的两侧分别形成所述多个块体的列。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的砧座,其特征在于,
所述块体相对于所述熔接面部的间隔距离相应于所述片体的层叠数而进行设定,所述层叠数多的位置与所述层叠数少的位置相比,所述间隔距离相同、或者设定得较宽。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的砧座,其特征在于,
相邻的所述块体之间的间隙大于或等于0.1mm而小于或等于2mm。
5.一种超声波密封装置,其通过熔接对在内部收容液体或者固体物的容器的口进行封装,
所述超声波密封装置的特征在于,
具有权利要求1至4中任一项所述的砧座。
