步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水20-30份,油浴加热,氮气环境,冷凝回流,升高温度至70-80℃;
步骤2,加入硫代乙醇酸铵1-3份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤3,加入pH调节剂,调节pH为5-7;
步骤4,加入乙酰化羊毛脂3-5份、羟甲基纤维素1-3份、柠檬酸钠5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤5,降低温度至40-60℃,加入pH调节剂,调节pH值为8-9;
步骤6,加入酒石酸2-4份、硬脂酸铝1-3份、仲烷基磺酸钠10-15份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
步骤7,加入尿素1-3份、氯化镁5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤8,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体羊毛定型剂;
步骤9,静置冷却至反应釜中液体羊毛定型剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
优选地,所述pH调节剂为盐酸、醋酸、柠檬酸、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠中的一种或者一种以上。

本发明公开了一种羊毛定型剂,按照重要份数,包括以下组分:硫代乙醇酸铵1-3份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3-5份、酒石酸2-4份、硬脂酸铝1-3份、乙酰化羊毛脂3-5份、羟甲基纤维素1-3份、柠檬酸钠5-7份、仲烷基磺酸钠10-15份、氯化镁5-7份、尿素1-3份、去离子水20-30份。
本发明还提供了一种羊毛定型剂的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水20-30份,油浴加热,氮气环境,冷凝回流,升高温度至70-80℃;
步骤2,加入硫代乙醇酸铵1-3份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤3,加入适量pH调节剂,调节pH为5-7;
步骤4,加入乙酰化羊毛脂3-5份、羟甲基纤维素1-3份、柠檬酸钠5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤5,降低温度至40-60℃,加入适量pH调节剂,调节pH值为8-9;
步骤6,加入酒石酸2-4份、硬脂酸铝1-3份、仲烷基磺酸钠10-15份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
步骤7,加入尿素1-3份、氯化镁5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤8,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体羊毛定型剂;

步骤2,加入硫代乙醇酸铵2份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚4份,800转/分钟,搅拌8分钟;
步骤3,加入适量pH调节剂,调节pH为6;
步骤4,加入乙酰化羊毛脂4份、羟甲基纤维素2份、柠檬酸钠6份,800转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
步骤5,降低温度至50℃,加入适量pH调节剂,调节pH值为8.5;
步骤6,加入酒石酸3份、硬脂酸铝2份、仲烷基磺酸钠13份,800转/分钟,搅拌35分钟;
步骤7,加入尿素2份、氯化镁6份,800转/分钟,搅拌10分钟;
步骤8,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体羊毛定型剂;
步骤9,静置冷却至反应釜中液体羊毛定型剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

步骤5,降低温度至60℃,加入适量pH调节剂,调节pH值为9;
步骤6,加入酒石酸4份、硬脂酸铝3份、仲烷基磺酸钠15份,1000转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
步骤7,加入尿素3份、氯化镁7份,1000转/分钟,搅拌20分钟;
步骤8,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体羊毛定型剂;
步骤9,静置冷却至反应釜中液体羊毛定型剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

步骤4,加入乙酰化羊毛脂3份、羟甲基纤维素3份、柠檬酸钠5份,800转/分钟,搅拌25分钟;
步骤5,降低温度至40℃,加入适量pH调节剂,调节pH值为8;
步骤6,加入酒石酸3份、硬脂酸铝1份、仲烷基磺酸钠10份,900转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
步骤7,加入尿素1份、氯化镁7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤8,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体羊毛定型剂;
步骤9,静置冷却至反应釜中液体羊毛定型剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。

1.一种羊毛定型剂,其特征在于:所述羊毛定型剂包括如下重量份数的原料:硫代乙醇酸铵1-3份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3-5份、酒石酸2-4份、硬脂酸铝1-3份、乙酰化羊毛脂3-5份、羟甲基纤维素1-3份、柠檬酸钠5-7份、仲烷基磺酸钠10-15份、氯化镁5-7份、尿素1-3份、去离子水20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛定型剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:硫代乙醇酸铵1份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3份、酒石酸2份、硬脂酸铝1份、乙酰化羊毛脂3份、羟甲基纤维素1份、柠檬酸钠5份、仲烷基磺酸钠10份、氯化镁5份、尿素1份、去离子水20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛定型剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:硫代乙醇酸铵2份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚4份、酒石酸3份、硬脂酸铝2份、乙酰化羊毛脂4份、羟甲基纤维素2份、柠檬酸钠6份、仲烷基磺酸钠13份、氯化镁6份、尿素2份、去离子水25份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛定型剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,包括以下组分:硫代乙醇酸铵3份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚5份、酒石酸4份、硬脂酸铝3份、乙酰化羊毛脂5份、羟甲基纤维素3份、柠檬酸钠7份、仲烷基磺酸钠15份、氯化镁7份、尿素3份、去离子水30份。
5.一种采用上述权利要求1-4中任一所述羊毛定型剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤包括:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水20-30份,油浴加热,氮气环境,冷凝回流,升高温度至70-80℃;
步骤2,加入硫代乙醇酸铵1-3份、聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤3,加入pH调节剂,调节pH为5-7;
步骤4,加入乙酰化羊毛脂3-5份、羟甲基纤维素1-3份、柠檬酸钠5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
步骤5,降低温度至40-60℃,加入pH调节剂,调节pH值为8-9;
步骤6,加入酒石酸2-4份、硬脂酸铝1-3份、仲烷基磺酸钠10-15份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
步骤7,加入尿素1-3份、氯化镁5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤8,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体羊毛定型剂;
步骤9,静置冷却至反应釜中液体羊毛定型剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂为盐酸、醋酸、柠檬酸、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠中的一种或者一种以上。
