Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗冲击减振装置,包括支撑板和位于该支撑板上的蜂窝减振件,该蜂窝减振件包括与支撑板相配合的横板、靠近横板左右两侧的垫块和两个左右相对设置在横板上的立板,所述立板和位于两个立板之间的横板上分别均布有若干个蜂窝孔。本发明中的蜂窝减振件上开设有若干个蜂窝孔,蜂窝孔可有效吸收冲击振动能量,实现减振效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及减振装置,尤其涉及一种抗冲击减振装置。
背景技术
目前,在海洋平台(如拖链系统)中存在若干气体或液体传输管路。传输管路在输送油、气过程中,由于外部环境(如海风)和管内流体不均匀流动造成传输管路发生运动,进而会对支撑结构造成冲击及振动,不仅使支撑结构发生变形,同时也造成管路外径的磨损、破损,从而影响传输。目前海洋平台中油、气传输管路的抗冲击减振手段较少,无法降低疲劳破坏,进而使管路故障反馈率较高。
因此,亟待解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种具有多重减振功能的抗冲击减振装置。
技术方案:为实现以上目的,本发明公开了一种抗冲击减振装置,包括支撑板和位于该支撑板上的蜂窝减振件,该蜂窝减振件包括与支撑板相配合的横板、靠近横板左右两侧的垫块和两个左右相对设置在横板上的立板,所述立板和位于两个立板之间的横板上分别均布有若干个蜂窝孔。
其中,所述蜂窝孔包括六边形通孔或圆形通孔中的一种或二种的组合。
优选的,所述位于两个立板之间的横板为向上起拱的弧形板,其上下表面弧度相一致。
再者,所述支撑板与横板之间设有减振缓冲件,该减振缓冲件包括与横板侧面相配合的侧板、上下相对设置在该立板上的上板和下板,所述上板下表面与横板上表面相贴合,且上板下表面的弧度与横板的弧度相一致,所述下板上表面与横板下表面相贴合,下板下表面与支撑板上表面相贴合,且下板上表面的弧度与横板的弧度相一致。
优选的,所述减振缓冲件均通过胶粘与支撑板和横板相固定。
进一步,所述两侧的垫块分别通过紧固件与支撑板相固定,所述两个立板之间、位于减振缓冲件上方水平穿设有拉簧,拉簧的两端分别固定在紧固件上。
再者,所述拉簧上套有橡胶软管,该橡胶软管与拉簧之间为间隙配合。
优选的,所述拉簧的数量为2个,2个拉簧并排设置。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下显著优点:
(1)本发明中的蜂窝减振件上开设有若干个蜂窝孔,蜂窝孔可有效吸收冲击振动能量,实现减振效果;
(2)本发明中在支撑板与横板之间设置减振缓冲件,减振缓冲件的上板吸收传递过来的冲击与振动,从而降低横板上的蜂窝结构受到的冲击振动,实现了减振效果;
(3)本发明中减振缓冲件的下板与支撑板固定连接,可有效吸收冲击振动能量,减低冲击振动对支撑板的影响,实现减振效果;
(4)本发明中在立板之间穿设2根拉簧,拉簧位于减振缓冲件上方,拉簧发生弯曲变形,吸收部分冲击及振动后将剩余冲击传递至减振缓冲件的上板,实现减振效果;
(5)本发明的橡胶软管嵌套于拉簧上,构成间隙配合,橡胶软管降低了管路对拉簧的部分冲击力;当管路与橡胶软管的接触作用力大于静摩擦时,橡胶软管可绕拉簧旋转,降低管路与橡胶软管间的摩擦;橡胶软管吸收部分冲击及振动,实现抗冲击减振效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明一种抗冲击减振装置包括支撑板1、蜂窝减振件2、减振缓冲件3、拉簧4和橡胶软管5。其中,如图3~图6所示,蜂窝减振件2位于该支撑板1上,该蜂窝减振件2为铝合金一体化结构,该蜂窝减振件2包括横板201、垫块202和立板203。横板201与支撑板1相配合,垫块202位于横板201左右两侧,一侧并列设有2个垫块202,两侧的垫块202分别通过螺栓、螺母和垫片组成的紧固件将蜂窝减振件2与支撑板1相固定。两个立板203左右相对设置在横板201上,立板203上均有有若干个不同直径的蜂窝孔204,蜂窝孔204包括六边形通孔或圆形通孔中的一种或二种的组合。位于两个立板203之间的横板201上也均布有若干个蜂窝孔204,蜂窝孔204包括六边形通孔或圆形通孔中的一种或二种的组合。本发明中的蜂窝减振件上开设有若干个蜂窝孔,蜂窝孔可有效吸收冲击振动能量并降低蜂窝减振件的自重,实现第一重减振效果。本发明位于两个立板203之间的横板201为向上起拱的弧形板,其上下表面弧度相一致。弧形板可增加贴合面的接触面积,提供减振效果。
如图7所示,本发明的减振缓冲件3设置在支撑板1与横板201之间,减振缓冲件3通过胶粘分别与支撑板1和横板201相固定,胶可选用耐油防水胶。减振缓冲件3包括侧板301、上下相对设置在该侧板301上的上板302和下板303,侧板301与横板201侧面相配合。上板302下表面与横板201上表面相贴合,且上板302下表面的弧度与横板201的弧度相一致,下板303上表面与横板201下表面相贴合,下板303下表面与支撑板1上表面相贴合,且下板303上表面的弧度与横板201的弧度相一致。
如图1所示,拉簧4水平穿设在两个立板203之间,且该拉簧4位于减振缓冲件3上方,拉簧4的两端的拉钩与垫块202通过螺栓、螺母和垫片组成的紧固件与支撑板1实现固定。拉簧4上套有橡胶软管5,该橡胶软管5与拉簧4之间为间隙配合。拉簧4的数量为2个,2个拉簧4并排设置。
本发明抗冲击减振装置在使用过程中,气、液管道位于该减振装置的上方,使用过程中管路首先与橡胶软管发生撞击产生振动;橡胶软管嵌套于拉簧上,构成间隙配合,橡胶软管降低了管路对拉簧的部分冲击力;当管路与橡胶软管的接触作用力大于静摩擦时,橡胶软管可绕拉簧旋转,降低管路与橡胶软管间的摩擦;橡胶软管吸收部分冲击及振动,实现第一重抗冲击减振效果;本发明中在立板之间穿设2根拉簧,拉簧位于减振缓冲件上方,拉簧发生弯曲变形,吸收部分冲击及振动后将剩余冲击传递至减振缓冲件的上板,实现第二重减振效果;本发明中在支撑板与横板之间设置减振缓冲件,减振缓冲件的上板吸收传递过来的冲击与振动,从而降低横板上的蜂窝结构受到的冲击振动,实现了第三重减振效果;本发明中的蜂窝减振件上开设有若干个蜂窝孔,蜂窝孔可有效吸收冲击振动能量,实现第四重减振效果;本发明中减振缓冲件的下板与支撑板固定连接,可有效吸收冲击振动能量,减低冲击振动对支撑板的影响,实现第五重减振效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗冲击减振装置,其特征在于:包括支撑板(1)和位于该支撑板(1)上的蜂窝减振件(2),该蜂窝减振件(2)包括与支撑板(1)相配合的横板(201)、靠近横板(201)左右两侧的垫块(202)和两个左右相对设置在横板(201)上的立板(203),所述立板(203)和位于两个立板(203)之间的横板(201)上分别均布有若干个蜂窝孔(204),所述位于两个立板(203)之间的横板(201)为向上起拱的弧形板,其上下表面弧度相一致,所述支撑板(1)与横板(201)之间设有减振缓冲件(3),该减振缓冲件(3)包括与横板(201)侧面相配合的侧板(301)、上下相对设置在该侧板(301)上的上板(302)和下板(303),所述上板(302)下表面与横板(201)上表面相贴合,且上板(302)下表面的弧度与横板(201)的弧度相一致,所述下板(303)上表面与横板(201)下表面相贴合,下板(303)下表面与支撑板(1)上表面相贴合,且下板(303)上表面的弧度与横板(201)的弧度相一致。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗冲击减振装置,其特征在于:所述蜂窝孔(204)包括六边形通孔或圆形通孔中的一种或二种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗冲击减振装置,其特征在于:所述减振缓冲件(3)通过胶粘分别与支撑板(1)和横板(201)相固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗冲击减振装置,其特征在于:所述两侧的垫块(202)分别通过紧固件与支撑板(1)相固定,所述两个立板(203)之间、位于减振缓冲件(3)上方水平穿设有拉簧(4),拉簧(4)的两端分别固定在紧固件上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗冲击减振装置,其特征在于:所述拉簧(4)上套有橡胶软管(5),该橡胶软管(5)与拉簧(4)之间为间隙配合。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的抗冲击减振装置,其特征在于:所述拉簧(4)的数量为2个,2个拉簧(4)并排设置。
