技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车前格栅模具拼接式组合脱模机构,属于注塑模具领域。
背景技术
散热器前格栅是汽车发动机冷却通风用的网格状零件,对汽车局部起到保护、散热、透气及外表装饰的作用。由于格栅位于汽车前部最醒目的位置,其外观质量的要求很高。但是,由于前格栅的面积都比较大,并且前格栅上制有许多的网格孔,目前,在注塑时往往采用单点进浇,但是单点进浇不易控制单点料流量和料流时间,造成浇流不平衡,注塑不足,容易发生填充不足、网格区域变形、困气、熔接线等外观缺陷,严重影响塑件的外观质量和强度;另一方面,汽车前格栅的背面制有较多的安装卡扣和倒扣,而脱模时,往往采用直顶强制顶出,这样不仅会造成脱模困难,而且容易将卡扣和倒扣损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用大滑块与斜顶拼接式组合,不仅能有效提高塑件表面质量,而且可以使产品更容易脱模,提高生产效率的一种汽车前格栅模具拼接式组合脱模机构。
本发明一种汽车前格栅模具拼接式组合脱模机构的技术方案是:包括模具上模板和下模板,上模板下安装流道板,流道板中安装热流道喷嘴,流道板下安装定模板,定模板中安装定模镶块,下模板上安装模脚,模脚上安装动模板,动模板中安装动模镶块,动模镶块与定模镶块之间有注塑成型的前格栅,前格栅的背面制有安装卡扣和倒扣,模脚之间设置上顶板和下顶板,上顶板上连接直顶杆,直顶杆的顶部与安装卡扣相配合,其特征在于所述的动模板的一侧上设置外滑块,外滑块的内壁上拼接内镶块,所述的上顶板上安装斜滑座,斜滑座上连接斜顶杆,斜顶杆上安装斜顶镶块,斜顶镶块与倒扣相配合,并与内镶块之间构成前格栅的侧边模腔,侧边模腔中有前格栅侧边。
本发明的一种汽车前格栅模具拼接式组合脱模机构,主要特点是在动模板的一侧上设置外滑块,外滑块的内壁上拼接内镶块,内镶块与斜顶镶块之间构成前格栅的侧边模腔,侧边模腔中有前格栅侧边,与传统一整块大滑块相比,将大滑块分成内、外两部分后,可分别选取两种质量不同的模料加工后再拼接,解决了由于滑块太大导致一次性加工困难的问题,有效提高了加工精度;并且,与产品部分接触部分的内镶块可采用较好的模料,可大幅度提高模具的使用寿命,节省费用。脱模时,采用斜顶和直顶结合方式,斜顶杆顶在前格栅的倒扣部位,更容易使产品脱模,可减少直顶杆的数量,降低成本。
本发明的一种汽车前格栅模具拼接式组合脱模机构,所述的热流道喷嘴有2—8组,多组进胶实现多点进胶,保证在注塑过程中的浇流平衡,减少熔接痕,使产品表面光洁度较好。每组热流道喷嘴与前格栅的进胶点均呈90°垂直进胶,确保进胶点平整,保证前格栅质量。所述的内镶块与外滑块经螺钉拼接,螺钉拼接方便、牢靠。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种汽车前格栅模具拼接式组合脱模机构,如图1、图2所示,包括模具上模板1和下模板2,上模板下安装流道板3,流道板中安装热流道喷嘴4,流道板下安装定模板5,定模板中安装定模镶块10,下模板2上安装模脚6,模脚上安装动模板7,动模板中安装动模镶块11,动模镶块11与定模镶块10之间有注塑成型的前格栅12,前格栅的背面制有安装卡扣13和倒扣14,模脚6之间设置上顶板8和下顶板9,上顶板8上连接直顶杆15,直顶杆15的顶部与安装卡扣13相配合,所述的动模板7的一侧上设置外滑块16,外滑块16的内壁上拼接内镶块17,所述的上顶板8上安装斜滑座18,斜滑座上连接斜顶杆19,斜顶杆上安装斜顶镶块20,斜顶镶块20与倒扣14相配合,并与内镶块17之间构成前格栅12的侧边模腔,侧边模腔中有前格栅侧边21。本方案的主要特点是在动模板7的一侧上设置外滑块16,外滑块16的内壁上拼接内镶块17,内镶块17与斜顶镶块20之间构成前格栅12的侧边模腔,侧边模腔中有前格栅侧边21,与传统一整块大滑块相比,将大滑块分成内、外两部分后,可分别选取两种质量不同的模料加工后再拼接,解决了由于滑块太大导致一次性加工困难的问题,有效提高了加工精度;并且,与产品部分接触部分的内镶块可采用较好的模料,可大幅度提高模具的使用寿命,节省费用。脱模时,采用斜顶和直顶结合方式,斜顶杆19顶在前格栅12的倒扣14部位,更容易使产品脱模,可减少直顶杆的数量,降低成本。所述的热流道喷嘴4有2—8组,多组进胶实现多点进胶,保证在注塑过程中的浇流平衡,减少熔接痕,使产品表面光洁度较好。每组热流道喷嘴4与前格栅12的进胶点22均呈90°垂直进胶,确保进胶点平整,保证前格栅质量。所述的内镶块17与外滑块16经螺钉23拼接,螺钉拼接方便、牢靠。

1.一种汽车前格栅模具拼接式组合脱模机构,包括模具上模板(1)和下模板(2),上模板下安装流道板(3),流道板中安装热流道喷嘴(4),流道板下安装定模板(5),定模板中安装定模镶块(10),下模板(2)上安装模脚(6),模脚上安装动模板(7),动模板中安装动模镶块(11),动模镶块(11)与定模镶块(10)之间有注塑成型的前格栅(12),前格栅的背面制有安装卡扣(13)和倒扣(14),模脚(6)之间设置上顶板(8)和下顶板(9),上顶板(8)上连接直顶杆(15),直顶杆(15)的顶部与安装卡扣(13)相配合,其特征在于所述的动模板(7)的一侧上设置外滑块(16),外滑块(16)的内壁上拼接内镶块(17),所述的上顶板(8)上安装斜滑座(18),斜滑座上连接斜顶杆(19),斜顶杆上安装斜顶镶块(20),斜顶镶块(20)与倒扣(14)相配合,并与内镶块(17)之间构成前格栅(12)的侧边模腔,侧边模腔中有前格栅侧边(21)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车前格栅模具拼接式组合脱模机构,其特征在于所述的热流道喷嘴(4)有2—8组,每组热流道喷嘴(4)与前格栅(12)的进胶点(22)均呈90°垂直进胶。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车前格栅模具拼接式组合脱模机构,其特征在于所述的内镶块(17)与外滑块(16)经螺钉(23)拼接。
