本发明属于中药配方技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
蓝莓营养丰富,具有很高的营养价值和保健价值。蓝莓果实含有丰富的碳水化合物、蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、19种氨基酸,其中含有人体所必需的8种氨基酸,而且比例适当。此外还含有花青素、黄酮、多酚、原花青素和熊果苷等物质。研究表明蓝莓属高含花青素类的果品,每100g蓝莓果实含花色苷高达180~300mg。蓝莓除具有极高的营养价值,还具有抗衰老、抗氧化、抗炎、提高机体免疫力、保护视力、美容护肤、等多种功能。甚至可以起到防止动脉老化的效果,对心脏病、癌症甚至老年痴呆症也有很好的的预防效果。
近几年开始出现使用蓝莓果实制作蓝莓保健营养粉,但是目前市场上的蓝莓保健营养粉成分简单,营养保健价值低,无法满足市场的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉及其制备方法。本发明制备的蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉营养损失少,原料利用率高,营养保健价值高,具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、养颜美容、乌发润发、增强免疫力、活化脑细胞、补钙、补锌、降血压、降血糖、降血脂等的作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓30~35份、阿胶5~10份、黑芝麻20~25份、核桃20~25份、海带20~25份、刺玫果10~15份、海葡萄10~15份、显齿蛇葡萄叶15~20份、绿铃花10~15份。
优选地,一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓31~34份、阿胶6~8份、黑芝麻22~24份、核桃21~23份、海带21~23份、刺玫果12~14份、海葡萄12~14份、显齿蛇葡萄叶17~19份、绿铃花11~13份。
优选地,一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓33份、阿胶7份、黑芝麻23份、核桃22份、海带22份、刺玫果13份、海葡萄13份、显齿蛇葡萄叶18份、绿铃花12份。
一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的蓝莓和刺玫果去蒂,然后与海葡萄按配方比例称重,洗净,控干水后加入榨汁机内混合榨汁,将汁液与残渣分开备用;
(2)将步骤(1)的残渣与显齿蛇葡萄叶、绿铃花混合,加入相当于混合物质量6~9倍的水,在频率为35~45kHz、功率密度为200~300W/L的条件下超声处理20~40min,水浴加热至55~65℃,保温1.5~2.5h,再在频率为50~60kHz、功率密度为150~250W/L的条件下超声处理1~2h,水浴加热至60~70℃,保温1~2h,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的汁液用3~4层纱布过滤,所得滤液与步骤(2)的滤液混合,浓缩至原来体积的2/4~3/4;然后将浓缩液以2~4℃/min的冷冻速率从常温冻结至-35~-45℃,并维持1~2h,然后在真空度为40~50Pa,温度为-45~-55℃的条件下升华干燥8~10h,最后在真空度为20~30Pa,温度为50~60℃的条件下解吸干燥10~15h,即得冻干粉;
(4)将阿胶粉碎,过100~150目筛,得阿胶粉,备用;
(5)将黑芝麻清洗干净,放入烘箱中在80~100℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过100~150目筛,得黑芝麻粉,备用;
(6)将核桃去皮,果仁放入烘箱中在80~100℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过100~150目筛,得核桃粉,备用;
(7)将鲜海带洗净,切丝,放入烘箱中在80~100℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过100~150目筛,得海带粉,备用;
(8)将上述制得的冻干粉、阿胶粉、黑芝麻粉、核桃粉、海带粉放入不锈钢三维混合机中,混合20~30min,检验,PVC食用复合膜包装,外包装箱,经60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌即可,辐照剂量为5~7kGy。
阿胶是常用滋补品,含有明胶、蛋白质、各种氨基酸、多种微量元素。具有滋阴润肺,补血止血,定痛安胎。可用于失血贫血、缺铁贫血、再生障碍贫血及年老体弱、儿童、妇女的滋补。并对儿童、青少年的生长发育具有改善作用。对血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,心烦不眠,肺燥咳嗽、虚风内动、肺燥咳嗽、劳咳咯血、吐血、便血崩漏等有显著治疗作用。还可以促进健康人淋巴细胞转化作用,提高免疫力,特别是癌症病人放化疗阶段有很好的辅助作用。长期服用阿胶,还有增强记忆力、营养皮肤,使肌肤光洁滑润并具弹性。
黑芝麻药食两用,含脂肪油,为油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸等甘油脂,并含芝麻素、芝麻林酚素、芝麻酚、胡麻甙、车前糖、芝麻糖等成分,具有“补肝肾,滋五脏,益精血,润肠燥”等功效,还具有补钙、降血压、乌发润发、养颜润肤的保健功能,被视为滋补圣品。
核桃,含有丰富的营养素,每百克含蛋白质15~20克,脂肪较多,碳水化合物10克;并含有人体必需的钙、磷、铁等多种微量元素和矿物质,以及胡萝卜素、核黄素等多种维生素,对人体有益,是深受老百姓喜爱的坚果类食品之一,具有补肾、固精强腰、温肺定喘、润肠通便的作用;
海带,含有丰富的有机碘、大量的甘露醇、3%膳食纤维、碳水化合物、较少的蛋白质和脂肪,热量很低。与绿叶蔬菜相比,除含有丰富的维生素C外,其粗蛋白、糖、钙、铁的含量均高出几倍甚至十几倍。对甲状腺机能减退症有治疗作用,可防治肾功能衰竭、老年性水肿、药物中毒等。还可以防治富贵病,海带中的甘露醇与碘、钾、烟酸等协同作用,对防治动脉硬化、高血压、慢性气管炎、慢性肝炎、贫血、水肿等疾病,都有较好的效果。海带中的优质蛋白质和不饱和脂肪酸,对心脏病、糖尿病、高血压、减少放射性疾病都有一定的防治作用。常食海带还可令秀发润泽乌黑。抗癌防癌近年来研究发现,海带有抗癌、防癌的功效。其中对大肠癌、乳腺癌的防治作用已被肯定。海带中的有机碘对中老年人眼睛病变也有很好的保健作用。
刺玫果,果实营养价值高,该果含有黄酮类,有机酸、香豆素类、淄醇、三萜类、复烯烃类、皂甙、蛋白质、糖类、脂肪油、挥发油、和十七种氨基酸,其中苏氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、甲硫氨酸、苯丙氨酸及赖氨酸等七种为人体所必需而又不能自身合成的氨基酸;含有二十八种元素,其中有丰富的生物活性比较明确的锌、铁、硒等十四种人体必须的微量元素。而锌的含量很高,经国家卫生部临床检验中心检验,每百克果中,锌的含量为19.43毫克,其含量高于其他植物果实,号称“生命之花”;同时还含VA、VC、VE、VB1、VB2、VP、β-胡萝卜素等多种维生素。其中VC含量最高。经检测每百克鲜果可食部分VC含量6810毫克以上,最高达8300毫克,居于一切蔬菜、水果之首,是“大地植物果实之冠”;号称“VC之王”。刺玫果是治维生素缺乏症的良药,可用来治疗高血压、动脉粥样硬化、脑溢血、肝、肾、胃溃疡等。刺玫果还具有健脾消食;活血调经;敛肺止咳的功效,可以用于治疗消化不良,气滞腹泻,食欲不振,胃痛,月经不调等症。
海葡萄,是一种营养丰富的食用绿藻,含人体所需的多种营养物质,海葡萄80%是由海藻多糖、胶原蛋白和膳食纤维组成,氨基酸组成均衡且种类齐全,脂肪含量较低且多为不饱和脂肪酸,矿物质和维生素含量丰富,其中钠、镁、钾、钙等含量都较高,还富含磷、铜、硒等微量元素,海葡萄检出的16种氨基酸当中11种是人体必需的氨基酸,其中包括人体不能合成的7种氨基酸,多种不饱和脂肪酸当中包含了脑黄金DHA、EPA、ARA等珍贵成分,且Ω-3脂肪酸与Ω-6脂肪酸比率完美。海葡萄具有抗癌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、提高免疫、活化脑细胞、净化血液、美容等作用。
显齿蛇葡萄叶,其有效成分二氢杨梅素具有抗氧自由基的作用,能抑制体内血栓的形成,对降血脂有独特效果;总黄酮具有降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化和抑制脂肪肝形成;在临床上用于高血压及冠心病辅助临床治疗取得明显效果;还含有含量较高的Zn,缺Zn会引起人体生长停滞、贫血、糖尿病和慢性胃炎等,锌还具有抑制脂质过氧化过程的作用,因此具有防衰老之功效,显齿蛇葡萄叶含有丰富的黄酮类物质二氢杨梅素,具有明显的保肝护肝作用,抑制脂肪肝的形成;海葡萄还可以通过润肺、解肝毒、清心、补脾、固肾,从根本上清除人体血毒,改善血液质量,恢复五脏正常生理功能,全面增强人体免疫力;显齿蛇葡萄叶的VE含量较高,可以有效保护体内细胞免受自由基损害,有防衰老、抗癌、抑制动脉粥样硬化、平衡脂质代谢等多种功能。
绿铃花,含有二十种皂甙活性物质、十七种氨基酸、十一种微量元素、三种抗癌活性硒及粗蛋白等。具有益气活血,调节内分泌,促进新陈代谢。绿铃花中绿铃总皂甙含量很高,其单体皂甙主要有:防止动脉粥样硬化,防治心血管疾病,增强免疫力;防治老年痴呆症,抗脑血栓;安神,提高思维能力,改善记忆力,防止老年痴呆症;镇痛、安神、解热,降低血糖,抗糖尿病;改善胃肠功能;抗肝癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、肺腺癌,防治冠心病、心脏病;抗疲劳,改善记忆和学习能力;抗心律失常;增强免疫力、抗炎、抗过敏、抗休克和调整血液系统;养颜、美容、抗衰老;防治更年期综合征。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明制备方法中采用两次不同温度的水浸提,且两次不同温度的水浸提之前采用两种不同频率、功率的超声波进行预处理,这样有利于有效成分的快速以及最大化溶出,提高有效成分的提取率,从而提高营养粉的保健价值。本发明制得的营养粉质量稳定,工艺简单易操作,适用于工业化生产。
(2)本发明针对蓝莓、刺玫果新鲜果实不易储存,阿胶、核桃、黑芝麻、海带、海葡萄、绿铃花、显齿蛇葡萄叶等不方便直接食用,制成保健营养粉,容易储存,方便食用,且配伍科学,营养损失少,原料利用率高,营养保健价值高,具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、养颜美容、乌发润发、增强免疫力、活化脑细胞、补钙、补锌、降血压、降血糖、降血脂等的作用,特别对中老年人和中年妇女、常见老年病的预防具有很好的营养保健和预防滋补作用,市面上还没有此类蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉产品,市场前景广阔。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓30、阿胶5份、黑芝麻20份、核桃20份、海带20份、刺玫果10份、海葡萄10份、显齿蛇葡萄叶15份、绿铃花10份。
一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的蓝莓和刺玫果去蒂,然后与海葡萄按配方比例称重,洗净,控干水后加入榨汁机内混合榨汁,将汁液与残渣分开备用;
(2)将步骤(1)的残渣与显齿蛇葡萄叶、绿铃花混合,加入相当于混合物质量6倍的水,在频率为35kHz、功率密度为200W/L的条件下超声处理40min,水浴加热至55℃,保温2.5h,再在频率为50kHz、功率密度为150W/L的条件下超声处理2h,水浴加热至60℃,保温2h,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的汁液用3层纱布过滤,所得滤液与步骤(2)的滤液混合,浓缩至原来体积的2/4;然后将浓缩液以2℃/min的冷冻速率从常温冻结至-35℃,并维持2h,然后在真空度为40Pa,温度为-45℃的条件下升华干燥10h,最后在真空度为20Pa,温度为50℃的条件下解吸干燥15h,即得冻干粉;
(4)将阿胶粉碎,过100目筛,得阿胶粉,备用;
(5)将黑芝麻清洗干净,放入烘箱中在80℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过100目筛,得黑芝麻粉,备用;
(6)将核桃去皮,果仁放入烘箱中在80℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过100目筛,得核桃粉,备用;
(7)将鲜海带洗净,切丝,放入烘箱中在80℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过100目筛,得海带粉,备用;
(8)将上述制得的冻干粉、阿胶粉、黑芝麻粉、核桃粉、海带粉放入不锈钢三维混合机中,混合20min,检验,PVC食用复合膜包装,外包装箱,经60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌即可,辐照剂量为5kGy。
实施例2:
一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓33份、阿胶7份、黑芝麻23份、核桃22份、海带22份、刺玫果13份、海葡萄13份、显齿蛇葡萄叶18份、绿铃花12份。
一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的蓝莓和刺玫果去蒂,然后与海葡萄按配方比例称重,洗净,控干水后加入榨汁机内混合榨汁,将汁液与残渣分开备用;
(2)将步骤(1)的残渣与显齿蛇葡萄叶、绿铃花混合,加入相当于混合物质量8倍的水,在频率为40kHz、功率密度为250W/L的条件下超声处理30min,水浴加热至60℃,保温2h,再在频率为55kHz、功率密度为200W/L的条件下超声处理1.5h,水浴加热至65℃,保温1.5h,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的汁液用4层纱布过滤,所得滤液与步骤(2)的滤液混合,浓缩至原来体积的2/4;然后将浓缩液以3℃/min的冷冻速率从常温冻结至-40℃,并维持1.5h,然后在真空度为45Pa,温度为-50℃的条件下升华干燥9h,最后在真空度为25Pa,温度为55℃的条件下解吸干燥12h,即得冻干粉;
(4)将阿胶粉碎,过120目筛,得阿胶粉,备用;
(5)将黑芝麻清洗干净,放入烘箱中在90℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过120目筛,得黑芝麻粉,备用;
(6)将核桃去皮,果仁放入烘箱中在90℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过120目筛,得核桃粉,备用;
(7)将鲜海带洗净,切丝,放入烘箱中在90℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过120目筛,得海带粉,备用;
(8)将上述制得的冻干粉、阿胶粉、黑芝麻粉、核桃粉、海带粉放入不锈钢三维混合机中,混合25min,检验,PVC食用复合膜包装,外包装箱,经60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌即可,辐照剂量为6kGy。
实施例3:
一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓35份、阿胶10份、黑芝麻25份、核桃25份、海带25份、刺玫果15份、海葡萄15份、显齿蛇葡萄叶20份、绿铃花15份。
一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的蓝莓和刺玫果去蒂,然后与海葡萄按配方比例称重,洗净,控干水后加入榨汁机内混合榨汁,将汁液与残渣分开备用;
(2)将步骤(1)的残渣与显齿蛇葡萄叶、绿铃花混合,加入相当于混合物质量9倍的水,在频率为45kHz、功率密度为300W/L的条件下超声处理20min,水浴加热至65℃,保温1.5h,再在频率为60kHz、功率密度为250W/L的条件下超声处理1h,水浴加热至70℃,保温1h,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的汁液用4层纱布过滤,所得滤液与步骤(2)的滤液混合,浓缩至原来体积的3/4;然后将浓缩液以4℃/min的冷冻速率从常温冻结至-45℃,并维持1h,然后在真空度为50Pa,温度为-55℃的条件下升华干燥8h,最后在真空度为30Pa,温度为60℃的条件下解吸干燥10h,即得冻干粉;
(4)将阿胶粉碎,过150目筛,得阿胶粉,备用;
(5)将黑芝麻清洗干净,放入烘箱中在100℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过150目筛,得黑芝麻粉,备用;
(6)将核桃去皮,果仁放入烘箱中在100℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过150目筛,得核桃粉,备用;
(7)将鲜海带洗净,切丝,放入烘箱中在100℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过150目筛,得海带粉,备用;
(8)将上述制得的冻干粉、阿胶粉、黑芝麻粉、核桃粉、海带粉放入不锈钢三维混合机中,混合30min,检验,PVC食用复合膜包装,外包装箱,经60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌即可,辐照剂量为7kGy。

Claims (4)
1.一种蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓30~35份、阿胶5~10份、黑芝麻20~25份、核桃20~25份、海带20~25份、刺玫果10~15份、海葡萄10~15份、显齿蛇葡萄叶15~20份、绿铃花10~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓31~34份、阿胶6~8份、黑芝麻22~24份、核桃21~23份、海带21~23份、刺玫果12~14份、海葡萄12~14份、显齿蛇葡萄叶17~19份、绿铃花11~13份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉,其特征在于:由下述重量份的原料制成:蓝莓33份、阿胶7份、黑芝麻23份、核桃22份、海带22份、刺玫果13份、海葡萄13份、显齿蛇葡萄叶18份、绿铃花12份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的蓝莓阿胶保健营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将成熟的蓝莓和刺玫果去蒂,然后与海葡萄按配方比例称重,洗净,控干水后加入榨汁机内混合榨汁,将汁液与残渣分开备用;
(2)将步骤(1)的残渣与显齿蛇葡萄叶、绿铃花混合,加入相当于混合物质量6~9倍的水,在频率为35~45kHz、功率密度为200~300W/L的条件下超声处理20~40min,水浴加热至55~65℃,保温1.5~2.5h,再在频率为50~60kHz、功率密度为150~250W/L的条件下超声处理1~2h,水浴加热至60~70℃,保温1~2h,过滤,滤液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)的汁液用3~4层纱布过滤,所得滤液与步骤(2)的滤液混合,浓缩至原来体积的2/4~3/4;然后将浓缩液以2~4℃/min的冷冻速率从常温冻结至-35~-45℃,并维持1~2h,然后在真空度为40~50Pa,温度为-45~-55℃的条件下升华干燥8~10h,最后在真空度为20~30Pa,温度为50~60℃的条件下解吸干燥10~15h,即得冻干粉;
(4)将阿胶粉碎,过100~150目筛,得阿胶粉,备用;
(5)将黑芝麻清洗干净,放入烘箱中在80~100℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过100~150目筛,得黑芝麻粉,备用;
(6)将核桃去皮,果仁放入烘箱中在80~100℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过100~150目筛,得核桃粉,备用;
(7)将鲜海带洗净,切丝,放入烘箱中在80~100℃温度下烘干,粉碎,过100~150目筛,得海带粉,备用;
(8)将上述制得的冻干粉、阿胶粉、黑芝麻粉、核桃粉、海带粉放入不锈钢三维混合机中,混合20~30min,检验,PVC食用复合膜包装,外包装箱,经60Co-γ射线辐照灭菌即可,辐照剂量为5~7kGy。
