背景技术
现有的用以电性连接芯片模块和印刷电路板的电连接器包括一绝缘本体以及收容于所述绝缘本体内的多个端子,所述端子包括基部、以及自基部上下两端分别倾斜延伸的一对弹性臂,当所述芯片模块压缩所述端子时,所述端子的一对所述弹性臂自初始状态开始倾斜,以在芯片模块和印刷电路板之间提供信号传输路径。
然而,该种端子至少存在以下缺点:该导电端子的电性导通路径是这样实现的:芯片模块通过与端子弹性臂自由末端的接触点接触,从而将电性传到端子上,端子再将电性经由与芯片模块接触的弹性臂、基部、与印刷电路板接触的另一个弹性臂而将电性传至印刷电路板,故,该种端子的电性传输路径较远,使得芯片模块与印刷电路板间电讯传输时仍存在较强的电阻抗,降低所述电连接器的电信号传输能力,不符合当今芯片模块高频信号传输的需求。
因此有必要设计一种改良的电连接器,以克服上述问题。

针对背景技术所面临的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可方便对接元件下压,从而形成稳定的多条并联导电路径,以减小芯片模块与电子元件间电讯传输时的电阻抗的电连接器。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术手段:一种电连接器,用以电性连接一对接元件至一电子元件,包括:一绝缘本体,其设有多个收容孔;多个端子,分别对应收容于所述收容孔,每一所述端子具有:一基部,所述基部具有水平的一中心线;一第一弹性臂,自所述基部向上弯折延伸形成,用于向上抵接所述对接元件;一第二弹性臂,自所述基部向下弯折延伸形成,用于向下抵接所述电子元件;当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件连接时,所述第一弹性臂具有一第一抵接点抵接所述第二弹性臂,所述第二弹性臂具有一第二抵接点抵接所述基部,且所述第一抵接点和所述第二抵接点位于所述中心线的相对两侧;
进一步,所述第一抵接点位于所述中心线的下方,所述第二抵接点位于所述中心线的上方;
进一步,于竖直方向上,所述第一抵接点到所述中心线的距离与所述第二抵接点到所述中心线的距离相等;
进一步,当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件未连接时,所述第一弹性臂、所述第二弹性臂和所述基部三者相互不接触,且所述第二弹性臂的末端位于所述基部和所述第一弹性臂之间;
进一步,所述第一弹性臂包括自所述基部一端弯折延伸形成的一第一连接部,自所述第一连接部反向弯折斜向上延伸形成的一第一弯折部以及自所述第一弯折部向下倾斜延伸的一第一延伸部,所述第二弹性臂包括自所述基部相对的另一端弯折延伸形成的一第二连接部,自所述第二连接部反向弯折斜向下延伸形成的一第二弯折部以及自所述第二弯折部斜向上弯折延伸形成的一第二延伸部,所述第一抵接点位于所述第一延伸部上,所述第二抵接点位于所述第二延伸部上;
进一步,所述端子为平板状,所述第一延伸部的板缘抵接所述第二延伸部一侧的板缘,所述第二延伸部相对的另一侧的板缘抵接所述基部的板缘;
进一步,所述第一弯折部和所述第一延伸部之间的夹角呈锐角,所述第二弯折部和所述第二延伸部之间的夹角也呈锐角,且所述第一弯折部和所述第一延伸部之间的夹角大于所述第二弯折部和所述第二延伸部之间的夹角;
进一步,所述第一弯折部和所述第一延伸部的相接处形成一第一接触点,向上抵接所述对接元件,所述第二弯折部和所述第二延伸部的相接处形成一第二接触点,向下抵接所述电子元件;
进一步,每一所述收容孔包括一第一槽和分别位于所述第一槽两端的两个第二槽,所述第一槽的宽度大于所述第二槽,且所述第一连接部和所述第一弯折部的相接处以及所述第二连接部和第二弯折部的相接处限位于一个所述第二槽内;
进一步,所述第一抵接点位于另一所述第二槽内,所述第二抵接点位于所述第一槽内。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件连接时,所述第一弹性臂具有一第一抵接点抵接所述第二弹性臂,所述第二弹性臂具有一第二抵接点抵接所述基部,使所述对接元件与所述电子元件之间形成所述第一弹性臂至所述基部至所述第二弹性臂以及所述第一弹性臂直接至所述第二弹性臂的多条并联的稳定的导电路径,降低所述端子的信号传输电阻抗和自感效应,提高所述电连接器的高频信号传输能力,满足所述对接元件和所述电子元件之间高频信号传输的需求;所述第一抵接点和所述第二抵接点位于所述中心线的相对两侧,确保每一所述导电路径的相互独立性,避免其相互短接。

【具体实施方式】
为便于更好的理解本发明的目的、结构、特征以及功效等,现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图3所示,本发明电连接器100用以电性连接一对接元件3至一电子元件4,其包括一绝缘本体1,多个端子2固持于所述绝缘本体1中,每一所述端子2一端弹性抵接所述对接元件3,另一端抵接所述电子元件4。在本实施例中,所述对接元件3为一芯片模组,所述电子元件4为一电路板,在其它实施例中,所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4的种类不作限定,只要其能和所述电连接器100配合即可。
如图1和图2所示,所述绝缘本体1贯穿其上下表面形成呈矩阵排列的多个收容孔11,分别对应收容多个所述端子2。每一所述收容孔11包括一第一槽111和位于所述第一槽111两端的两个第二槽112,所述第一槽111的宽度大于所述第二槽112。
如图1和图3所示,所述端子2为平板状,且其为一金属板材冲压形成。所述端子2具有一基部21,所述基部21具有水平的一中心线L,所述基部21的上下两端相对所述中心线L对称设置。自所述基部21的上端弯折延伸形成一第一弹性臂22,自所述基部21的下端弯折延伸形成一第二弹性臂23。所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4稳定安装至所述电连接器100时,所述对接元件3会压接所述第一弹性臂22弹性变形,所述电子元件4会压接所述第二弹性臂23弹性变形,藉由所述第一弹性臂22和所述第二弹性臂23的弹性变形,所述第一弹性臂22形成一第一抵接点201抵接所述第二弹性臂23,所述第二弹性臂23形成一第二抵接点202抵接所述基部21,如此使每一所述端子2形成多条相互独立的导电路径, 降低所述端子2的信号传输电阻抗和自感效应,提高所述电连接器100的高频信号传输能力,满足所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4之间高频信号传输的需求。进一步,同一所述端子2中的所述第一抵接点201和所述第二抵接点202位于所述中心线L的相对两侧,确保每一所述导电路径的相互独立性,避免其相互短接。
如图2和图3所示,具体而言,所述第一弹性臂22包括自所述基部21的上端弯折延伸形成的一第一连接部221,自所述第一连接部221反向弯折斜向上延伸形成的一第一弯折部222以及自所述第一弯折部222向下倾斜延伸的一第一延伸部223,所述第一抵接点201位于所述第一延伸部223上,所述第一弯折部222和所述第一延伸部223的相接处形成一第一接触点203,向上抵接所述对接元件3;所述第二弹性臂23包括自所述基部21相对的另一端弯折延伸形成的一第二连接部231,自所述第二连接部231反向弯折斜向下延伸形成的一第二弯折部232以及自所述第二弯折部232斜向上弯折延伸形成的一第二延伸部233,所述第二抵接点202位于所述第二延伸部233上,所述第二弯折部232和所述第二延伸部233的相接处形成一第二接触点204,向下抵接所述电子元件4。如此当所述端子2受压变形时,形成四条独立并联的导电路径,分别为:所述第一接触点203至所述第一弯折部222至所述第一连接部221至所述基部21至所述第二连接部231至所述第二弯折部232至所述第二接触点204;所述第一接触点203至所述第一弯折部222至所述第一连接部221至所述基部21至所述第二延伸部233至所述第二接触点204;所述第一接触点203至所述第一延伸部223至所述第二延伸部233至所述第二接触点204;所述第一接触点203至所述第一延伸部223至所述第二延伸部233至所述基部21至所述第二连接部231至所述第二弯折部232至所述第二接触点204。
优选的,当所述电连接器100与所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4未连接时,所述第一弹性臂22、所述第二弹性臂23和所述基部21三者相互不接触,所述第二弹性臂23的末端位于所述基部21和所述第一弹性臂22之间,使所述第一抵接点201位于所述中心线L的下方,所述第二抵接点202位于所述中心线L的上方,且于竖直方向上,所述第一抵接点201到所述中心线L的距离与所述第二抵接点202到所述中心线L的距离相等保证整个端子2的结构稳定性。所述第一弯折部222和所述第一延伸部223之间的夹角呈锐角,所述第二弯折部232和所述第二延伸部233之间的夹角也呈锐角。且所述第一弯折部222和所述第一延伸部223之间的夹角大于所述第二弯折部232和所述第二延伸部233之间的夹角,提高所述端子2压接变形的耐久性,提高所述电连接器100的使用寿命。进一步,所述第一延伸部223的板缘抵接所述第二延伸部233一侧的板缘,所述第二延伸部233相对的另一侧的板缘抵接所述基部21的板缘,减小所述端子2弹性变形过程中,所述第一延伸部223与所述第二延伸部233,所述第二延伸部233和所述基部21的摩擦面积,进而减小其摩擦阻力,避免所述端子2变形过程中受力变形崩溃。
如图1和图3所示,所述第一连接部221和所述第一弯折部222的相接处以及所述第二连接部231和第二弯折部232的相接处限位于一个所述第二槽112内,所述第一抵接点201位于另一所述第二槽112内,所述第二抵接点202位于所述第一槽111内,使所述端子2稳定的固持于所述收容孔11,进而保证信号传输的一致性。
综上所述,本发明电连接器100有下列有益效果:
(1) 同一所述端子2中的所述第一抵接点201和所述第二抵接点202位于所述中心线L的相对两侧,确保每一所述导电路径的相互独立性,避免其相互短接。
(2)当所述端子2受压变形时,形成四条独立并联的导电路径,分别为:所述第一接触点203至所述第一弯折部222至所述第一连接部221至所述基部21至所述第二连接部231至所述第二弯折部232至所述第二接触点204;所述第一接触点203至所述第一弯折部222至所述第一连接部221至所述基部21至所述第二延伸部233至所述第二接触点204;所述第一接触点203至所述第一延伸部223至所述第二延伸部233至所述第二接触点204;所述第一接触点203至所述第一延伸部223至所述第二延伸部233至所述基部21至所述第二连接部231至所述第二弯折部232至所述第二接触点204,降低所述端子2的信号传输电阻抗和自感效应,提高所述电连接器100的高频信号传输能力,满足所述对接元件3和所述电子元件4之间高频信号传输的需求。
(3) 所述第一延伸部223的板缘抵接所述第二延伸部233一侧的板缘,所述第二延伸部233相对的另一侧的板缘抵接所述基部21的板缘,减小所述端子2弹性变形过程中,所述第一延伸部223与所述第二延伸部233,所述第二延伸部233和所述基部21的摩擦面积,进而减小其摩擦阻力,避免所述端子2变形过程中受力变形崩溃。
(4) 所述第一连接部221和所述第一弯折部222的相接处以及所述第二连接部231和第二弯折部232的相接处限位于一个所述第二槽112内,所述第一抵接点201位于另一所述第二槽112内,所述第二抵接点202位于所述第一槽111内,使所述端子2稳定的固持于所述收容孔11,进而保证信号传输的一致性。

Claims (7)
1.一种电连接器,用以电性连接一对接元件至一电子元件,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体,其设有多个收容孔,每一所述收容孔包括一第一槽和分别位于所述第一槽两端的两个第二槽,所述第一槽的宽度大于所述第二槽;多个端子,分别对应收容于所述收容孔,每一所述端子具有:
一基部,所述基部具有水平的一中心线;
一第一弹性臂,自所述基部向上弯折延伸形成,用于向上抵接所述对接元件,所述第一弹性臂包括自所述基部一端弯折延伸形成的一第一连接部,自所述第一连接部反向弯折斜向上延伸形成的一第一弯折部以及自所述第一弯折部向下倾斜延伸的一第一延伸部;
一第二弹性臂,自所述基部向下弯折延伸形成,用于向下抵接所述电子元件,所述第二弹性臂包括自所述基部相对的另一端弯折延伸形成的一第二连接部,自所述第二连接部反向弯折斜向下延伸形成的一第二弯折部以及自所述第二弯折部斜向上弯折延伸形成的一第二延伸部,所述第一连接部和所述第一弯折部的相接处以及所述第二连接部和第二弯折部的相接处限位于一个所述第二槽内;
当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件连接时,所述第一弹性臂的的所述第一延伸部上具有一第一抵接点抵接所述第二弹性臂,所述第一抵接点位于另一所述第二槽内,所述第二弹性臂的所述第二延伸部上具有一第二抵接点抵接所述基部,所述第二抵接点位于所述第一槽内,且所述第一抵接点和所述第二抵接点位于所述中心线的相对两侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一抵接点位于所述中心线的下方,所述第二抵接点位于所述中心线的上方。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:于竖直方向上,所述第一抵接点到所述中心线的距离与所述第二抵接点到所述中心线的距离相等。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:当所述电连接器与所述对接元件和所述电子元件未连接时,所述第一弹性臂、所述第二弹性臂和所述基部三者相互不接触,且所述第二弹性臂的末端位于所述基部和所述第一弹性臂之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子为平板状,所述第一延伸部的板缘抵接所述第二延伸部一侧的板缘,所述第二延伸部相对的另一侧的板缘抵接所述基部的板缘。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弯折部和所述第一延伸部之间的夹角呈锐角,所述第二弯折部和所述第二延伸部之间的夹角也呈锐角,且所述第一弯折部和所述第一延伸部之间的夹角大于所述第二弯折部和所述第二延伸部之间的夹角。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弯折部和所述第一延伸部的相接处形成一第一接触点,向上抵接所述对接元件,所述第二弯折部和所述第二延伸部的相接处形成一第二接触点,向下抵接所述电子元件。
