本发明公开了一种弧形轨道驱动导向系统,包括私服电机、减速机、驱动齿轮、V型导轨齿条、定心V型轮、偏心V型轮,所述伺服电机经减速机与驱动齿轮连接,所述驱动齿轮与V型导轨齿条啮合,所述定心V型轮、偏心V型轮安装在减速机支架上,所述定心V型轮与V型导轨齿条上部接触,所述偏心V型轮与V型导轨齿条下部接触。本发明的特点是:降低了动化装备领域的弧形轨道驱动导向机构的加工难度和加工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及自动化装备领域,具体涉及一种弧形轨道驱动导向系统。
背景技术
目前弧形轨道驱动导向机构,导向多采用导轨滑块式结构,该结构安装时,对基面的加工精度要求非常高,制造难度大、成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足问题,提供一种弧形轨道驱动导向系统。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:弧形轨道驱动导向系统,包括私服电机、减速机、驱动齿轮、V型导轨齿条、定心V型轮、偏心V型轮,所述伺服电机经减速机与驱动齿轮连接,所述驱动齿轮与V型导轨齿条啮合,所述定心V型轮、偏心V型轮安装在减速机支架上,所述定心V型轮与V型导轨齿条上部接触,所述偏心V型轮与V型导轨齿条下部接触。
本发明的特点是:降低了动化装备领域的弧形轨道驱动导向机构的加工难度和加工成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明为一种弧形轨道驱动导向系统,其特征在于:包括私服电机1、减速机2、驱动齿轮3、V型导轨齿条4、定心V型轮5、偏心V型轮6,所述伺服电机1经减速机2与驱动齿轮3连接,所述驱动齿轮3与V型导轨齿条4啮合,所述定心V型轮5、偏心V型轮6安装在减速机支架7上,所述定心V型轮5与V型导轨齿条4上部接触,所述偏心V型轮6与V型导轨齿条4下部接触。
工作时,由私服电机1经过减速机2使得驱动齿轮3带动其附属部件在V型导轨齿条4上沿着导轨的导向运动,实现驱动和导向的作用,并通过偏心V型轮6调整V型导轨齿条4的压紧力大小使得该驱动导向机构运行平稳且无卡涩。

1.弧形轨道驱动导向系统,其特征在于:包括私服电机(1)、减速机(2)、驱动齿轮(3)、V型导轨齿条(4)、定心V型轮(5)、偏心V型轮(6),所述伺服电机(1)经减速机(2)与驱动齿轮(3)连接,所述驱动齿轮(3)与V型导轨齿条(4)啮合,所述定心V型轮(5)、偏心V型轮(6)安装在减速机支架(7)上,所述定心V型轮(5)与V型导轨齿条(4)上部接触,所述偏心V型轮(6)与V型导轨齿条(4)下部接触。
