一种排毒营养食品,由以下原料制成:5-15重量份金银花、5-15重量份甜菊叶、5-15重量份麦芽、15-25重量份草莓、25-40重量份木瓜、10-30重量份绿豆粉、1-3重量份低聚异麦芽糖、0.3-0.8重量份a-氨基酸、0.1-0.3重量份果胶。
优选地,所述的排毒营养食品,由以下原料制成:10重量份金银花、10重量份甜菊叶、10重量份麦芽、20重量份草莓、32.5重量份木瓜、20重量份绿豆粉、2重量份低聚异麦芽糖、0.55重量份a-氨基酸、0.2重量份果胶。
本发明还提供了上述排毒营养食品制备方法,具体为:将金银花、甜菊叶、麦芽干燥后通过粉碎、过筛制成100-150目粉末状,得植物粉,备用;将草莓、木瓜清洗干净后,切成小块倒入容器中,然后接种其重量2-4%的枯草芽孢杆菌,密封,在33-36℃下培养25-30天,过滤得水果发酵液,冷冻、干燥、粉碎,得水果发酵粉,备用;将上述处理的植物粉、水果发酵粉与其它成分混合,即得排毒营养食品。
