本发明公开了一种排毒营养食品,由以下原料制成:5‑15重量份金银花、5‑15重量份甜菊叶、5‑15重量份麦芽、15‑25重量份草莓、25‑40重量份木瓜、10‑30重量份绿豆粉、1‑3重量份低聚异麦芽糖、0.3‑0.8重量份a‑氨基酸、0.1‑0.3重量份果胶。本发明以金银花、甜菊叶、麦芽、草莓、木瓜等为原料,按照特殊比例混合配制,各个成分相互作用、相互影响,制得的排毒营养食品具有很好的排毒功效,且不会对人体造成伤害。

本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种排毒营养食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
毒泛指对人体有不良影响的物质。内在毒素如:自由基,宿便,胆固醇,脂肪,尿酸,乳酸,水毒和淤血。外来毒素如:大气污染,蔬菜中的农药残留,汽车尾气,工业废气,化学药品,食物中的防腐剂,化妆品中超标的重金属,垃圾食品等现代文明带来的毒副作用,病原微生物。内生之毒:新陈代谢中产生的代谢废物,肠内宿便及糖脂肪,蛋白质代谢紊乱所产生的毒素。具有排毒功能的食品,能够帮助清理体内垃圾,常吃很有好处,经常服用,对健康很有益处。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种排毒营养食品及其制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种排毒营养食品,由以下原料制成:5-15重量份金银花、5-15重量份甜菊叶、5-15重量份麦芽、15-25重量份草莓、25-40重量份木瓜、10-30重量份绿豆粉、1-3重量份低聚异麦芽糖、0.3-0.8重量份a-氨基酸、0.1-0.3重量份果胶。
优选地,所述的排毒营养食品,由以下原料制成:10重量份金银花、10重量份甜菊叶、10重量份麦芽、20重量份草莓、32.5重量份木瓜、20重量份绿豆粉、2重量份低聚异麦芽糖、0.55重量份a-氨基酸、0.2重量份果胶。
本发明还提供了上述排毒营养食品制备方法,具体为:将金银花、甜菊叶、麦芽干燥后通过粉碎、过筛制成100-150目粉末状,得植物粉,备用;将草莓、木瓜清洗干净后,切成小块倒入容器中,然后接种其重量2-4%的枯草芽孢杆菌,密封,在33-36℃下培养25-30天,过滤得水果发酵液,冷冻、干燥、粉碎,得水果发酵粉,备用;将上述处理的植物粉、水果发酵粉与其它成分混合,即得排毒营养食品。
本发明的优点是:本发明以金银花、甜菊叶、麦芽、草莓、木瓜等为原料,按照特殊比例混合配制,各个成分相互作用、相互影响,制得的排毒营养食品具有很好的排毒功效,且不会对人体造成伤害。

实施例1
一种排毒营养食品,由以下原料制成:5重量份金银花、5重量份甜菊叶、5重量份麦芽、15重量份草莓、25重量份木瓜、10重量份绿豆粉、1重量份低聚异麦芽糖、0.3重量份a-氨基酸、0.1重量份果胶。
上述排毒营养食品制备方法,具体为:将金银花、甜菊叶、麦芽干燥后通过粉碎、过筛制成100目粉末状,得植物粉,备用;将草莓、木瓜清洗干净后,切成小块倒入容器中,然后接种其重量2%的枯草芽孢杆菌,密封,在33℃下培养25天,过滤得水果发酵液,冷冻、干燥、粉碎,得水果发酵粉,备用;将上述处理的植物粉、水果发酵粉与其它成分混合,即得排毒营养食品。
实施例2
一种排毒营养食品,由以下原料制成:10重量份金银花、10重量份甜菊叶、10重量份麦芽、20重量份草莓、32.5重量份木瓜、20重量份绿豆粉、2重量份低聚异麦芽糖、0.55重量份a-氨基酸、0.2重量份果胶。
上述排毒营养食品制备方法,具体为:将金银花、甜菊叶、麦芽干燥后通过粉碎、过筛制成100-150目粉末状,得植物粉,备用;将草莓、木瓜清洗干净后,切成小块倒入容器中,然后接种其重量3%的枯草芽孢杆菌,密封,在35℃下培养28天,过滤得水果发酵液,冷冻、干燥、粉碎,得水果发酵粉,备用;将上述处理的植物粉、水果发酵粉与其它成分混合,即得排毒营养食品。
实施例3
一种排毒营养食品,由以下原料制成:15重量份金银花、15重量份甜菊叶、15重量份麦芽、25重量份草莓、40重量份木瓜、30重量份绿豆粉、3重量份低聚异麦芽糖、0.8重量份a-氨基酸、0.3重量份果胶。
上述排毒营养食品制备方法,具体为:将金银花、甜菊叶、麦芽干燥后通过粉碎、过筛制成150目粉末状,得植物粉,备用;将草莓、木瓜清洗干净后,切成小块倒入容器中,然后接种其重量4%的枯草芽孢杆菌,密封,在36℃下培养30天,过滤得水果发酵液,冷冻、干燥、粉碎,得水果发酵粉,备用;将上述处理的植物粉、水果发酵粉与其它成分混合,即得排毒营养食品。

1.一种排毒营养食品,其特征在于由以下原料制成:5-15重量份金银花、5-15重量份甜菊叶、5-15重量份麦芽、15-25重量份草莓、25-40重量份木瓜、10-30重量份绿豆粉、1-3重量份低聚异麦芽糖、0.3-0.8重量份a-氨基酸、0.1-0.3重量份果胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排毒营养食品,其特征在于由以下原料制成:10重量份金银花、10重量份甜菊叶、10重量份麦芽、20重量份草莓、32.5重量份木瓜、20重量份绿豆粉、2重量份低聚异麦芽糖、0.55重量份a-氨基酸、0.2重量份果胶。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的排毒营养食品制备方法,其特征在于具体为:将金银花、甜菊叶、麦芽干燥后通过粉碎、过筛制成100-150目粉末状,得植物粉,备用;将草莓、木瓜清洗干净后,切成小块倒入容器中,然后接种其重量2-4%的枯草芽孢杆菌,密封,在33-36℃下培养25-30天,过滤得水果发酵液,冷冻、干燥、粉碎,得水果发酵粉,备用;将上述处理的植物粉、水果发酵粉与其它成分混合,即得排毒营养食品。
