Description

具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造
技术领域
本发明关于一种具亲水性(hydrophilic)及疏水性(hydrophobic)的两性(amphiphilic)贴片构造,且其为干式胶带或干式无粘剂胶带;特别是关于一种具微细结构(microstructure)的亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造。
背景技术
举例而言,常用贴片构造,如美国专利公开第US-20120121858号的“Hydrophobicfilm,patterned film having hydrophobic and hydrophilic regions,and method forproducing the same”发明专利申请案,其揭示一种超级疏水性薄膜(super-hydrophobicfilm)。该超级疏水性薄膜由聚合物(polymer)制成,且该超级疏水性薄膜具有一细结构表面(surface microstructure)。在该超级疏水性薄膜的细结构表面上同时具有数个疏水性区域(region)及数个亲水性区域。
另一常用绷带构造,如PCT专利第WO-1991008724号的“An improved woundbandage”发明专利,其揭示一种伤口绷带。该伤口绷带具有一疏水性材料,而该疏水性材料用以贴附于伤口上,且该疏水性材料为一微多孔(microporous)疏水性材料。
另一常用贴片构造,如美国专利公开第US-20070102348号的“Method ofproducing a porous membrane and waterproof,highly breathable fabric includingthe membrane”发明专利申请案,其揭示一种多孔防水(porous waterproof)及可呼吸(breathable)织品布料(fabric)。该织品布料选择由一疏水性塑胶膜(PVDF)材料或类似材料制成。
然而,前述第US-20120121858号专利申请案的超级疏水性薄膜、第WO-1991008724号专利的伤口绷带及第US-20070102348号专利申请案的多孔防水及可呼吸织品布料的疏水性塑胶膜材料必然存在进一步改良其结构及制造方法的需求。
前述第US-20120121858号专利申请案、第WO-1991008724号专利及第US-20070102348号专利申请案仅为本发明技术背景的参考及说明目前技术发展状态而已,其并非用以限制本发明的范围。
另外,常用干式胶带在使用上面临的问题包含:1、干式胶带经常由于待粘着物表面湿润而造成水分子破坏胶带与待粘着物表面之间的作用力,因此干式胶带无法粘贴在湿润的待粘着物表面;2、干式胶带不易粘着于凹凸不平的粗糙表面上,由于凹凸不平的粗糙表面减少胶带与待粘着物表面之间的接触面积,因此导致干式胶带的粘着力下降。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其利用一亲水性材料层结合一疏水性材料层,以形成一两性贴片体,而该亲水性材料层结合一疏水性材料层,且该亲水性材料层对应粘贴于一待粘着物表面,以便利用该亲水性材料层吸附该待粘着物表面的水分,且利用该疏水性材料层释放该待粘着物表面的水分,以达成可直接粘贴在湿润的待粘着物表面上或可直接粘贴在凹凸不平的粗糙表面上的目的。
为了达成上述目的,本发明较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造包含:
一两性贴片体,其包含一第一材料层及一第二材料层,且该第一材料层结合于该第二材料层;
一疏水性材料层,其形成于该第一材料层;及
一亲水性材料层,其形成于该第二材料层,而该亲水性材料层对应粘贴于一待粘着物表面,以便利用该亲水性材料层吸附该待粘着物表面的水分,且利用该疏水性材料层释放该待粘着物表面的水分;
其中该疏水性材料层由一疏水性高分子材料制成,而该亲水性材料层由一亲水性高分子材料制成。
为了达成上述目的,本发明另一较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造包含:
一两性贴片体,其包含一第一材料层、一第二材料层及一第三材料层,而该第三材料层具有一第一表面及一第二表面,且该第三材料层的第一表面结合于该第一材料层,且该第三材料层的第二表面结合于该第二材料层;
一疏水性材料层,其形成于该第一材料层;
一亲水性材料层,其形成于该第二材料层,而该亲水性材料层对应粘贴于一待粘着物表面,以便利用该亲水性材料层吸附该待粘着物表面的水分,且利用该疏水性材料层释放该待粘着物表面的水分;及
一交联剂层,其形成于该第三材料层;
其中该疏水性材料层由一疏水性高分子材料制成,而该亲水性材料层由一亲水性高分子材料制成。
本发明较佳实施例的该亲水性高分子材料包含具有亲水性基团的均聚物或共聚物。
本发明较佳实施例的该亲水性基团单体包含:一级胺、二级胺、三级胺、四级铵盐、羟基、羧基、磺酸基、磷酸基、酰胺基、离子性亲水基等单体。
本发明较佳实施例的该疏水性高分子材料包含具有疏水性基团的均聚物或共聚物。

本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供一种具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其利用一亲水性材料层结合一疏水性材料层,以形成一两性贴片体,而该亲水性材料层结合一疏水性材料层,且该亲水性材料层对应粘贴于一待粘着物表面,以便利用该亲水性材料层吸附该待粘着物表面的水分,且利用该疏水性材料层释放该待粘着物表面的水分,因此相对于常用湿式胶带、贴片、保护膜可大幅提升其可重复粘贴的粘着性质、不残胶性质及隔绝水气性质。

为了充分了解本发明,在下文将举例较佳实施例并配合所附图式作详细说明,且其并非用以限定本发明。
本发明较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造适合贴附于各种物件,例如:各种光学玻璃(optical glass)、各种液晶显示面板(LCD panel)、各种太阳能电池元件(solar cell)、各种半导体元件(semiconductor element)、各种半导体晶圆(siliconwafer)、3C产品(3C product)、各种金属配件或钢材产品(metal or steel product)、各种塑胶制品(plastic product)、各种零件(spare part)或其它需贴附保护的物件,但其并非用以限制本发明的应用范围。
另外,本发明较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造适合应用于各种医疗用品、救助病患用品(例如:绷带或伤口贴片)、医美产业(例如:减少皱纹贴片)、医疗复健(例如:外科手术贴片)、医药制品、体育用品(例如:保护贴片)或其相关产业,但其并非用以限制本发明的应用范围。
图1揭示本发明第一较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的侧视示意图。请参照图1所示,本发明第一较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造两性贴片构造包含一两性贴片体(未标示)、一疏水性材料层1及一亲水性材料层2。
请参照图1所示,举例而言,该两性贴片体包含一第一材料层及一第二材料层,且该第一材料层结合于该第二材料层。该疏水性材料层1形成于该第一材料层,且该疏水性材料层1由一疏水性高分子材料制成。相对的,该亲水性材料层2形成于该第二材料层,且该亲水性材料层2由一亲水性高分子材料制成。举例而言,本发明另一较佳实施例的该第一材料层选择以一体化方式结合于该第二材料层。
请参照图1所示,举例而言,在使用上将该亲水性材料层2对应粘贴于一待粘着物表面(未绘示),以便利用该亲水性材料层2吸附该待粘着物表面的水分,且另利用该疏水性材料层1释放该待粘着物表面的水分至外界,以便提升粘贴可靠度。
举例而言,该亲水性高分子材料包含具有亲水性基团的均聚物或共聚物。该亲水性基团单体包含:一级胺、二级胺、三级胺、四级铵盐、羟基、羧基、磺酸基、磷酸基、酰胺基、离子性亲水基等单体。该疏水性高分子材料包含具有疏水性基团的均聚物或共聚物。该具疏水性基团单体包含:长碳链、环碳链、氟碳链、苯环等单体。
图1A揭示本发明第一较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的疏水性材料层进行水接触角测试的影像示意图。请参照第1及1A图所示,举例而言,在该疏水性材料层1上一水滴与一疏水性材料表面之间可形成一夹角,且该夹角的初始角度达87°。
图1B揭示本发明第一较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的亲水性材料层进行水接触角测试的影像示意图。请参照第1及1B图所示,举例而言,在该亲水性材料层2上一水滴与一亲水性材料表面之间可形成一夹角,而该夹角的初始角度仅达61°,且在一预定时间后该水滴吸收于该亲水性材料表面而发生膨胀。
图2揭示本发明第二较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的侧视示意图。请参照图2所示,相对于第一较佳实施例,本发明第二较佳实施例的该疏水性材料层1包含数个第一通气孔10,且该第一通气孔10排列设置于该疏水性材料层上,以便经由该第一通气孔10加速释放该待粘着物表面的水分至外界。
图3揭示本发明第三较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的侧视示意图。请参照图3所示,本发明第三较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造两性贴片构造包含一两性贴片体(未标示)、一疏水性材料层1、一亲水性材料层2及一交联剂层3。
请再参照图3所示,举例而言,该两性贴片体包含一第一材料层、一第二材料层及一第三材料层,而该第三材料层具有一第一表面及一第二表面,且该第三材料层的第一表面结合于该第一材料层,且该第三材料层的第二表面结合于该第二材料层。该疏水性材料层1形成于该第一材料层,且该疏水性材料层1由一疏水性高分子材料制成。相对的,该亲水性材料层2形成于该第二材料层,且该亲水性材料层2由一亲水性高分子材料制成。
请再参照图3所示,举例而言,该交联剂层3形成于该第三材料层,且该交联剂层选择一光交联材料(光架桥材料)、一热交联材料(热架桥材料)、一双官能基材料或一多官能基材料。
请再参照图3所示,举例而言,在使用上将该亲水性材料层2对应粘贴于一待粘着物表面(未绘示),以便利用该亲水性材料层2吸附该待粘着物表面的水分,且另利用该疏水性材料层1释放该待粘着物表面的水分至外界,以便提升粘贴可靠度。
图4揭示本发明第四较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的侧视示意图。请参照图4所示,相对于第一较佳实施例,本发明第四较佳实施例的该亲水性材料层2包含数个第二通气孔20,且该第二通气孔20排列设置于该亲水性材料层2上,以便经由该第二通气孔20加速释放该待粘着物表面的水分至外界。另外,该疏水性材料层1包含数个第一微细结构11,且该微细结构11排列设置于该疏水性材料层1的一表面上。
图5揭示本发明第五较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的侧视示意图。请参照图5所示,相对于第三较佳实施例,本发明第五较佳实施例的该疏水性材料层1选择另包含数个第一微细结构11,且该微细结构11排列设置于该疏水性材料层1的一表面上。
图6揭示本发明第六较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的侧视示意图。请参照图6所示,相对于第一较佳实施例,本发明第六较佳实施例的该亲水性材料层2包含数个第二微细结构21,且该微细结构21排列设置于该亲水性材料层2的一表面上。
图7揭示本发明第七较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的侧视示意图。请参照图7所示,相对于第一较佳实施例,本发明第七较佳实施例的该疏水性材料层1包含数个第一微细结构11,且该微细结构11排列设置于该疏水性材料层1的一表面上;同样的,该亲水性材料层2包含数个第二微细结构21,且该微细结构21排列设置于该亲水性材料层2的一表面上。另外,该疏水性材料层1包含数个第一通气孔10,而该第一通气孔10排列设置于该疏水性材料层上,且该第一通气孔10位于该第一微细结构11内;同样的,该亲水性材料层2亦包含数个第二通气孔20,而该第二通气孔20排列设置于该亲水性材料层2上,且该第二通气孔20位于该第二微细结构21内,且该第一通气孔10对应排列于第二通气孔20,以增益通气效率。
图7A揭示本发明第七较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的疏水性材料层进行水接触角测试的影像示意图。请参照第7及7A图所示,举例而言,在该疏水性材料层1的第一微细结构11上一水滴与一微细结构表面之间可形成一夹角,且该夹角的初始角度达104°。
图7B揭示本发明第七较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的亲水性材料层进行水接触角测试的影像示意图。请参照第7及7B图所示,举例而言,在该亲水性材料层2的第二微细结构21上一水滴与一微细结构表面之间可形成一夹角,而该夹角的初始角度亦可达103°,但在一预定时间后该水滴吸收于该亲水性材料表面而发生膨胀。
图8揭示本发明第八较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造的侧视示意图。请参照图8所示,相对于第三较佳实施例,本发明第八较佳实施例的该疏水性材料层1包含数个第一微细结构11,且该微细结构11排列设置于该疏水性材料层1的一表面上;同样的,该亲水性材料层2包含数个第二微细结构21,且该微细结构21排列设置于该亲水性材料层2的一表面上。
图9(a)至图9(g)揭示本发明较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造采用各种胺类单体材料的化学结构示意图。请参照图9(a)至图9(g)所示,该第一单体材料及第二单体材料选自一级胺、二级胺、三级胺、四级胺、带正电单体或其任意组合物。
图10揭示本发明较佳实施例的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造采用具疏水性基团的单体材料的化学结构示意图。请参照图10所示,该第一单体材料选自含长碳链的单体、二丙二醇甲醚丙烯酸酯、丙二醇甲醚丙烯酸酯、其同分异构物或其任意组合物。该具疏水基体的单体为具各种长度碳链的柔软醚基压克力化合物,且该碳链的碳数为1至12个。
从上述实施例可以看出,本发明提供一种具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其利用一亲水性材料层结合一疏水性材料层,以形成一两性贴片体,而该亲水性材料层结合一疏水性材料层,且该亲水性材料层对应粘贴于一待粘着物表面,以便利用该亲水性材料层吸附该待粘着物表面的水分,且利用该疏水性材料层释放该待粘着物表面的水分,因此相对于常用湿式胶带、贴片、保护膜可大幅提升其可重复粘贴的粘着性质、不残胶性质及隔绝水气性质。另外,本发明的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造相对于常用干式胶带可直接粘贴在湿润的待粘着物表面上或可直接粘贴在凹凸不平的粗糙表面上。
前述较佳实施例仅举例说明本发明及其技术特征,该实施例的技术仍可适当进行各种实质等效修饰及/或替换方式予以实施;因此,本发明的权利范围须视所附权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其特征在于,包含:
一两性贴片体,其包含一第一材料层及一第二材料层,且该第一材料层结合于该第二材料层;
一疏水性材料层,其形成于该第一材料层;及
一亲水性材料层,其形成于该第二材料层,而该亲水性材料层对应粘贴于一待粘着物表面,以便利用该亲水性材料层吸附该待粘着物表面的水分,且利用该疏水性材料层释放该待粘着物表面的水分;
其中该疏水性材料层由一疏水性高分子材料制成,而该亲水性材料层由一亲水性高分子材料制成。
2.一种具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其特征在于,包含:
一两性贴片体,其包含一第一材料层、一第二材料层及一第三材料层,而该第三材料层具有一第一表面及一第二表面,且该第三材料层的第一表面结合于该第一材料层,且该第三材料层的第二表面结合于该第二材料层;
一疏水性材料层,其形成于该第一材料层;
一亲水性材料层,其形成于该第二材料层,而该亲水性材料层对应粘贴于一待粘着物表面,以便利用该亲水性材料层吸附该待粘着物表面的水分,且利用该疏水性材料层释放该待粘着物表面的水分;及
一交联剂层,其形成于该第三材料层;
其中该疏水性材料层由一疏水性高分子材料制成,而该亲水性材料层由一亲水性高分子材料制成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其特征在于,该亲水性高分子材料包含具有亲水性基团的均聚物或共聚物。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其特征在于,该亲水性基团单体包含:一级胺、二级胺、三级胺、四级铵盐、羟基、羧基、磺酸基、磷酸基、酰胺基、离子性亲水基等单体。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其特征在于,该疏水性高分子材料包含具有疏水性基团的均聚物或共聚物。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其特征在于,该疏水性基团单体包含:长碳链、环碳链、氟碳链、苯环等单体。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其特征在于,该疏水性材料层包含数个第一通气孔,且该第一通气孔排列设置于该疏水性材料层上。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其特征在于,该亲水性材料层包含数个第二通气孔,且该第二通气孔排列设置于该亲水性材料层上。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其特征在于,该疏水性材料层包含数个第一通气孔,且该第一通气孔排列设置于该疏水性材料层上,而该亲水性材料层包含数个第二通气孔,且该第二通气孔排列设置于该亲水性材料层上,且该第一通气孔对应排列于第二通气孔,以增益通气效率。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的具亲水性及疏水性的两性贴片构造,其特征在于,该疏水性材料层包含数个第一微细结构,且该微细结构排列设置于该疏水性材料层的一表面上;或,该亲水性材料层包含数个第二微细结构,且该微细结构排列设置于该亲水性材料层的一表面上。
