Abstract

一種兩性貼片構造包含一兩性貼片體、一疏水性材料層及一親水性材料層。該兩性貼片體包含一第一材料層及一第二材料層,且該第一材料層結合於該第二材料層。該疏水性材料層形成於該第一材料層,且該疏水性材料層由一疏水性高分子材料製成。該親水性材料層形成於該第二材料層,且該親水性材料層由一親水性高分子材料製成。該親水性材料層對應黏貼於一待黏著物表面,以便利用該親水性材料層吸附該待黏著物表面之水分,且利用該疏水性材料層釋放該待黏著物表面之水分。

Description

具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造
本發明係關於一種具親水性〔hydrophilic〕及疏水性〔hydrophobic〕之兩性〔amphiphilic〕貼片構造,且其為乾式膠帶或乾式無黏劑膠帶;特別是關於一種具微細結構〔microstructure〕之親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造。
舉例而言,習用貼片構造,如美國專利公開第US-20120121858號之〝Hydrophobic film,patterned film having hydrophobic and hydrophilic regions,and method for producing the same〞發明專利申請案,其揭示一種超級疏水性薄膜〔super-hydrophobic film〕。該超級疏水性薄膜由聚合物〔polymer〕製成,且該超級疏水性薄膜具有一細結構表面〔surface microstructure〕。在該超級疏水性薄膜之細結構表面上同時具有數個疏水性區域〔region〕及數個親水性區域。
另一習用繃帶構造,如PCT專利第WO-1991008724號之〝An improved wound bandage〞發明專利,其揭示一種傷口繃帶。該傷口繃帶具有一疏水性材料,而該疏水性材料用以貼附於傷口上,且該疏水性材料為一微多孔〔microporous〕疏水性材料。
另一習用貼片構造,如美國專利公開第US-20070102348號之〝Method of producing a porous membrane and waterproof,highly breathable fabric including the membrane〞發明專利申請案,其揭示一種多孔防水〔porous waterproof〕及可呼吸〔breathable〕織品布料〔fabric〕。該織品布料選擇由一疏水性塑膠膜〔PVDF〕材料或類似材料製成。
然而,前述第US-20120121858號專利申請案之超級疏水性薄膜、第WO-1991008724號專利之傷口繃帶及第US-20070102348號專利申請案之多孔防水及可呼吸織品布料之疏水性塑膠膜材料必然存在進一步改良其結構及製造方法之需求。
前述第US-20120121858號專利申請案、第WO-1991008724號專利及第US-20070102348號專利申請案僅為本發明技術背景之參考及說明目前技術發展狀態而已,其並非用以限制本發明之範圍。
另外,習用乾式膠帶在使用上面臨的問題包含:1、乾式膠帶經常由於待黏著物表面濕潤而造成水分子破壞膠帶與待黏著物表面之間的作用力,因此乾式膠帶無法黏貼在濕潤的待黏著物表面;2、乾式膠帶不易黏著於凹凸不平的粗糙表面上,由於凹凸不平的粗糙表面減少膠帶與待黏著物表面之間的接觸面積,因此導致乾式膠帶的黏著力下降。
有鑑於此,本發明為了滿足上述技術問題及需求,其提供一種具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其利用一親水性材料層結合一疏水性材料層,以形成一兩性貼片體,而該親水性材料層結合一疏水性材料層,且該親水性材料層對應黏貼於一待黏著物表面,以便利用該親水性材料層吸附該待黏著物表面之水分,且利用該疏水性材料層釋放該待黏著物表面之水分,因此相對於習用濕式膠帶、貼片、保護膜可大幅提升其可重複黏貼之黏著性質、不殘膠性質及隔絕水氣性質。另外,本發明之具親水性及 疏水性之兩性貼片構造相對於習用乾式膠帶可直接黏貼在濕潤的待黏著物表面上或可直接黏貼在凹凸不平的粗糙表面上。
本發明之主要目的係提供一種具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其利用一親水性材料層結合一疏水性材料層,以形成一兩性貼片體,而該親水性材料層結合一疏水性材料層,且該親水性材料層對應黏貼於一待黏著物表面,以便利用該親水性材料層吸附該待黏著物表面之水分,且利用該疏水性材料層釋放該待黏著物表面之水分,以達成可直接黏貼在濕潤的待黏著物表面上或可直接黏貼在凹凸不平的粗糙表面上之目的。
為了達成上述目的,本發明較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造包含:一兩性貼片體,其包含一第一材料層及一第二材料層,且該第一材料層結合於該第二材料層;一疏水性材料層,其形成於該第一材料層;及一親水性材料層,其形成於該第二材料層,而該親水性材料層對應黏貼於一待黏著物表面,以便利用該親水性材料層吸附該待黏著物表面之水分,且利用該疏水性材料層釋放該待黏著物表面之水分;其中該疏水性材料層由一疏水性高分子材料製成,而該親水性材料層由一親水性高分子材料製成。
為了達成上述目的,本發明另一較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造包含:一兩性貼片體,其包含一第一材料層、一第二材料層及一第三材料層,而該第三材料層具有一第一表面及一第二表面,且該第三材料層之第一表面結合於該第一材料層,且該第三材料層之第二表面結合於該第二材料層; 一疏水性材料層,其形成於該第一材料層;一親水性材料層,其形成於該第二材料層,而該親水性材料層對應黏貼於一待黏著物表面,以便利用該親水性材料層吸附該待黏著物表面之水分,且利用該疏水性材料層釋放該待黏著物表面之水分;及一交聯劑層,其形成於該第三材料層;其中該疏水性材料層由一疏水性高分子材料製成,而該親水性材料層由一親水性高分子材料製成。
本發明較佳實施例之該親水性高分子材料包含具有親水性基團的均聚物或共聚物。
本發明較佳實施例之該親水性基團單體包含:一級胺、二級胺、三級胺、四級銨鹽、羥基、羧基、磺酸基、磷酸基、醯胺基、離子性親水基等單體。
本發明較佳實施例之該疏水性高分子材料包含具有疏水性基團的均聚物或共聚物。
本發明較佳實施例之該具疏水性基團單體包含:長碳鏈、環碳鏈、氟碳鏈、苯環等單體。
本發明較佳實施例之該疏水性材料層包含數個第一通氣孔,且該第一通氣孔排列設置於該疏水性材料層上。
本發明較佳實施例之該親水性材料層包含數個第二通氣孔,且該第二通氣孔排列設置於該親水性材料層上。
本發明較佳實施例之該第一通氣孔對應排列於第二通氣孔,以增益通氣效率。
本發明較佳實施例之該疏水性材料層包含數個第一微細結構,且該微細結構排列設置於該疏水性材料層之一表面上。

為了充分瞭解本發明,於下文將舉例較佳實施例並配合所附圖式作詳細說明,且其並非用以限定本發明。
本發明較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造適合貼附於各種物件,例如:各種光學玻璃〔optical glass〕、各種液晶顯示面板〔LCD panel〕、各種太陽能電池元件〔solar cell〕、各種半導體元件〔semiconductor element〕、各種半導體晶圓〔silicon wafer〕、3C產品〔3C product〕、各種金屬配件或鋼材產品〔metal or steel product〕、各種塑膠製品〔plastic product〕、各種零件〔spare part〕或其它需貼附保護的物件,但其並非用以限制本發明之應用範圍。
另外,本發明較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造適合應用於各種醫療用品、救助病患用品〔例如:繃帶或傷口貼片〕、醫美產業〔例如:減少皺紋貼片〕、醫療復健〔例如:外科手術貼片〕、醫藥製品、體育用品〔例如:保護貼片〕或其相關產業,但其並非用以限制本發明之應用範圍。
第1圖揭示本發明第一較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之側視示意圖。請參照第1圖所 示,本發明第一較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造兩性貼片構造包含一兩性貼片體〔未標示〕、一疏水性材料層1及一親水性材料層2。
請參照第1圖所示,舉例而言,該兩性貼片體包含一第一材料層及一第二材料層,且該第一材料層結合於該第二材料層。該疏水性材料層1形成於該第一材料層,且該疏水性材料層1由一疏水性高分子材料製成。相對的,該親水性材料層2形成於該第二材料層,且該親水性材料層2由一親水性高分子材料製成。舉例而言,本發明另一較佳實施例之該第一材料層選擇以一體化方式結合於該第二材料層。
請參照第1圖所示,舉例而言,在使用上將該親水性材料層2對應黏貼於一待黏著物表面〔未繪示〕,以便利用該親水性材料層2吸附該待黏著物表面之水分,且另利用該疏水性材料層1釋放該待黏著物表面之水分至外界,以便提升黏貼可靠度。
舉例而言,該親水性高分子材料包含具有親水性基團的均聚物或共聚物。該親水性基團單體包含:一級胺、二級胺、三級胺、四級銨鹽、羥基、羧基、磺酸基、磷酸基、醯胺基、離子性親水基等單體。該疏水性高分子材料包含具有疏水性基團的均聚物或共聚物。該具疏水性基團單體包含:長碳鏈、環碳鏈、氟碳鏈、苯環等單體。
第1A圖揭示本發明第一較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之疏水性材料層進行水接觸角測試之影像示意圖。請參照第1及1A圖所示,舉例而言,在該疏水性材料層1上一水滴與一疏水性材料表面之間可形成一夾角,且該夾角之初始角度達87°。
第1B圖揭示本發明第一較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之親水性材料層進行水接觸角 測試之影像示意圖。請參照第1及1B圖所示,舉例而言,在該親水性材料層2上一水滴與一親水性材料表面之間可形成一夾角,而該夾角之初始角度僅達61°,且在一預定時間後該水滴吸收於該親水性材料表面而發生膨脹。
第2圖揭示本發明第二較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之側視示意圖。請參照第2圖所示,相對於第一較佳實施例,本發明第二較佳實施例之該疏水性材料層1包含數個第一通氣孔10,且該第一通氣孔10排列設置於該疏水性材料層上,以便經由該第一通氣孔10加速釋放該待黏著物表面之水分至外界。
第3圖揭示本發明第三較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之側視示意圖。請參照第3圖所示,本發明第三較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造兩性貼片構造包含一兩性貼片體〔未標示〕、一疏水性材料層1、一親水性材料層2及一交聯劑層3。
請再參照第3圖所示,舉例而言,該兩性貼片體包含一第一材料層、一第二材料層及一第三材料層,而該第三材料層具有一第一表面及一第二表面,且該第三材料層之第一表面結合於該第一材料層,且該第三材料層之第二表面結合於該第二材料層。該疏水性材料層1形成於該第一材料層,且該疏水性材料層1由一疏水性高分子材料製成。相對的,該親水性材料層2形成於該第二材料層,且該親水性材料層2由一親水性高分子材料製成。
請再參照第3圖所示,舉例而言,該交聯劑層3形成於該第三材料層,且該交聯劑層選擇一光交聯材料〔光架橋材料〕、一熱交聯材料〔熱架橋材料〕、一雙官能基材料或一多官能基材料。
請再參照第3圖所示,舉例而言,在使用上將該親水性材料層2對應黏貼於一待黏著物表面〔未繪 示〕,以便利用該親水性材料層2吸附該待黏著物表面之水分,且另利用該疏水性材料層1釋放該待黏著物表面之水分至外界,以便提升黏貼可靠度。
第4圖揭示本發明第四較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之側視示意圖。請參照第4圖所示,相對於第一較佳實施例,本發明第四較佳實施例之該親水性材料層2包含數個第二通氣孔20,且該第二通氣孔20排列設置於該親水性材料層2上,以便經由該第二通氣孔20加速釋放該待黏著物表面之水分至外界。另外,該疏水性材料層1包含數個第一微細結構11,且該微細結構11排列設置於該疏水性材料層1之一表面上。
第5圖揭示本發明第五較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之側視示意圖。請參照第5圖所示,相對於第三較佳實施例,本發明第五較佳實施例之該疏水性材料層1選擇另包含數個第一微細結構11,且該微細結構11排列設置於該疏水性材料層1之一表面上。
第6圖揭示本發明第六較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之側視示意圖。請參照第6圖所示,相對於第一較佳實施例,本發明第六較佳實施例之該親水性材料層2包含數個第二微細結構21,且該微細結構21排列設置於該親水性材料層2之一表面上。
第7圖揭示本發明第七較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之側視示意圖。請參照第7圖所示,相對於第一較佳實施例,本發明第七較佳實施例之該疏水性材料層1包含數個第一微細結構11,且該微細結構11排列設置於該疏水性材料層1之一表面上;同樣的,該親水性材料層2包含數個第二微細結構21,且該微細結構21排列設置於該親水性材料層2之一表面上。另外,該疏水性材料層1包含數個第一通氣孔10,而該第一通氣孔10 排列設置於該疏水性材料層上,且該第一通氣孔10位於該第一微細結構11內;同樣的,該親水性材料層2亦包含數個第二通氣孔20,而該第二通氣孔20排列設置於該親水性材料層2上,且該第二通氣孔20位於該第二微細結構21內,且該第一通氣孔10對應排列於第二通氣孔20,以增益通氣效率。
第7A圖揭示本發明第七較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之疏水性材料層進行水接觸角測試之影像示意圖。請參照第7及7A圖所示,舉例而言,在該疏水性材料層1之第一微細結構11上一水滴與一微細結構表面之間可形成一夾角,且該夾角之初始角度達104°。
第7B圖揭示本發明第七較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之親水性材料層進行水接觸角測試之影像示意圖。請參照第7及7B圖所示,舉例而言,在該親水性材料層2之第二微細結構21上一水滴與一微細結構表面之間可形成一夾角,而該夾角之初始角度亦可達103°,但在一預定時間後該水滴吸收於該親水性材料表面而發生膨脹。
第8圖揭示本發明第八較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造之側視示意圖。請參照第8圖所示,相對於第三較佳實施例,本發明第八較佳實施例之該疏水性材料層1包含數個第一微細結構11,且該微細結構11排列設置於該疏水性材料層1之一表面上;同樣的,該親水性材料層2包含數個第二微細結構21,且該微細結構21排列設置於該親水性材料層2之一表面上。
第9(a)至9(g)圖揭示本發明較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造採用各種胺類單體材料之化學結構示意圖。請參照第9(a)至9(g)圖所示,該第一單體材料及第二單體材料選自一級胺、二級胺、三級胺、四級 胺、帶正電單體或其任意組合物。
第10圖揭示本發明較佳實施例之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造採用具疏水性基團之單體材料之化學結構示意圖。請參照第10圖所示,該第一單體材料選自含長碳鏈之單體、二丙二醇甲醚丙烯酸酯、丙二醇甲醚丙烯酸酯、其同分異構物或其任意組合物。該具疏水基體之單體為具各種長度碳鏈之柔軟醚基壓克力化合物,且該碳鏈之碳數為1至12個。
前述較佳實施例僅舉例說明本發明及其技術特徵,該實施例之技術仍可適當進行各種實質等效修飾及/或替換方式予以實施;因此,本發明之權利範圍須視後附申請專利範圍所界定之範圍為準。本案著作權限制使用於中華民國專利申請用途。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其包含:一兩性貼片體,其包含一第一材料層及一第二材料層,且該第一材料層結合於該第二材料層;一疏水性材料層,其形成於該第一材料層;及一親水性材料層,其形成於該第二材料層,而該親水性材料層對應黏貼於一待黏著物表面,以便利用該親水性材料層吸附該待黏著物表面之水分,且利用該疏水性材料層釋放該待黏著物表面之水分;其中該疏水性材料層由一疏水性高分子材料製成,而該親水性材料層由一親水性高分子材料製成。
  2. 一種具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其包含:一兩性貼片體,其包含一第一材料層、一第二材料層及一第三材料層,而該第三材料層具有一第一表面及一第二表面,且該第三材料層之第一表面結合於該第一材料層,且該第三材料層之第二表面結合於該第二材料層;一疏水性材料層,其形成於該第一材料層;一親水性材料層,其形成於該第二材料層,而該親水性材料層對應黏貼於一待黏著物表面,以便利用該親水性材料層吸附該待黏著物表面之水分,且利用該疏水性材料層釋放該待黏著物表面之水分;及一交聯劑層,其形成於該第三材料層;其中該疏水性材料層由一疏水性高分子材料製成,而該親水性材料層由一親水性高分子材料製成。
  3. 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其中該親水性高分子材料包含具有親水性基團的均聚物或共聚物。
  4. 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其中該親水性基團單體包含:一級胺、二級胺、三級胺、四級銨鹽、羥基、羧基、磺酸基、磷酸 基、醯胺基、離子性親水基等單體。
  5. 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其中該疏水性高分子材料包含具有疏水性基團的均聚物或共聚物。
  6. 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其中該具疏水性基團單體包含:長碳鏈、環碳鏈、氟碳鏈、苯環等單體。
  7. 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其中該疏水性材料層包含數個第一通氣孔,且該第一通氣孔排列設置於該疏水性材料層上。
  8. 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其中該親水性材料層包含數個第二通氣孔,且該第二通氣孔排列設置於該親水性材料層上。
  9. 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其中該疏水性材料層包含數個第一通氣孔,且該第一通氣孔排列設置於該疏水性材料層上,而該親水性材料層包含數個第二通氣孔,且該第二通氣孔排列設置於該親水性材料層上,且該第一通氣孔對應排列於第二通氣孔,以增益通氣效率。
  10. 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之具親水性及疏水性之兩性貼片構造,其中該疏水性材料層包含數個第一微細結構,且該微細結構排列設置於該疏水性材料層之一表面上;或,該親水性材料層包含數個第二微細結構,且該微細結構排列設置於該親水性材料層之一表面上。
