一种帮助术后恢复的营养面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按配方原料的重量比称取所有原料;
S2:将鹅肝和猪肝洗净后晾干表面水分,放入冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥完毕后取出研磨制粉,并将鹅肝冻干粉和猪肝冻干粉混合,得混合冻干粉A;

S1:按配方原料的重量比称取所有原料;
S2:将鹅肝和猪肝洗净后晾干表面水分,放入冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥完毕后取出研磨制粉,并将鹅肝冻干粉和猪肝冻干粉混合,得混合冻干粉A;
S3:将猪蹄洗净后剔骨,得猪蹄肉;将虹鳟鱼洗净后去除鱼刺,得虹鳟鱼肉;
S4:将牛肉、乳鸽肉、猪蹄肉、虹鳟鱼肉、生姜、黄芪、当归、三七、丹参和人参倒入锅中大火煮沸10分钟,随后再文火慢炖50分钟,将生姜去除,过滤得到牛肉、乳鸽肉、猪蹄肉和虹鳟鱼肉,并得到药汤B;
S5:将牛肉、乳鸽肉、猪蹄肉和虹鳟鱼肉放置在通风处冷却并晾干,将晾干后的牛肉、乳鸽肉、猪蹄肉和虹鳟鱼肉放入冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥完毕后取出研磨制粉,得牛肉、乳鸽肉、猪蹄肉和虹鳟鱼肉的混合冻干粉C;
S6:将白菜、菠菜、西红柿、苦瓜、海带、胡萝卜、蚕豆、核桃、花生、黄豆、黑豆和木耳洗净后晾干,放入冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后研磨制粉,并将白菜、菠菜、西红柿、苦瓜、海带、胡萝卜、蚕豆、核桃、花生、黄豆、黑豆和木耳的冻干粉混合,得到蔬菜混合冻干粉D;
S7:将柚子、柑橘和甘蔗均榨汁,并将榨出的汁混合,并倒入蜂蜜和牛奶,得混合汁E;
S8:将盐倒入适量的水中得盐水,盐水水温为35℃,将盐水倒入小麦粉中,利用和面机混合10分钟,随后向和面机中倒入混合冻干粉A、混合冻干粉C、蔬菜混合冻干粉D,在倒入各混合粉的同时和面机继续和面;
S9:当混合冻干粉A、混合冻干粉C和蔬菜混合冻干粉D添加完毕后,再倒入药汤B和混合汁E,并利用和面机充分混合,得营养面团;
S10:按加工面条的常规方法将营养面团加工成营养面条。

一种帮助术后恢复的营养面条的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:按配方原料的重量比称取所有原料;
S2:将鹅肝和猪肝洗净后晾干表面水分,放入冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥完毕后取出研磨制粉,并将鹅肝冻干粉和猪肝冻干粉混合,得混合冻干粉A;
S3:将猪蹄洗净后剔骨,得猪蹄肉;将虹鳟鱼洗净后去除鱼刺,得虹鳟鱼肉;

S6:将白菜、菠菜、西红柿、苦瓜、海带、胡萝卜、蚕豆、核桃、花生、黄豆、黑豆和木耳洗净后晾干,放入冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后研磨制粉,并将白菜、菠菜、西红柿、苦瓜、海带、胡萝卜、蚕豆、核桃、花生、黄豆、黑豆和木耳的冻干粉混合,得到蔬菜混合冻干粉D;

1.一种帮助术后恢复的营养面条,其特征在于,包括下列原料组分,各组分的重量配比为:小麦粉200、盐3-7、鹅肝5-12、牛肉20-40、乳鸽肉25-45、猪肝10-13、猪蹄10-15、虹鳟鱼15-25、生姜5-10、白菜20-25、菠菜15-25、西红柿10-20、苦瓜8-12、海带10-15、胡萝卜10-15、蚕豆10-15、核桃5-10、花生15-20、木耳12-18、柚子12-30、柑橘12-20、甘蔗15-20、蜂蜜10-15、牛奶10-20、黄芪15、当归3、三七7、丹参15、人参21。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种帮助术后恢复的营养面条,其特征在于,包括下列原料组分,各组分的重量配比为:小麦粉200、盐5、鹅肝8、牛肉30、乳鸽肉35、猪肝11、猪蹄13、虹鳟鱼20、生姜8、白菜22、菠菜20、西红柿15、苦瓜10、海带12、胡萝卜12、蚕豆12、核桃8、花生18、木耳15、柚子25、柑橘16、甘蔗17、蜂蜜12、牛奶15、黄芪15、当归3、三七7、丹参15、人参21。
3.一种帮助术后恢复的营养面条的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:按配方原料的重量比称取所有原料;
S2:将鹅肝和猪肝洗净后晾干表面水分,放入冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥完毕后取出研磨制粉,并将鹅肝冻干粉和猪肝冻干粉混合,得混合冻干粉A;
S3:将猪蹄洗净后剔骨,得猪蹄肉;将虹鳟鱼洗净后去除鱼刺,得虹鳟鱼肉;
S4:将牛肉、乳鸽肉、猪蹄肉、虹鳟鱼肉、生姜、黄芪、当归、三七、丹参和人参倒入锅中大火煮沸10-20分钟,随后再文火慢炖50-70分钟,将生姜去除,过滤得到牛肉、乳鸽肉、猪蹄肉和虹鳟鱼肉,并得到药汤B;
S5:将牛肉、乳鸽肉、猪蹄肉和虹鳟鱼肉放置在通风处冷却并晾干,将晾干后的牛肉、乳鸽肉、猪蹄肉和虹鳟鱼肉放入冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥完毕后取出研磨制粉,得牛肉、乳鸽肉、猪蹄肉和虹鳟鱼肉的混合冻干粉C;
S6:将白菜、菠菜、西红柿、苦瓜、海带、胡萝卜、蚕豆、核桃、花生、黄豆、黑豆和木耳洗净后晾干,放入冷冻干燥机中进行冷冻干燥,冷冻干燥后研磨制粉,并将白菜、菠菜、西红柿、苦瓜、海带、胡萝卜、蚕豆、核桃、花生、黄豆、黑豆和木耳的冻干粉混合,得到蔬菜混合冻干粉D;
S7:将柚子、柑橘和甘蔗均榨汁,并将榨出的汁混合,并倒入蜂蜜和牛奶,得混合汁E;
