Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐压垫,包括:耐压层、支撑层、两第一耐高温层、两第二耐高温层和两保护层,所述耐压层内嵌入设置有所述支撑层,所述耐压层上下两面均设置有所述第一耐高温层,所述第一耐高温层背向所述耐压层一侧设置有所述保护层,所述保护层背向所述第一耐高温层设置有所述第二耐高温层。上述一种耐压垫,不产生杂质碎屑,环保耐用能够承受更高温度,同时具有防潮优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及电路板印刷压合缓冲技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐压垫。
背景技术
在传统制造印刷电路板的过程中,压合作业时必须在基板压合面放置牛皮纸作为缓冲材料,在机器人快速替代人工的情况下,机械手难以抓取牛皮纸,同时牛皮纸的主要原材料为树木,在国家大力倡导节能减排的时代背景下,牛皮纸制造行业已经被逐渐边缘化,同时牛皮纸在印刷电路板压合作业的过程中容易掉落碎屑,严重影响印刷电路板的产品质量,甚至导致产品报废。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对牛皮纸在使用的过程中容易掉落碎屑的问题,提供一种耐压垫,不产生杂质碎屑,环保耐用能够承受更高温度,同时具有防潮优点。
一种耐压垫,包括:耐压层、支撑层、两第一耐高温层、两第二耐高温层和两保护层;
所述耐压层内嵌入设置有所述支撑层,所述耐压层上下两面均设置有所述第一耐高温层,所述第一耐高温层背向所述耐压层一侧设置有所述保护层,所述保护层背向所述第一耐高温层设置有所述第二耐高温层。
在其中一实施例中,所述耐压层为硅胶。
在其中一实施例中,所述支撑层具有锯齿形结构。
在其中一实施例中,所述支撑层为玻璃纤维。
在其中一实施例中,所述第一耐高温层为纤维毡。
在其中一实施例中,所述第一耐高温层厚度为1.0-3.0mm。
上述一种耐压垫,通过支撑层嵌入于耐压层中,支撑层能够支撑耐压层结构,通过第一耐高温层能够隔绝热量,便于该耐压垫承受一定高温,通过保护层能够增加该新型复合垫的耐磨性。该耐压垫,不产生杂质碎屑,环保耐用能够承受更高温度,同时具有防潮优点。

如图1所示,一种耐压垫,包括:耐压层110、支撑层120、两第一耐高温层130、两第二耐高温层140和两保护层150。
耐压层110内嵌入设置有支撑层120,例如支撑层120放置于耐压层110内,耐压层110热塑成型,冷却后支撑层120嵌入于耐压层110。耐压层110用于承受印刷电路板时的压力,支撑层120能够作为耐压层110的骨架,支撑该耐压垫的整体结构。耐压层110上下两面均设置有第一耐高温层130,第一耐高温层130远离耐压层110一侧设置有保护层150,例如第一耐高温层130远离耐压层110一侧通过高温胶水将保护层150粘贴于第一耐高温层130上,保护层150为芳纶布,芳纶布具有出色的耐磨性,保护层150背向第一耐高温层130设置有第二耐高温层140,第二耐高温层140用于防止在生产作业时保护层150上的图案压印在产品上。上述一种耐压垫,不产生杂质碎屑,环保耐用能够承受更高温度,同时具有防潮优点。
在其中一实施例中,耐压层110为硅胶,硅胶具有良好的弹性和耐压性,能够有效缓冲印刷电路板形成的压力。
在其中一实施例中,支撑层120具有锯齿形结构,锯齿形结构能够保证支撑层120更够承受较大范围变形而不折断。
在其中一实施例中,支撑层120为玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维能够有效增加该新型复合垫的结构强度。
在其中一实施例中,第一耐高温层130为纤维毡,纤维毡通过耐高温液体浸泡,能够承受280℃-300℃温度。
在其中一实施例中,第一耐高温层130厚度为1.0-3.0mm,优选2.0mm。

1.一种耐压垫,其特征在于,包括:耐压层、支撑层、两第一耐高温层、两第二耐高温层和两保护层;
所述耐压层内嵌入设置有所述支撑层,所述耐压层上下两面均设置有所述第一耐高温层,所述第一耐高温层背向所述耐压层一侧设置有所述保护层,所述保护层背向所述第一耐高温层设置有所述第二耐高温层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压垫,其特征在于,所述耐压层为硅胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压垫,其特征在于,所述支撑层具有锯齿形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压垫,其特征在于,所述支撑层为玻璃纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压垫,其特征在于,所述第一耐高温层为纤维毡。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐压垫,其特征在于,所述第一耐高温层厚度为1.0-3.0mm。
