Abstract

本发明涉及制动系统,具体是一种具有仿生结构的方程式赛车制动系统。本发明解决了现有制动系统制动效能较差、使用寿命较短的问题。一种具有仿生结构的方程式赛车制动系统,包括制动盘、四活塞卡钳、导向螺栓、两个摩擦块、复位弹簧;其中,制动盘固定装配于与赛车轮毂相连的轮芯上;四活塞卡钳固定装配于与赛车悬架相连的立柱上;四活塞卡钳的钳口前壁中部开设有螺纹通孔;四活塞卡钳的钳口后壁中部开设有孔口朝前的螺纹凹孔;导向螺栓贯穿螺纹通孔,且导向螺栓的尾端旋拧于螺纹凹孔内;两个摩擦块分别通过两个装配通孔滑动装配于导向螺栓上;两个摩擦块的正面分别与制动盘的两个端面可分离地接触。本发明适用于方程式赛车比赛。

一种具有仿生结构的方程式赛车制动系统
技术领域
本发明涉及制动系统,具体是一种具有仿生结构的方程式赛车制动系统。
背景技术
在方程式赛车比赛中,规则要求必须安装制动系统。然而实践表明,现有制动系统由于自身结构所限,普遍存在如下问题:其一,现有制动系统产生的制动力较小,导致其制动效能较差,由此影响方程式赛车比赛时的驾驶性能。其二,现有制动系统在工作过程中,其制动盘的磨损量较大,导致其使用寿命较短,由此同样影响方程式赛车比赛时的驾驶性能。基于此,有必要发明一种全新的制动系统,以解决现有制动系统制动效能较差、使用寿命较短的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有制动系统制动效能较差、使用寿命较短的问题,提供了一种具有仿生结构的方程式赛车制动系统。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现:
一种具有仿生结构的方程式赛车制动系统,包括制动盘、四活塞卡钳、导向螺栓、两个摩擦块、复位弹簧;
其中,制动盘固定装配于与赛车轮毂相连的轮芯上;四活塞卡钳固定装配于与赛车悬架相连的立柱上;四活塞卡钳的钳口前壁中部开设有螺纹通孔;四活塞卡钳的钳口后壁中部开设有孔口朝前的螺纹凹孔;导向螺栓贯穿螺纹通孔,且导向螺栓的尾端旋拧于螺纹凹孔内;两个摩擦块的上边缘中部各开设有一个装配通孔,且两个摩擦块分别通过两个装配通孔滑动装配于导向螺栓上;两个摩擦块的正面分别与制动盘的两个端面可分离地接触;两个摩擦块的背面左部和背面右部分别与四活塞卡钳的四个活塞端面固定;复位弹簧套设于导向螺栓上,且复位弹簧的两端分别与两个摩擦块的正面固定;
制动盘的内边缘开设有若干个圆弧形豁口;各个圆弧形豁口沿制动盘的周向等距排列;制动盘的端面开设有若干列圆形通孔;每列圆形通孔均沿制动盘的径向等距排列;各列圆形通孔沿制动盘的周向等距交错排列;制动盘的两个端面均开设有若干个曲线形沟槽;每个曲线形沟槽的两端均分别贯通制动盘的内侧面和外侧面;各个曲线形沟槽沿制动盘的周向等距排列;两个摩擦块的正面均设有若干列半球形凸包;每列半球形凸包均沿制动盘的径向等距排列;各列半球形凸包沿制动盘的周向等距排列。
具体工作过程如下:当进行制动时,四活塞卡钳的四个活塞推动两个摩擦块进行相向运动,由此一方面使得两个摩擦块的正面均与制动盘的两个端面进行接触,另一方面使得复位弹簧发生压缩变形。此时,两个摩擦块上的半球形凸包与制动盘端面及其端面结构(即曲线形沟槽)之间产生强大的摩擦力,由此使得制动盘的转速降低,从而使得方程式赛车的轮毂与轮芯的转速降低,进而实现方程式赛车的制动。制动结束后,在复位弹簧的推动下,两个摩擦块和四活塞卡钳的四个活塞回到原位。在上述过程中,圆形通孔的作用是散热。
基于上述过程,与现有制动系统相比,本发明所述的一种具有仿生结构的方程式赛车制动系统基于仿生原理(模仿贝壳、穿山甲、沙漠蜥蜴等动物的非光滑表面,该非光滑表面具有良好的耐磨性)和全新结构,实现了方程式赛车的制动,由此具备了如下优点:其一,本发明产生的制动力较大,因此其制动效能更强,由此显著提高了方程式赛车比赛时的驾驶性能。其二,本发明在工作过程中,其制动盘的磨损量较小,因此其使用寿命更长,由此同样显著提高了方程式赛车比赛时的驾驶性能。试验表明,本发明在工作温度下的摩擦系数高达0.41,磨损率低至1.39*10-7cm3·(N·m)-1
本发明结构合理、设计巧妙,有效解决了现有制动系统制动效能较差、使用寿命较短的问题,适用于方程式赛车比赛。

具体实施方式
一种具有仿生结构的方程式赛车制动系统,包括制动盘1、四活塞卡钳2、导向螺栓3、两个摩擦块4、复位弹簧5;
其中,制动盘1固定装配于与赛车轮毂相连的轮芯上;四活塞卡钳2固定装配于与赛车悬架相连的立柱上;四活塞卡钳2的钳口前壁中部开设有螺纹通孔6;四活塞卡钳2的钳口后壁中部开设有孔口朝前的螺纹凹孔7;导向螺栓3贯穿螺纹通孔6,且导向螺栓3的尾端旋拧于螺纹凹孔7内;两个摩擦块4的上边缘中部各开设有一个装配通孔8,且两个摩擦块4分别通过两个装配通孔8滑动装配于导向螺栓3上;两个摩擦块4的正面分别与制动盘1的两个端面可分离地接触;两个摩擦块4的背面左部和背面右部分别与四活塞卡钳2的四个活塞端面固定;复位弹簧5套设于导向螺栓3上,且复位弹簧5的两端分别与两个摩擦块4的正面固定;
制动盘1的内边缘开设有若干个圆弧形豁口9;各个圆弧形豁口9沿制动盘1的周向等距排列;制动盘1的端面开设有若干列圆形通孔10;每列圆形通孔10均沿制动盘1的径向等距排列;各列圆形通孔10沿制动盘1的周向等距交错排列;制动盘1的两个端面均开设有若干个曲线形沟槽11;每个曲线形沟槽11的两端均分别贯通制动盘1的内侧面和外侧面;各个曲线形沟槽11沿制动盘1的周向等距排列;两个摩擦块4的正面均设有若干列半球形凸包12;每列半球形凸包12均沿制动盘1的径向等距排列;各列半球形凸包12沿制动盘1的周向等距排列。
制动盘1的内径为80~120mm、外径为170~210mm。
每个圆弧形豁口9的半径均为4~8mm。
每个圆形通孔10的直径均为4~8mm;相邻两列圆形通孔10之间的角度间隔为5°~10°。
每个曲线形沟槽11的深度均为0.5~1.6μm、宽度均为0.5~2μm;相邻两个曲线形沟槽11之间的角度间隔为5°~20°;每个曲线形沟槽11的轮廓曲线的方程式均为:其中,q的取值范围为θ的取值范围为

其中,制动盘(1)固定装配于与赛车轮毂相连的轮芯上;四活塞卡钳(2)固定装配于与赛车悬架相连的立柱上;四活塞卡钳(2)的钳口前壁中部开设有螺纹通孔(6);四活塞卡钳(2)的钳口后壁中部开设有孔口朝前的螺纹凹孔(7);导向螺栓(3)贯穿螺纹通孔(6),且导向螺栓(3)的尾端旋拧于螺纹凹孔(7)内;两个摩擦块(4)的上边缘中部各开设有一个装配通孔(8),且两个摩擦块(4)分别通过两个装配通孔(8)滑动装配于导向螺栓(3)上;两个摩擦块(4)的正面分别与制动盘(1)的两个端面可分离地接触;两个摩擦块(4)的背面左部和背面右部分别与四活塞卡钳(2)的四个活塞端面固定;复位弹簧(5)套设于导向螺栓(3)上,且复位弹簧(5)的两端分别与两个摩擦块(4)的正面固定;
