背景技术
自20世纪90年代以来,溶剂型涂料、油漆和粘合剂工业正在由高污染、高能耗、极度依赖于石油工业产品的传统品种逐渐转向环境友好、资源和能源节约型产品,各种环保型品种不断涌现,其中水性涂料和水性粘合剂产业取得了长足的发展。水性涂料具有价格低、使用安全,节省资源和能源,减少环境污染和公害等优点,因而已成为当前发展涂料工业的主要方向。水性丙烯酸烯树脂涂料是水性涂料中发展最快、品种最多的无污染型涂料。
树脂是生产涂料的主要原料,树脂性能直接决定产品的性能、成本以及在使用过程中溶剂的选择。但现有的树脂存在稳定性差、涂膜的性能不好等缺陷,从而极大地影响涂层的质量,因此,研发出一种稳定性好、涂膜的性能好的合成树脂已为行业迫切需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,为水性涂料产业提供一种稳定性好、涂膜的性能好的高性能合成树脂用于涂料行业。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下的技术方案来实现的:一种水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,制备方法如下:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯作为甲组分,另加溶剂无离子水作为稀释剂一起加入反应釜中,升温并搅拌;
(2)将多元酸、多元醇、引发剂、助溶剂、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯作为乙组分加入滴加罐内,待釜内物料温度升至回流温度时,在6-7小时内滴入釜内;
(3)加入N,N-二甲基乙醇,搅拌0.5-1小时;
(4)保温反应2-3小时后向釜内加入无离子水,并冷却降温后出料,即得合成树脂。
作为一种优选,所述的水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯作为甲组分,另加溶剂无离子水作为稀释剂一起加入反应釜中,升温并搅拌;
(2)将多元酸、多元醇、引发剂、助溶剂、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯作为乙组分加入滴加罐内,待釜内物料温度升至回流温度时,在6.5小时内滴入釜内;
(3)加入N,N-二甲基乙醇,搅拌1小时;
(4)保温反应3小时后向釜内加入无离子水,并冷却降温后出料,即得合成树脂。

作为一种优选,所述水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法的合成树脂由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:20份多元酸,24份多元醇,7份苯乙烯,4丙烯酸丁酯,4份甲基丙烯酸,2份引发剂,2份助溶剂,3份N,N-二甲基乙醇,5份叔碳酸缩水甘油酯,58份去离子水。

作为一种优选,所述多元醇为1,3-丙二醇、新戊二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、羟基新戊酸羟基新戊酯、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、季戊四醇、丙三醇、三羟甲基丙烷、三羟甲基乙烷中的一种或几种。
作为一种优选,所述助溶剂为丙二醇单丁醚、异丙醇、异丁醇、正丁醇、乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙二醇乙醚、二丙二醇甲醚中的一种或几种。
作为一种优选,所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈、过氧化苯甲酰、叔丁基过氧化氢、二叔丁基过氧化物、二叔戊基过氧化物、异丙苯过氧化氢、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化叔戊酸叔丁酯中的一种或几种。

(2)将多元酸、多元醇、引发剂、助溶剂、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯作为乙组分加入滴加罐内,待釜内物料温度升至回流温度时,在7小时内滴入釜内;
(3)加入N,N-二甲基乙醇,搅拌0.5小时;
(4)保温反应2.5小时后向釜内加入无离子水,并冷却降温后出料,即得合成树脂。
所述水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法的合成树脂由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:19份多元酸,22份多元醇,10份苯乙烯,3丙烯酸丁酯,9份甲基丙烯酸,4份引发剂,2.5份助溶剂,4份N,N-二甲基乙醇,7份叔碳酸缩水甘油酯,60份去离子水。
其中,实施例1-3中的多元酸为己二酸、1,4-丁二酸、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、1,4-环己烷二甲酸、偏苯三酸酐、六氢苯酐、顺丁烯二酸酐、富马酸中的一种或几种;多元醇为1,3-丙二醇、新戊二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、羟基新戊酸羟基新戊酯、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、季戊四醇、丙三醇、三羟甲基丙烷、三羟甲基乙烷中的一种或几种;助溶剂为丙二醇单丁醚、异丙醇、异丁醇、正丁醇、乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙二醇乙醚、二丙二醇甲醚中的一种或几种;引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈、过氧化苯甲酰、叔丁基过氧化氢、二叔丁基过氧化物、二叔戊基过氧化物、异丙苯过氧化氢、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化叔戊酸叔丁酯中的一种或几种。
实施例1-3所得的合成树脂PH值为7-8,储存稳定性大于35天,酸、碱稳定性都较好,用该合成树脂配置成的涂料常规性能硬度可达到F级,干膜厚可达到20μm,方向冲击无脱落。
本发明水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法制得的合成树脂混溶性好,可得稳定水分散乳液。本发明工艺简单,在较低温度和常压条件下搅拌反应,安全节能,减少污染;可用于涂料,既符合环保要求,又具有优良的防腐性能。

Claims (10)
1.一种水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯作为甲组分,另加溶剂无离子水作为稀释剂一起加入反应釜中,升温并搅拌;
(2)将多元酸、多元醇、引发剂、助溶剂、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯作为乙组分加入滴加罐内,待釜内物料温度升至回流温度时,在6-7小时内滴入釜内;
(3)加入N,N-二甲基乙醇,搅拌0.5-1小时;
(4)保温反应2-3小时后向釜内加入无离子水,并冷却降温后出料,即得合成树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯作为甲组分,另加溶剂无离子水作为稀释剂一起加入反应釜中,升温并搅拌;
(2)将多元酸、多元醇、引发剂、助溶剂、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯作为乙组分加入滴加罐内,待釜内物料温度升至回流温度时,在6.5小时内滴入釜内;
(3)加入N,N-二甲基乙醇,搅拌1小时;
(4)保温反应3小时后向釜内加入无离子水,并冷却降温后出料,即得合成树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯作为甲组分,另加溶剂无离子水作为稀释剂一起加入反应釜中,升温并搅拌;
(2)将多元酸、多元醇、引发剂、助溶剂、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯作为乙组分加入滴加罐内,待釜内物料温度升至回流温度时,在6小时内滴入釜内;
(3)加入N,N-二甲基乙醇,搅拌0.7小时;
(4)保温反应2小时后向釜内加入无离子水,并冷却降温后出料,即得合成树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯作为甲组分,另加溶剂无离子水作为稀释剂一起加入反应釜中,升温并搅拌;
(2)将多元酸、多元醇、引发剂、助溶剂、叔碳酸缩水甘油酯作为乙组分加入滴加罐内,待釜内物料温度升至回流温度时,在7小时内滴入釜内;
(3)加入N,N-二甲基乙醇,搅拌0.5小时;
(4)保温反应2.5小时后向釜内加入无离子水,并冷却降温后出料,即得合成树脂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,其特征在于,所述合成树脂由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:18-20份多元酸,20-24份多元醇,3-10份苯乙烯,3-10丙烯酸丁酯,4-9份甲基丙烯酸,2-4份引发剂,2-3份助溶剂,1-4份N,N-二甲基乙醇,4-7份叔碳酸缩水甘油酯,55-60份去离子水。
6.根据权利要求5所述的水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,其特征在于,所述合成树脂由以下质量份数的原料制备而成:20份多元酸,24份多元醇,7份苯乙烯,4丙烯酸丁酯,4份甲基丙烯酸,2份引发剂,2份助溶剂,3份N,N-二甲基乙醇,5份叔碳酸缩水甘油酯,58份去离子水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,其特征在于,所述多元酸为己二酸、1,4-丁二酸、间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、1,4-环己烷二甲酸、偏苯三酸酐、六氢苯酐、顺丁烯二酸酐、富马酸中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,其特征在于,所述多元醇为1,3-丙二醇、新戊二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,4-环己烷二甲醇、羟基新戊酸羟基新戊酯、2,2,4-三甲基-1,3戊二醇、2-丁基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、季戊四醇、丙三醇、三羟甲基丙烷、三羟甲基乙烷中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为丙二醇单丁醚、异丙醇、异丁醇、正丁醇、乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙二醇乙醚、二丙二醇甲醚中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的水性涂料用合成树脂制作方法,其特征在于,所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈、过氧化苯甲酰、叔丁基过氧化氢、二叔丁基过氧化物、二叔戊基过氧化物、异丙苯过氧化氢、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧化叔戊酸叔丁酯中的一种或几种。
