Description

Whitening and moisturizing essence and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to hyper-osmotic whitening and moisturizing essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The essence is one of the skin care products with the highest and most delicate nutrient components, the smallest molecular particles, the most powerful efficacy and the most obvious effect, and is prepared by extracting natural effective components of animals, plants or minerals and the like by high-tech hyperlink and preparing a concentrated product. When the skin is rough, dry, tired, dim and dark due to factors such as alternate seasons, endocrine imbalance, hormone change, long-time sunburn or age increase, and the like, the essence, which is a high-concentration high-functionality care product, is used, so that an excellent beautifying effect can be achieved. The essence is extracted from low temperature, the active and effective components of the essence can be well preserved, and the essence is easier to enter a basal layer from the surface of skin than common skin care products, supplements nutrients and water required by the skin, and has good health care effects on skin moisture retention, wrinkle resistance, skin firming, nutrition and the like.
The essence contains a large amount of nutrient components, but when the nutrient components are concentrated on the face and absorbed by the skin, the essence is evaporated to influence the efficacy or bacteria are accumulated on the face to cause the problems of pore blockage, inflammation and the like due to insufficient absorption capacity of the skin. Therefore, the problem that how to improve the permeability of the essence and enable the skin to absorb the nutrient components of the essence to the maximum extent is needed to be solved by a good essence product.

DPPH free radical scavenging assay
DPPH is also called 1, 1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine, is a stable free radical, and the absolute ethanol solution of DPPH is purple, has maximum absorption at the wavelength of 517nm, and the absorbance and the concentration are in a linear relationship. When a radical scavenger is added thereto, DPPH may be combined with or substituted for the radical scavenger, whereby the radical scavenging ability can be evaluated by decreasing the number of radicals, decreasing the absorbance, and decreasing the color of the solution. Namely, the DPPH removing effect of the sample is detected at the wavelength of 517nm to calculate the antioxidant capacity, and the larger the removing rate is, the stronger the antioxidant capacity is.
