Claims (6)

1. The pomegranate essence-containing whitening and moisturizing mask comprises the following preparation raw materials: a biological fiber mask base material, a pearlized film and essence;
the essence is prepared from the following raw materials:
80-90 parts of deionized water
2-9 parts of jojoba oil
0.5-1 part of nicotinamide
3-6 parts of potassium azelaic acid amino acid salt
1.5-2 parts of betaine
0.1 to 0.3 portion of chlorphenesin
3-10 parts of octyl polymethylsiloxane
3-10 parts of glycerol
5-9 parts of 2-methyl-1, 3-propanediol
2-5 parts of water-soluble ceramide
0.1-0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate
0.1 to 0.3 portion of phenoxyethanol
0.05 to 0.1 portion of triethanolamine
0.05-0.1 part of bisabolol
0.05-0.1 part of carbomer
8-12 parts of natural plant essence extract;
the glycerol is biological refined glycerol; the natural plant essence extract is a pomegranate essence extract;
the preparation method of the pomegranate essence extract comprises the following steps:
(1) screening and shelling: selecting fully mature and plump pomegranate fruits, removing rotten, deteriorated and damaged bad fruits, washing with clear water with the volume more than 3 times, drying in the shade, and shelling and peeling by using a pomegranate peeler;
(2) crushing: crushing pomegranate pulp and pomegranate seeds by using a crusher, setting the rotation speed of the crusher to be 100-150 rpm, selecting a filter screen with the diameter of 1-3 mm, fully crushing the pulp, and separately collecting pomegranate pulp residues and pomegranate juice for later use;
(3) ultrasonic: drying the pomegranate rind at the temperature of 30-40 ℃, crushing the pomegranate rind by using a crusher, mixing the pomegranate rind with the pulp residues, adding distilled water according to the mass ratio of 1:10, uniformly mixing and stirring the mixture for 20 minutes, putting the mixture into an ultrasonic cell crusher, performing ultrasonic treatment at the ultrasonic frequency of 22KHz for 40-60 minutes at the temperature of 0-10 ℃, filtering an ultrasonic product by using a 10-micron pore size filter, collecting filtrate, fully mixing the filtrate with the pomegranate juice obtained in the step 2, adding trisodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid according to the mass ratio of 1: 0.01-0.05, performing 40 revolutions per minute, and stirring the mixture for 20-30 minutes to obtain a mixed solution;
(4) preparing fermentation liquor: adding glutamine into the mixed liquid obtained in the step 3 according to the mass ratio of 1: 0.01-0.03, adding glucose to adjust the sugar content to 16-20%, and adding sodium citrate according to the mass ratio of 1:0.2 to adjust the pH value to 5.0-5.5;
(5) fermentation: pouring the fermentation liquor into a thoroughly sterilized fermentation tank, adding saccharomycetes according to the mass ratio of 1:0.01, and fermenting at a constant temperature of 26-28 ℃ at a stirring speed of 100-150 rpm for 8 days;
(6) clarification: filtering the fermentation liquor by using a 100-mesh filter screen to remove impurities, and then centrifuging by using a low-speed centrifuge at 500-800 rpm to remove precipitates;
(7) concentration: concentrating the clear liquid by using a freeze concentrator, wherein the concentration cycle is as follows: firstly, reducing the temperature to 0-4 ℃, 20-30 hours, removing ice crystals, and removing the ice crystals at-4-10 ℃ for 10-20 hours to obtain concentrated solution;
(8) and (3) ultrafiltration sterilization: and (4) sterilizing and filtering the concentrated solution obtained in the step (7) by using a 0.45 mu m sterilizing and filtering membrane to obtain the pomegranate essence extract.
2. The pomegranate essence-containing whitening and moisturizing mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the essence is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
83-88 parts of deionized water
4-8 parts of jojoba oil
0.7-1 part of nicotinamide
4-6 parts of potassium azelaic acid amino acid salt
1.7-2 parts of betaine
0.1 to 0.2 portion of chlorphenesin
5-9 parts of octyl polymethylsiloxane
6-9 parts of glycerol
6-9 parts of 2-methyl-1, 3-propanediol
3-5 parts of water-soluble ceramide
0.2-0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate
0.1-0.2 part of phenoxyethanol
0.05 to 0.08 portion of triethanolamine
0.07-0.1 part of bisabolol
0.07-0.09 part of carbomer
9-12 parts of natural plant essence extract.
3. The pomegranate essence-containing whitening and moisturizing mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the essence is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
87 parts of deionized water

0.1 part of bisabolol
Carbomer 0.07 part
11 parts of natural plant essence extract.
4. The preparation method of the pomegranate essence-containing whitening and moisturizing mask as claimed in claim 1, comprising the following steps:
(1) putting deionized water, jojoba oil, nicotinamide, potassium salt of azelaic acid amino acid, betaine, chlorphenesin and octyl polymethylsiloxane into a stirrer, and stirring for 20-30 minutes at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ at 800-1500 rpm to obtain a mixture A;
(2) putting glycerol, 2-methyl-1, 3-propylene glycol, water-soluble ceramide, sodium hyaluronate, phenoxyethanol, triethanolamine and bisabolol into a stirrer, and stirring at the temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 20-30 minutes at 800-1500 rpm to obtain a mixture B;
(3) adding the mixture B into an emulsifying and homogenizing device, slowly adding the mixture A, homogenizing for 10-20 seconds at the speed of 2000-3000 r/min, cooling, adding carbomer and natural plant essence extract, and mixing for 10-20 minutes at normal temperature at the speed of 200-300 r/min to obtain an emulsion C;
(4) carrying out nanocrystallization on the emulsion C by using a nanoscale ultrahigh-pressure homogenizer, controlling the pressure to be 150-200 Mpa, and homogenizing for 3 times to finally obtain essence;
(5) after sterilizing and irradiating the biological fiber mask base material and the matched pearlized film, attaching, folding, filling into an aluminum foil bag, conveying to a packaging production line, injecting essence into a filling machine, sterilizing and irradiating again, and sealing by a sealing machine.
