Abstract
一种轻质隔热保温材料,由TPX气泡层、CPE层、铝箔层和PET层依次叠层而成,其特征在于所述的CPE层厚度为10‑20μm,所述的铝箔层厚度为20‑100μm,反射率为90‑95%,所述的PET层厚度为40‑80μm;所述的TPX气泡层厚度为120‑500μm,单个气泡直径为50‑100μm,单个气泡为1‑5层,每个气泡含有1‑5玻璃微球,玻璃微球直径为8‑12μm,除气泡层外,CPE/铝箔/PET层厚度为70‑200μm,面密度为104‑370g/m2。综合利用玻璃微球高辐射、铝膜高反射以及气泡层高保温的特点,使材料实现全方面保温隔热;本发明不仅重量轻、机械性能和化学性能良好并且使用寿命长、成本低、可大规模生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔热保温材料,特别是涉及一种轻质隔热保温材料。
背景技术
自然界中热量的传递有热传导,热对流和热辐射三种基本方式,在有封闭空气间层时,三种传热方式中传热量最大的是热辐射,约占传热总量的70%,其次为对流约占20%,热传导最小仅仅占10%。隔热材料按绝热原理可分为:多孔材料、反射材料和真空材料三类,前者利用材料本身所含的孔隙隔热,因为孔隙内的空气或惰性气体的导热系数很低,如泡沫材料、纤维材料等。热反射材料具有很高的反射系数,能将热量反射出去,如金、银、镍、铝箔或镀金属的聚酯、聚酰亚胺薄膜等,真空绝热材料是利用材料的内部真空达到阻隔对流来隔热。
专利号为CN 202882138 U的中国专利一种新型阻燃隔热材料,包含阻燃气泡层,所述阻燃气泡层的两侧分别粘接有编织布层,所述编织布层的外侧分别粘接有铝箔层,所述铝箔层的外侧分别粘接有PET薄膜层,设置了阻燃气泡层以提供隔热和阻燃性能;而且增加了编织布层,提高了隔热性能的同时也提高了强度,所述铝箔层和PET薄膜层具有高强度、韧性好及高反射等特点。
专利号为CN 102477773 A的中国专利公开了一种高强度、高保温阻燃隔热材料,其以阻燃聚乙烯气泡层为中间基础层,所述阻燃聚乙烯气泡层的上表面上附结着第一铝膜层,所述阻燃聚乙烯气泡层的下表面附结着第二铝膜层,所述第二铝膜层的下表面附结着XPE发泡材料层,在所述XPE发泡材料层的下表面上附结着无纺布或编织布层,在所述无纺布或编织布层的下表面上附结着第三铝膜层,此处XPE指化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料。
本发明申请与上述的公开发明文献存在较大的不同,本发明在气泡层中加入了玻璃微球,能够将热量辐射出去,弥补了以往材料的不足。此外本发明对热量的三种传递方式都进行了阻断,没有仅限于一、两种方式,综合利用玻璃微球的高辐射、铝膜高反射以及气泡层高保温的特点,使材料实现全方面保温隔热。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,旨在提供一种轻质隔热保温材料。
本发明公开一种轻质隔热保温材料,由TPX气泡层、CPE层、铝箔层和PET层依次叠层而成,其特征在于所述的CPE层厚度为10-20μm,所述的铝箔层厚度为20-100μm,反射率为90-95%,所述的PET层厚度为40-80μm;所述的TPX气泡层厚度为120-500μm,单个气泡直径为50-100μm,单个气泡为1-5层,每个气泡含有1-5个玻璃微球,玻璃微球直径为8-12μm,除气泡层外,CPE/铝箔/PET层厚度为70-200μm,面密度为104-370g/m2,TPX指聚4-甲基戊烯材料,CPE指氯化聚乙烯材料,PET指聚对苯二甲酸类材料。
本发明具有的优点(1)本发明质量轻;(2)本发明隔热效果好;(3)本发明机械性能和化学性能良好并且使用寿命长、成本低、可大规模生产。

实施例
参照图1,本发明公开一种轻质隔热保温材料,由TPX气泡层、CPE层、铝箔层和PET层依次叠层而成,其特征在于所述的CPE层厚度为10μm,所述的铝箔层厚度为20μm,反射率为92%,所述的PET层厚度为40μm;所述的TPX气泡层厚度为120μm,单个气泡直径为60μm,单个气泡为3层,每个气泡含有3个玻璃微球,玻璃微球直径为8μm,除气泡层外,CPE/铝箔/PET层厚度为70μm,面密度为104g/m2。
把本实施例一种轻质隔热保温材料,在阳光下暴晒1-3小时,气泡层一侧面向太阳,另一面超地,当空气温度达到35-40℃时,而朝地一侧轻质保温材料内空气温度为29-33℃。

1.一种轻质隔热保温材料,由TPX气泡层、CPE层、铝箔层和PET层依次叠层而成,其特征在于所述的CPE层厚度为10-20μm,所述的铝箔层厚度为20-100μm,反射率为90-95%,所述的PET层厚度为40-80μm;所述的TPX气泡层厚度为120-500μm,单个气泡直径为50-100μm,单个气泡为1-5层,每个气泡含有1-5玻璃微球,玻璃微球直径为8-12μm,除气泡层外,CPE/铝箔/PET层厚度为70-200μm,面密度为104-370g/m2。
