Claims (8)
- 350 내지 450 메쉬의 평균입자직경을 갖으며, 팽창 퍼라이트, 인슐래드, 규조토 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나로 이루어지는 다공성 무기 미립자 10 내지 20중량%; 및불휘발분을 20 ± 1중량%로 포함하며, 100 ± 20 cps의 점도를 갖는 E.V.A.에멀젼을 포함하는 바인더 80 내지 90중량%를 포함하고,상기 바인더는 수성 폴리비닐아세테이트계 고분자, 폴리아크릴계 고분자 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 단열접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 공중합체인 것인 단열접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단열접착제 조성물은 무기항균제, 음이온 파우더, 증점제, 가소제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것인 단열접착제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 단열접착제 조성물은 다공성 무기 미립자와 바인더를 포함하고, 상기 다공성 무기 미립자와 바인더의 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 첨가제를 0.1 내지 10중량부로 더 포함하는 것인 단열접착제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 음이온 파우더는 350 ± 50 메쉬의 평균입자직경을 갖는 것인 단열접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착제 조성물을 이용하여 형성된 접착제층을 포함하는 단열재.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 단열재는서로 평행하게 배치되는 제1 및 제2 지지 기판;상기 제1 및 제2 지지 기판 사이에 위치하는 심재; 및상기 제1 및 제2 지지 기판과 심재를 접착시키기 위한 제1 및 제2 접착층을 포함하며,상기 심재는 무기 섬유계 단열 기재; 크라프트 종이; 유기 고분자계 단열 기재; 발포 기재 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 포함하는 것인 단열재.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 지지 기판은 알루미늄 박판을 포함하고,상기 심재는 크라프트 종이, 유리 섬유계 단열 기재, 폴리에틸렌계 단열 기재 및 크라프트 종이가 순차적으로 적층된 4층의 적층체를 포함하는 것인 단열재.
