Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型环保组合SMC板,包括支撑表层、承重层和集热器,承重层上设置有支撑柱,支撑柱四周是空心柱,承重层的两侧设置有插扣,承重层另外两侧设置有插槽,承重层内部安装有集热器,集热器中间设置有隔音层,承重层的外部设置有支撑表层,支撑表层的外部设置有吸震层,吸震层的外部设置有隔热层。有益效果在于:重量轻、强度高,同时采用SMC材质,环保无污染,且耐磨、耐化学腐蚀,阻燃等级为FV0,具有优异的耐紫外线抗老化性能,使用寿命长,成本低,同时具有防静电、阻燃、耐火、隔音、隔热、减震功能,可任意拼接组合,适用面广,对于有温度要求的使用场合,还可吸收和储存内外部热量,根据需要适时释放热量,具有保温效果。

一种新型环保组合SMC板
技术领域
本发明涉及SMC复合材料领域,具体涉及一种新型环保组合SMC板。
背景技术
组合板作为一种可快速拆装成型的产品,广泛应用于工业和建筑业。而普通的组合板多采用钢板和木板制作而成,钢板在使用中虽能满足强度要求,但由于较重,搬运和安装较为困难,同时不具有隔音、隔热和防震功能,木板由于强度较低,只能用于受力较小的场合,如组合家具,且易燃烧,无阻燃和耐火功能。而SMC板作为新兴材料,逐渐在替代钢板和木板作为组合板的地位,申请号为200920044692.4 的中国专利,具体内容为:涉及一种SMC片材。包括浸渍了树脂浆料的中间芯材和覆盖在中间芯材上下面的PE薄膜,中间芯材由无碱布和玻璃长纤维组合而成。上述专利的SMC片材虽具有较高的机械强度,绝缘、阻燃性能,但未达到较轻的重量要求,且不能实现快速拆装,同时不具有防震、耐火、隔音和隔热功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种新型环保组合SMC板。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种新型环保组合SMC板,包括支撑表层、承重层和集热器,所述承重层上设置有支撑柱,所述支撑柱四周是空心柱,所述承重层的两侧设置有插扣,所述承重层另外两侧设置有插槽,所述承重层内部安装有所述集热器,所述集热器中间设置有隔音层,所述承重层的外部设置有所述支撑表层,所述支撑表层的外部设置有吸震层,所述吸震层的外部设置有隔热层,所述隔热层的外部设置有耐火层,所述耐火层内部设置有感温元件,所述感温元件下面连接有导热体,所述导热体下端连接在所述集热器上,所述耐火层的外部设置有导热层,所述导热层外部设置有防静电压膜层,所述防静电压膜层外部设置有防水层。
为了进一步提高一种新型环保组合SMC板的使用功能,所述支撑柱浇注在所述支撑表层上面,所述插槽由所述承重层拉模而成,所述插扣成型于所述承重层一侧。
为了进一步提高一种新型环保组合SMC板的使用功能,所述集热器嵌在所述承重层内部,所述隔音层夹在所述支撑柱中间,所述支撑表层通过注塑而成,与所述承重层连为一体。
为了进一步提高一种新型环保组合SMC板的使用功能,所述吸震层黏在所述支撑表层上面,所述隔热层黏在所述吸震层外部,所述耐火层黏在所述隔热层外部。
为了进一步提高一种新型环保组合SMC板的使用功能,所述感温元件通过螺栓固定在所述耐火层内部,所述导热体一端焊在所述感温元件上,另一端焊在所述集热器上。
为了进一步提高一种新型环保组合SMC板的使用功能,所述导热层钉在所述耐火层上,所述防静电压膜层压注在所述导热层上,所述防水层粘在所述防静电压膜层外部。
有益效果在于:重量轻、强度高,同时采用SMC材质,环保无污染,且耐磨、耐化学腐蚀,阻燃等级为FV0,具有优异的耐紫外线抗老化性能,使用寿命长,成本低,同时具有防静电、阻燃、耐火、隔音、隔热、减震功能,可任意拼接组合,适用面广,对于有温度要求的使用场合,还可吸收和储存内外部热量,根据需要适时释放热量,具有保温效果。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1-图2所示,一种新型环保组合SMC板,包括支撑表层1、承重层2和集热器8,所述承重层2上设置有支撑柱3,所述支撑柱3四周是空心柱6,所述承重层2的两侧设置有插扣7,所述承重层2另外两侧设置有插槽5,所述承重层2内部安装有所述集热器8,所述集热器8中间设置有隔音层12,所述承重层2的外部设置有所述支撑表层1,所述支撑表层1的外部设置有吸震层4,所述吸震层4的外部设置有隔热层9,所述隔热层9的外部设置有耐火层11,所述耐火层11内部设置有感温元件10,所述感温元件10下面连接有导热体15,所述导热体15下端连接在所述集热器8上,所述耐火层11的外部设置有导热层13,所述导热层13外部设置有防静电压膜层14,所述防静电压膜层14外部设置有防水层16。
在本实施例中,所述支撑柱3浇注在所述支撑表层1上面,所述支撑柱3采用SMC复合材料制造而成,是所述承重层2的主要受力部位,用于支撑所述支撑表层1,所述空心柱6形成于所述支撑柱3之间,所述空心柱6为六边形,结构稳定,受力好,主要用于减轻所述承重层2的重量,使一种新型环保组合SMC板在耐压的同时,重量达到最轻,所述插槽5由所述承重层2拉模而成,所述插扣7成型于所述承重层2一侧,所述插扣7和所述插槽5方便对多块的所述一种新型环保组合SMC板进行组合,实现快速拆装。
在本实施例中,所述集热器8嵌在所述承重层2内部,所述集热器8用于储存和释放热量,所述隔音层12夹在所述支撑柱3中间,所述隔音层12使所述一种新型环保组合SMC板具有隔音效果,所述支撑表层1通过注塑而成,与所述承重层2连为一体,所述支撑表层1用于增加所述承重层2的受力面积。
在本实施例中,所述吸震层4黏在所述支撑表层1上面,所述吸震层4用于减小内外部振动,所述隔热层9黏在所述吸震层4外部,所述隔热层9用于隔绝内外部热量,所述耐火层11黏在所述隔热层9外部,所述耐火层11防止所述一种新型环保组合SMC板被火点燃。
在本实施例中,所述感温元件10通过螺栓固定在所述耐火层11内部,所述感温元件10可感应内外部热量,并可通过所述导热体15将热量导入所述集热器8,所述导热体15一端焊在所述感温元件10上,所述导热体15用于传导热量,另一端焊在所述集热器8上,当温度过低时,所述集热器8内部的热量通过所述导热体15传输至所述导热层13,进行保温。
在本实施例中,所述导热层13钉在所述耐火层11上,所述导热层13用于将所述集热器8内部的热量导入所述一种新型环保组合SMC板表面,实现保温,所述防静电压膜层14压注在所述导热层13上,所述防静电压膜层14具有防静电功能,有效防止静电伤人,所述防水层16粘在所述防静电压膜层14外部,所述防水层16使一种新型环保组合SMC板具有防水、防潮效果,避免雨水进入内部损坏所述感温元件10和所述集热器8。

1.一种新型环保组合SMC板,其特征在于:包括支撑表层、承重层和集热器,所述承重层上设置有支撑柱,所述支撑柱四周是空心柱,所述承重层的两侧设置有插扣,所述承重层另外两侧设置有插槽,所述承重层内部安装有所述集热器,所述集热器中间设置有隔音层,所述承重层的外部设置有所述支撑表层,所述支撑表层的外部设置有吸震层,所述吸震层的外部设置有隔热层,所述隔热层的外部设置有耐火层,所述耐火层内部设置有感温元件,所述感温元件下面连接有导热体,所述导热体下端连接在所述集热器上,所述耐火层的外部设置有导热层,所述导热层外部设置有防静电压膜层,所述防静电压膜层外部设置有防水层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保组合SMC板,其特征在于:所述支撑柱浇注在所述支撑表层上面,所述空心柱形成于所述支撑柱之间,所述插槽由所述承重层拉模而成,所述插扣成型于所述承重层一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保组合SMC板,其特征在于:所述集热器嵌在所述承重层内部,所述隔音层夹在所述支撑柱中间,所述支撑表层通过注塑而成,与所述承重层连为一体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保组合SMC板,其特征在于:所述吸震层黏在所述支撑表层上面,所述隔热层黏在所述吸震层外部,所述耐火层黏在所述隔热层外部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保组合SMC板,其特征在于:所述感温元件通过螺栓固定在所述耐火层内部,所述导热体一端焊在所述感温元件上,另一端焊在所述集热器上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保组合SMC板,其特征在于:所述导热层钉在所述耐火层上,所述防静电压膜层压注在所述导热层上,所述防水层粘在所述防静电压膜层外部。
