螺旋式空气压缩机目前已广泛地使用于工厂之中,以提供工厂生产制程(工艺)中所需的压缩空气。螺旋式空气压缩机具有两个转子安装于压缩室中。每一个转子具有螺旋状的叶片以及凹槽,以相互啮合,形成所需的压缩空间。在这些压缩空间中,气体由螺旋式空气压缩机的入口至出口之间,逐渐地被压缩并排出。
在吸入的阶段,压缩空间与螺旋式空气压缩机的入口相连接,而在压缩的阶段,压缩空间中容置气体的体积将逐渐地减少,而在排出阶段,压缩空间与螺旋式空气压缩机的出口相连接。螺旋式空气压缩机亦经常配置有控制阀,以有效地调节压缩机的内置体积比。
喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机可以提供工厂中的重型设备所需之高压气体。而且,空气压缩机的效率,也是整个工厂中能源消耗的重要指标之一。因此,有必要能够提供一安全、有效且值得信赖的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,以有效地降低工厂中所需的能源消耗量。

有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于揭露一种喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机具有一顺向喷油嘴,喷射注入润滑油进入中间冷却室,以增加喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机的冷却效率。

此外,隔板端部向着第一段螺旋转子对的端缘延伸,更有效增加第一段压缩室的压缩效率,同时也增加了整体喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机的压缩效率。

在一实施例中,前轴承座110固定在第一段压缩室220以及第二段压缩室280的一端,而第一段后轴承座130则被固定在第一段压缩室220的另一端,此外一第二段后轴承座140则被固定在第二段压缩室280的另一端。
根据本发明的一实施例所揭露的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机利用顺向喷油嘴直接喷射注入润滑油进入中间冷却室,且润滑油喷雾平行于第一段压缩的空气在中间冷却室中的气流方向,因此喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机的冷却效率可以有效地被提升。
此外,隔板端部向着第一段螺旋转子对的端缘延伸,更有效增加第一段压缩室的压缩效率,同时也增加了整体喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机的压缩效率。因此,本发明所揭露的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机的工作效率同时被有效地提升。
虽然本揭露已以实施方式揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本揭露,任何本领域具通常知识者,在不脱离本揭露的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本揭露的保护范围当视后附的权利要求范围所界定者为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,其特征在于,包含:
一单体式壳体,其中该单体式壳体更包含:
一第一段压缩室;
一中间冷却室;及
一第二段压缩室,其中该第一段压缩室、该中间冷却室以及该第二段压缩室平行地堆叠于该单体式壳体之中;以及
一顺向喷油嘴,对准该中间冷却室,以平行该中间冷却室的方向,喷射注入润滑油进入该中间冷却室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,其特征在于,更包含一第一段螺旋转子对,设置于该第一段压缩室之中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,其特征在于,更包含一第二段螺旋转子对,设置于该第二段压缩室之中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,其特征在于,该单体式壳体更包含一中间隔板设置于该第一段压缩室以及该中间冷却室之间,且该第一段螺旋转子对的一螺旋转子端部与该中间隔板的一隔板端部对齐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,其特征在于,该第一段压缩室更包含一油气混合压缩空气出口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,其特征在于,该第二段压缩室更包含一油气混合压缩空气入口。
7.根据权利要求1所述的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,其特征在于,更包含一喷油模块,其中该顺向喷油嘴被固定在该喷油模块,而该喷油模块更包含一喷油室,以导引在该第一段压缩室中被压缩的气体进入该中间冷却室。
8.根据权利要求1所述的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,其特征在于,更包含一前轴承座固定于该第一段压缩室以及该第二段压缩室的一端,一第一段后轴承座固定于该第一段压缩室的另一端,以及一第二段后轴承座固定于该第二段压缩室的另一端。
9.根据权利要求8所述的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,其特征在于,更包含一齿轮箱设置于该前轴承座。
10.根据权利要求9所述的喷油螺旋两段式空气压缩机,其特征在于,该齿轮箱包含一变速齿轮组以及一传动轴连接于该变速齿轮组。
