Abstract
本发明提供了一种自动焊锡机,其集成度高,焊接精度高、锡焊效果好,并且可大大提高生产效率,其包括工作台,工作台的台面上安装有电烙铁,电烙铁安装于电烙铁支架,电烙铁支架的一侧安装有转盘,转盘的中间底端通过转轴一安装于工作台的台面上,转盘上安装有四个均匀布置的产品载具,产品载具的顶端端面中间部位开有与工件形状相对应的凹槽,凹槽的一侧安装有压板,压板的中间部位通过销钉活动安装于平面板的顶端端面上,压板的一端下方对应凹槽,电烙铁的焊锡头纵向垂直向下对应其中一个产品载具,电烙铁支架与转盘之间的焊锡头的两侧分别安装有锡槽,锡槽的上方对应设置有送锡机构,转盘与电烙铁支架的同侧安装有导线夹持机构。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及焊接设备技术领域,具体为一种自动焊锡机。
背景技术
[0002] 在电路板的加工过程中,常常需要通过焊锡将导线等电子元器件连接并固定在电 路板上,传统的焊锡工作是通过人手来实现的,工人两手分别持电烙铁与导线进行锡焊,这 种锡焊方式不仅操作劳动强度大,而且在焊锡过程中极易被烫到,并且由于人的主观能动 性存在巨大差异,使得在焊接过程中出现虚焊、少焊等焊接精度差的问题,严重影响生产效 率。
[0003] 目前,市面上存在一种半自动的焊锡机,其上安装有电烙铁,电烙铁可自动对线路 板进行锡焊,但是这种装置仍然需要人工手持导线浸锡后再与自动锡焊的电烙铁进行对 接,不仅集成化程度低,而且锡焊效果差、生产效率低,并且现有技术中的焊锡机设置的工 位较少,一般只包括一个工位,在锡焊过程中,如果工位上的工件固定不牢固,容易产生位 移,从而导致焊锡位置发生错误的问题出现,进一步降低了线路板的锡焊效果和生产效率。
发明内容
[0004] 针对现有技术中存在的人工锡焊操作劳动强度大、易被烫到、锡焊精度低,半自动 锡焊机集成化程度低、锡焊效果差、生产效率低等问题,本发明提供了一种自动焊锡机,其 集成度高,可自动实现导线与线路板的焊接,焊接精度高、锡焊效果好,并且可大大提高生 产效率。
[0005] 一种自动焊锡机,其包括工作台,所述工作台的台面上安装有电烙铁,所述电烙铁 安装于电烙铁支架,其特征在于,所述电烙铁支架的一侧安装有转盘,所述转盘的中间底端 通过转轴一安装于所述工作台的台面上,所述转盘上安装有四个产品载具,四个所述产品 载具分别位于平行四边形的四个角上,所述产品载具为四边形平面板,所述平面板的顶端 端面中间部位开有与工件形状相对应的凹槽,所述凹槽的一侧安装有压板,所述压板的中 间部位通过销钉活动安装于所述平面板的顶端端面上,所述压板的一端下方对应所述凹 槽,所述电烙铁的焊锡头纵向垂直向下可对应其中一个所述产品载具,所述电烙铁支架与 所述转盘之间的所述焊锡头的两侧分别安装有锡槽,所述锡槽的上方对应设置有送锡机 构,所述转盘与所述电烙铁支架的同侧安装有导线夹持机构。
[0006] 其进一步特征在于, 所述工作台的侧端面上安装有绕线机构; 所述夹持机构包括可横向滑动的导轨,所述导轨上安装有滑动板一,所述滑动板一的 一侧靠近所述锡槽的方向依次安装有伺服电机一、伺服电机二、步进电机三,所述伺服电机 一的转轴与所述导轨轨道竖向垂直且朝向安装有所述锡槽的方向,所述伺服电机二的转轴 与所述导轨轨道纵向垂直,所述步进电机三的转轴与所述伺服电机二的转轴垂直,且所述 步进电机三的转轴竖向朝向安装有所述锡槽的方向,所述驱步进电机三上安装有所述导线 夹具,所述导线夹具的夹板正下方对应所述锡槽,所述导轨、伺服电机一、伺服电机二、步进 电机三均不在同一平面上; 所述转盘为圆形,所述产品载具通过螺钉安装于所述转盘的顶端端面上; 所述送锡机构包括焊锡丝支架,所述焊锡丝支架安装于所述电烙铁支架的另一侧的所 述工作台台面上,焊锡丝卷通过转轴二安装于所述焊锡丝支架的顶端,所述焊锡丝卷下方 正对应其中一个所述锡槽; 所述电烙铁支架安装于支撑板,所述支撑板通过螺钉安装于所述工作台的台面上,所 述电烙铁支架由竖向与纵向垂直的导轨支架一、导轨支架二组成,所述导轨支架一安装于 所述支撑板的顶端,所述导轨支架二通过导轨轨道活动安装于所述导轨支架一,所述导轨 支架一、导轨支架二上分别安装有驱动装置,驱动装置可驱动导轨支架二在导轨支架一上 竖向滑动,所述导轨支架二的导轨上安装有可纵向滑动的滑动板二,所述滑动板二上安装 有刻度尺转盘,焊锡头活动安装于所述刻度尺转盘上与刻度尺对应的圆弧形通孔内; 所述焊锡头包括焊锡头一、焊锡头二,所述焊锡头一纵向垂直向下对应所述产品载具, 所述焊锡头二安装于所述焊锡头一的一侧,所述焊锡头二的焊锡头朝所述产品载具的方向 倾斜,并与所述焊锡头一的焊锡头位于同一直线上; 所述电控系统安装于所述片面台的内部并通过按钮控制。
[0007] 采用本发明的上述结构,四个产品载具可随转盘分别转动至电烙铁的正下方与所 述焊锡头相对应,不仅增加了工位,一次可对四个工件施焊,而且可通过压板将工件固定在 产品载具上,有效防止了在焊锡过程中工件发生位移,大大提高了锡焊精度。而且焊锡头与 产品载具的一侧设置有导线夹持机构,将焊锡头、产品载具与导线夹持机构封装在同一工 作台上,不仅大大提高了设备额集成化程度,而且可通过这三者之间的相互配合,利用焊锡 头将导线夹持机构上的导线与产品载具上的工件准确自动地锡焊在一起,大大提高了生产 效率。

[0008] 如图1至图4所示,一种自动焊锡机,其包括工作台1,工作台1的侧端面上安装有绕 线机构12,工作台1的台面上安装有电烙铁2,电烙铁2安装于电烙铁支架3,电烙铁支架3为 可滑动的导轨支架,使焊锡头5与产品载具6相对应。电烙铁支架3安装于支撑板13,支撑板 13通过螺钉安装于工作台1的台面上,电烙铁支架3由竖向与纵向垂直的导轨支架一31、导 轨支架二32组成,导轨支架一 31安装于支撑板13的顶端,导轨支架二32通过导轨活动安装 于导轨支架一 31,导轨支架一 31、导轨支架二32上分别安装有驱动装置,驱动装置可驱动导 轨支架二32在导轨支架一 31的导轨内竖向滑动,导轨支架二32的导轨上安装有可纵向滑动 的滑动板二33,滑动板二33上安装有刻度尺转盘34,焊锡头5活动安装于刻度尺转盘34上与 刻度尺对应的圆弧形通孔内; 电烙铁支架3的一侧安装有转盘4,转盘4为圆形,转盘4的中间底端通过转轴一41安装 于工作台1的台面上,转盘4上安装有四个产品载具6,产品载具6通过螺钉安装于转盘4的顶 端端面上,四个产品载具6分别位于平行四边形的四个角上,产品载具6为四边形平面板,平 面板的顶端端面中间部位开有与工件形状相对应的凹槽7,凹槽7的一侧安装有压板8,压板 8的中间部位通过销钉81活动安装于平面板的顶端端面上,压板8的一端下方对应凹槽7,电 烙铁2的焊锡头5纵向垂直向下可对应其中一个产品载具6,焊锡头5包括焊锡头一 51、焊锡 头二52,焊锡头一 51纵向垂直向下对应产品载具6,焊锡头二52安装于焊锡头一 51的一侧, 焊锡头二52的焊锡头朝产品载具6的方向倾斜,并与焊锡头一 51的焊锡头位于同一直线上; 电烙铁支架3与转盘4之间的焊锡头5的两侧分别安装有锡槽11,锡槽11的上方对应设 置有送锡机构10,送锡机构10包括焊锡丝支架,焊锡丝支架安装于电烙铁支架的另一侧的 工作台台面上,焊锡丝卷14通过转轴二安装于焊锡丝支架的顶端,焊锡丝卷14下方正对应 其中一个锡槽11; 转盘4与电烙铁支架3的同侧安装有导线夹持机构9,夹持机构9包括可横向滑动的导轨 91,导轨91上安装有滑动板一 92,滑动板一 92的一侧靠近锡槽11的方向依次安装有伺服电 机一 93、伺服电机二94、步进电机三95,伺服电机一 93的转轴与导轨91轨道竖向垂直且朝向 安装有锡槽11的方向,伺服电机二94的转轴与导轨91轨道纵向垂直,步进电机三95的转轴 与伺服电机二94的转轴垂直,且步进电机三95的转轴竖向朝向安装有锡槽11的方向,驱步 进电机三95上安装有导线夹具,导线夹具的夹板96正下方对应锡槽11,导轨91、伺服电机一 93、伺服电机二94、步进电机三95均不在同一平面上,电控系统安装于平面台1的内部并通 过按钮15控制。
[0009] 其具体工作原理如下所述:该实施例中的工件16为不锈钢片,将工件16放置于产 品载具6的凹槽7内,并旋转压板8将工件压紧;将绕线机构12上的导线引至导线夹持机构9 并安装于夹板96上,滑动板一 92在电控系统的控制下在导轨91上滑动,电控系统控制滑动 板一'92上的伺服电机一'93、伺服电机二94、步进电机二95的转轴旋转并相互配合,驱动夹板 96翻转并带动导线在锡槽11内浸锡,导线夹持机构9将浸锡后的导线移动至工件的位置;同 时送锡机构10给电烙铁2的焊锡头送锡料,电控系统控制导轨支架二32在导轨支架一 31上 滑动,并控制滑动板二33在刻度尺转盘34内滑动,导轨支架二32与滑动板二33的运动相互 配合,使焊锡头一 51、焊锡头二52与产品载具6相对应,并将导线夹持机构9引至的导线锡焊 在工件对应的位置。
Claims (8)
1. 一种自动焊锡机,其包括工作台,所述工作台的台面上安装有电烙铁,所述电烙铁安 装于电烙铁支架,其特征在于,所述电烙铁支架的一侧安装有转盘,所述转盘的中间底端通 过转轴一安装于所述工作台的台面上,所述转盘上安装有均匀布置的四个产品载具,四个 所述产品载具分别位于平行四边形的四个角上,所述产品载具为四边形平面板,所述平面 板的顶端端面中间部位开有与工件形状相对应的凹槽,所述凹槽的一侧安装有压板,所述 压板的中间部位通过销钉活动安装于所述平面板的顶端端面上,所述压板的一端下方对应 所述凹槽,所述电烙铁的焊锡头纵向垂直向下对应其中一个所述产品载具,所述电烙铁支 架与所述转盘之间的所述焊锡头的两侧分别安装有锡槽,所述锡槽的上方对应设置有送锡 机构,所述转盘与所述电烙铁支架的同侧安装有导线夹持机构。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动焊锡机,其特征在于:所述工作台的侧端面上安装有 绕线机构。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动焊锡机,其特征在于:所述夹持机构包括可横向滑动 的导轨,所述导轨上安装有滑动板一,所述滑动板一的一侧靠近所述锡槽的方向依次安装 有伺服电机一、伺服电机二、步进电机三,所述伺服电机一的转轴与所述导轨轨道竖向垂直 且朝向安装有所述锡槽的方向,所述伺服电机二的转轴与所述导轨轨道纵向垂直,所述步 进电机三的转轴与所述伺服电机二的转轴垂直,且所述步进电机三的转轴竖向朝向安装有 所述锡槽的方向,所述驱步进电机三上安装有所述导线夹具,所述导线夹具的夹板正下方 对应所述锡槽,所述导轨、伺服电机一、伺服电机二、步进电机二均不在同一平面上。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种自动焊锡机,其特征在于:所述转盘为圆形,所述产品载 具通过螺钉安装于所述转盘的顶端端面上。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自动焊锡机,其特征在于:所述送锡机构包括焊锡丝支 架,所述焊锡丝支架安装于所述电烙铁支架的另一侧的所述工作台台面上,焊锡丝卷通过 转轴二安装于所述焊锡丝支架的顶端,所述焊锡丝卷下方正对应其中一个所述锡槽。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种自动焊锡机,其特征在于:所述电烙铁支架安装于支撑 板,所述支撑板通过螺钉安装于所述工作台的台面上,所述电烙铁支架由竖向与纵向垂直 的导轨支架一、导轨支架二组成,所述导轨支架一安装于所述支撑板的顶端,所述导轨支架 二通过导轨轨道活动安装于所述导轨支架一,所述导轨支架一、导轨支架二上分别安装有 驱动装置,驱动装置可驱动导轨支架二在导轨支架一上竖向滑动,所述导轨支架^的导轨 上安装有可纵向滑动的滑动板二,所述滑动板二上安装有刻度尺转盘,焊锡头活动安装于 所述刻度尺转盘上与刻度尺对应的圆弧形通孔内。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种自动焊锡机,其特征在于:所述焊锡头包括焊锡头一、焊 锡头二,所述焊锡头一纵向垂直向下对应所述产品载具,所述焊锡头二安装于所述焊锡头 一的一侧,所述焊锡头二的焊锡头朝所述产品载具的方向倾斜,并与所述焊锡头一的焊锡 头位于同一直线上。 、^ 、、
