技术领域
本发明涉及一种减振器,尤其涉及一种横向高压减振器。
背景技术
现在可用的原始型汽车减震器包括连接到车轴并充满液压油的管。活塞安装在管中。活塞杆的一端连接到活塞,而其另一端从管延伸以连接到汽车底盘。当汽车越过路面颠簸而振动剧烈时,活塞与被移动的活塞杆一起作用。具有缓冲性能的液压油减少了振动的频率和振幅。由此实现有效的减震。当汽车行驶在铺满沥青的城市道路上时,道路平稳,汽车处于较低的振动水平。因此,现在可用的原型减震器消除了小振幅的振动。但是,当汽车驶向市区时,市区大部分道路崎岖不平。原有减震等级较低的减震器由于振幅大而无法强力工作。减震性能差。因此,司机和乘客感到不舒服,汽车无法提供舒适的乘坐感和价值感。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供一种横向高压减振器根据路况进行调整阻尼水平。
本发明为实现上述目的而采取的技术方案为:
一种横向高压减振器,该减振器包括缸体,活塞和活塞杆,所述的缸体,活塞和活塞杆安装设置在外管内,所述的活塞杆包括活塞体及其安装在活塞体的中心通孔内的调节杆,且在中心通孔上下两端分别设置顶端内螺纹和底端内螺纹,所述的调节杆的上端设置轴套,所述的轴套的外表面设置外螺纹,且与顶端内螺纹相配合,所述的轴套的上端设置旋钮相联动,所述的调节杆的下端设置锥形杆,所述的底端内螺纹上设置节流阀,所述的活塞体上设置插孔,所述的插孔与所述的节流阀内通道相连通,所述的锥形杆上的锥形头伸入通道内。
作为进一步改进,所述的轴套与旋钮之间设置底座,所述的底座的上表面设置多个容纳孔,且容纳孔内设置弹簧与铁球,所述的底座的上表面通过铁球和弹簧与旋钮相抵。
作为进一步改进,所述的锥形杆的一端设置弹性机构与节流阀相抵。
作为进一步改进,所述的底座上设置锁定环与旋钮相连动。
本发明的减振器振动具有以下优点:减振度可根据道路的表面形状进行调整。在郊区或山区崎岖的道路上行驶时,调节杆增加了流经通道的液压油的阻力。这样可以减少共振产生的车身强烈的振动,使车辆在郊区或山区颠簸的道路上平稳运行。通过减振效果更好的减振器,突出了原车的特点,包括舒适感和价值感。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图1-3所示,一种横向高压减振器,该减振器包括缸体5,活塞4和活塞杆,所述的缸体5,活塞4和活塞杆安装设置在外管6内,所述的活塞杆包括活塞体1及其安装在活塞体1的中心通孔11内的调节杆23,且在中心通孔11上下两端分别设置顶端内螺纹12和底端内螺纹13,所述的调节杆23的上端设置轴套24,所述的轴套24的外表面设置外螺纹,且与顶端内螺纹12相配合,所述的轴套24的上端设置旋钮26相联动,所述的调节杆23的下端设置锥形杆22,所述的底端内螺纹13上设置节流阀14,所述的活塞体1上设置插孔15,所述的插孔15与所述的节流阀14内通道141相连通,所述的锥形杆22上的锥形头221伸入通道141内,所述的锥形杆22的一端设置弹性机构21与节流阀14相抵。
所述的轴套24与旋钮26之间设置底座25,所述的底座25的上表面设置多个容纳孔,且容纳孔255内设置弹簧266与铁球267,所述的底座25的上表面通过铁球267和弹簧266与旋钮26相抵。所述的底座25上设置锁定环254与旋钮相连动。
当汽车在颠簸路面上行驶时,由于高阻尼水平,车体不会有过度的振动。当汽车在郊区或山区崎岖的道路上行驶时,所有座位的乘坐舒适性都得到提高。因此,驾驶员和乘客都感受到原车的价值感。而且,当汽车在城市道路上行驶时,通过反转旋钮26将减振器调节到正常状态。此时,旋钮26带动轴套24在活塞体1的中心通孔11内向上旋转,从而使调节杆23和锥形杆22抵住轴套24的底端被锥形杆22的底端上的弹性件21推动而向上移动。然后锥形头221离开节流阀14的通道141,即液压油流动的阻力通过节流阀14的通道141减小。减振器的阻尼系数增加。

1.一种横向高压减振器,该减振器包括缸体,活塞和活塞杆,所述的缸体,活塞和活塞杆安装设置在外管内,其特征在于:所述的活塞杆包括活塞体及其安装在活塞体的中心通孔内的调节杆,且在中心通孔上下两端分别设置顶端内螺纹和底端内螺纹,所述的调节杆的上端设置轴套,所述的轴套的外表面设置外螺纹,且与顶端内螺纹相配合,所述的轴套的上端设置旋钮相联动,所述的调节杆的下端设置锥形杆,所述的底端内螺纹上设置节流阀,所述的活塞体上设置插孔,所述的插孔与所述的节流阀内通道相连通,所述的锥形杆上的锥形头伸入通道内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种横向高压减振器,其特征在于:所述的轴套与旋钮之间设置底座,所述的底座的上表面设置多个容纳孔,且容纳孔内设置弹簧与铁球,所述的底座的上表面通过铁球和弹簧与旋钮相抵。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种横向高压减振器,其特征在于:所述的锥形杆的一端设置弹性机构与节流阀相抵。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种横向高压减振器,其特征在于:所述的底座上设置锁定环与旋钮相连动。
