【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种插座连接器,尤其涉及一种适于传输高速信号的插座连接器。
【背景技术】
目前高速电连接器具有若干传输通道,每个传输通道传输速率在25Gbit/s或50Gbit/s。2014年7月1日,美国专利第US8764464号公开了一种设有若干端子的电连接器,所述电连接器用于在电子设备之间进行传输。所述端子包括若干接地端子,接地耦合组件与接地端子电性连接以根据需要调节电连接器的性能。
2010年9月21日,美国专利第US7798820号公开了一种光学传输模组,所述光学传输模组包括边缘连接器和母连接器。所述母连接器包括一排设有第一连接部的第一端子,一排设有第二连接部的第二端子,一排设有第三连接部的第三端子及一排设有第四连接部的第四端子。所述第一连接部向前延伸超出第二连接部。第四端子在第三端子的前面。所述边缘连接器包括对接电路板,所述对接电路板设有若干设置于对接电路板上侧和下侧的连接导电片。所述连接导电片包括设置于对接电路板上侧的一排第一导电片和一排第二导电片及设置于对接电路板下侧的一排第三导电片和一排第四导电片。所述第一连接部与第一导电片相连,所述第二连接部与第二导电片相连,所述第三连接部与第三导电片相连,所述第四连接部与第四导电片相连。

本发明主要目的是提供一种具有传输高速信号装置的插座连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种插座连接器,所述插座连接器设置于母板上并与对接电路板连接,所述插座连接器包括绝缘本体、一排第一端子、一排第二端子、一排第三端子及一排第四端子,所述第一端子、第二端子、第三端子、第四端子沿竖直方向排列并设置于绝缘本体内,所述第一端子和第四端子形成第一对接端口,所述第二端子和第三端子形成第二对接端口,所述第一对接端口向前延伸超出第二对接端口,所述第一端子在上下方向上与第二端子对齐,所述第三端子在上下方向上与第四端子对齐,所述第一端子与第二端子在纵向方向上与第三端子和第四端子偏移。
本发明插座连接器中端子的排布设置可减少共振引起的电信号串扰问题,增强了插座连接器的传输速率。

如图1-6所示,为符合本发明的插座连接器组件100,其包括屏蔽外壳或壳体10、若干符合本发明的插座连接器200及屏蔽片12,所述插座连接器200设置于母板300上且与对接电路板电性连接。所述插座连接器200包括绝缘本体20和若干设置于绝缘本体20内的端子模组。所述端子模组包括沿上下方向排列的第一端子模组30、第二端子模组40、第三端子模组50及第四端子模组60。所述屏蔽片12设置于相邻两绝缘本体20之间。所述屏蔽外壳10设有位于屏蔽外壳10上表面的孔11。所述电连接器组件100进一步包括设置于孔11内的散热件70,将散热件70整体固定在屏蔽外壳10上的保持器80及若干设置于散热件70上的导光管90。

如图5-7、9-12所示,所述绝缘本体20包括对接面21、上表面22和下表面23。所述上表面22设有一排用于收容第一连接部310的第一导向槽34。所述下表面23设有一排用于收容第四连接部610的第四导向槽64。所述第一绝缘本体32设有一排用于收容第二连接部410的第二导向槽44。所述第四绝缘本体62设有一排用于收容第三连接部510的第三导向槽54。所述第一连接部310和第四连接部610向前延伸超出第二连接部410和第三连接部510。所述第一端子31的第一连接部310与第四端子61的第四连接部610形成第一对接端口24。所述第二端子41的第二连接部410与第三端子51的第三连接部510形成第二对接端口25。所述绝缘本体20设有若干在下表面23后端的固定槽29,所述第四竖直部612收容于所述固定槽29内。所述第一、第二、第三竖直部312、412、512分别成型于所述第一、第二、第三固定部33、43、53并排成一排。这使得第一、第二、第三、第四焊接部313、413、513、613容易焊接在母板300上。所述绝缘本体20还包括连接上表面22和下表面23的两侧壁26。所述两侧壁26均设有位于相对表面的定位槽27。所述第一、第二、第三固定部33、43、53均在两端设有凸起28。所述凸起28收容于定位槽27内以固定第一、第二、第三焊接部313、413、513。
所述第一绝缘本体32设有若干位于上表面的第一槽320以将第一水平部311暴露在空气中。所述第一固定部33设有若干位于下表面的第一开口330以将第一竖直部312暴露在空气中。所述第二绝缘本体42设有若干位于上表面的第二槽420以将第二水平部411暴露在空气中。所述第二固定部43设有若干位于下表面的第二开口430以将第二竖直部412暴露在空气中。所述第三绝缘本体52设有若干位于上表面的第三槽520以将第三水平部511暴露在空气中。所述第三固定部53设有若干位于下表面的第三开口530以将第三竖直部512暴露在空气中。所述第四绝缘本体62设有若干位于上表面的第四槽620以将第四水平部611暴露在空气中。所述第四固定部63设有若干位于下表面的第四开口630以将第四竖直部612暴露在空气中。
如图13-16所示,当第一、第二、第三、第四端子模组30、40、50、60安装在绝缘本体20上,所述第一焊接部313设置于绝缘本体20下表面附近的尾部。同时,第二焊接部413位于第一焊接部前面313,第三焊接部513位于第二焊接部413前面,第四焊接部613位于第三焊接部513前面。所述第一焊接部313在前后方向上与第二焊接部413对齐。所述第三焊接部513在前后方向上与第四焊接部613对齐。所述第二焊接部413与相邻两第三焊接部513之间的空隙对齐。所述第一端子31在上下方向上与第二端子41对齐。所述第三端子51在上下方向上与第四端子61对齐。所述第一端子31与第二端子41在垂直于上下方向上的纵向方向和前后方向上与第三端子51和第四端子61偏移。所述第一端子31在前后方向上的中心线与第二端子41在前后方向上的中心线在同一第一垂直面C-C上。所述第三端子51在前后方向上的中心线与第四端子61在前后方向上的中心线在同一第二垂直面D-D上。相邻的第一垂直面C-C和第二垂直面D-D之间的距离为0.4mm。本发明中的QSFP-DD使整个插座连接器的高频特性提升。
如图17-21所示,为符合本发明的插头连接器组件800,所述插头连接器组件800属于QSFP-DD规格,其包括插头连接器830、插座连接器850及金属外壳810,所述金属外壳810设有相应的固持件880、散热件870和导光管890。其中,插座连接器850基本与第一实施例中的插座连接器200一样。插头连接器830包括金属下壳体831、与金属下壳体831形成一收容腔的金属上壳体832,所述收容腔用于收容水平板834。线缆836包括若干焊接在水平板834上的芯线838。所述操作部840可在前后方向上移动以将插头连接器从金属外壳810中释放,使得插头连接器无法与插座连接器850配合。
Claims (10)
1.一种插座连接器,所述插座连接器设置于母板上并与对接电路板连接,所述插座连接器包括绝缘本体、一排第一端子、一排第二端子、一排第三端子及一排第四端子,所述第一端子、第二端子、第三端子、第四端子沿竖直方向排列并设置于绝缘本体内,所述第一端子和第四端子形成第一对接端口,所述第二端子和第三端子形成第二对接端口,所述第一对接端口向前延伸超出第二对接端口,其特征在于:所述第一端子在上下方向上与第二端子对齐,所述第三端子在上下方向上与第四端子对齐,所述第一端子与第二端子在纵向方向上与第三端子和第四端子偏移。
2.根据权利要求1的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述第一端子在前后方向上的中心线与第二端子在前后方向上的中心线在同一第一竖直面上,所述第三端子在前后方向上的中心线与第四端子在前后方向上的中心线在同一第二竖直面上。
3.根据权利要求2的插座连接器,其特征在于,相邻的第一竖直面与第二竖直面之间的距离为0.4mm。
4.根据权利要求1的插座连接器,其特征在于,第一端子包括第一焊接部,第二端子包括第二焊接部,第三端子包括第三焊接部,第四端子包括第四焊接部。所述第四焊接部、第三焊接部、第二焊接部、第一焊接部按从前到后的顺序排列。
5.根据权利要求4的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述第二焊接部与相邻两第三焊接部之间的空隙对齐。
6.根据权利要求1的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述插座连接器包括第一端子模组、第二端子模组、第三端子模组及第四端子模组,所述第一端子模组包括第一绝缘本体和第一固定部,所述第一端子成型于第一绝缘本体内,所述第二端子模组包括第二绝缘本体和第二固定部,所述第二端子成型于第二绝缘本体内,所述第三端子模组包括第三绝缘本体和第三固定部,所述第三端子成型于第三绝缘本体内,所述第四端子模组包括第四绝缘本体和第四固定部,所述第四端子成型于第四绝缘本体内。
7.根据权利要求6的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述第一端子包括第一连接部、第一水平部、第一竖直部,所述第一绝缘本体成型于第一水平部,所述第一固定部成型于第一竖直部;所述第二端子包括第二连接部、第二水平部、第二竖直部,所述第二绝缘本体成型于第二水平部,所述第二固定部成型于第二竖直部;所述第三端子包括第三连接部、第三水平部、第三竖直部,所述第三绝缘本体成型于第三水平部,所述第三固定部成型于第三竖直部;所述第四端子包括第四连接部、第四水平部、第四竖直部,所述第四绝缘本体成型于第四水平部,所述第四固定部成型于第四竖直部;所述绝缘本体设有一排固定槽,所述第四竖直部收容于所述固定槽内。
8.根据权利要求7的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述绝缘本体包括上表面和下表面,所述上表面包括用于收容第一连接部的第一导向槽,所述下表面包括用于收容第四连接部的第四导向槽。
9.根据权利要求7的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述第一绝缘本体包括位于下表面的第二导向槽以收容第二连接部,所述第四绝缘本体包括位于上表面的第三导向槽以收容第三连接部。
10.根据权利要求7的插座连接器,其特征在于,所述第一绝缘本体设有将第一水平部露出的第一槽,所述第一固定部设有将第一竖直部暴露在空气中的第一开口;所述第二绝缘本体设有将第二水平部露出的第二槽,所述第二固定部设有将第二竖直部暴露在空气中的第二开口;所述第三绝缘本体设有将第三水平部露出的第三槽,所述第三固定部设有将第三竖直部暴露在空气中的第三开口;所述第四绝缘本体设有将第四水平部露出的第四槽。
