Abstract
一种氮化物发光材料及包含其的发光装置。该发光材料包含无机化合物,无机化合物的的化学式为MmAbXyDz,其中M为Ce与La、Lu、Gd和Y中的一种或两种以上的组合,A为Si和Ge中的一种或两种,X为N,或者为N和O,D为Pr、Nd、Er、Tm、Yb、Ho中的一种或两种以上的组合,且2≤m≤4,5≤b≤7,10.5≤y≤11.5,0<z≤0.5。本发明的氮化物发光材料能在近红外区域高效发射,是一种理想的近红外发光材料,含有该发光材料的发光装置能够广泛应用于照明和显示系统、光纤通讯、激光系统、生物分析传感系统及生物成像系统等领域。

技术领域
本发明属于发光材料领域,具体而言,涉及一种氮化物发光材料及包含其的发光装置。
背景技术
近年来,近红外材料在等离子体显示、无汞应用荧光灯管、光纤通讯、激光系统、生物分析传感器及生物成像等方面的应用价值日渐凸显,特别是稀土近红外发光材料已发展成一种新兴的荧光标记材料,并有希望替代有机染料和量子点应用于生物分析和医学成像,对近红外材料的研究逐渐成为国内外关注的焦点。以Pr、Nd、Sm、Er、Tm、Yb单掺为典型代表的传统近红外发光材料虽然有宽斯托克斯位移等优势,但因其f-f禁戒跃迁,导致其量子效率较低,发射强度不能达到要求而限制其应用。
2008年,日本物质材料研究所和三菱化学共同公开了一种新型氮化物发光材料CexMIII 3-xMIV yX-III z(JP2008088362A、JP2010070773A)。这种氮化物能够被300~530nm左右的光激发得到黄光,其热稳定性较高,而且能够被300~450nm的紫外光激发,是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型发光材料。
另外,JinDeng Chen等人报道了在钒酸盐上通过掺杂稀土激活剂离子来制造近红外发光材料的过程(WeiXian Tao,Shan Huang,YongHu Chen.Energy transfermechanisms inYb3+doped YVO4 near-infrared downconversion phosphor.Journal ofApplied Physics.10(2010):344.),而WeiXian Tao等人报道了通过共振能量传递来改善以硼酸盐作为基质的近红外发光材料,提高了它的量子效率以及亮度(JinDeng,HaiGuo,ZhengQuan Li.Near-infrared quantum cutting in Ce3+,Yb3+co-doped YBO3phosphorsby cooperative energy transfer[J].Optical Materials.32(2010):998-1001.),这对于我们红外发光材料的研发具有非常大的启发意义。
然而,目前,近红外发光材料面临着的共性难题是材料发光效率低的问题。
发明内容
为此,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种氮化物发光材料。本发明的氮化物发光材料具有高效发射的特点。
为达上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种氮化物发光材料,其包含无机化合物,所述无机化合物的化学式为式[I],
MmAbXyDz [I]
其中
M为Ce与La、Lu、Gd和Y中的一种或两种以上的组合,Ce是必须含有的,
A为Si和Ge中的一种或两种,
X为N,或者为N和O,
D为Pr、Nd、Er、Tm、Yb、Ho中的一种或两种以上的组合,且
2≤m≤4,例如为2.3、2.7、2.9、3.2、3.4、3.8等,
5≤b≤7,例如为5.3、5.7、5.9、6.1、6.3、6.4、6.8等,
10.5≤y≤11.5,例如为10.7、11、11.2、11.4等,
0<z≤0.5,例如为0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4等。
作为优选,M中Ce的摩尔数与M的总摩尔数之比n满足0<n≤0.2,例如为0.02、0.06、0.1、0.14、0.17、0.19等。
作为优选,0.005≤n≤0.15,5.5≤b≤6.5,0.01≤z≤0.3,2.8≤m+z≤3.2,满足上述条件的发光材料能可在近红外区域具有更高效的发射。

作为优选,所述发光材料具有和La3Si6N11相同的晶体结构。

本发明通过调整La:Si:Ce的比例,能够形成以Pr、Nd、Er、Tm、Yb、Ho为发光中心的(La,Ce)Si6N11晶体结构,这使得激活剂中心在Ce离子的敏化作用下以及Si-N四面体场的作用下获得更高的跃迁能量,从而获得高效率发射,而且以La3Si6N11晶体结构作为基质,从而制备出高热稳定性的发光材料,因而适合用于高能量密度激发的装置。

为便于理解本发明,本发明列举实施例如下。本领域技术人员应该明了,所述实施例仅仅用于帮助理解本发明,不应视为对本发明的具体限制。
一种氮化物发光材料,该发光材料包含无机化合物,无机化合物的化学式为MmAbXyDz,M元素为La、Ce、Lu、Gd和Y中的一种或两种以上的组合,其中必含Ce,A元素为Si和Ge中的一种或两种,X元素为N,或者为N和O,D元素为Pr、Nd、Er、Tm、Yb、Ho中的一种或两种以上的组合,且
2≤m≤4,
5≤b≤7,
10.5≤y≤11.5,
0<z≤0.5。
如背景中介绍所述,以Pr、Nd、Sm、Er、Tm、Yb单掺为典型代表的传统近红外发光材料量子效率较低,从而限制其应用。克服这一缺点的有效途径是在上述近红外发光材料中共掺Ce3+等宽带发射稀土元素,通过Ce3+与Pr、Nd、Sm、Er、Tm、Yb间的共振能量传递,可提高量子效率和发射强度,应用本发明的技术方案,通过调整La:Si:Ce以及激活剂离子的比例,能够形成以Pr、Nd、Sm、Er、Tm、Yb为发光中心的(La,Ce)Si6N11晶体结构,这使得激活剂中心在三价稀土离子以及Si-N四面体场的作用下获得更高的跃迁能量,从而改善目前氮化物红外发光材料光效低的问题,获得高光效发射,而且以La3Si6N11晶体结构作为基质,从而制备出高热稳定性的发光材料,因而适合用于高能量密度激发的装置。
本发明的上述氮化物发光材料中,其晶体结构是由M-A多面体构建的,而通过将M与A-N四面体以角-角或者边-边链接能够得到不同结构的发光材料。为了使本发明的氮化物发光材料具有与La3Si6N11一样的晶体结构,而又不至引入其他杂相,在本发明的氮化物发光材料中,选择M元素为三价稀土元素La、Ce、Lu、Y、Gd中的一种或两种时,能够保证发光材料晶格的严格生长,获得高稳定性发光材料,然而上述元素的引入量应当合适,当m<2时,在焙烧过程中由于元素配比的差异而导致不能生成纯相从而导致发光材料性能变差;当m>4时,过量的原料剩余同样影响发光材料纯相的生成,且发光材料的温度特性也会变差。优选的2.8≤m+z≤3.2,能够控制杂相尽量小或者无杂相,使氮化物发光材料的晶体结构更纯,从而赋予发光材料更好的发光性能。
X为N元素,能够使所选元素所合成的发光材料与La3Si6N11相同的晶体结构。当y<10.5或者y>11.5之后,由于元素配比差异引起晶体内部价键不平衡,导致结构的不稳定性,从而不容易获得理想的发光材料。
本发明的上述氮化物发光材料中,Pr、Nd、Er、Tm、Yb、Ho作为激活剂离子,经过多次实验后发现激活剂浓度的限定范围为0<z≤0.5时具有最优效果。当z含量大于0.5时,一方面进入晶格后由于离子半径不匹配导致结构不稳定性增大甚至生成杂相,另一方面,太多的z离子会因离子间距太小产生浓度猝灭效应,发光亮度反而随着z的增加而下降,更优选0.01<z≤0.3,同时为了结构的稳定性考虑,优选2.8≤m+z≤3.2。
选择上述种类及其用量的元素已经能够使得所形成的述氮化物发光材料具有发光强度高、稳定性好的有益效果。为了获得更高的发光强度,在本发明一种优选的实施例中,M至少包括元素La和Ce,元素Ce的摩尔数与M元素中总摩尔数之比不超过0.2,并且保证上述氮化物发光材料具有和La3Si6N11相同的晶体结构。将La和Ce的摩尔数控制在上述范围内,能够使Ce与激活剂离子发生能量传递,Ce所吸收的能量能够传递给激活剂离子,从而使得激活剂发光强度更高,进一步的,优选元素Ce的摩尔数与M元素中总摩尔数之比介于0.005-0.15之间。
本发明的上述氮化物发光材料,根据所选择的具体元素种类及用量配比的不同,其激光波长的峰值位置和发射波长的峰值波长也存在差异。
本发明的氮化物发光材料的制备方法可以采用本领域已知的方法进行制备,如使用高温固相法进行制备,在本发明一种优选的实施例中,按照上述合成氮化物发光材料的通式中所需的各元素的原料及其比例混合均匀,各元素的原料优选各种金属及非金属元素的单质或化合物,其中化合物优选为氮化物;然后进行煅烧,煅烧环境优选具有氮气、氢气或CO气体保护的高压或常压炉体内进行,保证环境的低含氧量;煅烧之后,在1600℃下保温20min-24h。若保温时间太短,反应不够充分,而时间过常时造成晶粒异常长大。更优选保温时间为6-15h;最后将炉内温度将至100℃以下取出,将粉体进行包括研磨、酸洗、过筛及烘干等后处理步骤。
在本发明还提供了一种发光装置,该发光装置包括辐射源和本发明所述的发光材料,发光材料为上述任一种氮化物发光材料,其中辐射源包括但不限于真空紫外发射源、紫外发射源、紫光发射源或蓝光发射源等激光光源,或者诸如紫外LED、紫光LED、蓝光LED等半导体光源。
下面将结合具体的实施例进一步说明本发明的有益效果。
实施例1
通过将按照(La2.93,Ce0.04)Si6N11:Nd0.03化学计量比称取的LaN、CeN、Si3N4、NdN粉末在研钵中混合均匀,在还原气氛下1600℃保温3小时后,所得产品经破碎、水洗除杂、过筛、烘干,获得产物。其XRD图谱见图1,红外发射光谱见图2。
由图1可知,该发光材料与La3Si6N11具有相同的晶体结构。其红外发射光谱见图2。
对比例1
通过将按照La2.97Si6N11Nd0.03化学计量比称取的LaN、CeN、Si3N4、NdN粉末在研钵中混合均匀,在还原气氛下1600℃保温3小时后,所得产品经破碎、水洗除杂、过筛、烘干,获得产物。其红外发射光谱见图2。
由图2中实施例1和对比例1制得的谱图及进行发光强度对比可知,通过对比上述实施例1实现了如下技术效果:随着Ce元素的加入,该发光材料的近红外光发射强度增加了约15倍。
实施例2
通过将按照(La2.93,Ce0.04)Si6N11Er0.03化学计量比称取的LaN、CeN、Si3N4、ErN粉末在研钵中混合均匀,在还原气氛下1600℃保温3小时后,所得产品经破碎、水洗除杂、过筛、烘干,获得产物。其红外发射光谱见图3。
对比例2
通过将按照La2.97Si6N11Er0.03化学计量比称取的LaN、CeN、Si3N4、ErN粉末在研钵中混合均匀,在还原气氛下1600℃保温3小时后,所得产品经破碎、水洗除杂、过筛、烘干,获得产物。其红外发射光谱见图3。
由图3中实施例2和对比例2制得的谱图及进行发光强度对比对比可知,通过对比上述实施例2实现了如下技术效果:随着Ce元素的加入,该发光材料的近红外光发射强度上升了约15倍。
由对比例及实施例的比较可以看出,在本发明中,随着Ce元素的加入,所有实施例中的发光材料的发射强度均有不同程度的增加。
实施例3-21
所有下述实施例的XRD图谱均如图1所示。所有以Nd为主发光中心的发光材料红外发射光谱图如图2所示;所有以Er为主发光中心的发光材料红外发射光谱图如图3所示。实施例3~21具有与实施例1相似的合成方法,实施例3~21的化学式与其峰值波长位置如表1所示。

Claims (10)
1.一种氮化物发光材料,其特征在于,其包含无机化合物,所述无机化合物的化学式为式[I],
MmAbXyDz[I]
其中
M为Ce与La、Lu、Gd和Y中的一种或两种以上的组合,
A为Si和Ge中的一种或两种,
X为N,或者为N和O,
D为Pr、Nd、Er、Tm、Yb、Ho中的一种或两种以上的组合,且
2≤m≤4,
5≤b≤7,
10.5≤y≤11.5,
0<z≤0.5;
M中Ce的摩尔数与M的总摩尔数之比n满足0<n≤0.2;
所述发光材料所发射的红外光波长范围为780~2500nm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光材料,其特征在于,M中Ce的摩尔数与M的总摩尔数之比n满足0.005≤n≤0.15,5.5≤b≤6.5,0.01≤z≤0.3,2.8≤m+z≤3.2;
优选地,X为N;
优选地,M中含有La;
优选地,所述发光材料具有和La3Si6N11相同的晶体结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光材料,其特征在于,M为La和Ce,D为Er时,主发射峰峰值波长为1500~1575nm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光材料,其特征在于,M为La和Ce,D为Nd时,主发射峰峰值波长为1050~1100nm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光材料,其特征在于,M为La和Ce,D为Tm时,主发射峰峰值波长为1950~2050nm。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光材料,其特征在于,M为La和Ce,D为Yb时,主发射峰峰值波长为950~1050nm。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光材料,其特征在于,M为La和Ce,D为Ho时,主发射峰峰值波长为1950~2050nm。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的发光材料,其特征在于,所述发光材料可以为粉体、陶瓷或者晶体中的一种或两种以上的组合。
9.一种发光装置,其特征在于,其包括辐射源和权利要求1-8任一项所述发光材料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的发光装置,其特征在于,其为激光器;
优选地,所述辐射源为激光光源或半导体光源。
