本发明公开了一种保鲜食品包装材料的制备方法,属于包装材料制备技术领域。本发明用LDPE/EVA共混树脂吹制得到内膜,BOPP薄膜作为外膜,制备聚氨酯胶粘剂作为粘结剂,本发明没食子酸直接分散在粘结剂层,制备出具有多层结构的复合膜,没食子酸具有抗菌消毒的功能,以BOPP薄膜作为外膜,BOPP薄膜中的双键可以被氧原子进攻发生自由基链式反应,外膜接触空气的一面就会生成氧化物或过氧化物,阻止空气中氧气的侵入包装材料内部,LDPE制成膜后取向拉伸,结晶度明显提高,极性增强,LDPE对极性的水汽分子透过率大大增加,高浓度的水汽对胶粘剂中吸氧成份没食子酸的吸氧反应有活化效果,从而使包装材料内部的氧含量降低。

背景技术
食品包装是食品商品的组成部分。食品工业过程中的主要工程之一。它保护食品,使食品在离开工厂到消费者手中的流通过程中,防止生物的、化学的、物理的外来因素的损害,它也可以有保持食品本身稳定质量的功能,它方便食品的食用,又是首先表现食品外观,吸引消费的形象,具有物质成本以外的价值。因此,食品包装制程也是食品制造系统工程的不可分的部分。但食品包装制程的通用性又使它有相对独立的自我体系。
食品包装被称做是“特殊食品添加剂”,它是现代食品工业的最后一道工序,在一定程度上,食品包装已经成为食品不可分割的重要组成部分。但我国食品包装行业面临的形势却不容乐观。包装作为食品的“贴身衣物”,其在原材料、辅料、工艺方面的安全性将直接影响食品质量,继而对人体健康产生影响。目前,用来包装食品的材料大多数是塑料制品,在一定的介质环境和温度条件下,塑料中的聚合物单体和一些添加剂会溶出,并且极少量地转移到食品和药物中,从而造成人体健康隐患。食品包装有害物质残留主要来源于包装用复合材料,特别是包装复合材料中添加的色素,所添加色素往往为非食品用色素,有害成分如苯类物质容易析出并渗透到包装食品上,从而造成对食品的污染,给人们的健康带来危害。因此,发明并制备能够保鲜的食品用包装材料对包装材料制备技术领域具有积极意义。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题,针对真空包装时食品包装袋内部依然有少量氧存在,引起食物变质的缺陷,提供了一种保鲜食品包装材料的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种保鲜食品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)取300~330g茱萸枝叶置于烧杯中,向烧杯中加入400~450mL氢氧化钠溶液,对烧杯加热升温,保温浸提水解,得到水解液,用醋酸溶液调节水解液pH,自然冷却至室温,结晶,得到结晶混合液,将结晶混合液置于高速离心机高速离心,去除上层液,得到晶体沉淀;
(2)按重量份数计,将40~50份LDPE母粒、10~15份EVA母粒、8~10份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯置于高速混合机混合,得到共混料,将共混料置于同向双螺杆挤出机中,熔融共混造粒,得到LDPE/EVA共混树脂,将LDPE/EVA共混树脂放入单螺杆挤出吹膜机中,吹得内膜;
(3)按重量份数计,向带有搅拌器、通气口和滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中加入10~15份2.2-二羟甲基丙酸、20~25份三羟甲基丙烷、60~70份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热升温,在氮气保护下用滴液漏斗向四口烧瓶中滴加3~5份二月桂酸二丁基锡,保温预聚后,向四口烧瓶加入10~15份三乙胺,中和反应,降温,再加入20~25份蒸馏水、10~15份EVA,搅拌乳化,出料,得到聚氨酯胶粘剂;
(4)将晶体沉淀放入烘箱中,加热升温,干燥后,置于研钵中粉碎研磨,过筛得到没食子酸粉末,将70~75g没食子酸粉末加入聚氨酯胶粘剂中,搅拌分散,得到吸氧胶粘剂;
(5)取BOPP薄膜作为外膜,用胶带将外膜固定在涂布机的涂布台上,用涂布棒将吸氧胶粘剂涂布在外膜上,将涂布后的外膜在室温下晾干,将内膜一面铺置一层没食子酸粉末,将内膜与外膜处理过的表面对齐贴合后,置于覆膜机中,加压,得到保鲜食品包装材料。
步骤(1)所述的氢氧化钠溶液的质量分数为40%,对烧杯加热升温后温度为70~80℃,保温浸提水解时间为40~50min,醋酸溶液的质量分数为85%,醋酸溶液调节水解液pH为6.8~7.2,结晶时间为30~35min,高速离心机转速为3000~3500r/min,高速离心时间为15~20min。
步骤(2)所述的高速混合机转速为4000~4200r/min,混合时间为10~12min,控制同向双螺杆挤出机机头温度为215~220℃,控制单螺杆挤出吹膜机机头温度为230~250℃,内膜厚度为30~35μm。
步骤(3)所述的加热升温后温度为75~80℃,滴液漏斗滴加速率为3~5mL/min,
保温预聚时间为2~3h,中和反应时间为30~35min,降温后温度为30~35℃,
搅拌乳化时间为40~45min。
步骤(4)所述的加热升温后温度为50~55℃,干燥时间为7~8h,研磨时间为40~50min,所过筛规格为200目,搅拌分散时间为20~25min。
步骤(5)所述的BOPP薄膜的厚度为0.8~1.2mm,涂布棒的直径为10μm,控制涂布厚度为1~3mm,晾干时间为30~40min,没食子酸粉末厚度为0.8~1.0mm,所加压力为2.0~2.2MPa。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明用LDPE/EVA共混树脂吹制得到内膜,BOPP薄膜作为外膜,制备聚氨酯胶粘剂作为粘结剂,将茱萸枝叶以热碱溶液水解,降温结晶得到没食子酸粉末,将内膜与外膜用粘结剂粘合并辅以没食子酸粉末作为吸氧成分,制得保鲜食品包装材料,本发明没食子酸直接分散在粘结剂层,制备出具有多层结构的复合膜,没食子酸具有抗菌消毒的功能,食品中只要有水分存在,氧气就能通过保鲜食品包装材料的内膜被没食子酸吸收,进一步降低氧气含量,食品中就不会滋生好氧霉菌,从而达到食品保鲜的目的;
(2)本发明中以BOPP薄膜作为外膜,BOPP薄膜中的双键可以被氧原子进攻发生自由基链式反应,外膜接触空气的一面就会生成氧化物或过氧化物,阻止空气中氧气的侵入包装材料内部,因而BOPP薄膜对氧气的阻隔性较好,内膜由LDPE/EVA共混树脂吹制而成,EVA使LDPE的拉伸强度增强,LDPE制成膜后被取向拉伸,结晶度明显提高,极性增强,LDPE对极性的水汽分子透过率大大增加,高浓度的水汽对胶粘剂中吸氧成份没食子酸的吸氧反应有活化效果,从而使包装材料内部的氧含量降低,达到食品保鲜效果,具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式

取310g茱萸枝叶置于烧杯中,向烧杯中加入420mL质量分数为40%的氢氧化钠溶液,对烧杯加热升温至75℃,保温浸提水解45min,得到水解液,用质量分数为85%的醋酸溶液调节水解液pH至7.0自然冷却至室温,结晶32min,得到结晶混合液,将结晶混合液置于高速离心机中以3200r/min的转速高速离心17min,去除上层液,得到晶体沉淀;按重量份数计,将45份LDPE母粒、12份EVA母粒、9份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯置于高速混合机中以4100r/min的转速混合11min,得到共混料,将共混料置于同向双螺杆挤出机中,控制机头温度为217℃,熔融共混造粒,得到LDPE/EVA共混树脂,将LDPE/EVA共混树脂放入单螺杆挤出吹膜机中,控制机头温度为240℃,吹得厚度为32μm的内膜;按重量份数计,向带有搅拌器、通气口和滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中加入12份2.2-二羟甲基丙酸、22份三羟甲基丙烷、65份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热升温至77℃,在氮气保护下用滴液漏斗以4mL/min的滴加速率向四口烧瓶中滴加4份二月桂酸二丁基锡,保温预聚2.5h后,向四口烧瓶加入12份三乙胺,中和反应32min,降温至32℃后,再加入22份蒸馏水、12份EVA,搅拌乳化42min,出料,得到聚氨酯胶粘剂;将晶体沉淀放入烘箱中,加热升温至52℃,干燥7.5h后,置于研钵中粉碎研磨45min,过200目筛得到没食子酸粉末,将72g没食子酸粉末加入聚氨酯胶粘剂中,搅拌分散22min,得到吸氧胶粘剂;取厚度为1.0mm的BOPP薄膜作为外膜,用胶带将外膜固定在涂布机的涂布台上,用直径为10μm涂布棒将吸氧胶粘剂涂布在外膜上,控制涂布厚度为2mm,将涂布后的外膜在室温下晾干35min,将内膜一面铺置一层厚度为0.9mm的没食子酸粉末,将内膜与外膜处理过的表面对齐贴合后,置于覆膜机中,加压至2.1MPa,得到保鲜食品包装材料。
实例3
取330g茱萸枝叶置于烧杯中,向烧杯中加入450mL质量分数为40%的氢氧化钠溶液,对烧杯加热升温至80℃,保温浸提水解50min,得到水解液,用质量分数为85%的醋酸溶液调节水解液pH至7.2,自然冷却至室温,结晶35min,得到结晶混合液,将结晶混合液置于高速离心机中以3500r/min的转速高速离心20min,去除上层液,得到晶体沉淀;按重量份数计,将50份LDPE母粒、15份EVA母粒、10份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯置于高速混合机中以4200r/min的转速混合12min,得到共混料,将共混料置于同向双螺杆挤出机中,控制机头温度为220℃,熔融共混造粒,得到LDPE/EVA共混树脂,将LDPE/EVA共混树脂放入单螺杆挤出吹膜机中,控制机头温度为250℃,吹得厚度为35μm的内膜;按重量份数计,向带有搅拌器、通气口和滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中加入15份2.2-二羟甲基丙酸、25份三羟甲基丙烷、70份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热升温至80℃,在氮气保护下用滴液漏斗以5mL/min的滴加速率向四口烧瓶中滴加5份二月桂酸二丁基锡,保温预聚3h后,向四口烧瓶加入15份三乙胺,中和反应35min,降温至35℃后,再加入25份蒸馏水、15份EVA,搅拌乳化45min,出料,得到聚氨酯胶粘剂;将晶体沉淀放入烘箱中,加热升温至55℃,干燥8h后,置于研钵中粉碎研磨50min,过200目筛得到没食子酸粉末,将75g没食子酸粉末加入聚氨酯胶粘剂中,搅拌分散25min,得到吸氧胶粘剂;取厚度为1.2mm的BOPP薄膜作为外膜,用胶带将外膜固定在涂布机的涂布台上,用直径为10μm涂布棒将吸氧胶粘剂涂布在外膜上,控制涂布厚度为3mm,将涂布后的外膜在室温下晾干40min,将内膜一面铺置一层厚度为1.0mm的没食子酸粉末,将内膜与外膜处理过的表面对齐贴合后,置于覆膜机中,加压至2.2MPa,得到保鲜食品包装材料。
对比例
以微山某公司生产的保鲜食品包装材料作为对比例 对本发明制得的保鲜食品包装材料和对比例中的保鲜食品包装材料进行性能检测,检测结果如表1所示:
1、测试方法:
大肠杆菌数的测试方法:取等量的猪肉四份备用,取实例1~3和对比例中的食品包装材料备用,将各包装材料包装备好的猪肉,放置于冰箱中冷藏,三天后取出测其大肠杆菌数值和含氧率;

根据上述中数据可知,本发明制得的保鲜食品包装材料抑菌效果好,没有霉菌的产生,而对比例中的包装材料里却有2.02×106 CFU/g的霉菌,含氧率低,具有很好的保鲜能力,具有广阔的应用前景。

Claims (6)

1.一种保鲜食品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)取300~330g茱萸枝叶置于烧杯中,向烧杯中加入400~450mL氢氧化钠溶液,对烧杯加热升温,保温浸提水解,得到水解液,用醋酸溶液调节水解液pH,自然冷却至室温,结晶,得到结晶混合液,将结晶混合液置于高速离心机高速离心,去除上层液,得到晶体沉淀;
(2)按重量份数计,将40~50份LDPE母粒、10~15份EVA母粒、8~10份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯置于高速混合机混合,得到共混料,将共混料置于同向双螺杆挤出机中,熔融共混造粒,得到LDPE/EVA共混树脂,将LDPE/EVA共混树脂放入单螺杆挤出吹膜机中,吹得内膜;
(3)按重量份数计,向带有搅拌器、通气口和滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中加入10~15份2.2-二羟甲基丙酸、20~25份三羟甲基丙烷、60~70份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,加热升温,在氮气保护下用滴液漏斗向四口烧瓶中滴加3~5份二月桂酸二丁基锡,保温预聚后,向四口烧瓶加入10~15份三乙胺,中和反应,降温,再加入20~25份蒸馏水、10~15份EVA,搅拌乳化,出料,得到聚氨酯胶粘剂;
(4)将晶体沉淀放入烘箱中,加热升温,干燥后,置于研钵中粉碎研磨,过筛得到没食子酸粉末,将70~75g没食子酸粉末加入聚氨酯胶粘剂中,搅拌分散,得到吸氧胶粘剂;
(5)取BOPP薄膜作为外膜,用胶带将外膜固定在涂布机的涂布台上,用涂布棒将吸氧胶粘剂涂布在外膜上,将涂布后的外膜在室温下晾干,将内膜一面铺置一层没食子酸粉末,将内膜与外膜处理过的表面对齐贴合后,置于覆膜机中,加压,得到保鲜食品包装材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保鲜食品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述的氢氧化钠溶液的质量分数为40%,对烧杯加热升温后温度为70~80℃,保温浸提水解时间为40~50min,醋酸溶液的质量分数为85%,醋酸溶液调节水解液pH为6.8~7.2,结晶时间为30~35min,高速离心机转速为3000~3500r/min,高速离心时间为15~20min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保鲜食品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的高速混合机转速为4000~4200r/min,混合时间为10~12min,控制同向双螺杆挤出机机头温度为215~220℃,控制单螺杆挤出吹膜机机头温度为230~250℃,内膜厚度为30~35μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保鲜食品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述的加热升温后温度为75~80℃,滴液漏斗滴加速率为3~5mL/min,
保温预聚时间为2~3h,中和反应时间为30~35min,降温后温度为30~35℃,
搅拌乳化时间为40~45min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保鲜食品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述的加热升温后温度为50~55℃,干燥时间为7~8h,研磨时间为40~50min,所过筛规格为200目,搅拌分散时间为20~25min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保鲜食品包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)所述的BOPP薄膜的厚度为0.8~1.2mm,涂布棒的直径为10μm,控制涂布厚度为1~3mm,晾干时间为30~40min,没食子酸粉末厚度为0.8~1.0mm,所加压力为2.0~2.2MPa。
