刺梨系蔷薇科落叶灌木植物,是我国西南部特产野果。刺梨营养价值和药用价值极高,其果肉中维生素C含量居各类水果之冠,每100g果肉中含维生素C2054~2725mg,比苹果、梨高500倍,比柑橘高100倍,比猕猴桃高9倍;维生素P含量极高,每100g果肉中 含维生素P5980~12895mg,比柑橘高120倍,比蔬菜类高150倍。刺梨果 实中含有多种营养物质,大致可分为三类:(1)维生素及单宁类,主要有 维生素C、维生素B族(维生素B1、B2、B11等)、维生素E及单宁酸;(2)微 量元素类,主要为硒和锌;(3)酶类,主要是超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶等。
经实现证明刺梨汁能有效地对氨基比啉和亚硝酸钠的肝脏毒性和致肝脏肿瘤显示出防护效应,而且刺梨汁的防癌效果明显优于维生素C纯品。此外,刺梨中的维生素E和B-谷甾醇还具有治疗早期宫颈癌和皮肤癌的作用,SOD及过氧化氢酶则组成一个消除超氧化物阴离子的自由基等活性氧的防护体系。因此,刺梨被称为防癌抗癌、延年益寿的珍果。但由于刺梨生食口感差,现阶段有很多刺梨的加工产品,然后进一步生产出刺梨饮料,满足消费者的需求。然而,至今尚无利用刺梨花粉或刺梨花蜂蜜配制的刺梨汁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料,利用贵州高原无污染环境下生长的灌木植物维生素C含量居各类水果之冠的刺梨野果汁、与其富含SOD的刺梨花粉及用其喂养蜜蜂产制的蜂蜜汁与纯天然矿泉水配制成刺梨汁饮品--刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料。
本发明的技术方案:一种刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料,由刺梨鲜果压榨制得,其特征在于:该饮料是以刺梨原汁为基料,添加含有刺梨花粉的刺梨花蜂蜜,再经天然矿泉水稀释制成的饮料,其浓缩汁的配方按重量份计算为:刺梨原汁40-50份、蔗糖30-40份、含刺梨花粉的刺梨花蜂蜜10-20份、蔗糖10-20份,薄荷10-15份、枸杞10-20份、刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料的配方为:刺梨浓汁∶天然矿泉水=1∶2~7。
前述刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料,前述的该饮料是按以下方法制备的:
(1)制备刺梨原汁:
取经过筛选的刺梨果用清洁水清洗干净,破碎成颗粒,用榨汁机将刺梨果颗粒压榨出果汁,榨出的果汁置入贮罐密封静置3-5天天,分离出沉淀物;再将分离出的沉淀物过滤去渣,取澄清的刺梨鲜汁,经过灭菌,制得刺梨原汁备用;
(2)制备刺梨花粉蜂蜜:
取养殖蜜蜂,用摇蜜机离心分离获得成品原质刺梨花蜂蜜,该刺梨花蜂蜜是粘稠、透明或半透明的胶状液体,味甜,具有刺梨花特有的花清香味;将刺梨花蜂蜜过滤去渣、消毒灭菌后再加入人工搜集的刺梨花粉,制得含有刺梨花粉的刺梨花粉蜂蜜,备用;
(3)制备刺梨浓汁:
按照配方比例,将刺梨原汁和加工好的蔗糖、刺梨花粉蜂蜜汁混合在储罐中,加入薄荷,再加入食用安全防腐剂,搅拌均匀,制得刺梨浓汁,贮存备用;
(4)制备刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料:
按照配方比例,将刺梨浓汁与天然矿泉水混合,用常规方法消毒灭菌, 然后罐装入事先消毒灭菌的饮料瓶或易拉罐中,即制得成品。
刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料,所述制备方法的第一步中,破碎成颗粒的粒度在6~10mm;密封静置的时间为2-3月,分离出沉淀物;再将分离出的沉淀物过滤去渣,取澄清的刺梨鲜汁,经过灭菌,制得刺梨原汁;
刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料,所述制备方法的第二步中,人工搜集的刺梨花粉加入量为2g/m3。
刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料,所述制备方法的第三步中,所用的防腐剂是双乙酸钠、或丙酸钠,所用的量为刺梨原汁质量的0.1%~0.3%。
与现有技术相比,刺梨花蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料,含有人体所需要的许多营养成分, 尤其SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)和Vc含量极高,此刺梨花蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料 香甜可口、老少皆宜,可以增加食欲,促进健康,具有开胃健脾、防癌 抗癌、增强血管壁通透性、缓解中毒和保肝、养颜、抗衰老、降血糖、降血脂等作用,本发明还另加了薄荷、枸杞等辅料,优化了饮料口感,更进一步提高了饮品的保健作用,是一种色味俱佳的营养饮品,也是人们居家、旅游和馈 赠亲友之佳品。
具体实施方式
实施例
取经过筛选的成熟刺梨果实1t用清洁水清洗干净,破碎成粒度为6~10mm的颗粒,用带式榨汁机将刺梨果颗粒压榨出果汁,榨出的果汁置入贮罐密封静置2-3天,分离出沉淀物;再将分离出的沉淀物 过滤去渣,取澄清的刺梨鲜汁,经过灭菌,制得刺梨原汁备用;
在具备规模生产的刺梨种植基地养殖蜜蜂,取其蜂蜜,用摇蜜机离 心分离获得成品原质刺梨花蜂蜜;再加入刺梨花粉2g/m3,制得含有刺梨 花粉的刺梨花蜂蜜,备用;
将加工好的刺梨原汁和已加工好的蔗糖汁、刺梨花粉蜂蜜汁按照50 %、30%和20%的比例混合在储罐中,加入刺梨原汁质量0.3%的双乙 酸钠,搅拌均匀,制得浓缩汁备用;
将浓缩汁与来自贵州高原乌蒙山区经高新净水技术生产天然矿泉水按照1∶2-7的比例混合,用常规方法消毒灭菌,然后罐装入事先消毒灭菌的饮料瓶或易拉罐中,即制得刺梨花蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料成品;再贴标签, 注明生产日期、批号和保质时间,经抽检合格,即可出厂上市。
1t刺梨果原汁可以配制刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料1800--2000kg。
Claims (5)
1.一种刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料,由刺梨鲜果压榨制得,其特征在于:该饮料是以刺梨原汁为基料,添加含有刺梨花粉的刺梨花蜂蜜,再经天然矿泉水稀释制成的饮料,其浓缩汁的配方按重量份计算为:刺梨原汁40-50份、蔗糖30-40份、含刺梨花粉的刺梨花蜂蜜10-20份、蔗糖10-20份,薄荷10-15份、枸杞10-20份、枸杞10-20份、刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料的配方为:刺梨浓汁∶天然矿泉水=1∶2~7。
2.按照权利要求1所述的刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料,其特征在于:该饮料是按以下方法制备的:

5.按照权利要求1或2所述的刺梨花粉蜂蜜刺梨汁饮料,其特征在于:所述制备方法的第三步中,所用的防腐剂是双乙酸钠、或丙酸钠,所用的量为刺梨原汁质量的0.1%~0.3%。
