本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种新型三层面料及其生产方法。包括表层、中层和里层;表层和里层的经纬纱均采用高支数50支‑70支,中层经纬纱采用10支‑20支。表层、中层和里层所用的经纱密度为180‑230根/inch,纬纱密度为120‑140根/inch。与现有三层面料相比,风格独特,布面平整,手感细腻柔软,透气性高,透气率达到100mm/s以上,吸湿性好,瞬间吸水。本发明还提供其生产方法,将经纱采用浆料上浆,上浆率为13%‑15%,回潮率为8%‑9%,然后将经纱和纬纱在织布车间织造,得到所述的新型三层面料,成本低,能够满足大批量生产的需求。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种新型三层面料及其生产方法。
背景技术
现有的三层面料经纱使用一种纱支,密度大,织造过程中,经纱摩擦大,开口不清晰,导致经纱断头,织厂工作效率低,成本高,同时给后续的染整加工造成困难。现有的三层织物影响穿着美观,面料不透气、手感不好,无法满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种新型三层面料,风格独特,布面平整,手感细腻柔软,透气性、吸湿性好,本发明还提供其生产方法,成本低。
本发明所述的新型三层面料,包括表层、中层和里层;表层和里层的经纬纱均采用高支数50支-70支,中层经纬纱采用10支-20支。
其中:表层、中层和里层所用的经纱密度为180-230根/inch,纬纱密度为120-140根/inch。
本发明所述的新型三层面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将经纱采用浆料上浆,上浆率为13%-15%,回潮率为8%-9%,然后将经纱和纬纱在织布车间织造,得到所述的新型三层面料。
其中:
织布车间相对湿度为50~70%。
织造采用比加诺喷气织机,织造张力为4.5KN±0.2,喷气压力为0.38-0.4mpa,主喷嘴的喷气时间为100-105度,辅喷嘴的喷气时间为70-75度。
浆料由如下重量份的原料组成:薯类淀粉80-100份、丙烯酸25-30份和蜡片6-8份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明不需要投资改进织机,在现有的毕加诺喷气织机上即可织造出三层面料,成本低,能够满足大批量生产的需求。
(2)本发明新型三层面料与现有三层面料相比,风格独特,布面平整,手感细腻柔软,透气性高,透气率达到100mm/s以上,吸湿性好,瞬间吸水。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种新型三层面料,包括表层、中层和里层;表层和里层的经纬纱均采用高支数70支,中层经纬纱采用20支。
其中:表层、中层和里层所用的经纱密度为230根/inch,纬纱密度为140根/inch。
生产方法步骤如下:
将经纱采用浆料上浆,上浆率为15%,回潮率为8%,然后将经纱和纬纱在织布车间织造,织布车间相对湿度为50%,织造采用比加诺喷气织机,织造张力为4.5KN±0.2,喷气压力为0.38mpa,主喷嘴的喷气时间为100-105度,辅喷嘴的喷气时间为70-75度。
浆料由如下重量份的原料组成:薯类淀粉100份、丙烯酸30份和蜡片8份。
面料成品后吸水性为0.5s,透气率达到100mm/s。
实施例2
一种新型三层面料,包括表层、中层和里层;表层和里层的经纬纱均采用高支数50支,中层经纬纱采用10支。
其中:表层、中层和里层所用的经纱密度为180根/inch,纬纱密度为120根/inch。
生产方法步骤如下:
将经纱采用浆料上浆,上浆率为13%,回潮率为9%,然后将经纱和纬纱在织布车间织造,织布车间相对湿度为70%,织造采用比加诺喷气织机,织造张力为4.5KN±0.2,喷气压力为0.4mpa,主喷嘴的喷气时间为100-105度,辅喷嘴的喷气时间为70-75度。

面料成品后吸水性0.3s,透气率达到110mm/s。

1.一种新型三层面料,其特征在于:包括表层、中层和里层;表层和里层的经纬纱均采用高支数50支-70支,中层经纬纱采用10支-20支。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型三层面料,其特征在于:表层、中层和里层所用的经纱密度为180-230根/inch,纬纱密度为120-140根/inch。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的新型三层面料的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将经纱采用浆料上浆,上浆率为13%-15%,回潮率为8%-9%,然后将经纱和纬纱在织布车间织造,得到所述的新型三层面料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型三层面料的生产方法,其特征在于:织布车间相对湿度为50~70%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的新型三层面料的生产方法,其特征在于:织造采用比加诺喷气织机,织造张力为4.5KN±0.2,喷气压力为0.38-0.4mpa,主喷嘴的喷气时间为100-105度,辅喷嘴的喷气时间为70-75度。
