技术领域
本发明属于多功能织物领域,特别涉及一种多功能三层织物的织造方法。
背景技术
现有的多功能织物无论是作服装用还是户外用,其主要生产加工方法有三种,即黏合法、交合法、缝接法。这些方法均存在一些不足之处,或工艺繁琐,有胶水残留;或工艺要求精度高,应用范围有限。因此考虑将面料的表层、中层、里层运用三层组织织成一块,在减少服饰与肌肤摩擦提高使用舒适度的同时,做到表层防水透气,中层隔温保暖,里层亲肤顺滑且快干。
其中三层组织是由三个系统的经纬纱分别交织,并以一定的方式连接起来的织物组织,目前的三层织物因其良好的三维立体成型多用于产业用纺织品,服用三层组织织物比较少见。然而随着人们对纺织品的多元化需求逐渐提高,一方面考虑新材料的应用,另一方面也考虑将三层组织应用于服用纺织品中,迎合市场需求,为企业扩大利益点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能三层织物的织造方法,该方法明较传统复合织物,使多层复合织物减少了胶合或缝接工序在织物上留下的痕迹,提高了面料与人体接触的舒适性,同时也增加了产品的适用性,具有良好的应用前景。
本发明的一种多功能三层织物的织造方法,包括:
(1)选用超细涤纶长丝作为织物表层,中空涤纶作为织物中层,异形涤纶短纤纱作为织物里层;织物表层、织物中层和织物里层的组织经纱分别进行分批整经、浆纱;
(2)按表层经纱-表层经纱-里层经纱的顺序将表里经轴合并成一个织轴,中层经纱自成一个织轴,按表经-表经-中经-里经的顺序进行穿经,最后进行织造和后整理,即得多功能三层织物。
所述步骤(1)中的织物表层和织物里层采用平纹组织,织物中层采用浮松组织。
所述步骤(1)中的织物的结方式为中接表、中接里。
所述步骤(1)中的织物表层的组织经纱的浆纱配方为:水1000kg,PVA-205 25kg,聚丙烯酸酯30kg,乳化油5kg,抗静电剂2kg;浆纱的上浆率3~5%。
所述步骤(1)中的织物中层的组织经纱的浆纱配方为:醋酸酯淀粉60kg,PVA179935kg,PVA-205 20kg,丙烯酸酯5kg,蜡片5kg;浆纱的上浆率13%。
所述步骤(1)中的织物里层的组织经纱的浆纱配方为:PVA1799 62.5kg,变性淀粉37.5kg,聚丙烯酸25kg,柔软剂3kg,抗静电剂6kg;浆纱的上浆率13%。
所述步骤(2)中的织造工艺参数为:开口时间310~315°,开口量76~96/4mm,主喷时间65~80°,后梁高度-3~-8mm,一轴预定上机张力3200~3600N,二轴预定上机张力2650~2800N。
所述步骤(2)中的后整理包括退浆及织物表层的防水透气整理。
所述退浆工艺流程为:轧碱,打卷堆置或汽蒸,水洗。
所述防水透气整理具体为在织物表层上附着无孔亲水性薄膜。
有益效果
(1)本发明摒弃复合织物的工艺,将表层、中层、里层织成一块面料,并且做到三层功能各不同,表层防水透气,中层隔温保暖,里层顺滑快干;一方面能简化生产流程降低生产成本,另一方面还能同时提高服装的穿着舒适性。
(2)本发明较传统复合织物,使多层复合织物减少了胶合或缝接工序在织物上留下的痕迹,提高了面料与人体接触的舒适性,同时也增加了产品的适用性,具有良好的应用前景。

实施例1
(1)纱线的排列与选择
经纱排列:aabcaabc;
纬纱排列:aabcaabc;
注:其中a为表层组织经纬纱系统;b为中层组织经纬纱系统;c为里层组织经纬纱系统。
织物表层采用8tex超细涤纶织造,经后整理使之具有防水透气的功能,中层采用19tex的中空涤纶,运用蓬松结构使中层隔温保暖,里层采用15tex的异形涤纶短纤纱,如Coolmax、AIRism纤维等进行织造,使里层面料柔顺快干。
(2)组织设计与规格
表里两层采用密度较高的平纹组织,平纹组织织物平整、有身骨;中层组织采用具有较长浮长线的浮松组。结方式为中接表、中接里。织物组织图如图1所示,表层经密为611根/10cm,中层经密为300根/10cm,里层经密为300根/10cm。表层纬密为452根/10cm,中层纬密为208根/10cm,里层纬密为208根/10cm。
(3)整经工序
表、中、里层组织经纱均采用分批整经的方式将三种经纱整理成适于上浆的经轴,表经根数:中经根数:里经根数=2:1:1。
(4)浆纱工序
表层经纱:超细涤纶长丝织造,疏水性纤维,静电严重,长丝容易松散、扭结,因此上浆时要加强纤维之间的抱合,一般以聚丙烯酸酯类共聚浆料上浆,并加入低聚合度的部分醇解PVA。含油率控制在1%左右。水1000kg,PVA-205 25kg,聚丙烯酸酯30kg,乳化油5kg,抗静电剂2kg;浆纱的上浆率3~5%。
里层经纱:异形涤纶短纤纱织造,异形纯涤纶短纤纱的强力和伸长均明显优于同特数的不同混纺比例的涤棉纱,因此增强已不是上浆的主要目的。由于此类纱线上3mm以上的有害毛羽多,在生产过程中经摩擦后易起毛起球,同时在织造工序中,由于毛羽和静电的双重影响,易使纱线相互纠缠,导致梭口不清,影响织造的顺利进行。因此,贴服毛羽、减少静电、提高耐磨是此类纱线上浆的主要目的。配方应以PVA为主,并加入变性淀粉、聚丙烯酸,辅以适量的抗静电剂和柔软剂,配方:醋酸酯淀粉60kg,PVA1799 35kg,PVA-205 20kg,丙烯酸酯5kg,蜡片5kg,调浆体积0.85m3,浆纱的上浆率13%。
中层经纱:中空涤纶织造,以PVA为主的上浆配方,PVA1799 62.5kg,变性淀粉37.5kg,聚丙烯酸25kg,柔软剂3kg,抗静电剂6kg,调浆体积0.85m3,浆纱的上浆率13%。
(5)分经工序
按表层经纱-表层经纱-里层经纱的顺序将表里经轴合并成一个织轴,中层经纱自成一个织轴。
(6)穿经工序
把两个织轴按照图1组织图所对应的上机图规定,即“表经—表经—中经—里经”的顺序一次穿过经停片、综丝和钢筘。穿筘采用83号筘,4入一筘。
(7)织造工序
由于本织物经密较大,打纬阻力较大,织造过程中经纱易开口不清,因此需优选织造工艺参数,适当的经纱上机张力是开清梭口和打紧纬纱的必要条件,应根据织物的结构和质量要求选定适当偏大的上机张力。开口时间的迟早决定了打纬时经纱张力的大小和采用不等张力梭口时上下层经纱张力的差异程度,影响上机张力和后梁高度。由于表里组织选择了平纹组织,其交织点多,打纬阻力大,纬纱不易打紧,且织物经密大,梭口不易开清,故采用早开口、高后梁工艺,另外,引纬时间适当延迟,待梭口开清后再引纬。
因此,选用开口时间312°,开口量80/4mm,主喷时间70°,后梁高度-5mm,一轴预定上机张力3400N,二轴预定上机张力2800N。
(8)后整理工序
后整理工序包括退浆及织物表层的防水透气整理。
退浆处理流程为:轧碱(烧碱浓度6~10g/L,温度70~80℃)→打卷堆置或汽蒸(堆置6~12h,汽蒸60min)→水洗。
防水透气整理对织物表层进行改性处理,使之附上一层无孔亲水性薄膜,具体方法是:织物于水平方向并在相当大的张力下,在一固定的涂层头的下面运行通过,涂层头将聚合物溶液薄而均匀地施加到织物上部表面,最后进行烘燥与焙烘。由于薄膜本身没有空隙,防水效果很好,透气则通过其亲水特性实现,依靠织物内外蒸汽压差,将蒸汽从压力高的地方向低的地方转移,从而实现了透气功能。

1.一种多功能三层织物的织造方法,包括:
(1)选用超细涤纶长丝作为织物表层,中空涤纶作为织物中层,异形涤纶短纤纱作为织物里层;织物表层、织物中层和织物里层的组织经纱分别进行分批整经、浆纱;
(2)按表层经纱-表层经纱-里层经纱的顺序将表里经轴合并成一个织轴,中层经纱自成一个织轴,按表经-表经-中经-里经的顺序进行穿经,最后进行织造和后整理,即得多功能三层织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能三层织物的织造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的织物表层和织物里层采用平纹组织,织物中层采用浮松组织。
