本发明涉及纺纱线加工技术领域,具体涉及一种混色纺纱线的生产工艺。
背景技术
涤纶制品采用高温高压分散染料染色,在白纺、白织、匹染工艺中已非常成熟。在色织艺中,因为筒纱染色(或绞纱染色)→色织,虽然色织布高温(190℃-210℃)定型时也会因升华牢度、定型牢度等问题产生色变,但可根据色变程度在染色时提前调整,最终产品颜色仍然可控,因此不会产生色变质量问题。
纺纱线加工,是中国传统手工艺之一,历史悠久,我国至迟在元代即有此业,时至今日仍有操此行业者;纺纱线加工的目的是使纤维重新排列,达到蓬松的效果,做成所需的产品,满足生活的需求,也可以去除纺纱线中的杂质,随着经济文化的发展,人们越来越注重品质文化的生活,环保、健康和绿色意识渐入人心。
对于纺纱线加工的技术领域,除杂是重要的一个工序,现有技术中一般都是采用较多的机械设备来进行除杂的步骤,由于杂质相对较为复杂,有铁质金属、杂草以及小石子和泥土等,一般的单纯的机械除杂的方式难以一次性将杂质清楚干净,由于铁质金属容易粘附到棉花内部,因此即使使用磁铁也难以将其去除,需要多个较为复杂的设备,导致除杂的成本加高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的技术问题,本发明提供一种混色纺纱线的生产工艺。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种混色纺纱线的生产工艺,包括纺纱线除杂、纺纱线染色及纺纱,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、将纺纱线放入到软化剂溶液内浸泡2-4h,然后晒干,用清花机进行分拣去杂,蓬松,将蓬松后的纺纱线通过设置有磁铁的输送带,除去纺纱线内部的铁杂质,再将纺纱线分割成块状,对其轻微揉捻,直至杂质都粘附在块状外侧,得到除杂后的纺纱线;
S2、将除杂后的纺纱线进行漂白、染色,然后进行皂洗、固色,得到染色后的纺纱线;
S3、将步骤S2染色后的纺纱线进行纺纱,即可。
进一步的,所述混色纺纱线含有化学纤维、棉纤维、长绒棉中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述混色纺纱线的支数为20-50Ne的单纱和股线,单纱捻度为500-1000T/m,股线捻度为150-800T/m。
进一步的,步骤S1所述软化剂由以下重量份的原料混合而成:硫酸镁3-8份、正丁醇5-12份、甜茶碱4-10份、季铵盐5-10份。
进一步的,步骤S2所述漂白是指在常温下浴比为10-15的水中加入螯合分散剂,并调节PH=7.5-8,然后加入双氧水、双氧水稳定剂,升温至70-90℃保温10-25min,排掉残液,水洗,加入去氧酶,在50-60℃保温3-8min,再水洗,降温到35-45℃进行染色。
进一步的,步骤S2所述的皂洗是将染色后的纺纱线先用醋酸调节PH值为4-6的弱酸状态处理,接着在50-60℃下加入皂洗剂皂洗,再在50-55℃热洗,最后在35-45℃下加入固色剂处理。
进一步的,所述固色剂为稀土-柠檬酸、氯化亚锡、硫酸铝钾中的一种。

步骤S2中的漂白是指在常温下浴比为13的水中加入螯合分散剂,并调节PH=7.8,然后加入双氧水、双氧水稳定剂,升温至80℃保温17min,排掉残液,水洗,加入去氧酶,在55℃保温5min,再水洗,降温到40℃进行染色;步骤S2中的皂洗是将染色后的纺纱线先用醋酸调节PH值为5的弱酸状态处理,接着在55℃下加入皂洗剂皂洗,再在52℃热洗,最后在40℃下加入固色剂处理,且固色剂为硫酸铝钾。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种混色纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括纺纱线除杂、纺纱线染色及纺纱,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、将纺纱线放入到软化剂溶液内浸泡2-4h,然后晒干,用清花机进行分拣去杂,蓬松,将蓬松后的纺纱线通过设置有磁铁的输送带,除去纺纱线内部的铁杂质,再将纺纱线分割成块状,对其轻微揉捻,直至杂质都粘附在块状外侧,得到除杂后的纺纱线;
S2、将除杂后的纺纱线进行漂白、染色,然后进行皂洗、固色,得到染色后的纺纱线;
S3、将步骤S2染色后的纺纱线进行纺纱,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述混色纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述混色纺纱线含有化学纤维、棉纤维、长绒棉中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述混色纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述混色纺纱线的支数为20-50Ne的单纱和股线,单纱捻度为500-1000T/m,股线捻度为150-800T/m。
4.根据权利要求1所述混色纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S1所述软化剂由以下重量份的原料混合而成:硫酸镁3-8份、正丁醇5-12份、甜茶碱4-10份、季铵盐5-10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述混色纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2所述漂白是指在常温下浴比为10-15的水中加入螯合分散剂,并调节PH=7.5-8,然后加入双氧水、双氧水稳定剂,升温至70-90℃保温10-25min,排掉残液,水洗,加入去氧酶,在50-60℃保温3-8min,再水洗,降温到35-45℃进行染色。
6.根据权利要求1所述混色纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2所述的皂洗是将染色后的纺纱线先用醋酸调节PH值为4-6的弱酸状态处理,接着在50-60℃下加入皂洗剂皂洗,再在50-55℃热洗,最后在35-45℃下加入固色剂处理。
7.根据权利要求6所述混色纺纱线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述固色剂为稀土-柠檬酸、氯化亚锡、硫酸铝钾中的一种。
