本发明公开了一种利用废旧纺织品生产毛巾的方法,包括原料为各种废旧纺织品,加工包括以下步骤:A、杀菌;B、降解蛋白;C、再生加工;D、清棉;E、成步加工:合并,再拉长抽细,使棉条的纤维进一步混合,再进行捻回形成纱条,再依次进行络筒、捻线、整经、浆纱、穿经、织造形成纺织物;F、染色及整理:在纺织物上利用活性色素进行喷色,晾干24小时,之后进行煮炼0.5小时,在所述发酵液中浸泡24小时,过清水,再进行冲裁成毛巾料,对毛巾料进行缝制形成毛巾。本发明与现有技术相比,可以解决现有废旧纺织品对自然危害大的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织工艺技术领域,尤其是一种利用废旧的纺织品生产毛巾的方法。
背景技术
现有的回收利用废旧纺织品的方法主要是焚烧和掩埋,但以涤纶、晴纶和丙纶为代表的合成纤维的分解非常缓慢,掩埋在土壤中会危害植物的生长,如果进行焚烧,其可能释放出有毒物质,因而需要设计一种废旧纺织品循环利用的方法,以解决废旧纺织品给自然产生的危害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种利用废旧纺织品生产毛巾的方法,以解决现有废旧纺织品对自然危害大的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本利用废旧纺织品生产毛巾的方法包括原料为各种废旧纺织品,加工包括以下步骤:A、杀菌:将原料先进行碱洗0.5小时~0.6小时,过清水,再用氯化物浸泡0.5小时~0.6小时,过清水,再进行发酵液浸泡24小时,滤出后过清水;B、降解蛋白:加入蛋白酶进行蛋白质纤维的选择性降解,之后进行固液分离,液体中的蛋白酶进行重复利用,废液加入废液总重量10%的发酵液后排放,固体纺织品再经双氧水漂白形成白色纺织品;C、再生加工:将步骤B获得的白色纺织品进行切割,再进行还原,再进行松解、开松形成絮状蓬松的再生棉,抽成纤维束;D、清棉:将步骤C获得的纤维束中的杂质、疵点、短纤维清除,将不同批次的纤维束进行充分而均匀地混合形成棉纤维卷,再进行梳棉形成棉条;E、成步加工:将步骤D获得的棉条6根~8根进行合并,再拉长抽细,使棉条的纤维进一步混合,再进行捻回形成纱条,再依次进行络筒、捻线、整经、浆纱、穿经、织造形成纺织物;F、染色及整理:在纺织物上利用活性色素进行喷色,晾干24小时,之后进行煮炼0.5小时~0.6小时,在所述发酵液中浸泡24小时,过清水,再进行冲裁成毛巾料,对毛巾料进行缝制形成毛巾;所述发酵液为清水、植物纤维素和黑糖按10:3:1混合密封发酵6~9个月后获得的液体。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本利用废旧纺织品生产毛巾的方法采用废旧纺织品作为原料,对废旧纺织品进行再利用,既节省了资源,又减少了废旧纺织品对自然的破坏;对废旧纺织品进行的杀菌,应用了特殊发酵的发酵液对含毒素的废旧纺织品进行浸泡24小时,可以分解掉有毒物质形成无毒害的小分子结构,并有效阻碍细菌的生长,破坏细菌的生长环境,起到了很好的杀菌效果,同时排放出去的发酵酸废液对土壤有肥沃土地的作用;采用蛋白酶有效降解蛋白性纤维,并且反复利用,废液加十分之一的发酵液,使废液中的大分子有毒物被分解后再排放,杜绝了污染的排放;在毛巾上色煮炼完之后再用特殊发酵的发酵液浸泡24小时,可以分解掉染色剂内的有害物质,使用本方法制造出来的毛巾,完全不含有毒物质,环保,而且生产过程中的排放物也被发酵液分解掉有毒物质,实现零污染的排放。

下面对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
实施例一:
本利用废旧纺织品生产毛巾的方法,包括原料为各种废旧纺织品,加工包括以下步骤:A、杀菌:将原料先进行碱洗0.5小时,过清水,再用氯化物浸泡0.5小时,过清水,再进行发酵液浸泡24小时,滤出后过清水;B、降解蛋白:加入蛋白酶进行蛋白质纤维的选择性降解,之后进行固液分离,液体中的蛋白酶进行重复利用,废液加入废液总重量10%的发酵液后排放,固体纺织品再经双氧水漂白形成白色纺织品;C、再生加工:将步骤B获得的白色纺织品进行切割,再进行还原,再进行松解、开松形成絮状蓬松的再生棉,抽成纤维束;D、清棉:将步骤C获得的纤维束中的杂质、疵点、短纤维清除,将不同批次的纤维束进行充分而均匀地混合形成棉纤维卷,再进行梳棉形成棉条;E、成步加工:将步骤D获得的棉条6根进行合并,再拉长抽细,使棉条的纤维进一步混合,再进行捻回形成纱条,再依次进行络筒、捻线、整经、浆纱、穿经、织造形成纺织物;F、染色及整理:在纺织物上利用活性色素进行喷色,晾干24小时,之后进行煮炼0.5小时,在所述发酵液中浸泡24小时,过清水,再进行冲裁成毛巾料,对毛巾料进行缝制形成毛巾;所述发酵液为清水、植物纤维素和黑糖按10:3:1混合密封发酵6个月后获得的液体。

Claims (1)
1.一种利用废旧纺织品生产毛巾的方法,其特征在于:包括原料为各种废旧纺织品,加工包括以下步骤:
A、杀菌:将原料先进行碱洗0.5小时~0.6小时,过清水,再用氯化物浸泡0.5小时~0.6小时,过清水,再进行发酵液浸泡24小时,滤出后过清水;
B、降解蛋白:加入蛋白酶进行蛋白质纤维的选择性降解,之后进行固液分离,液体中的蛋白酶进行重复利用,废液加入废液总重量10%的发酵液后排放,固体纺织品再经双氧水漂白形成白色纺织品;
C、再生加工:将步骤B获得的白色纺织品进行切割,再进行还原,再进行松解、开松形成絮状蓬松的再生棉,抽成纤维束;
D、清棉:将步骤C获得的纤维束中的杂质、疵点、短纤维清除,将不同批次的纤维束进行充分而均匀地混合形成棉纤维卷,再进行梳棉形成棉条;
E、成步加工:将步骤D获得的棉条6根~8根进行合并,再拉长抽细,使棉条的纤维进一步混合,再进行捻回形成纱条,再依次进行络筒、捻线、整经、浆纱、穿经、织造形成纺织物;
F、染色及整理:在纺织物上利用活性色素进行喷色,晾干24小时,之后进行煮炼0.5小时~0.6小时,在所述发酵液中浸泡24小时,过清水,再进行冲裁成毛巾料,对毛巾料进行缝制形成毛巾;
