Abstract
本发明涉及一种塑料装饰板的生产工艺,属于塑料加工技术领域。该塑料装饰板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:㈠配料;㈡将原料按所述质量百分比混合后,进行清洗、粉碎;㈢将原料进行干燥处理,干燥温度为80‑100℃,干燥时间为4‑6小时;㈣将干燥好的原料加入到注塑机里,完成产品的注塑;㈤冷却:利用冷却水对模具进行冷却,冷却水的温度为5‑6℃,流速为0.4‑0.5m/s,模具冷却至室温;㈥脱模:冷却后的模具,将注塑成型的塑料装饰板从模具中脱离;㈦在塑料装饰板的表面喷涂水性涂料。本发明的塑料装饰板由于成分配比科学,具有优良的耐高压性能,并且耐腐蚀和耐热性能优良,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料装饰板的生产工艺,属于塑料加工技术领域。
背景技术
装饰材料的种类繁多,有不锈钢装饰材料、有塑料装饰材料,还有复合板装饰板,每种装饰板各有特点。其中的塑料装饰板使用最为广泛,通常的塑料装饰板加工时,有的采用挤出法成型,有的采用注塑成型法成型,通常在注塑成型时水口(进胶点)处易出现,冷料斑,银纹,气痕, 等外观型缺陷. 注塑工艺无法稳定, 产品品质不稳定且生产效率低, 成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种塑料装饰板的生产工艺。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种塑料装饰板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
㈠配料:塑料装饰板中各成分的质量百分比为:环氧树脂4.43-4.87%、苯乙烯1.13-1.23%、硬脂酸镁0.03-0.14%、羟基硅油0.18-0.21%、聚氯乙烯树脂0.55-0.62%、增塑剂0.45-0.66%、抗紫外线剂0.75-0.87%、粉六溴环十二烷1.55-1.76%、钛白粉0.56-0.77%、三氧化二锑0.01-0.07%、硅氮烷0.36-0.45%、骨炭1.51-2.65%,余量为酚醛树脂;
㈡将原料按质量百分比混合后,进行清洗、粉碎;
㈢将原料进行干燥处理,干燥温度为80-100℃,干燥时间为4-6小时;
㈣将干燥好的原料加入到注塑机里,调节注塑机,采用50-70Mpa的压力、20-30m/s的中低速度注射,注射时间为0.45-0.7秒,原料填充入模具中,完成产品的注塑;
㈤冷却:利用冷却水对模具进行冷却,冷却水的温度为5-6℃,流速为0.4-0.5m/s,模具冷却至室温;
㈥脱模:冷却后的模具,将注塑成型的塑料装饰板从模具中脱离;
㈦在塑料装饰板的表面喷涂水性涂料:水性涂料中各成分的质量百分比为:水性聚氨酯树脂:1.52-1.92%、钛白粉:0.13-0.34%、聚乙烯醇:0.19-0.31%、滑石粉:0.53-0.85%、瓜儿胶:3.31-3.47%、氟树脂:1.55-1.71%、水性环氧改性树脂:4.54-4.73%、Cr:0.03-0.06%、Ni:0.05-0.16%、Ce:0.06-0.08%、Eu:0.02-0.04%、Lu: 0.04-0.07%,余量为水。
上述技术方案的改进是:步骤㈠中塑料装饰板中各成分的质量百分比为:环氧树脂4.43%、苯乙烯1.13%、硬脂酸镁0.03%、羟基硅油0.18%、聚氯乙烯树脂0.55%、增塑剂0.45%、抗紫外线剂0.75%、粉六溴环十二烷1.55%、钛白粉0.56%、三氧化二锑0.01%、硅氮烷0.36%、骨炭1.51%,余量为酚醛树脂。
上述技术方案的改进是:步骤㈠中塑料装饰板中各成分的质量百分比为:环氧树脂4.87%、苯乙烯1.23%、硬脂酸镁0.14%、羟基硅油0.21%、聚氯乙烯树脂0.62%、增塑剂0.66%、抗紫外线剂0.87%、粉六溴环十二烷1.76%、钛白粉0.77%、三氧化二锑0.07%、硅氮烷0.45%、骨炭2.65%,余量为酚醛树脂。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的塑料装饰板由于成分配比科学,具有优良的耐高压性能,并且耐腐蚀和耐热性能优良,使用寿命长;
(2)本发明的塑料装饰板的生产工艺通过干燥,可以使得原料混合更加均匀彻底,除去水份,提高产品质量,能有效降低生产的次品率;
(3)本发明的塑料装饰板的生产工艺通过喷涂水性涂料,提高了塑料装饰板的耐腐蚀性能延长了使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例一
本实施例的塑料装饰板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
㈠配料:塑料装饰板中各成分的质量百分比为:环氧树脂4.43%、苯乙烯1.13%、硬脂酸镁0.03%、羟基硅油0.18%、聚氯乙烯树脂0.55%、增塑剂0.45%、抗紫外线剂0.75%、粉六溴环十二烷1.55%、钛白粉0.56%、三氧化二锑0.01%、硅氮烷0.36%、骨炭1.51%,余量为酚醛树脂;
㈡将原料按质量百分比混合后,进行清洗、粉碎;
㈢将原料进行干燥处理,干燥温度为90℃,干燥时间为5小时;
㈣将干燥好的原料加入到注塑机里,调节注塑机,采用50-70Mpa的压力、20m/s的中低速度注射,注射时间为0.45秒,原料填充入模具中,完成产品的注塑;
㈤冷却:利用冷却水对模具进行冷却,冷却水的温度为5℃,流速为0.4m/s,模具冷却至室温;
㈥脱模:冷却后的模具,将注塑成型的塑料装饰板从模具中脱离;
㈦在塑料装饰板的表面喷涂水性涂料:水性涂料中各成分的质量百分比为:水性聚氨酯树脂:1.52%、钛白粉:0.13%、聚乙烯醇:0.19%、滑石粉:0.53%、瓜儿胶:3.31%、氟树脂:1.55%、水性环氧改性树脂:4.54%、Cr:0.03%、Ni:0.16%、Ce:0.08%、Eu:0.04%、Lu: 0.04%,余量为水。
实施例二
本实施例的塑料装饰板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
㈠配料:塑料装饰板中各成分的质量百分比为:环氧树脂4.87%、苯乙烯1.23%、硬脂酸镁0.14%、羟基硅油0.21%、聚氯乙烯树脂0.62%、增塑剂0.66%、抗紫外线剂0.87%、粉六溴环十二烷1.76%、钛白粉0.77%、三氧化二锑0.07%、硅氮烷0.45%、骨炭2.65%,余量为酚醛树脂;
㈡将原料按质量百分比混合后,进行清洗、粉碎;
㈢将原料进行干燥处理,干燥温度为100℃,干燥时间为6小时;
㈣将干燥好的原料加入到注塑机里,调节注塑机,采用50-70Mpa的压力、30m/s的中低速度注射,注射时间为0.7秒,原料填充入模具中,完成产品的注塑;
㈤冷却:利用冷却水对模具进行冷却,冷却水的温度为6℃,流速为0.5m/s,模具冷却至室温;
㈥脱模:冷却后的模具,将注塑成型的塑料装饰板从模具中脱离;
㈦在塑料装饰板的表面喷涂水性涂料:水性涂料中各成分的质量百分比为:水性聚氨酯树脂:1.92%、钛白粉:0.13%、聚乙烯醇:0.19%、滑石粉:0.85%、瓜儿胶:3.47%、氟树脂:1.71%、水性环氧改性树脂:4.73%、Cr:0.03%、Ni:0.05%、Ce:0.08%、Eu:0.04%、Lu: 0.04%,余量为水。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种塑料装饰板的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
㈠配料:所述塑料装饰板中各成分的质量百分比为:环氧树脂4.43-4.87%、苯乙烯1.13-1.23%、硬脂酸镁0.03-0.14%、羟基硅油0.18-0.21%、聚氯乙烯树脂0.55-0.62%、增塑剂0.45-0.66%、抗紫外线剂0.75-0.87%、粉六溴环十二烷1.55-1.76%、钛白粉0.56-0.77%、三氧化二锑0.01-0.07%、硅氮烷0.36-0.45%、骨炭1.51-2.65%,余量为酚醛树脂;
㈡将原料按所述质量百分比混合后,进行清洗、粉碎;
㈢将原料进行干燥处理,干燥温度为80-100℃,干燥时间为4-6小时;
㈣将干燥好的原料加入到注塑机里,调节注塑机,采用50-70Mpa的压力、20-30m/s的中低速度注射,注射时间为0.45-0.7秒,原料填充入模具中,完成产品的注塑;
㈤冷却:利用冷却水对模具进行冷却,冷却水的温度为5-6℃,流速为0.4-0.5m/s,模具冷却至室温;
㈥脱模:冷却后的模具,将注塑成型的塑料装饰板从模具中脱离;
㈦在塑料装饰板的表面喷涂水性涂料:所述水性涂料中各成分的质量百分比为:水性聚氨酯树脂:1.52-1.92%、钛白粉:0.13-0.34%、聚乙烯醇:0.19-0.31%、滑石粉:0.53-0.85%、瓜儿胶:3.31-3.47%、氟树脂:1.55-1.71%、水性环氧改性树脂:4.54-4.73%、Cr:0.03-0.06%、Ni:0.05-0.16%、Ce:0.06-0.08%、Eu:0.02-0.04%、Lu: 0.04-0.07%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料装饰板的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤㈠中所述塑料装饰板中各成分的质量百分比为:环氧树脂4.43%、苯乙烯1.13%、硬脂酸镁0.03%、羟基硅油0.18%、聚氯乙烯树脂0.55%、增塑剂0.45%、抗紫外线剂0.75%、粉六溴环十二烷1.55%、钛白粉0.56%、三氧化二锑0.01%、硅氮烷0.36%、骨炭1.51%,余量为酚醛树脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料装饰板的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤㈠中所述塑料装饰板中各成分的质量百分比为:环氧树脂4.87%、苯乙烯1.23%、硬脂酸镁0.14%、羟基硅油0.21%、聚氯乙烯树脂0.62%、增塑剂0.66%、抗紫外线剂0.87%、粉六溴环十二烷1.76%、钛白粉0.77%、三氧化二锑0.07%、硅氮烷0.45%、骨炭2.65%,余量为酚醛树脂。
