Abstract

本发明公开了一种羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)制备糊料:取20%‑25%海藻酸钠、8%‑12%复合酶、5%‑10%丙烯酸、58%‑65%水,放入反应容器内,在45‑55℃下加热搅拌至混合物成透明糊状;(2)色浆制备:取50%‑55%步骤(1)中制备的糊料、8%‑13%活性染料、5%‑9%渗透剂、10%‑15%硅油、16%‑22%氢氧化钠,放入反应容器内,搅拌混合均匀得到色浆;(3)印花;(4)蒸化固色;(5)皂洗、烘干;(6)定型。本发明工艺简单易控,由其制备的羊毛织物具有优异的抗毡缩性能,色牢度高,且能耗低、环保性好。

Description

一种羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织物印染技术领域,特别是涉及一种羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,消费者对纺织品的材质及外观品质要求越来越高。羊毛织物由于其具有优异的舒适性和保暖性,受到消费者的青睐。但是目前羊毛织物的印花工艺比较复杂,印染后的羊毛织物存在色牢度差、尺寸变形大等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,能解决现有羊毛织物印花工艺存在的上述缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备糊料:取20%-25%海藻酸钠、8%-12%复合酶、5%-10%丙烯酸、58%-65%水,放入反应容器内,在45-55℃下加热搅拌至混合物成透明糊状;
(2)色浆制备:取50%-55%步骤(1)中制备的糊料、8%-13%活性染料、5%-9%渗透剂、10%-15%硅油、16%-22%氢氧化钠,放入反应容器内,搅拌混合均匀得到色浆;
(3)印花:将羊毛织物浸入步骤(2)制得的色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;
(4)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机对步骤(3) 印花后的羊毛织物进行高温固色,设定蒸化固色温度为140-150℃;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(5)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶中的任意多种混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶三者混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶的混合质量比为2:1:1。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述复合酶为为蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶三者混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶的混合质量比为1.5:1.5:1。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单易控,由其制备的羊毛织物具有优异的抗毡缩性能,色牢度高,且能耗低、环保性好。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
一种羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备糊料:取20%-25%海藻酸钠、8%-12%复合酶、5%-10%丙烯酸、58%-65%水,放入反应容器内,在45-55℃下加热搅拌至混合物成透明糊状;
(2)色浆制备:取50%-55%步骤(1)中制备的糊料、8%-13%活性染料、5%-9%渗透剂、10%-15%硅油、16%-22%氢氧化钠,放入反应容器内,搅拌混合均匀得到色浆;
(3)印花:将羊毛织物浸入步骤(2)制得的色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;
(4)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机对步骤(3) 印花后的羊毛织物进行高温固色,设定蒸化固色温度为140-150℃;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(5)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。
其中,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶中的任意多种混合物。在色浆原理中添加复合酶,能起到改善羊毛织物的毡缩性,以提高羊毛织物的尺寸稳定性。
实施例1
一种羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备糊料:取22%海藻酸钠、10%复合酶、7%丙烯酸、61%水,放入反应容器内,在45℃下加热搅拌至混合物成透明糊状;
(2)色浆制备:取52%步骤(1)中制备的糊料、10%活性染料、6%渗透剂、12%硅油、20%氢氧化钠,放入反应容器内,搅拌混合均匀得到色浆;
(3)印花:将羊毛织物浸入步骤(2)制得的色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;
(4)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机对步骤(3) 印花后的羊毛织物进行高温固色,设定蒸化固色温度为145℃;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(5)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。
其中,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶三者混合物,且所述蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶的混合质量比为2:1:1。
实施例2
一种羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备糊料:取24%海藻酸钠、9%复合酶、9%丙烯酸、58%水,放入反应容器内,在50℃下加热搅拌至混合物成透明糊状;
(2)色浆制备:取54%步骤(1)中制备的糊料、12%活性染料、5%渗透剂、10%硅油、19%氢氧化钠,放入反应容器内,搅拌混合均匀得到色浆;
(3)印花:将羊毛织物浸入步骤(2)制得的色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;
(4)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机对步骤(3) 印花后的羊毛织物进行高温固色,设定蒸化固色温度为150℃;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(5)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。
其中,所述复合酶为为蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶三者混合物,且所述蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶的混合质量比为1.5:1.5:1。
本发明揭示了一种羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,工艺简单易控,由其制备的羊毛织物具有优异的抗毡缩性能,色牢度高,且能耗低、环保性好。

Claims (6)

1.一种羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备糊料:取20%-25%海藻酸钠、8%-12%复合酶、5%-10%丙烯酸、58%-65%水,放入反应容器内,在45-55℃下加热搅拌至混合物成透明糊状;
(2)色浆制备:取50%-55%步骤(1)中制备的糊料、8%-13%活性染料、5%-9%渗透剂、10%-15%硅油、16%-22%氢氧化钠,放入反应容器内,搅拌混合均匀得到色浆;
(3)印花:将羊毛织物浸入步骤(2)制得的色浆中,然后采用印花机进行印花处理;
(4)蒸化固色:采用快速蒸化机对步骤(3) 印花后的羊毛织物进行高温固色,设定蒸化固色温度为140-150℃;
(5)皂洗、烘干:将步骤(4)中经固色处理后的羊毛织物依次进行皂洗和水洗,使色浆全部去除;
(6)定型:将步骤(5)处理后的羊毛织物在定型机上定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,其特征在于,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶中的任意多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,其特征在于,所述复合酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶三者混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,其特征在于,所述蛋白酶、淀粉酶、果胶酶的混合质量比为2:1:1。
5.根据权利要求2所述的羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,其特征在于,所述复合酶为为蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶三者混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的羊毛织物的活性染料印花工艺,其特征在于,所述蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶的混合质量比为1.5:1.5:1。
