Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗菌棉织物的制备方法,a、配置抗菌整理液,抗菌整理剂15‑20g/L,阳离子有机硅柔软剂3‑5g/L,余量为水;b、面料轧液,面料浸渍整理液中,一浸一轧,轧液率80‑100%;c、烘干,面料经150℃、45‑60s烘干,即得抗菌面料,即得抗菌面料。本发明采用季铵盐抗菌单体在改性后的纳米二氧化钛离子表面接枝的方法,增强了纳米二氧化钛的稳定分散,提高了纳米抗菌材料的稳定性及有机抗菌剂的耐热性,有效提升了抗菌剂的耐久性。

本发明涉及一种抗菌棉织物的制备方法,属于功能纺织品加工领域
背景技术
随着社会的发展、科技的进步、人们生活质量的不断提高和居住环境的改善,人们对全棉纺织产品的要求也越来越高。我国加入WTO后,也只有高技术含量和高附加值的产品才能更好的参与国际市场的竞争。人们对自身的保健及对纺织品的安全性和功能性的要求也日益增加,特别是具有持久性、安全性、抗菌防臭性好的全棉制品越来越引起人们的重视,它以健康的理念广泛的应用于医院、宾馆、家庭等场所。
发明内容
针对现有抗菌剂的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌棉织物的制备方法,提高棉织物抗菌的长效性和有效性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种抗菌棉织物的制备方法,
a、配置抗菌整理液
抗菌整理剂15-20g/L,阳离子有机硅柔软剂3-5g/L,余量为水;
b、面料轧液
面料浸渍整理液中,一浸一轧,轧液率80-100%;
c、烘干
面料经150℃、45-60s烘干,即得抗菌面料;
所述的抗菌整理剂的制备方法,各组分以质量份计,包括以下步骤:
步骤一 将8份十二烷基二甲基氯化铵、6份烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚APEG-700、14份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、41份丙烯酸丁酯、12份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、6份苯乙烯、5份丙烯酸和152份去离子水加入乳化釜中,搅拌30min,成乳化液;
步骤二 向反应釜中加入8份表面改性纳米二氧化钛、1/3体积步骤一的乳化液,升温至75℃,加入0.2份过硫酸铵,保温反应30min;
步骤三 2小时内滴加剩余乳化液、0.6份过硫酸铵与20份去离水的水溶液及5份甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,滴加完毕,将反应釜温度升至85℃,保温1h;
步骤四 将反应釜温度降至45~50℃,过200目筛,得抗菌整理剂。
所述表面改性纳米二氧化钛的制备方法为:
将15份纳米二氧化钛粒子加入到120份乙醇中溶解,超声分散15分钟,加入20份乙醇与2份硅烷偶联剂KH-570的混合液,加热至70℃,恒温反应3小时,经洗涤、过滤后干燥,研磨成粉体状改性纳米二氧化钛。
本发明采用季铵盐抗菌单体在改性后的纳米二氧化钛离子表面接枝的方法,增强了纳米二氧化钛的稳定分散,提高了纳米抗菌材料的稳定性及有机抗菌剂的耐热性,有效提升了抗菌剂的耐久性。

实施例1
抗菌整理剂的制备方法,各组分以质量份计,包括以下步骤:
步骤一 将8份十二烷基二甲基氯化铵、6份烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚APEG-700、14份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、41份丙烯酸丁酯、12份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、6份苯乙烯、5份丙烯酸和152份去离子水加入乳化釜中,搅拌30min,成乳化液;
步骤二 向反应釜中加入8份表面改性纳米二氧化钛、1/3体积步骤一的乳化液,升温至75℃,加入0.2份过硫酸铵,保温反应30min;
步骤三 2小时内滴加剩余乳化液、0.6份过硫酸铵与20份去离水的水溶液及5份甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷,滴加完毕,将反应釜温度升至85℃,保温1h;
