Abstract
本发明提供了一种柔软爽滑的梭织面料及其在高端女装中的应用,本发明属于机织织物领域。本发明提供的柔软爽滑的梭织面料是经过多功能处理剂浸渍的,其中多功能整理剂分为组分A和组分B,组分A为柔软剂,组分B由抗静电剂、柔软增强剂和冠醚组成。将面料多功能整理剂组分A中浸渍10‑60分钟后立即取出,再在多功能整理剂的组分B中浸渍10‑60分钟,干燥,即得柔软爽滑的梭织面料。本发明提供的梭织面料由很好的柔软性、抗静电性和抗菌性。其中柔软性最佳可达514mN。

技术领域
本发明属于机织织物领域,尤其是一种柔软爽滑的梭织面料及其在高端女装中的应用。
背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。
其中梭织面料也称机织物,是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。其基本组织有平纹(plain)、斜纹(twill)、缎纹(satin weave)三种。不同的梭织面料也是由这三种基本组织及由其变化多端的组织而构成。主要有雪纺(Chiffon)、牛津布(Oxford)、牛仔布(Denim)、斜纹布(Twill)、法兰绒(Flannel)、花缎(Damask)等。
就同一类纤维来说;品级越高,纤维越细,则手感越软。‘软’成了高品质的象征,在休闲服领域,织物除了普遍要求柔软之外,还刻意制造一种品味,例如;砂洗真丝绸要软中显‘肥’,酶洗牛仔服要软中见‘糯’,酶洗T恤衫要软中带‘爽’。这种品味上的造作,体现品位、显示挡次、增加效益。
柔软整理是印染加工中的重要后整理工序。纺织品在加工过程中,经多次处理后手感会变得粗糙,一般合成纤维织物更差,尤其是超细纤维织物。为了使织物具有柔软、滑爽、舒适的手感,就需要对其进行整理,目前应用广泛的是用柔软剂进行整理。此外在化学纤维纺丝,各种纤维的纺纱、织造等过程中均大量使用柔软剂,这是因为随着纺织品加工中高速化和小浴比方式的大量使用,织物之间和织物与设备之间相互摩擦增加,易产生擦伤、条疵等现象。使用柔软剂可使纤维本身具有与加工条件相适应的柔软平滑性以避免损伤。因此织物用柔软剂是一种重要的纺织助剂。
最早开发的柔软剂是硫酸酯或磺酸盐类阴离子型表面活性剂。由于它们带有负电荷,故对硬水和电解质非常敏感,且不易被纤维所吸附,因此不耐洗涤和干洗。这类柔软剂较少单独应用于棉织物的柔软整理。石蜡、天然油脂由于平滑性能特别优良,因此其乳液在纺织行业也得到了广泛使用。由于纤维本身一般都带有负电荷,由阳离子表面活性剂制成的柔软剂可以很好地吸附于纤维表面,有效地降低纤维的静电和纤维间的摩擦,使纤维伸展而不易粘结成团,从而获得柔软效果,同时赋予织物良好的抗静电性。因而阳离子表面活性剂制成的柔软剂获得了长足的发展。在20世纪70年代以后随着有机硅化学的发展,有机硅柔软剂作为一类新型的高分子柔软剂迅速发展起来。与传统的非硅类柔软剂相比,由于Si—O键具有比C—O键更低的旋转自由能,有机硅柔软剂表现出更为优异的柔软性能,因而在有机硅柔软剂出现以来短短的几十年时间里,迅速地被纺织企业采用,并且逐步取代了传统的非硅类柔软剂而成为主导的柔软剂品种。
随着染整工业的发展,各种柔软剂相继出现。总的来说,按柔软剂化学组成可分为非表面活性类、表面活性剂类、反应型和高分子聚合物乳液型4类。
早期非表面活性类柔软剂以矿物油、石蜡、天然油脂为主。而高级脂肪醇和高级脂肪酸及高级脂肪酸酯具有良好的柔软性和高速平滑性,也可作为柔软剂的配合原料使用。柔软剂101即属此类。
阴离子型柔软剂应用较早,通常是硫酸酯或磺酸盐化合物。例如植物油的硫酸化物、脂肪酸硫酸酯盐或硫酸化物、琥珀酸酯磺酸盐等。阴离子型柔软剂具有良好的润湿性和热稳定性,能与荧光增白剂同浴使用,作为特白织物的柔软剂,对织物无色变现象。与非离子复配用于漂白织物有独特的滑爽感。代表性品种为双十八烷基琥珀酸磺酸盐,商品名柔软剂MA-700。由于纤维在水中带负电荷,因此这类柔软剂不易被纤维吸附,导致柔软效果较弱,同时对电解质敏感,通常用于棉、粘胶、丝绸等。
阳离子型柔软剂和各种纤维结合能力强,可使织物获得优良的柔软效果且耐久性强,耐洗涤,能改进织物的抗静电效果、耐磨强度和撕裂强度。缺点是有泛黄现象,对荧光增白剂有抑制作用,对人体也有一定的刺激性。阳离子型柔软剂应用很广,品种也很多。
非离子型柔软剂的配伍性能良好,对电解质稳定,无泛黄的缺点,但它们对纤维的吸附性不好,耐久性低。主要应用于纤维素纤维的后整理和合纤油剂。
与阳离子型柔软剂相比,两性型柔软剂对合成纤维的亲和力强,没有泛黄和使染料色变以及抑制荧光增白剂等缺点,能在多种介质中使用。由于价格较贵,目前品种尚不多。
反应型柔软剂,也称为活性柔软剂,是在分子中含有能与纤维素纤维的羟基直接发生反应形成酯键或醚键的柔软剂。因其具有耐磨、耐洗的持久性,故又称为耐久性柔软剂。
反应型柔软剂包括酸酐类衍生物、乙烯亚胺类衍生物、吡啶季铵盐类衍生物、羟甲基类衍生物、环氧基衍生物。
酸酐或烯酮(一个分子脂肪酸本身脱水产物)可以与羟基反应生成酯。烯酮类柔软剂如Aquapel 380可以用于羊毛和锦纶等。
柔软剂VS(十八烷基乙烯脲)属于乙烯亚胺类衍生物,它可与丝绸、羊毛发生反应性结合,广泛应用于棉、麻、锦纶、粘胶、羊毛、丝绸、合成纤维等。近来发现乙烯亚胺类化合物具有致癌性,这类柔软剂的使用受到限制。
柔软剂PF(硬脂酰胺亚甲基吡啶氯化物)一类吡啶季铵盐类衍生物反应性柔软剂,它可与纤维素分子上羟基或蛋白质上的氨基发生化学键合,是一种耐久性较为突出的柔软剂。
柔软剂MS-20(羟甲基硬酯酰胺)的活性基为羟甲基,可以获得与VS相仿的手感。
柔软剂ES为具有环氧基的二硬脂酰胺乙基环氧丙基氯化铵,环氧基能与纤维反应,耐洗性能良好,用于腈纶、涤纶耐久柔软整理。
高分子聚合物乳液柔软剂主要是由聚乙烯、有机硅树脂等高分子聚合物制成的乳液。用于织物整理不泛黄、不使染料变色,还有一定的防皱和防水性能。但摩擦牢度较差,价格较贵。
目前商品化的氨基改性有机硅柔软剂中,有90%以上是氨乙基氨丙基有机硅,此类柔软剂可使织物滑爽、透气、丰满,具有超级柔软手感,并具有良好的防缩性、耐洗性。但在受热或紫外线的影响下容易泛黄,不宜用于浅色织物的柔软整理。且用它整理的织物的吸湿性有很大下降,服装舒适性受到影响。改进的方法有改变活性基团结构,进行环氧化、酰胺化或仲氨基化,控制改性程度或采用混合改性。
聚醚改性有机硅可改善织物的亲水性、抗静电性和防污性,且乳化方便,不易漂油,工艺上有时还可与染色同浴,是目前纺织上应用最多的一类。环氧改性能赋予织物卓越的平滑性和柔软性,其活性强度高,与各类纤维和其它聚合物易交联或共聚,能提高织物的耐洗性、亲水性和抗静电性,且高温不泛黄,但织物的亲水性有时会降低。仅用一种活性基团改性,往往达不到最佳的改性效果,近年来,已发展到将多种活性基团共同使用,使其兼具多种活性基团的优点。包括聚醚—氨基改性、环氧—聚醚改性、氨基—环氧基改性、醇基—聚醚改性等。
开发适应新型纺织纤维、适用于各类织物的专用柔软剂以满足人们对纺织品越来越高的服用性能要求是柔软剂的重要发展方向之一,目前已形成柔软滑爽、柔软回弹、柔软丰满、柔软吸水(或汗)、柔软糯爽或超柔软等专用柔软剂品种。
在现有技术中往往使用用无机性基改性的蜡与类蜡物制品作为柔软剂,这些物质仍具有蜡的性质,和柔软效果。但融点,硬度,水中可分散度,进入纤维的可及度,发生了不同程度的变化。适当的亲水性基可提高制品在水中的分散度,有利于织物处理。但从表中可以看出,HLB值偏大时必然会影响柔软剂的耐洗性,只可用作非永久性整理(家庭洗衣时用作手感调节),或浴中(防折皱、擦伤)柔软剂,亲水性特大的羧酸钠,磺酸钠,硫酸酯,磷酸酯盐类,这些阴离子制剂,是典型的表面活性剂,它们具有渗透剂、乳化剂、洗涤剂功能。有鉴于此,作为后整理用柔软剂,过于提高亲水性并不可取。从蜡与类蜡物质的乳化来考虑,柔软与耐洗难以两全。
发明内容
由于现有技术中存在上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种柔软爽滑的梭织面料及其在高端女装中的应用。本发明使用了一种全新的多功能整理剂,只需要两次浸渍便可使面料在力学性能,抗菌性能,柔软性能,耐洗性能等多种性能得到有效提升。
具体地,本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:
一种柔软爽滑的梭织面料,为经多功能整理剂处理的面料,所述多功能整理剂由组分A和组分B组成;
所述组分A为柔软剂;
所述组分B由抗静电剂、柔软增强剂和冠醚组成。
优选地,所述的面料选自棉布、麻布、丝绸、化纤、混纺和莫代尔棉。
优选地,所述柔软剂制备如方法如下:将方酸二酯和氨基化合物溶于溶剂中,室温下搅拌10-24小时,加热至回流温度,将1,3-丙磺酸内酯溶于烷基酮,加入回流体系中,反应3-8小时,过滤,取固体,干燥,溶于2-5倍质量水中,即得柔软剂;
所述溶剂选自二氯甲烷、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、丁酮、四氢呋喃中的任意一种;
所述氨基化合物为3-氨基-1-甲基四氢吡咯或4-氨基-1-甲基哌啶;
所述的烷基酮为丁酮或丙酮;
其中方酸二酯与氨基化合物的摩尔比为1:(0.8-1.2);
方酸二酯与溶剂的质量比为1:(3-8);
1,3-丙磺酸内酯与烷基酮的质量比为1:(1.5-3);
1,3-丙磺酸内酯与方酸二酯的摩尔比为1:(1.0-1.2)。
优选地,所述方酸二酯为方酸二甲酯或方酸二乙酯。
优选地,所述柔软增强剂制备方法如下:丙烯酸或其衍生物与水溶性铁盐加入水中,搅拌0.5-2小时,加入过硫酸铵和纳米材料,搅拌2-6小时,升温至30-40℃静置12-36小时,即得;
所述水溶性铁盐的添加量为丙烯酸或其衍生物摩尔量的0.5-1%;
所述水的量为丙烯酸或其衍生物质量的3-5倍;
所述过硫酸铵的添加量为丙烯酸或其衍生物摩尔量的0.5-1%;
所述纳米材料的添加量为丙烯酸或其衍生物质量的10-30%;

优选地,所述组分B的制备方法如下:将抗静电剂和冠醚依次加入到柔软增强剂,混合均匀,即得;
所述抗静电剂的质量为冠醚质量的20-30%;
所述冠醚的质量为柔软增强剂质量的40-60%。
优选地,所述冠醚为18-冠-6醚、15-冠-5醚、12-冠-4醚、21-冠-7醚、二苯并-18-冠醚-6、1-氮杂-18-冠6-醚、1-氮杂-12-冠4-醚、1-氮杂-15-冠-5-醚、1,10-氮杂-18-冠-6醚、[2,4]-二苯并-18-冠醚-6、4-乙烯基苯并-18-冠醚-6、4,4'-二溴二苯并-18-冠醚-6、二环己基-18-冠-6、苯并-15-冠-5醚中的任意一种。
制备上述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料的方法为将面料在面料3-5倍质量的多功能整理剂组分A中浸渍10-60分钟后立即取出,再在面料2-5倍质量多功能整理剂的组分B中浸渍10-60分钟,干燥,即得。
优选地,所述干燥为紫外干燥。
优选地,所述紫外干燥的条件为功率100-300W,紫外波长300-400nm。
上述柔软爽滑的梭织面料在高档女装中的应用:本发明提供的柔软爽滑的梭织面料可用于制备女式上衣、女式裤子及裙装。
本发明的有益之处在于:使用了一种全新的多功能整理剂,创造性地使用了方酸作为骨架,制备出了一种全新的柔软剂。长期以来柔软剂与面料表面均为利用静电力相结合,但是这种结合并不牢固会在使用或洗涤中失去这种效果,但是本发明提供的柔软剂在柔软增强剂的作用下可以使用化学键牢牢地与面料表面相结合,与此同时,仍保留较好的抗菌效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行进一步阐述,但下述实施例仅用来解释本发明并不能用于限定本发明。
具体地,下述实施例中的原料来源或CAS号如下:
纯棉面料,为纯棉平纹织物,21tex×21tex,克重110g/m2,陕西华润印染有限公司生产。
方酸二甲酯,CAS号:5222-73-1。
3-氨基-1-甲基四氢吡咯,CAS号:13220-27-4。
4-氨基-1-甲基哌啶,CAS号:41838-46-4。
丙酮,CAS号:67-64-1。
2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵,CAS号:3033-77-0。
2-苯基丙烯酸,CAS号:492-38-6。
1,3-丙磺酸内酯,CAS号:1120-71-4。
氯化铁,CAS号:7705-08-0。
过硫酸铵,CAS号:7727-54-0。
纳米二氧化硅,南京宝克特新材料有限公司生产,粒径20nm。
纳米氮化硼,山东青州方圆氮化硼厂生产,粒径15nm。
18-冠-6醚,CAS号:17455-13-9。
紫外干燥仪,购自迈可诺技术有限公司。
实施例1
一种柔软爽滑的梭织纯棉面料,由多功能整理剂浸渍得到;
所述多功能整理剂由组分A和组分B组成;
所述组分A为柔软剂;
所述组分B由抗静电剂、柔软增强剂和冠醚组成。
所述柔软剂的制备方法如下:100g方酸二甲酯和77g 3-氨基-1-甲基四氢吡咯溶于320g丙酮中,室温下搅拌16小时,加热至65℃,将92g 1,3-丙磺酸内酯溶于185g丙酮中,随后全部加入回流体系中,65℃回流反应4小时,过1000目筛,取固体,70℃干燥6小时,取200g干燥后的固体溶于650g水中,即得柔软剂。
所述抗静电剂为2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵。
所述柔软增强剂制备方式如下:100g 2-苯基丙烯酸与9.5g氯化铁加入300g水中,300rpm搅拌1小时,加入15g过硫酸铵和25g纳米二氧化硅,300rpm搅拌3小时,升温至35℃静置24小时,即得;
所述组分B的制备方法如下:将120g抗静电剂和480g 18-冠-6醚依次加入到1000g柔软增强剂,混合均匀,即得。
上述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料的方法为将面料在面料4倍质量的多功能整理剂组分A中浸渍30分钟后立即取出,再在面料3倍质量多功能整理剂的组分B中浸渍30分钟,60℃鼓风干燥8小时,即得。
实施例2
一种柔软爽滑的梭织纯棉面料,由多功能整理剂浸渍得到;
所述多功能整理剂由组分A和组分B组成;
所述组分A为柔软剂;

实施例5

上述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料的方法为将面料在面料4倍质量的多功能整理剂组分A中浸渍30分钟后立即取出,再在面料3倍质量多功能整理剂的组分B中浸渍30分钟,紫外干燥4小时,紫外干燥的条件为功率100W,紫外波长365nm,即得。
测试例1
织物柔软度测试
取按实施例1-5制得的柔软爽滑的梭织面料,裁剪成6cm×10cm的长方形块状,每组实施例制备6块样品备测,其中3块试样的长边平行于织物的纵向,3块试样的长边平行于织物的横向,试样在测试前在标准大气条件下调湿24小时,试样上没有瑕疵点。试样使用莱州市电子仪器有限公司生产的LLY-01型电子硬挺度仪进行测试弯曲刚度。测试结果为纵向测试值的平均值与横向测试值的平均值之和。
测试结果如表1所示。

由上表可知,本发明提供的柔软爽滑梭织面料有很好的织物柔软度,其中尤以使用紫外干燥的试样效果最佳,说明紫外干燥对本发明使用的多功能整理剂具有一定的促进作用。
测试例2
抗静电测试
测试方法依据GB/T 12703-1991《纺织品静电测试方法》中的电荷面密度法进行。
将LFY-403A滚筒摩擦机和LFY-403织物摩擦带电电荷量测试仪(法拉第筒法),LFY-403A滚筒摩擦机和LFY-403织物摩擦带电电荷量测试仪均购自山东省纺织科学研究院。配合使用对织物的电荷量进行测定。按照相应的标准准备好布样,大小为20cm×20cm,将试样投入摩擦滚筒内,启动仪器并运行15min后停止,将试样取出立即(1s内)放入法拉第筒内,进行电荷测量,读取并记录电荷量测定装置上的读数。以所得电荷量来衡量其抗静电性能。
计算公式如下:
其中,σ为电荷面密度(μC/m2),C为法拉第系统总电容(F),V为电压读数值(V),A为试样测试面积(m2)。
测试结果如表2所示。

由上表可知,本发明提供的柔软爽滑梭织面料有很好的抗静电能力,对其抗静电力影响最大的是柔软剂中的氨基化合物,在本发明中在柔软剂中使用4-氨基-1-甲基哌啶较3-氨基-1-甲基四氢吡咯具有更好的抗静电效果。
Claims (10)
1.一种柔软爽滑的梭织面料,为经多功能整理剂处理的面料,其特征在于,所述多功能整理剂由组分A和组分B组成;
所述组分A为柔软剂;
所述组分B由抗静电剂、柔软增强剂和冠醚组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料,其特征在于,所述的面料选自棉布、麻布、丝绸、化纤、混纺和莫代尔棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料,其特征在于,所述柔软剂制备如方法如下:将方酸二酯和氨基化合物溶于溶剂中,室温下搅拌10-24小时,加热至回流温度,将1,3-丙磺酸内酯溶于烷基酮,加入回流体系中,反应3-8小时,过滤,取固体,干燥,溶于2-5倍质量水中,即得柔软剂;
所述溶剂选自二氯甲烷、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、丁酮、四氢呋喃中的任意一种;
所述氨基化合物为3-氨基-1-甲基四氢吡咯或4-氨基-1-甲基哌啶;
所述的烷基酮为丁酮或丙酮;
其中方酸二酯与氨基化合物的摩尔比为1:(0.8-1.2);
方酸二酯与溶剂的质量比为1:(3-8);
1,3-丙磺酸内酯与烷基酮的质量比为1:(1.5-3);
1,3-丙磺酸内酯与方酸二酯的摩尔比为1:(1.0-1.2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料,其特征在于,所述柔软增强剂制备方法如下:丙烯酸或其衍生物与水溶性铁盐加入水中,搅拌0.5-2小时,加入过硫酸铵和纳米材料,搅拌2-6小时,升温至30-40℃静置12-36小时,即得;
所述水溶性铁盐的添加量为丙烯酸或其衍生物摩尔量的0.5-1%;
所述水的量为丙烯酸或其衍生物质量的3-5倍;
所述过硫酸铵的添加量为丙烯酸或其衍生物摩尔量的0.5-1%;
所述纳米材料的添加量为丙烯酸或其衍生物质量的10-30%;
所述纳米材料选自纳米氧化铝、纳米石墨、纳米氮化硼、纳米二氧化硅中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为季铵盐。
6.根据权利要求5所述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料,其特征在于,所述抗静电剂为2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料,其特征在于,所述组分B的制备方法如下:将抗静电剂和冠醚依次加入到柔软增强剂,混合均匀,即得;
所述抗静电剂的质量为冠醚质量的20-30%;
所述冠醚的质量为柔软增强剂质量的40-60%。
8.制备权利要求1-5任意一项所述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料的方法,其特征在于,将面料在面料3-5倍质量的多功能整理剂组分A中浸渍10-60分钟后立即取出,再在面料2-5倍质量多功能整理剂的组分B中浸渍10-60分钟,干燥,即得。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备柔软爽滑的梭织面料的方法,其特征在于,所述干燥为紫外干燥。
10.权利要求1-7任意一项所述的柔软爽滑的梭织面料在高档女装中的应用。
