Abstract

本发明涉及布料制备技术领域,具体涉及到一种防寒透气布,采用含亲水基团聚氨酯浆料,用干法涂层工艺生产防寒透气布,所述含亲水基团聚氨酯浆料包括聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、共聚醚二醇、聚氧化丙烯醚二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二异氰酸酯、丁二醇、乙二醇、二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃及交联剂的组合。本发明与俄罗斯样品采用不同的基布生产方法,不同的涂层加工工艺,防寒透气布表面带花纹、没有气泡、麻点、脱层,还具有耐低温、耐湿热、耐日光、耐盐水、耐砂尘、耐虫蛀、耐霉菌等优势。

Description

一种防寒透气布
技术领域
本发明涉及布料制备技术领域,具体涉及到一种防寒透气布。
背景技术
防寒透气布作为飞机座椅面料对表面质量要求很高,要求涂层表面带花纹,纹路清晰,同时还要求能透汽、具有舒适性。根据技术指标要求,防寒透气布表面必须能透汽、耐低温、耐湿热、耐日光、耐盐水、耐砂尘、耐虫蛀、耐霉菌等。
经分析俄罗斯样品基布采用的是机织布,使用的纤维为棉纤维。基布是防寒透气布制作的关键材料之一,纤维的选择很重要。棉纤维具有吸汗等特点,但其机械强度不如化纤高,不耐盐水等化学物质,在潮湿环境下易发霉菌,棉机织布容易缩水、变形。而且,用机织布、针织布生产高性能的座椅面料存在一定的局限性,而采用由针刺法生产的超细纤维非织造布手感柔软、膨松、透汽性好、弹性优良、强度高、外观好,针刺超细纤维非织造布是防寒透气布基布的理想材料。
发明组对俄罗斯样品的涂层进行了红外光谱成分分析,结果表明涂层成分为聚氨酯,俄罗斯样品采用发泡浆料涂在机织布上,再在发泡涂层上涂聚氨酯浆料。涂层有两种方法:干法涂层和湿法涂层,采用湿法涂层技术加工的涂层面料透湿量可达6000g/m2d以上,但是,采用湿法涂层工艺不可能加工出带花纹的涂层织物。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明提供了一种防寒透气布,该防寒透气布解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:
一种防寒透气布,其中,所述防寒透气布包括采用含亲水基团聚氨酯浆料,用干法涂层工艺生产飞机座椅防寒透气布,所述含亲水基团聚氨酯浆料包括聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、共聚醚二醇、聚氧化丙烯醚二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二异氰酸酯、丁二醇、乙二醇、二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃及交联剂的组合。
作为优选,上述的一种防寒透气布,其中,所述干法涂层工艺依次包括有离型纸放卷、浆料涂布、干燥、贴皮坯、盖薄膜、辊压、熟化、纸膜剥离和收卷步骤。
作为优选,上述的一种防寒透气布,其中,所述干法涂层工艺依次包括有基布涂布浆料、烘至半干、贴皮坯、盖薄膜、辊压、熟化、纸膜剥离和收卷步骤。
上述技术方案具有以下特点:
1)防寒透气布与俄罗斯样品采用不同的基布生产方法,不同的涂层加工工艺,防寒透气布表面带花纹、没有气泡、麻点、脱层,还具有耐低温、耐湿热、耐日光、耐盐水、耐砂尘、耐虫蛀、耐霉菌等优势。
2)防寒透气布的主要特点是其具有优异的耐寒性能。防寒透气布经-60℃、24h处理,表面完好(依照GJB150.4-86标准);在-60℃时对其表面进行棒击,表面完好(依照GB/T1682-94标准)。而现有的涂层织物不具有耐-60℃性能,一般涂层织物耐寒标准为-20℃。3)一般具有透汽功能的聚氨酯涂层织物都采用湿法涂层技术,其原理是涂布前将聚氨酯浆料与二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)等能溶于水的物质混合,涂布后,涂层经水浴固化,水将DMF等从涂层中溶出,使涂层产生大量可让水分子通过的微孔。虽然湿法涂层技术可使涂层织物有较高的透汽量,但采用湿法涂层工艺不可能加工出带花纹的涂层织物。一般用于干法涂层工艺生产的涂层织物不具备透汽性。防寒透气布作为座椅面料,不但需要透汽,而且还要有漂亮的花纹。本发明防寒透气布采用的干法转移涂层技术,研制的聚氨酯浆料为含亲水集团的脂肪族聚醚氨酯,涂层的透汽性由亲水基团产生,即亲水基团吸收水蒸汽分子,再将它们迁移到涂层的另一面,使涂层具有透汽性(电镜测试表明涂层表面无微孔)。与俄罗斯样品相比,俄样品的透汽量为740g/m.d(国家棉纺织产品质量监督检验中心测试)。本发明研制的防寒透气布透汽量为900g/m.d(国家棉纺织产品质量监督检验中心测试,2002年9月提供)、870g/m.d(中国人民解放军特种防护服装质量检测中心测试,2003年3月提供)。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为本发明的限定。
如图1和图2、图3所示,本发明防寒透气布具体技术方案包括如下:
防寒透气布包括采用含亲水基团聚氨酯浆料,用干法涂层工艺生产飞机座椅防寒透气布,所述含亲水基团聚氨酯浆料包括聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、共聚醚二醇、聚氧化丙烯醚二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二异氰酸酯、丁二醇、乙二醇、二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃及交联剂的组合。作为优选,干法涂层工艺依次包括有离型纸放卷、浆料涂布、干燥、贴皮坯、盖薄膜、辊压、熟化、纸膜剥离和收卷步骤。在另一优选方案中,干法涂层工艺依次包括有基布涂布浆料、烘至半干、贴皮坯、盖薄膜、辊压、熟化、纸膜剥离和收卷步骤。
在本发明的技术方案中,由于防寒透气布要求涂层能透汽、耐高低温、耐日光、耐盐水、耐磨、耐砂尘、耐虫蛀、耐霉菌等,因此涂层浆料是决定这些性能的关键因素,本发明选用聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、共聚醚二醇、聚氧化丙烯醚二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二异氰酸酯、丁二醇、乙二醇、其他脂肪族多元醇、二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃等及交联剂作为合成涂层浆料的原料,将二官能性聚醚、二异氰酸酯和脂肪族多元醇进行反应得到共聚物,经反复试验,最终合成的聚氨酯浆料为含亲水基团的脂肪族聚醚氨酯。
为保证防寒透气布表面带花纹、没有气泡、麻点、脱层等缺陷,发明组选定采用带花纹的离型纸干法转移涂层技术生产防寒透气布;具体包括:离型纸放卷→浆料涂布→干燥→浆料涂布→烘至半干→贴皮坯→盖薄膜→辊压→略烘于→熟化→纸膜剥离→收卷。进一步的,优选方案还包括有基布涂布浆料→烘至半干→贴皮坯→盖薄膜→辊压→略烘干一→熟化→纸膜剥离→收卷。
根据技术指标要求,防寒透气布表面必须能透汽、耐低温、耐湿热、耐日光、耐盐水、耐砂尘、耐虫蛀、耐霉菌等。而决定防寒透气布性能的关键因素是聚氨酯涂层原料。聚氨酯涂层原料为聚合物主链含有较多的氨基甲酸酯基团的系列弹性材料。聚合物链上除含有氨基甲酸酯基团外,还可能含有酯基、醚基、脲基、芳基、和脂肪链等,对具有透汽功能的聚氨酯涂层浆而言,其聚合物主链还须接枝亲水基团。聚氨酯涂层原料通常是由低聚物多元醇及多元酸进行缩聚反应得聚多元酸酯,再与聚多异氰酸酯、扩链剂、交联剂进行加成反应。聚氨酯涂层浆料随使用原料和配比、反应方式和条件等的不同形成不同的结构和类型,分子结构和类型不同的聚氨酯涂层浆料性能有差别。
本发明选用聚四氢呋哺二醇、聚已二酸酯、聚壬二酸酯、聚辛二酸酯、聚癸二酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、共聚醚二醇、聚氧化丙烯醚二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二异氰酸酯、丁二醇、乙二醇、其他脂肪族多元醇、二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃等作为选择的原料。不同的配比及反应条件,合成出酯型聚氨酯和醚型聚氨酯涂层浆料。发明组分别用酯型聚氨酯和醚型聚氨酯涂层浆料进行了性能对比实验,实验情况如下:

为了确保防寒透气布具有良好的耐低温性,将醚型聚氨酯涂层织物送橡胶制品质量检测中心测试,依照GB/T1682-94标准测试,样品在-60℃脆性温度下表面完好,结果表明研制的醚型聚氨酯涂层具有较好的耐低温型。
防寒透气布要求有较好的耐霉菌性,从表2中可看到醚型聚氨酯比酯型聚氨酯耐霉菌性能好,项目组用醚型聚氨酯涂层的防寒透气布和俄罗斯防寒透气布进行了抗霉菌性对比试验,试验表明两种防寒透气布都具有较好的抗霉菌性。试验情况如下:

1.一种防寒透气布,其特征在于,所述防寒透气布包括采用含亲水基团聚氨酯浆料,用干法涂层工艺生产防寒透气布,所述含亲水基团聚氨酯浆料包括聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、共聚醚二醇、聚氧化丙烯醚二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二异氰酸酯、丁二醇、乙二醇、二甲基甲酰胺、四氢呋喃及交联剂的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防寒透气布,其特征在于,所述干法涂层工艺依次包括有离型纸放卷、浆料涂布、干燥、贴皮坯、盖薄膜、辊压、熟化、纸膜剥离和收卷步骤。
