本发明公开了一种抗起球精纺羊毛纱线的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1:原毛检验,S2:洗毛去脂,S3:羊毛条化学表面处理,S4:白胚染色,S5:毛条纺纱,S6:质检包装。本发明在羊毛纤维处理阶段,通过剥鳞剂等化学剂发生化学反应改善羊毛表面的形态来提高抗起球性能,同时对羊毛本身的优良特性没有任何影响,抗起球处理过的羊毛纤维可用于纯纺和混纺,可满足客户差异化需求,抗起球处理过程中绿色环保,不会对生态环境造成任何危害。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线生产领域,具体为一种抗起球精纺羊毛纱线的制备方法。
背景技术
起球是由织物表面的短纤维被磨擦移动形成,这一移动是由外力磨擦作用引起。当织物局部之间发生相互磨擦,或在穿着过程中受到比本身粗糙的任何织物的磨擦,都会产生起毛,再形成球粒。市场上传统的精纺羊毛纱线都存在容易起球的固有缺点,虽然通常一个羊毛小球的重量仅0.15-0.20毫克,但它们给予织物一个不理想的外观,这一缺点影响了织物的外观、手感及服用性能和使用寿命,成为了消费者投诉的一大热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗起球精纺羊毛纱线的制备方法的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗起球精纺羊毛纱线的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:毛坯检验,对待加工的原羊毛进行检验,采用机械方法或人工方法将原毛分类分等,除去羊毛中携带的大部分砂土类机械杂质,并将不合格的纱线毛坯剔除;
S2:洗毛去脂,将羊毛投入洗毛机中,加入洗涤剂和助洗剂,控制洗毛机中溶液酸碱度在10以下,在40℃-60℃的温度下,乳化反应10min-20min;
S3:羊毛条化学表面处理,将羊毛条子置入Juventa槽,加入剥鳞剂,中和水洗,最在60℃-75℃的温度下烘干加热4min-6min;
S4:白胚染色,羊毛纱线在染料用量5%(o.w.f),pH为2,浴比为1:40的条件下进行染色30min-60min,冷水清洗10min、50℃-60℃的温度下烘干10min;
S5:毛条纺纱,将37-42根羊毛纤维导入并线装置进行并线,Z向加捻形成羊毛纱线;
S6:质检包装,将羊毛纱线试样采用起毛球箱法进行质检,经过特定转数后评定其起毛起球程度,判定合格的产品密封包装,防潮入库。
优选的,所述洗涤剂采用29.6%脂肪醇硫酸钠,所述助洗剂包括2g/L纯碱、10g/L食盐和5g/L的元明粉。
优选的,所述剥鳞剂的重量组份为:高锰酸钾2-12份,过硫酸钠4-6份。
优选的,所述起毛球箱法中采用将羊毛纱线试样置于聚氨酯塑料管中,放入内腔衬有3.2mm厚度软木的起球箱内滚动,箱体转动速度为60+2r/min,所述聚氨酯塑料管长为140mm,外径31.5mm,壁厚3.2mm,重量52.25g。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、在羊毛纤维处理阶段,通过剥鳞剂等化学剂发生化学反应改善羊毛表面的形态来提高抗起球性能,同时对羊毛本身的优良特性没有任何影响;
2、抗起球处理过的羊毛纤维可用于纯纺和混纺,可满足客户差异化需求,抗起球处理过程中绿色环保,不会对生态环境造成任何危害,抗起球处理过的羊毛产品本身也属于环保产品。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种抗起球精纺羊毛纱线的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:原毛检验,对待加工的原羊毛进行检验,采用机械方法或人工方法将原毛分类分等,除去羊毛中携带的大部分砂土类机械杂质,并将不合格的纱线毛坯剔除;
S2:洗毛去脂,将羊毛投入洗毛机中,加入29.6%脂肪醇硫酸钠的洗涤剂,和包括2g/L纯碱、10g/L食盐和5g/L的元明粉的助洗剂,控制洗毛机中溶液酸碱度在10以下,在50℃的温度下,乳化反应15min;
S3:羊毛条化学表面处理,将羊毛纱线置入Juventa槽,加入剥鳞剂,剥鳞剂的重量组份为:高锰酸钾2份,过硫酸钠4份。剥鳞剂的重量组份为:高锰酸钾2份,过硫酸钠4份。中和水洗,最在65℃的温度下烘干加热5min;
S4:白胚染色,羊毛纱线在染料用量5%(o.w.f),pH为2,浴比为1:40的条件下进行染色45min,冷水清洗10min、55℃的温度下烘干10min;
S5:毛条纺纱,将37根羊毛纤维导入并线装置进行并线,Z向加捻形成羊毛纱线;
S6:质检包装,将羊毛纱线试样采用起毛球箱法进行质检,起毛球箱法中采用将羊毛纱线试样置于聚氨酯塑料管中,放入内腔衬有3.2mm厚度软木的起球箱内滚动,箱体转动速度为60r/min,所述聚氨酯塑料管长为140mm,外径31.5mm,壁厚3.2mm,重量52.25g。经过特定转数后评定其起毛起球程度,判定合格的产品密封包装,防潮入库。
实施例二

S3:羊毛条化学表面处理,将羊毛纱线置入Juventa槽,加入剥鳞剂,剥鳞剂的重量组份为:高锰酸钾3份,过硫酸钠5份。中和水洗,最在65℃的温度下烘干加热5min;
S4:白胚染色,羊毛纱线在染料用量5%(o.w.f),pH为2,浴比为1:40的条件下进行染色55min,冷水清洗10min、55℃的温度下烘干10min;
S5:毛条纺纱,将37根羊毛纤维导入并线装置进行并线,Z向加捻形成羊毛纱线;
S6:质检包装,将羊毛纱线试样采用起毛球箱法进行质检,起毛球箱法中采用将羊毛纱线试样置于聚氨酯塑料管中,放入内腔衬有3.2mm厚度软木的起球箱内滚动,箱体转动速度为60r/min,所述聚氨酯塑料管长为140mm,外径31.5mm,壁厚3.2mm,重量52.25g。经过特定转数后评定其起毛起球程度,判定合格的产品密封包装,防潮入库。

S2:洗毛去脂,将羊毛投入洗毛机中,加入洗涤剂和助洗剂,控制洗毛机中溶液酸碱度在10以下,在40℃-60℃的温度下,乳化反应10min-20min;
S3:羊毛条化学表面处理,将羊毛条子置入Juventa槽,加入剥鳞剂,中和水洗,最在60℃-75℃的温度下烘干加热4min-6min;
S4:白胚染色,羊毛纱线在染料用量5%(o.w.f),pH为2,浴比为1:40的条件下进行染色30min-60min,冷水清洗10min、50℃-60℃的温度下烘干10min;
S5:毛条纺纱,将37-42根羊毛纤维导入并线装置进行并线,Z向加捻形成羊毛纱线;
S6:质检包装,将羊毛纱线试样采用起毛球箱法进行质检,经过特定转数后评定其起毛起球程度,判定合格的产品密封包装,防潮入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗起球精纺羊毛纱线的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤二中,所述洗涤剂采用29.6%脂肪醇硫酸钠,所述助洗剂包括2g/L纯碱、10g/L食盐和5g/L的元明粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗起球精纺羊毛纱线的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤三中,所述剥鳞剂的重量组份为:高锰酸钾2-12份,过硫酸钠4-6份。
